PS Shake 'n' Wrap in Reading

I will not be ordering from you again. First of all the food turned up&i was looked like card board. You forget our milkshakes&tell us that apparently the driver had to do an emergency stop. I call you, to then speak to someone who doesn't understand me&then have the phone cut off not once but 2times. The customer service is poor. We loved ordering from here because it's the only restaurant that doesn't have poor food but from today I will not be.

Everything was horrid, chips soggy and greasy, burger was mediocre at best. Not ordering again!

we spent over £15 so should of got chips with the meal but didn't get them. the chicken burger was just all bread roll with the smallest bit of chicken in. beef burger was disgusting.

Even though the menu is typical of a takeway the food quality is high. The service is also much better than what I've previously experienced at these types of takeaways. I think this is my new 'go to' place when it comes to fast food delivery.

Milkshake from my order was missing. Called them many times to find it not being answered! Not cool and not happy.

Pathetic amount of meat on the lamb kebab and didn't fill me up. Disappointed.

They added 10 minutes to the delivery time & it still arrived 30 minutes late! The milkshake I ordered had completely separated and had a foamy top similar to what you find in the sea. The ice cream was not the flavour I ordered either and the food arrived cold! Considering it's under new management it is shocking! The delivery driver spoke 3 words of English and started ranting on at me in italian not realizing I understood. He tried calling the number and it is disconnected.... Now having to re-order else where and wait another 45 mins!

the curly fries were good & the chicken strips too but the pizza was cold & it did take pretty long to arrive

the double chicken burgers were amazing the milkshakes we brilliant really tasty only thing that was disappointing was the coleslaw it looked like someone had just put a spoonful of coleslaw in the pot was not happy considering I paid a pound for it.

I used to like the food, but it has lost a lot of it's flavour since it re opened (and the portions have gone down). I also ordered Ben and Jerrys with the order, but received Haagen Dazs

Chips were undercooked and cold. Burger was also cold. And the meat in the wrap is under cooked too. Won't order again

I had a double cheese burger and one of the burgers was pink inside, chicken burger was great but really not happy about the cheese burger

I ordered a deep pan pizza and it came as thin crust. Kebab meat was dry. Order was missing the free chips if you order over £15? Hopefully we will order again

Paid extra for a cheese naan but didn't receive one. There was a free rice dish (I think to compensate) but it had meat in and I'm a vegetarian (which should have been apparent from the veggie kebab order).

Absolutely shocking, ordered a chicken tikka kebab with salad and I received chicken, just chicken in a box!! If they are unsure about an order they won't call to clarify they will just send you half your order.

Sent a chicken tikka kebab instead of a chicken kebab. Didn't send the items that were supposed to be included in orders over £25. Pizza was really poor quality and curly fries were undercooked.

Check your orders on just eat-they often miss items off your order and get them completely wrong a lot of the time. Was missing my can of drink, when I asked the driver he knew nothing about it, what a pleb.

So You guys used to have amazing chips you have that kind which every one else has now . vanilla shake was empty no real vanilla there. burgers in my opinion had old greek salad I am sorry but I do not think I will be ordering food from you guys again. 5 for restaurant service for the note on box and for reading special order.

The food doesn't taste the same as it used to before. Guessing it has something to do with the management change. The food didn't taste nice either. The burger was floppy. The chips were undercooked. I ordered two Oreo shakes, 1 was pretty much water and the other was pretty much Oreo crumbs. Won't be ordering from here any time soon.

Some off the food was cold. States free chips when you spend over £15 but never received any. Used to order the mixed grill but last time it come without some of the stuff so today ordered meals. This used to be my favourite takeaway but it's gone very down hill. Would still order from here again as not many of places do food like this!

Rude and unreliable. Delivered an entirely different order due to foods being out of stock. They didn't notify us about this and when called, they refused to give us a refund. Total waste of money

Food was 30 minutes late (after the delivery confirmation message time) and therefore was a little colder than expected. Tasted good (above taken into account) although was spicier than expected. I would definitely give this restaurant a chance to improve my rating.

Asked for no sauce on the burger, and it was covered in a hot sauce to which my wife was not able to eat, also missed off garlic sauce but still charged us for it!!!
