Pudding & Bear in Daventry

A warm welcome and fabulous tasty food & desserts. What more do you need on a cold winter evening. We had the Rice & salad dish with the chick pea wrap. Followed by the mince pie festive cake in a tub & the out of this world delicious biscoff Cookie (it was huge). We will most definitely be returning on our next trip to Daventry. Well worth the trip just to visit again. Thank you 😁

I always go here if I am working in Daventry, the service if fast and the owner is really friendly. There are always a different selection of lovely cakes to choose from. I have only have the halloumi wrap so far as I am a creature of habit but these are delicious, I use it as a healthier fast food option on short lunch breaks. Highly recommend!!

Dropped in for a takeaway for lunch on a work day. I hadn't been before, so went for a classic Cheese & Ham Toastie. What I received was AMAZING! Loads of tasty, gooey cheese, masses of quality ham and bread that was golden and crisp. Even had a handful of tortilla chips on the side. One of the best toasties I have ever had! I also bought a Cookie Pie to take home as a treat for my son. These creations are stunning. A crisp cookie outside shell, filled with chocolate ganache and a dollop of biscoff... yet again, AMAZING! I have found a new favourite!

A beacon for all foodies wishing to satisfy their cravings for guilty pleasures! Legendary home made 'cookie pies' and brownies, sooo delicious. I've been told by the locals they do wonderous things with pulled pork too! Next time.....
