Princes Cafe And Coffee Shop in East Ayrshire

We visited The princes Cafe & Coffee Shop again today, five of us. I had the famed all day breakfast, friends had Chicken Tempura, Spicy Macaroni with chips. Everything was excellent, service & food. Cost us £44.00 for FIVE of us. Will be back next week for sure.

we went to Kilmarnock into this wee posh place 'The Longhouse' were kind of pushed around waiting, despite their being only 4 people in. I suspect they expected a big rush, it was almost 12 midday. That and seeing £9.95 for brekky and £2.40 for tea, we decided to go elsewhere and found a wee clean cosy welcoming place called 'The Princes Cafe' All day breakfast £5.85 and honestly everything was perfect. 4 of us ate the lot. Beans in their own wee dish, no grease, thick toast with 2 x portions of butter, tea great, seriously we will be back. As we walked out, the lady came over and asked us why we chose her place, (she had been in town and seen us walking around. We told her about the wee posh place, not very welcoming and we WILL be back to The Princes Cafe for sure.

A hidden gem of a cafe, sitting just off IKing Stree tat the lower end of that street, near Paris Match. First rate service, and first rate homemade food. And a wide range of options, from a simple scone to a full meal. Open and specious decor, with very friendly owner and staff. I recommend this cafe as one of the best in the town.

I've asked to swat green peppers with any other ingredient and they listened and did and it was great! I loved it!

When looking at the menu for this restaurant it stated that the pizzas were buy one get one free, I check using the drop down menu to see the terms for this offer it just said that the margarita pizza was excluded from this off and to put your 2nd choice of pizza in the comment box. I ordered my pizza and put the choice for the free pizza in the comment box along with the message "if there is no free pizza please don't send the order". My food was delivered very quickly but low and behold there was only one pizza. I called the restaurant and enquired as to why only one pizza was sent when their menu stated otherwise, there was no management available to speak to so i took the name of the member of staff that I dook to (who tried his best to help the situation). In the end I had to order again and the free pizza was delivered

It says buy 1 get 1 free pizza... They didnt deliver the my other pizza and took around £30 for a pizza and lasagne what a bludy rip off never again when i spoke to the person he was extremely rude... Never order from here

Not impressed by the food but not bad either. Normal quality I'd say. Delivery was extremly early (a good 30 minutes early), delivery guy was smily and polite! Would recommend

Ordered our food online then when it arrived they had forgetter a few things from the order when we called them back they said it was coming soon 20-30mins had gone by an still nothing so we had to call them back to see where they were, they seem disgust that we were calling an told us it will be on its way by then we had already finished our food so there was no point of it coming.

I would give them 0 stars if that was a choice. I told the shop beforehand, not to knock the door but to ring my phone when they came, as their were children sleeping . The delivery man didn't listen to these instructions, therefore waking up everyone in my house. The delivery man didn't bring the condiments I asked for, got me the wrong box of wings and didn't bring the drink I asked for and he started to get angry at me when I told him to go back to the shop and get my drink. Suffice to say I will not be ordering from here again as it is just a complete waste of money.

Iam a regular cutomer! I have no problems with Princes Pizza as they have great customer service & good quality food.

I like Princes Pizza, but this is the second time I have had an incomplete order delivery when ordered through the Just Eat app.

Although the order arrived very quickly I was not satisfied with the food. The thin crust pizza I ordered was not thin. I expected normal wings but was sent bbq wings. I ordered chilli dip my curly fries but was sent garlic dip instead. The pizza did not come with its own dip either.

Genuinely terrible pizza. Years ago Princes was the best in the area but these days it's one of the worst.

They didn't even turn up! & when i called they didn't bother to answer WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

All ways miss somthing from my order and wen u call to tell them they say don't order from just eat call us direct,will not be ordering no more from here

Took 2 hours for my order to arrive. I even had to call up to check if it was still on its way, no explanation given, was just told that my food would arrive in 15 minutes. When the food came the pizza and the wings were cold. To top it all off my food came without the drink I had ordered ordered.

Food was good but it was slightly late

Arrived 25 minutes late, only 1/2 the order arrived!!! I called and they sent the rest 30 minutes later. I paid for Prawns, none received, thin crust was dropped and therefore a mess in the box, Ordered Sprite received 7-UP, Sausage Supreme was 'Sweet' tasting???? Never again will I ever ordered from here again.

Burnt food, didn't eat at all. Pasta looked old. No forks or napkins given either. Wouldn't order from here again!

Worst experience ever! Over an hour delivery time, wrong food was delivered, incomplete order arrived and very rude staff! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered food at 8:40pm, finally arrived at 10:05pm, no apology or anything. Food was warm not at all hot. We order from here a lot, really disappointed!

Brought wrong order then waited 1hr 20 mins for the right order. From placing the order we waited almost 3 hours for the pizza!! The delivery driver was very nice and helpful. The staff in the takeaway wouldn't answer the phone and put it down on me twice

Food was ok. Didn't get my drink, driver couldn't be bothered to get it for me AND charged 30p extra for something I didn't get

Waiting hour and a half for cold pizzas when we only live 5 minute car journey away. Very disappointing

Missing garlic bread with cheese, did phone them to inform and they said they would re deliver it. Still waiting.... Food quality was poor and the pizza seems to have been cut with a plastic knife as all odd shapes and didn't go through properly. Will not be using this place again and maybe others should consider looking else where.

Good food but 50 mins later than given time also added barbeque chicken to margherita pizza and i got barbecue sauce on my pizza instead

The order was badly delivered, the telephone operater couldn't speak proper english, and was unable to understand the problem they caused.

Ordered sour and cream dips but got chilli.

Absolute jokers. Waited nearly two hours for a cold pizza, when I rang to ask where it is I get attitude, the pizza turns up..the delivery guy gives me attitude. After being sat like a lemmon for nearly 2hours. Fawlty Towers of the take away pizza game. Pay the extra money and use a decent firm. Worst takeaway I have ever had, might as well rip your £10 notes up.

This could be a great Pizza place for all I know. I would submit a proper review, but I can't review food that DOESN'T ARRIVE.

i've waited 1h and half for the pizza

I waited a whole hour for a hard piece of bread ' soggy chips and Attempted cheese burger and a undercooked chicken burger. The nuggets were decent but overall absolutely appalling

Perfect as always. Probably the best offers and the best pizzas in this area.

They forgot the can of coke.. The delivery guy told me "next time we'll give you one more", I hope so.. But anyway the pizza was really tasty as always

Delivered the wrong pizza and when i complained they refused to deal with me, saying that my order was raised with just-eat and that I should contact just eat. They said they have no receipts or print-outs which is obviously untrue. The man on the phone was almost having a go at me for having the audacity to complain to him about my wrong pizza. Wont be ordering from them again.

Was called up 10 minutes after ordering and shouted at very rudely saying that the buy one get one free offer was not valid and that i'd have to pay an extra £9 for what i'd asked for despite having made the exact same order just 10 days ago. Yes there are terms and conditions on the menu but it was not clear at all and a member of just eat had to point it out to me. The buy one get one free offer only applies if you pay a price thats only slightly cheaper than two single pizzas. Please be careful before ordering.

Food delivered quickly, pizza was good but the burger wasn't plain which i'd requested so i wasn't able to eat it.

Misleading entry on just-eat, no detail on the buy one get one free pizza offer. I was charged for ingredients which I did not receive.

First time I've ordered a take away in London. Is this what they're all like? Absolutely terrible pizza, the standard and quality is shocking. The toppings were dry and inedible, I can't believe I paid that much for such a disgusting pizza. I will never order again.

Excellent service, friendly staff and delicious fresh pizza!

Aweful place. Forgot our order, then argued that we ever placed it and took the money anyway. when just eat made them send it it was 3 hrs late, cold, and incorrect. Really rude on the phone and unhelpful.

Not as good as previous. The crust was like cardboard, the cheese very chewy and toppings tasted old. I hade chicken wings side which was just as bad as they were overcooked and had very little flavour. Shame as I was really looking forward to some nice grub and they've been good on previous orders.

Although online menu appeared to be a copy of the shop menu the 2 for 1 pizza deal was not honoured. The delivery was incorrect drinks wise. Otherwise not a bad pizza but far from great.

Pizza had no time or love put into making it and the quality of the ingredients was well below par. Some parts of the pizza had no toppings present and the pizza box was soaked in fat / oil. The pizza was not evenly cut (to the extreme) where some pieces were not triangular and others over 3 times larger than the smaller pieces. Garlic bread very soggy and not edible. Chicken wings were okay. Delivery time was 40mins and pizza arrived after 33mins.

The food arrived after 25 mins which I thought was good. It wasted of a medium/good quality. However the delivery driver was a bit rude.

Did not confirm delivery so I went and got take out else where but they came later when I arrived back from the shop which was annoying

The pizza was delicious and full of toppings, and it was delivered very quickly, in 25 minutes.

I got the order delivered fast though I received only one drink instead of the two what I ordered. The pizzas were fresh and hot straight from the oven!!

I was informed about the estimated delivery time was 1 hour. I was surprised when the delivery guy knocked on the door in 20 mins. The food was hot and delicious. I recommend!

Wow - THAT was bad. Pizzas with cheese and tomato and spot the topping, tasteless burgers that feltlike rubber, and limp fries. So bad we had a good laugh. Don´t get your hopes up, there is plenty of room for disappointment with these guys.

Lasagne was VERY salty and not very juicy either. The burgers were BTF (burnt to flip) and like eating cardboard (without the tasty cardboardy taste). All in all, a let down. will not use again.
