I'm ordering from them regularly and that's the only place that never fails me through years!! In delivery most important aspects for me is food being hot and fresh from proper pizza and past is always a case!! Sometimes asking them to add more chillies for example and is always there👌 Me favourite is taco fries 😋 if someone like kind of loaded fries. That's must try.. highly recommended. Keep doing good job proper pizza and pasta

We love this place!! We’ve been ordering pizza from them for years and they never fail. Friendly staff, super quick delivery and always fresh, piping hot food. Also, their garlic sauce and cheesy chips is to die for!

I just recently found this gem. Take away only which is fine with me. Food 10/10 Staff all friendly and they do a proper calzones!

Delicious food, quick delivery!

Food arrived on time and was really hot and well packaged. Super tasty food! Only thing I could fault is there needs to be a list of the ice creams available! luckily they offer Ben and Jerry’s and bought my favourite chocolate fudge! Will order again.

Lots of really good food. Pizza was not greasy, chips were crispy and the mozzarella sticks were lovely and googey. Would come back again.

I'm a vegetarian and I ordered a vegetable lasagne. I've just cut into it and it's a beef lasagne. Thanks alot for wasting my money on something that I can't even eat! Brilliant.

Pizza wasn’t great, the onions were undercooked I personally would have pan fried before adding to make them more crispy on top

Pizza was fine, I am told, but burger was pretty nasty and very salty. I’ve had better; much better. It wasn’t cheap either, so i’ll avoid in the future I think.

Just wasn’t for me! Pasta very tasty. Pizza not so. And the garlic, bacon, cheese chips were covered in garlic sauce which was unexpected.

Normally absolutely fantastic, but a bit of a fail, seemed that someone poured the entire pot of chilli flakes into the taco fried. Hopefully better next time.

This was absolutely amazing, i even asked for the food earlier and saying it would take 1 hour but they get here in 15 minutes was outstanding, The food was incredible perfect amount of food, and delivery service was great. i would get food here again... perfect, food was delicious.

Delicious food and delivery driver was great. We live in a particularly difficult place to find as it’s a new development not on google maps but after a quick phone call it was delivered on time. Brilliant!

Tasteless pizza, tasteless chips, ordered 3 drinks and got 1 which wasn’t even the right 1. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be using them again.

This is the first time I've ordered from here and im very impressed! Pizza was very tasty and piping hot. It even came early what more could you ask for.

These guys are great. I thought it would be odd ordering pasta for delivery, but the pasta arrived in a timely fashion and was delicious. Garlic bread and chicken wings also very good. Would definitely recommend.

Food overall was great, tasted fantastic and was still quite hot when it arrived, although the wait time was a little to be desired (although the establishment was busy, the order had already been pushed back by 10 minutes so the extra 20 minutes on top of that was rather disappointing). Overall, would order again, in hopes that the wait time was improved 👍🏼

Best pizza we have tried and we have definitely tried alot of different places.. actually all of our food order was spot on will 100% recommend you will not be disappointed

food arrived quickly and the quality of the food shows, the dough balls were undercooked, mozzarella sticks were stodgy, the cheesy chips were overcooked and the cheese was burnt and only 2 bottles of coke were delivered

ordered a 15" Hawain Pinneapple Pizza for home delivery and I received a 12" Pizza. I called the restaurant, explained what happened and the employee told me that this is a 15" Pizza. I told him that this couldn't be a 15" Pizza because was much smaller, even the box is smaller. i have been ordering this pizza (15") for about 1 year from this restaurant once or twice a month and I know very well the size. Mistakes can happen but the worst thing is one employee/manager not accepting that they made a mistake. Very disappointed and I'm not ordering again. I have paid £11,99 plus £0,50 for card fee.

This was the only food my guests could agree that they wanted, we ordered, it arrived early, we stopped arguing about who'd cheated on monopoly and ate our food. 10/10 it stopped an argument and was amazing!

Our favourite pizza place, ordered every single week, last time we found a bit of plastic in our food but they were really nice about it and replaced the pizza. Now they've decided to stop delivering to us. Really annoyed that I've been recommending this place to everyone and now they have such awful service. We didn't let the mistake stop us from ordering from them again, but apparently they did.

Sorry to say this I was really looking forward to the food and when it came I wish I never ordered it, it wasn't very good I wish I ordered a dominos instead, sorry but won't be ordering from this place again also the food game me a dodgy tummy

Not impressed with the BBQ pizza or the cheesy chips. Chips were delivered in a foil tray, stodgy underneath and over cooked on top.

Delivery time fast! But no wonder food got here and was disgusting!! Chips and pizza taste like pure cardboard!! GET YOUR FOOD FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE

First time I've used Proper Pizza and have to say it was excellent! Ordered it for 8:30 and it arrived at 8:28 piping hot.

Pizza has a cigarette smoke odour. Either chef hasn't washed hands or delivery driver smoked en route. Waited over an hour for delivery. Will Not use again.

Love this place! Possibly he best pizza in Chelt, and delivery is always quicker than projected. Excellent quality, and isn't so salty it leaves you gasping for water!

Food is always delicious, the delivery drivers are friendly and always deliver the food earlier than the stated delivery time, no complaints at all!

The food from here is always fantastic. Delivery time was a little longer due to a busy Friday night, but the driver apologised for this, and when the pizza tastes like that you don't mind waiting!

The pizza was amazing the best in tasted my children loved it, I will definitely be ordering again, thank you for a speedy service and a great meal :-)
