Purples Cafe in Manchester

Gran ambiente en el café púrpura en comparación con los otros en el mismo camino, el servicio de Helen fue increíble y se desvió por nosotros, sin duda lo recomendaría.

Visité con amigos (chicas) para socializar un poco. Bajó durante el día. Estaba bastante vacío ya que era un día laborable aproximadamente a la 1 de la tarde. El lugar estaba muy bien decorado, buenos postres, todo estaba genial, pero luego pusieron porno / playboy en las pantallas. ?. Estaba muy incómodo, tenía a uno de los trabajadores caminando de arriba abajo con el control remoto en la mano. Realmente no iría a un lugar de sheesha cuando estaba lleno solo pensé por qué no durante el día ya que es tranquilo. Me encantaría que la gerencia leyera la reseña porque estaba tan avergonzado que ni siquiera podía quejarme. Sería genial no ver vulgaridad en las pantallas cuando solo estás fuera para socializar un poco. Aparte de eso, es un buen lugar si eso se puede arreglar.

This was my second time here. This time I came with friends who had never been before. What an embarrassment for me! The waiter was very unprofessional when he approached us in the waiting area. Once we had finished our main he asked us if we were ready for dessert, we said yes and he came over with the desserts and stood there confused as to where he should put the desserts as he had not cleared the table and there was no room. He then had to put the desserts On a different table and started to clear ours. We didn’t have a spoon for one of the desserts so we asked a waitress for one and she never came with one. I mentioned this to the manager at the till and he called her over and asked why she didn’t get us a spoon and she laughed and said she doesn’t understand English that well!..fair enough but why work in a dessert bar if you don’t understand the word spoon as 99% of the customers will need one! Will never go to this place again..:a real let down which is a shame because the decor is very nice.

The Food was good, but the service from Tom was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The whole vibe is nice like any occasion type of place😌

Table service by Helen was Fantastic....she is a credit to the company! Very nice surroundings and environment. The reason I’m not scoring a 5 is because my husband and I both chose the Baklava which was a real let down...no filling whatsoever, it was just layers of crispy pastry therefor had 0 taste. Will definitely return but just won’t order the Baklava! Our children enjoyed their desserts.

The moment we walked through the doors we were made to feel like royalty. The staff greeted us with smiles and made us feel very special from the very first greeting. They helped and assisted with all our queries, and also took interest in our family celebration and made it special by adding a sparkler on our dessert. They took great care of everything presented to us and nothing was too much trouble for Fahad and Tom. The desserts were fresh and tasty and the place looks absolutely remarkable and finished to a high standard. Definitely a place I’d recommend and hope to visit again soon.

I really wanted to try this place out, only because it had a big sign with grilled written on it. That is what mad men go in to the restaurant and I don't regret. Fantastic service from start to end. The place looks absolutely amazing and a great purple theme to go with the restaurant name Purples Cafe. The young lady who took our order and looked after us was fantastic. (Shame to have forgotten her name). The management were around and they were very friendly. I told them how amazing it the place is and how lovely the food was. They treated us two free ice cream. Definitely will be visiting again and make sure you all do. There is a lot more on the menu and also a lot of desserts.

Expected delays as we were a table of 12 ... however none!! Service was exceptional .I had the tiger prawns ... absolutely amazing , staff were very attentive , beautiful set up inside and very spacious ! The entrance to the building is beautiful too. I had peanut butter cheesecake , best cheesecake in Manchester !

Beautiful place to have meal with family, atmosphere is great, food is good and customer service is exceptional. Well done guys.

Outrages due to failure or food as I got my order 2hr30 mins later. Recieved a bill of 80 due to the fact they said drinks are on us but charges us full price for food.

This is not a shisha cafe but a restaurant. Great spacious seating Not cramped like many other restaurants Food was amazing even though we had a slight initial concern of quantity of chips lol (that is me being picky), however handled superbly by staff and manager. The music was low which was good so u can hear each other. Great service by staff Very professional Will I come again? Yes of course Nice menu more Lebanese style which was nice Shish Taouk recommended Rosie was amazing!!

De avond voor de officiële opening gaan eten. Het restaurant steekt positief af tegen de nogal smoezige buurt. Mooi en modern gebouw met dito inrichting. Heel veel personeel, lekker eten en zeker niet duur. Bij onze bestelling de extra frietjes vergeten, maar dat werd ruimschoots goedgemaakt door een gratis dessert. Geweldige service! Zeker een aanrader!

Outstanding service,very reasonable. We spent a good hour and only changed our coal on the sheesha once, flavour recommended was really nice and different and pot of green tea topped it all
