Puccino's in Dacorum

Lovely small little coffee shop, delicious produce and friendly, supportive customer service. Be prepared to leave with a smile on your face! Please go and support them in this hard time.

Hassan and Neda have been running this small commuters outlet for many years. I have never met a better example of consistently great customer service. I know at the moment it must be extremely hard for them with very few travellers, why not take a small detour even if you aren’t using the train, you won’t be disappointed and rather than some well known large coffee outlets, who have sat on Government handouts, you will be getting truly personal service.

The London commute, courtesy of London Northwestern, is becoming increasingly dire, but amongst all the chaos and gloom, Puccino's on Platform 4 is an oasis of warmth, light, and proper customer service. Hassan and Neda are utterly charming and utterly efficient, even at 0545 when the rest of us are rather bleary-eyed. When we can barely speak, smile, remember our usual order (or even our names), they can do all of it. The place is spotless, coffee and food well-prepared, and the multi-tasking sublime to behold. Worth dropping in, even if not catching a train!

Such lovely staff and an excellent flat white. Quirky posters and words on the walls. I’m guessing it’s a chain/franchise so please sort your non recyclable coffee cups. X

In Berkhamstead station, the lady and man who serve are always lovely, the sugar waffles are amazing! Yummy!
