Pumpkin Cafe, Platform 5 in Bristol, City of

Popped in for some snacks for a long journey home and had a chat with the lovely Sam. She was very helpful and polite, and suggested using the Too Good to Go app to grab a last minute surprise bag! Plus the heater was on which was amazing given how cold it was today!

A very nice Vanilla latte to start off my late morning trip. Not sure of the man’s name that serviced me today, but very kind and smiley! Love the graphic coffee cups!

Wow, as I walk along platform 5 like a polar bear coming out of hibernation in the morning, I catch eyes with Natalie and she instantly turns around to start tamping up a double shot of liquid gold. She remembers exactly how I like my coffee every morning and is practically ready as soon as I get to the counter. Across Bristol you can find many coffee shops that try to look trendy with a rustic sign, but their £4 coffee is pig poo. Pumpkin cafe are the real deal, IYKYK Thanks Natalie, after an espresso I feel like a butterfly fresh out of its larvae, spreading its wings and ready to tackle whatever the day may bring

just returned to england from europe and got my first cup of english tea from the lovely Hamdan at the tea counter on platform 5. it was an excellent cup of tea and Hamdan, the girl serving me was very polite very efficient and friendly and served me a piping hot cup of 'english' tea. it's not often you have such a pleasant experience at coffee counters in railway stations, but Hamdan was a delight and from now on, whichever platform i am departing from i'll be popping up to platform 5 to see Hamdan. i hope she is treated well by her employers.

Didn’t have as much of an experience with the shop as I only bought a drink but your worker hamda was very polite and accommodating. She was very kind to me when I wasn’t fully sure of some procedures for the train station. 10/10 customer service🙌
