Best burger place in the area! We’ve been going to Propa Burger for months now and have had good food. Staff usually really polite and friendly. Much easier to go pick up rather than wait for delivery. Card payment machine needs to get back working as haven’t worked for months now but you can order online if need be! We do recommend this place to friends and family!

Lovely burgers but are they worth 7.50 not really had just as nice burgers for half the price nothing special really

After an hour of waiting for food, phoned up -woman was rude and unhelpful, said in would be 10-20 more minutes. At nearly 40 minutes later it arrived and it certainly wasn’t worth the wait. Chilli dog was ok but tasted not of chilli but bbq sauce, sausages instead of hotdog sausages. Ordered waffles with strawberry and chocolate but delivered cookie dough with note saying no waffles! Didn’t mention it on the phone! When come to eat them, cookie dough was so hard couldn’t get a spoon through it and the strawberries were frozen solid! Should have learnt my lesson last time I ordered. Won’t be ordering again!

Ordered from here, received wrong burger which also happened to be burnt to a crisp, charcoal black. Got another burger sent as a replacement, was mediocre at best, you could tell the burger had just been rushed and thrown together with no real care. First time I have ordered from here since new owners had took over from Jon and I have to say the quality and the standards of the food overall has gone down.

Worst takeaway around man that owns it is rude and doesn’t listen to him customers. Everything over priced and not worth the money. Really gone down hill since Christmas would not recommend.

Absolutely the nicest burger that I have had in a long time, and love that it’s not greasy at all! Definitely worth the money and not expensive at all, will definitely be coming back on the regular

Ordered home delivery with Propa Burger 3 times now, always impressed with meat quality and milkshakes are delicious! Very satisfied customer would return time and time again :) Recommend the ‘Cheesos’ Burger!!

We had a burger,hot dog, chips and some milkshakes. Everything was really nice, well presented and packaged, clean, the food was really hot, everything tasted fresh and reasonably priced. Will defiantly return thank you!

Keep giving this place a chance but it has majorly gone downhill, this is now the third bad meal I’ve had from here chicken wings were cold and smothered in a horrible bbq sauce, chips soggy, food is bland and low quality, won’t be ordering again, sorry

We had a home delivery. Previous burgers had been tasty. Burgers arrived in different boxes than before.Salad consisted of a soggy lettuce leaf. Buns were different. Onion rings greasy and cold. I know things are difficult for businesses at the moment, but it was almost as if food was from a different place. Will not order from them again...

Has gone downhill the food was ok, the churros used to have a lovely dip but I think they may have changed to a cheaper shop bought one, burgers are not as nice as they used to be I think they may be using cheaper cuts of meat and no seasoning as were quite bland

Was ok but not as nice as before could have been an off day, we had it a month or so ago perhaps supplier for meat has been changed

Rejoice there is a place that sells really amazing burgers , you have no need to put up with the poor facsimile from a fast food not restaurant AND for your money you get far more . Tons of choice and a real joy to get food from try it now .

Just had a Jack Stack and A load of waffle burger with wedges. As before they were both spectacular. So tasty and such great staff. Can't believe some of the reviews on here - the people can't know what good food is. My husband and myself are both senior citizens so we've had a LOT of different meals over the years. This is the BEST takeaway ever. Well done boys. So glad we have you in Long Sutton. Would give you more than excellent if we could.

Must admit I was slightly apprehensive on visiting a fast food establishment that couldn’t spell its name properly....That apprehension soon changed on stepping inside..... polite staff and just wall to wall of offerings, from burgers, ice cream through to desserts.The quirky burger names are interesting.....The only advice I could give is give yourself enough time to read what’s on offer.... otherwise you could be there a while.Taste amazing.... well done.

Arrived back tired and hungry from holiday on Thursday, and after unpacking the question "what do we eat" we had heard about Propa Burger from a friend so decided to give it a go.Nice young man took telephone order, 10 minutes it would be ready.I had Southern Fried chicken burger and hubby had black and blue. Excellent burgers, probably best I have ever had love the fries and whatever they sprinkle on them. Service 10 out of 10, food 10 out of 10, so needless to say we will return

This is super cool take away place. Great choice of burgers- everyone will find something they like. And their desserts are to die for! Go see for yourself!

Propa Burger. Oh dear, such a shame. Never thought anything or anyone could make me appreciate McDonalds.

We have tried this takeaway on 3 separate occasions now. All food has been nicely presented and extremely tasty. Currently 3 options available on the vegan burgers which is better than some restaurants. Definitely tastier and more filling than the regular high street fast food chain!

I don't usually write reviews but this time I had to. The burgers are amazing and fresh! We loved our burgers and can say it's the best take away we have had. Cannot fault any of the meal. Will be returning.

Nothing special at all. It's ok if you want to pay £25+ for 4 burger meals. Desserts you can tell are not fresh fresh as youd expect from all the hype.

Wow we had a smoking burger ...a naked and a black n blue...with fries and wedges...with a oreo milkshake...the best takeaway burger ever had. You paid for every individual...shame they do not do meal deals. Worth the money ...well done

The Mrs came home all riled up about going here and trying the burgers as apparently they were great. I had a burger and fries from the regular menu and she had a gourmet one that was more expensive. The four items cost us about £15. Going to be honest and say mine was awful, if that's all it was I wouldn't go back again as I felt it was a con. Hers however was much better quality & justified more the price.

Brought our First Propa Burger with desserts in the week and was really unimpressed with the products we brought.

Amazing to have such a brilliant burger place just down the road! 2nd visit in less than 2 weeks, simply can't fault the place.. burgers are exceptional, the sides are tasty and not greasy at all.. And the desserts are brilliant too, can't beat the chocolate fudge cake! I feel like I'll be making a regular stop at this little gem!

I had my meal tonight just delicious ,the sweet and sour chicken is amazing ,my husband has his turtle burger,fresh flame grilled oozes quality for a change . Children’s meal for £1.99 my daughter loves it. Keep up all the good work Fantastic

Where on earth do I start? Service was faultless, friendly greeting when I rang to place my order, then went to pick up and again was greeted with a smile, lovely staff. Premises are sparkling clean! Now the food... I would happily come back every single evening to try all the burgers and desserts! I had the turtle burger and my boyfriend had the hunters chicken one.. both cooked to perfection, no grease or oil, buns tasted so fresh, salad in the burgers was fresh too! And the desserts.. yum!! Can't forget the amazing packaging it all comes in, so much thought had been put into this and it's definitely paid off.. Well done to the team, I wish you every success!

After trying this place for the first time we were dissapointed with the grease on the food and also the desserts were nothing to write home about and very much tasted mass produced. Cheaper to buy a cheesecake from coop and add a strawberry and some dust on the top overall I wouldn't go back or recommend.

Absolutely blown away with the food at Propa Burger. I was one of there first customers when they first opened the shop and have been back most weeks since!!!! Now the food is done to an extremely high standard and there is plenty to choose from and something for everybody. I have had numerous different burgers from Propa Burger and never been disappointed at all!!!!! But last night I tried something completely different from Propa Burger sweet n sour chicken OMG it was devine and will certainly be having it again as the whole family loved it Propa Burger keep up the brilliant work you’re all doing an amazing job

We have been going here regularly since Day 1. All the burgers we have tried have been top quality, well presented, perfectly packaged - not a polystyrene container or plastic utensil in sight! We both try something different each time we go and intend working our way through the menu.....the trouble is the menu keeps getting added to with each new item just as tempting as the existing ones....could take is a while! The side dishes we have tried are of the same outstanding quality and there is a good variety. We haven't tried dessert but they all sound delicious. They offer childrens' menu items and vegetarian option. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful even when rushed off their feet.

Had a Beefy Porker and my wife had a mushroom burger. They were both exceptional. Usually when something is flavoured with JD/Bourbon it’s a slight flavouring. Not this though, was full of flavour. The fries were better than 5 guys!

Propa Burger Gourmet burger’s really are excellent. Service and execution, excellent. We had the “black and blue” and the “big Jon” great value for money. If you’re checking reviews to make a decision... just go here, you won’t be disappointed!

I went to proper burger last night. I had life's a brie and my other half had the jack stack. These burgers were out of this world, probably the best burger I've ever had. And followed onto banoffee Maltese pie which was also out of this world. Will definitely return and recommend this place highly to anyone who enjoys burgers and wants to experience the best.

The service was absolutely phenomenal, was greeted kindly by staff when i entered. Only waited five-ten minutes for food, I ordered a chicago burger with fried and omg it was perfect. The waiting area was small but spotless with plenty of seats to wait in. The food was cooked perfectly and the most delicious burger I’ve ever had. 10/10

OMG WHAT A FANTASTIC GENUINE PLACE! So went to propa burger on the weekend and the food was amazing, the burgers were out of this world, almost like being in America! Very friendly and helpful staff the chocolate brownies are too die for, 100% recommend

Visited tonight for the first time because of the good reviews on here and have to admit they were spot on. We had a delicious burger and hot dog with fries and onion rings. Excellent quality and all freshly cooked with great packaging. My only criticism --- too much food so next time it'll be one fries for two people. Really happy that we finally have an excellent quality takeaway in the town. Well done to the owners.

Perfect in every way. Fresh buns, beautifully made, very cool packaging, friendly staff. Onion rings were very oniony too. Phone ahead, no waiting around and still quicker than most. Very busy place - and rightly so. Will be back soon!

The missus and I have just had two Smoking Gourmet Burgers with Cheesy Potato Cubes and Props Coleslaw. All food was ready for collection at the stated time, staff were friendly and informative. This is certainly one of the best burgers I have ever had (and I have had a few!). If you want a nice moist burger with plenty of flavour then this is the place for you. Prices are reasonable especially considering the gourmet experience, even the cardboard box that the burger comes in is innovative and a talking point!

Delicious ingredients freshly cooked to order, beautifully presented. An extensive menu served by friendly staff. Altogether an all round tasty experience which will be repeated.

Really tasty meal from Proper Burger with something for all the family at excellent value. So much better than any chain burger place. The specialist steak burgers are amazing and we really loved the chips

Very very good food. Not a thing was wrong. We came in 20 minutes before closing time aswell and food was still perfect. Would reccomend.
