Only up the road from where I live, easy for me to collect. Really enjoy the food.

I didn’t expect that but Richard is back from his holiday now and delivering again, magnificent. Enjoyed our first chat for a good few weeks. I know it was hot 🥵 in Thailand 🇹🇭, like you said, but I still hope you managed to have an enjoyable time there 👍. This Pronto’s Pizza order was my 2nd food delivery of the good, had cheesy chips 🍟 , onion 🧅 rings and a small fish 🐠 from Sharkys in the town centre at 1pm. Chris, he’s a takeaway 🥡 king. He likes his takeaways and his chats with Richard 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Thought we would try a new takeaway, ordered on the phone, got told to be there 20 mins later. Got there 25 mins later they hadn't even started cooking anything on my order then continued to blame that I had come to collect too early once I had shown them the time, they were apologetic. can't believe how they run a business

Wherever you are Richard (do think you’ll be in Thailand 🇹🇭 as a guess), just so you know you are being missed, my favourite delivery man. You will be back one day!

Base was incredibly thick, made the pizza difficult to eat. I’ve never had a pizza with the base this thick before.

Okay then so Richard didn’t bring the food again, it’s so, so clear that he’s gone on holiday with family. It’s such a shame that I am not seeing my favourite delivery man. The deliveries are extra special when he brings the food. Always like a chat about Huddersfield’s totally s-h-i-t football club. Richard; you are being missed by me, you’ll be welcomed back hugely when you get back from holiday.

What a shame that Richard didn’t deliver the food, I wanted him to bring it. Maybe he wasn’t working because he’s gone on holiday, whatever the reason wish he had brought my food 😂😂. Wanted to chat to him about the 2-0 loss for HTAFC against Ipswich, the football’s club LAST game as a C’ship for POTENTIALLY 😂 a while. Their relegation was official today 😂. It wasn’t official before the match even though they weren’t staying up anyway. It’s now official 😂. Bring on League One 😂😂

Order took over an hour to be delivered after ordering through the app. Food was sickening, my sister is a very picky eater so when we saw the spaghetti bolognaise option she was very exited however she was soon disappointed when it arrived. She described it as disgusting and vile. The cheesy chips tasted undercooked. I am very disappointed.

Our household had a tasty, tasty 🤤 takeaway 🥡 to celebrate 🙌 🍾 the club’s relegation (HTAFC) to League One; we really enjoyed our takeaway while laughing at the club. New stadiums for Chris next season in League One, many new places. Bring it on! We had a laugh with Richard our favourite delivery man about the club’s much deserved fate when he brought our food. HTAFC, we are all laughing at you! It’s your own fault that Pronto’s Pizza is now based in a League One town! 😂😂

Ordered a pizza and 2 x cheesy chips at 9:50pm food arrived at 11:25. The pizza was covered in oil and the cheese had mould all over. When tried to ring to complain they did not answer the phone. Will be trying tomorrow to make a further complaint. Disgusting place

Well where do I start . firstly the app has said that my food had been delivered at 9.30 but it is now 10.47pm and I have still not received my food! I have called pronto pizza multiple times and each time they have said it is in the way, has the delivery driver got lost? it's less than a 10 minute drive to my house from where pronto pizza is situated. or are they stealing my money? totally unprofessional. Will never be ordering from here again and I will be pushing for a refund.

ZERO STAR!! Late for the second time in a week. Owner hung up on me when asking to speak to a manager. Delivery driver was mortified with owners behaviour as we have used them for 10+ years and now have new owners who they don’t even know the delivery drivers name. All drivers surprised he still has customers. Rang to complain after it took 2.5 hours for deliveries and owner took the phone of the hook. Delivery drivers so professional and informative same you can’t say the same for the owner ess

2hours wait. Still no food and no one answering the phones

Ordered pizzas delivery 1.30 hours was not what I ordered phoned 5 x and apparently was going to be 5 minutes each time then all wrong when I complained to delivery guy he didn’t speak English do not recommend ridiculous l

If Richard the wonderful delivery driver leaves Pronto Pizza before August 2024 he will need to come the new manager Huddersfield town FC. They failed to be Rotherham today aside that lost nine games in a row and HTAFC are still in the bottom 3, be going down at this rate to League 1. We will need Richard to get the club back up 😂

I now know the name of my favourite baldy man delivery driver, Richard, I will remember your name from now on haha, for your qualities you should be on £20 an hour but I know Pronto’s won’t be able to pay you that amount, you would deserve it, such a wonderful man and such a keenness for HTAFC, now in the bottom 3, bet they stay in the the relegation zone, if we do go down make make Richard the new manager, he’d get us back to the Championship from League One.

10 months ago Avoid like the plague. Rude receptionist, waiting ridiculous amount of time to be delivered. Got no help from the restaurant who had no idea what the he'll was going on. When the order came it was freezing. I normally don’t complain but I Will never try this place again.

Did a lot better with this takeaway 🥡 than I did with one I had earlier in the day, thank you, scoffed it. Ate it all. That bald 🧑‍🦲 delivery man was spot about school kids, there is no discipline with today’s youngsters, their attitudes stink. He felt sorry for me that a nasty comment was said to me at a bus stop yesterday after a football match by a youngster. Thank you baldy delivery driver. Your sympathy is much appreciated.

I used to love the food and service from Pronto Pizza in Huddersfield but the last 2 times I have ordered from them have been a disappointment. This evening the food was 40 minutes late, the pizza was cold and the crust was over-cooked. I shall seek my pizzas from elsewhere from now on.

Pizza was cold and smelled of chemicals . Cans of coke were missing. After calling the shop. They said they would give discount next time. I wouldn't use this pizza place again.

Hiya good was great …. Sadly we ordered the seafood pizza as we don’t eat meat and it’s come with some kind of salami on so hasn’t been eaten and the person that does eat meat doesn’t eat prawns … but the garlic chips were great.

We paid with a £20 note and we let the delivery man keep £1.50 change as a thank you tip. He’s a bald man but he’s just so nice, we always like talking to me when he does deliver food from this place. Tell him happy New Year from us…

I have used Pronto's for pretty much time they have been open. I don't buy many takeaways but if it's pizza then I would go there . The last 2 times , it's been either cold or undercooked or not what I ordered. Not good enough

Food was an hour late. Chips were undercooked and didn't have any Garlic on them, I requested no sweetcorn on the pizza for it to consist of 90% Sweetcorn. Shame as previous experiences have been great.

Order never delivered. Driver said he couldn’t get to us even after giving specific instructions. Hung up and later called to say he’d gone back to the shop. No advice given regards refund other than saying we could order again tomorrow.

Never received order and now won't answer the phone

They sent an order what was completely wrong. When I called them not one person could understand what I was saying nor could they communicate with me. Asked to speak with a manager and was passed on to another colleague who couldn't speak a word of English. After 20 mins of frustration trying to explain the order was wrong they sent out the order from just eat again and it arrived cold. 🤦

Food arrived an hour late, even though when ringing the restaurant they said it would be five more minutes. Had to ring again 20 minutes later to be told it will be 2 more minutes. 2 hours, from when the order was placed to cold food

Took way too long to come & pizza & chips were cold. Given mint saice not garlic AGAIN. Never ordering here in future.

I said in the notes section to call me when the driver arrived but nobody rang me to let me know that they had left my delivery with the reception so when I eventually got my order both the pizza and the chips were cold, a waste of £15 really

Pronto Pizza but wasn’t pronto. Took over an hour to arrive and didn’t taste great. Disappointing. Chilli con carne was really nice however. Pizza just didn’t taste right.

I used to be a loyal customer here. I ordered their pizzas here, and I enjoyed their food. But recently, they have been going off hinge. They don't say delivery times anymore, so you could be waiting from 30 minutes to an hour, and I'm usual a patient person myself. But I've now stopped calling them because it seems they don't care about their customers (even loyal ones) as when I called them, they picked up the phone and immediately put it down. If this is how you treat customers, then you shouldn't operate a business.

The delivery status changed several times. I rang the vendor several times has suggested but they never answered. I only live a mile away .

Perfect pizzas and chips as always

The mozzarella sticks were overcooked to the point of inedibility. Such a shame as everything else was lovely.

Order delivery at 7.30 for 8.25_8.45 never arrived. Tried contacting restaurant but phone lines busy. At 9.10 they changed delivery time to 9.35. They then waited 10 minutes before cancelling the order. Kids upset as had to have toast and bed. Was supposed to be a treat. Very frustrated and hungry. Will avoid in future. No communication.

You’re usually very good but this time you were very poor, incredibly poor how long it took for the food to come in, Pronto Pizza weren’t pronto

DO NOT EAT HERE ! I cannot urge you to stay far away from this place enough! I saw it was local and decided to give it a try, the food came over an hour late , and may I add it’s not a particularly popular establishment. But that’s not even half of why I have given this one star. The other side is of course the food. Absolutely appalling food ! Chicken burger and cheese chips , though without the cheese? The chips were stale and tasted microwaved. The chicken had an ,extortionate amount of mayo on top of it and the buns were again stale. The pizza we ordered was lukewarm despite having meat on it. And the kebab by far the worst I’ve ever seen or tasted. The lamb meat was burnt to the point where it became inedible, the chicken was either bland or again burnt and the Donner meat looked like stevie wonder had cut it himself , big chunks of donner rather than thin slices , and it tasted poor yet again. I strongly advise you to steer well clear of this place if you value your money and health.
