I ordered a veg pizza and a chicken parmo Wednesday 28 December 2023. Paramo was sick worst paramo I've ever had in my life. Chicken like rubber no sauce under the cheese and dry. WILL NOT BE ODERING THERE ANYMORE. AVOID.

When is a pizza not a pizza ? When it's a calzone apparently ! But wasn't folded ! So went for collection big signs any 10 inch pizza £7 orders a calzone charged £8.50 because its not a pizza . Right OK then must be a cheeseburger. Or summit .

Love this place !! Never had a bad experience apart from the incorrect pizza once! Even that was lovely!! Recommend this place to anyone wh asks. Even when i ask for special requests they always deliver! Keep it up!!

Ordered a tandoori chicken kebab and chips+sauce (amazing). Chicken was really well marinated with onions & peppers etc. and cooked in a pizza oven. Flavour, quality amd portion size were perfect Order was fast and accurate. I'll deffo order from here from now on!

I gave 5 stars only wish I could give more I ordered for the first time last night and definitely wasn't disappointed i ordered the bbq chicken kebab from the grill section and a small pizza both were hot and arrived on time .. highly recommended the bbq chicken kebab i will be buying this again it was very nice 👍👍👍

Decent, this was our first order (n/s staff at a certain hospital) and was pleasantly surprised, don’t usually trust a takeaway that does everything, (pick a team and stick with it!) but the 14” Mexican I had bought tears to the eyes! Tasted canny n’all…

What a shame! I had my grandchildern staying with us and we were looking forward to the arrival of a 14" half and half pizza. It was barely warm on arrival to start with. Secondly, I ordered "extra cheese"....I have no idea what Primo's version of without extra cheese would be. Disappointing to say the least. I will be deleting my account and taking my business elsewhere.

I have never been so badly treated by a so called pizza takeaway establishment in my life. I Road down to said "takeaway " to return a pizza that I'd ordered earlier to collect on my bike. It wasn't up to standard at all. Upon I was threatened by a delivery driver he identified himself as and was chased out the shop and then threatened again so. Lost my pizza and my money. I'm going to make it my mission to get rid of horrible bustards like you.

Ordered Chicken Pizza with stuffed crust and Slice of Cheese cake. Cheese cake was frozen and looked like the ones you get in Asda for a pound. The pizza was okay and garlic was nice

I've ordered from Primo Pizza a couple of times recently and its always been fab service. Always ordered via Uber Eats. The food is lovely, exactly what i asked for and fast delivery! 100% would recommend.

Didnt receive my order, claimed they waited for me for 15 minutes outside and tried to ring me, which is absolute rubbish as I was waiting outside for over 30 minutes and I have no missed calls. If I could give it no stars I would, dont buy from here. I didnt even get a refund.also, when I rang, both the people I spoke too were incredibly rude bordering on hostile

Pitta bread was hard and chocolate cake arrived frozen. Spkke to the manager who advised me to either leave it outside for 5 10 minutes or put it in the microwave for a few seconds. Absolute joke, order from here every weekend but won't be again

Twice in a row asked for deep pan, got thin crust, had specifically said so in online order, will not be using again, can get more for less money too from pronto pizza

1st time ordering from here and it certainly won't be the last!!! when reading all the amazing reviews before I ordered i was thinking this sounds too good to be true and had my doubts however It was early just like every review says kebab wrap could of fed 3 people it was that big and piping hot and fresh. and the fried chicken was better than the kfc I had last week !!! My new local 10 out of 10

Love the food always fresh and hot never waited over 25 mins for delivery which I think is great

Waited 2 hours for delivery to be told 3 times it was on its way and to not even turn up at all! 3 children left hungry!

Food was freezing cold chicken was under cooked and the staff were very rude really disappointed

Ordered twice there this month and the pizzas are beautiful deep pan - just lush, kids loved the cheesy chip wraps and chicken wraps. Definitely will be ordering from here from now on...and not to forget the nice thick tasty garlic sauce. Just yummy!!!!

I phoned the shop and spoke to the owner to ask why they send out frozen cheese cake on just eat he said it's the way they do it I asked him how are people ment to eat frozen cheese cake he couldn't answer me he didn't seem to care or care about my complaint I've give this takeaway shop chance after chance but their keep making basis mistakes (I'LL KEEP LOOKING FOR A DECENT TAKEAWAY SHOP BEEN LOOKING FOR 15 YEARS NOW THESES PEOPLE DON'T CARE ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY)

Wasn't the best and ordered a tandoori chicken pizza which should of had red onion and peppers on with the chicken but only had chicken .. first and last time trying this place!
