Prime Pizza in Rotherham

For a little takeaway shop, what atmosphere and fantastic food and great service would highly recommend anybody from establishment

I ordered two portions of chips and two large 16" pizzas. The driver came.. Delivered the chips..and forgot the pizzas apparantley. I had to call the takeaway to find out where they were and get them re sent. By the time they arrived.. The chips had gone cold, as had the pizzas..and dinner was much later than we had hoped. Kids ended up being too tired to eat much. Food is good. Delivery drivers not so much.

I've been ordering from here for years and despite the change in owmer, the food is tip-top. Sometimes they might forget an order item on delivery, but on phoning they put it right. The meal deals are good value 👍🏽

Lie about price also bad hygiene. On the phone they say one price when they get there they demand different. Also saw staff stick fingers in customers burgher to check if they put sauce. Food is good though

Been ordering from here for a few years now and it’s always been great. Lately food has been overly greasy, cold and lacks basic presentation. My wrap looked like a naan and the meat was hard / dry. Chips were cold and soggy. Won’t b eating from here again.

Incompetence. Will not be ordering again. Got my order wrong and wanted to charge me extra for fixing the order. Avoid this place. Not worth my custom.

Fantastic food Great service bit on expensive side but if you want quality food then you have to pay bit extra which is quite reasonable.

Rude staff. Order is always wrong and then they got the cheek to tell you we orded the wrong food. 16 quid for chicken special and fillet burger lol. Prime time watch out guys.

Stood there 15 minutes waiting to order to hear a guy has been waiting 55 minutes for one piece chicken and chips Asked to order and got told to wait because the guy behind the counter didn't no how to use the till So waited another 10 minutes a bloke walked in order a kebab (i was still waiting ) got his order and went whilst I repeat me and this other lad was still stood there waiting Not been to prime for a few years was a regular customer when the older staff was there I agree staff move of and change etc but this place is a joke 35 minutes waiting to order and still didn't get to place my order so left a unhappy customer Absolute joke of a takeaway 0-10000 for customer satisfaction Only way u can order is by phone by the looks of it even then your waiting 1.5 hours plus if u decide to go ahead

I have been ordering from this takeaway since many years. It has been a good experience but now... Ever since the owners changed: 1. The food is absolutely disgusting and very oily 2. They use poor quality oil and on top of that they refry the wedges, chips 3. I ordered the overprice £22 meal C and I was very disappointed, they gave me 4 old pieces of old chicken it seems that it was definitely re-heated 4. The wedges were smelling and full of oil inside of them 5. The chips were really stale and hard IF YOU ORDER DURING WEEKDAYS, YOU WILL RECEIVE OLD FOOD, and if you are on weekends you will get the WRONG order. I have experienced this a lot of times now. Better off cooking at home than ordering this horrible food, at risk of getting food poisoning and ill!

Odered over £40 of food online forgot to place order for sauces so i rang and asked for them they said that they would send some food came without sauces rang them they told me they charge for sauces so they didnt send me any and they said they cant do anything about it either even though it was the same guy who said its not a problem and they would send me some GREEDY AND RUDE PEOPLE over a couple of pound!!!!! do not order

Took over an hour and a half for delivery, when I asked what was taking so long they told me to get a taxi and come pick it up. On delivery, the driver expected me to come to him and refused to get out of his car. Food was pretty good, service horrible

Having been here on a few occassions spending £30 plus. I was astonished to say they could no offer free sauces with the meals provided and tried to charge me 60p per pot which wasnt even full. Every where else you go to buy fast food offer you free sauces. Food was very poor quality 😕 pizza was like as if it came out of a microwave oven rather than a pizza oven. Wont be buying again.

They never deliver to my address in Rawmarsh, Rotherham. Phoning me saying they’ve tried to deliver no one at door. Attempting to get out of it every time. Shame as food is super good and wedges are the best.

Ordered twice from here and will never order from them again. Pizzas and fried chicken tasted like they were already made and then re-heated in a microwave or something-just did not taste right at all. Chicken, very salty and greasy. Pizzas- very dry and bland, And that too with ordering the prime special. I fell sick after it. Large order and it turned up in less than 15mins. So one star for delivery Lots of food, cheap to buy but its waste of money

I always go to jackos, shajhan, or square pizza. After having 3 totally bad jackos decided for a new take away. Went to prime pizza. Chicken was banging. Kebab was wow. Garlic sauce amazing. Chips were nice, not great but ate them all. Wedges so soft and plenty of flavour. My new takeaway

The food is not nice at all, I ordered the special kabab, and honestly....it was horrible 😣 I was VERY disappointed as I was really hungry, and the food made me feel sick! My friend got something different and said she did not like the Donner at all. However the delivery is fast, the food got here in 15 mins. The reason it gets 1 star is because of the delivery, however if I could give half a star I would!

Started off okay but quickly became very abusive over the phone, a company of young thugs. If they get your order wrong, making a complaint over the phone will lead to you getting verbal abuse. Would not recommend
