great food but always takes a while for delivery now. Also on 2 orders asked for mature cheddar and wasn't given it yet I can't get a refund for this singular item.

Company is an absolute sham. I have never ordered from here before. I Placed an order, and they accepted it but said I'd have to pay before delivery as someone in the company had cancelled an order before 3 minutes after ordering in the past (which is fair enough). However, once payment had been made, they cancelled my order and refused to answer my calls after that. Phoned from a mobile, which was promptly answered, and when questioned about it, they said the driver didn't want to go that far, and they were covering their losses and then putting the phone down on me. Had to do a charge back and will not be ordering ever again from here and have put it out to the 200+ members of staff on site to do the same.

As always food cooked to perfection and very tasty.

Can visit here with under a tenner and your belly will be satisfied. Keep trucking.

Fancied a hot dog and hubby wanted pizza. I had hot dog at goose fair yesterday and was boring but the one from here was really good. Hubby's taking pizza for lunch tomorrow he enjoyed it. Happily order from here again.👍

I’ve ordered a big bag of chips a few times in the last week from here and my partner has had pizza . So nice and tasty and you get loads of chips. The chips are so nice from here highly recommend

Order here every week and never had any complaints, we've tried most takeaways and these are easily one of the best locally.

Good place. Really good portion size and price is pretty good compared to similar takeaways in the area. Decent menu available as well, a lot of options.

A takeaway I have always ordered at since it opened. I am quite the regular. The burgers, hot dogs, wraps and pizza are always satisfying and really tasty. The staff are lovely and always follow with whatever requests in the extras to the chief part. Of course like all businesses, things had only changed slightly since it opened but I make no complaint. I would say it has improved the longer its been there.

Cracking burger! Cracking service. Always have a takeaway treat weekly (cheat day with a beer) will be going back here for sure, Kebab place next door may try this also as LE/Sawley don’t seem to have Kebab house that offer you a chicken kebab without the hair nowadays. Great job to these guys!

Once up on a time I claimed this takeaway easily one of the best as I always order from here for burgers and pizza but after my order this evening I've been put off all together I ordered two 10 inch BBQ pizza with BBQ bases one with stuffed crust one without , garlic bread and chips , the stuffed crust came with no BBQ base and was so dry it went straight to the bin it was flavourless , and as for the chips they came with atleast a tub full of salt all over them you couldn't eat them without your body shutting down a conplete shambles what's happened proper handmade you was the go to

Absolutely disgusting!! Ordered a pizza and chips never ordered from here before and definitely will not be again. Pizza was meant to be BBQ chicken, there was no Bbq on that pizza at all, just a dry base, it was dry and horrible. The chips had about half a tub of salt on them that they was physically inedible. I like a lot of salt on my chips but that was a ridiculous amount. It all went straight in to the bin. I wouldn't waste your money here!

Normally enjoy food from here but tonight we ordered 3 different pizzas and they all tasted like soil it wasnt very nice at all

Always too quaillty food! We made a mistake with our address when ordering i say we try mrs did the ordering. Even with our mistake they still sorted us out! The food and service is brilliant!

Took 2 hours to deliver our food and wasn't good when it arrived, driver very rude, will never use again, shame really cos used to be best place in long Eaton 1

I love this place it with holds a standard that is fantastic! The burgers are lovely fresh and full of flavour, and I love how there are so many options of extras. The food always comes quickly and warm I would definitely recommend this place

Food is always lovely and hot. Very quick to sort out any issues The burgers are amazingly tasty beats a McDonald's or burger King The pizza's are very nice too stringy cheese is all you need....

Was a good place to start with but hone down hill a little.

Ordered for delivery and advised 45mins to 1 hour. Called after 1 hour 20mins to be advised another 20-25 mins. Cancelled order as no discount was offered. Subsequently went to another establishment and collected. Driver arrives half hour later with our order to be told to do one! Shocking service! If I could rate no stars I would. Avoid!

Finally found a decent pizza takeout. Much much muuuuch better than Dominoes and way cheaper. Kids and OH tell me that 5he burgers are awesome too. One day we intend to try the "end of the world" burger! Oh and the chips... Highly addictive. Just wish they would broaden their delivery so we didn't have to leave the house... #lazy 😂

Cheese sled of the pizza and was in the side of the box as it must have been carried on its side .pizza was also stone cold as well as the soggie wet cold chips . As I opened my door with a smile words from the delivery man was " it would help if you would have answered your phone as I didn't know where your address was." The pizza / chips was in a shocking state and was not edible went in the bin as when I tried to peal the cheese from the box it took the cardboard with it. .Absolutely disgusted I will not be ordering again. Delivery was earlier than expected. Other than that I would have gave it no stars at all. AVOID.

He is the most rude person i ever seen in my life We always order from him and we get the food at the time but today we changed the account and it said 45 mins for the delivery. We wait for hour and 15 minutes. We ring him and he said i shoud not accept your order you are too far from me and we always get delivery to this adress I am advising everyone do not order from him again because this rude person said i do not want you to order from me again

Been my local place to go for burger’s and they are sooooooo good.

I’ve ordered several times from here and almost every time the pizza has been the best. My favourite pizza place of everywhere I’ve lived here in the UK and the US. 🙂

2nd time ordering from here, first time was amazing, probably would have gave it 5 stars. Ordered again and had the chilli burger 12oz and the burger was dry and tasted of cardboard. So I just ate chips that night for 9 quid. Don't know if I'll try it again
