I Oder pizza from this place and I Oder 2 x 15 ‘’ and i received 1- size M and 2- size L i pay 25£ and 2.50£ for delivery but he’s informed me delivery yes free and all item yes completely wrong including I receive all cold pizza and I am waiting 2 h for my Oder discasting!!!!!! Like this way bussnes lair customer DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!!!!

Such a shame. My partner has used this place for 10 years. We was informed that the order would take up to an hour for the order which is no problem so decided to order non the less. We left it for an hour and a half. Then called to see what was happening. All calls was answred but hung up on. Got a call from the driver to say they was at our back door...there's no way you can get to the back door...nobody at the back or front door. Then was hung up on. Could not get back to the driver or the or to the main line. Then when we did get through we was told the pizza place they told us that the driver had broken down..but we told them what we was told. Hung up on we was just going to cancel the order. Then it was midnight new years I normally like to come to trip advisor with nice feed back but seeing as its new years and I'm 6 months pregnant you can see my upset. We ordered at 8.50pm and the order came at 1.20am...we didnt want it in the end...happy new year lol

It seems like this little place is run by amateurs with no customer service awareness and forgetting that their customers are Lawyers and Doctors and other professional and in my case (HEAD CONCIERGE) in a 5* hotel in the city, so when a customer order something they know what they ordered, so when i get a wrong order or when your order takes one and half hour to come is a massive mistake on your behalf but the worst of all when I called in to complain and ask where is my pizza after one hour a very rude guy answers the phone and tells me that the pizza was delivered to my address but someone came out with a £50 note which never happened, I asked him to check the address and find out where his driver had gone as he never came to my address and am still waiting for my pizza, he then tells me that he believes his driver and they never lie, OK great but who is lying then because am still waiting for my pizza that never materialized and why would I be calling then, (and he just puts the phone down). Bare in mind I was a customer for over 8 years. OK as HEAD CONCIERGE customer service is my game so let me educate you in very simple terms with only 3 rules and hopefully you delegate this to your entire team if you still wish to run a basic customer service let alone a successful business. Role no 1 (Customer is always right) Especially when you ate dealing with food and beverages as they know what they ordered. Role no 2 Never answer a question if you ate not sure just apologize and ask to call them back after getting your facts straight no shame on that but to put the phone down on a customer is unforgivable childish mistake which reflects your manners and upbringings. Role no 3 Its nice and expected of management to show support to your drivers and stuff members but they also make mistakes especially when they are over worked, so in your case your driver has gone to the wrong address and somebody was dealing with him and he never picked up on it or never bothered to check again for the right address and left back to base, as he is back no one bothered in the shop to check again and your customer is in the phone and you are telling him you believe your drivers. It is very clear that the problem is not just your stuff but your management is lacking the basis common courtesy and the simplest knowledge of how to speak to customers over the phone, quite frankly am amazed that you are still allowed to operate this disgraceful services, thankfully this is 2019 and the internet makes it possible to shame you and advice others and shedding a light into your practices.

We ordered veggie volcano however they accidentally gave us the wrong order and kindly replaced it for us without any hesitation, amazing customer service would recommend visiting compared to other pizza places

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at one of your restaurants. I have never encountered such poor service. During a recent delivery, my order arrived without the Pepsi that was included. When I contacted the restaurant to inform them of this, I was told that they did not realize the mistake and that I would need to contact the delivery driver myself. I find this completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be held responsible for errors made by your staff. It is not my responsibility to track down the delivery driver for a missing item. It appears that your staff assumed I was somehow at fault and that I was the one who needed to resolve the issue. This is a shocking way to treat a customer. Pizza Hut, you seriously need to reconsider your customer service policies and train your staff on how to handle mistakes appropriately. If you wish to have a good future, this kind of behavior towards customers needs to change immediately.

Changing my review after today's terrible experience! Got food poisoning from this place. Just spent the evening on the toilet. I was a bit suspicious as the pizza was very misshapen (like it has fallen and was shoved in the box - might have come out in the bike?) and no basil on the margarita! Spending the evening on the throne isn't my idea of fun. Before anyone asks, no I did not eat anything else. I feel absolutely awful. I can't risk it again.
