Primark Cafe with Disney in Birmingham

Vino aquí mientras estaba en la ciudad para un concierto y lo pasó fantástico. La comida era genial y el servicio desde Callan era de 5 estrellas. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en Birmingham

Me encanta visitar este café cuando vengo a Birmingham para visitar a la familia. He estado un par de veces, pero esta vez (24 de enero) fue brillante. Mi madre y yo fuimos a por los gofres de galletas y yo tomé las palomitas de chocolate caliente y mi madre tomó el té. El chocolate de alquiler era muy agradable y no escatimaron en los ingredientes y los gofres eran muy sabrosos y grandes. El personal era muy amable y muy agradable y hablador con mi hijo de 1 año.

Vinimos de Chesterfield, Derbyshire, especialmente para visitar el Disney Café. El personal era increíble, especialmente una señora llamada Sarah que se hizo cargo cuando mi bolso de amigos estaba robado y nos ayudó a contactar con la policía, etc. Todavía comimos y bebimos - teníamos la pasta en salsa, cubierto con queso, que era muy agradable!

Estaba tan emocionado por esto viajado 2 horas en tren, la comida era sosa y aburrida y cara, para mi amigo no comer todo lo suyo que dice algo. Tenía la pasta era muy soso y desagradable. No es divertido Disney dedicar solo una pared peice era muy agobiante no haría el esfuerzo de volver fue muy decepcionante

Estaba visitando el Mercado de Navidad y como no había cola me detuve a almorzar con mi pequeño. Estuvimos allí unos 45 minutos, la cabina en la que nos sentamos tenía platos, etc de los comensales anteriores, cuando salimos de la mesa todavía no había sido despejado. 5 miembros del personal detrás del mostrador, pero todavía tomó un par de minutos para uno para venir y servirme. El personal era educado, pero la cafetería no es un parche en lo que solía ser. Sobreprecio e infraprecio. No creo que volvería a ir

Visité con mi nieta después de las compras de cumpleaños. Muy muy decepcionado no estoy muy seguro de por qué se llama Disney café no hay mucha evidencia de ‘Disney’ Esperé más de una hora para la comida que cuando llegó no era nada especial! El lugar no estaba particularmente ocupado, pero las mesas no estaban siendo limpiadas. El personal parecía estar un poco perdido. Sólo el joven que recibía órdenes parecía estar haciendo algo. ¡¡No volverás!!

Qué horror. Pedí chocolate caliente de lujo Jaffa Cake para que nos dijeran que en realidad no tenemos ningún Jaffa Cakes, sino que le pondremos una escama en su lugar. Halloumi frío / empapado / húmedo claramente no poner el microondas el tiempo suficiente después de que los descongelaron - rango. Latas de pop todo caliente como nevera es claramente para mostrar solo y no encendido. Nada de Disney aparte de la forma del gofre y estoy muy sorprendido de que Disney haya dejado que su marca se asocie con esta broma de un café. ¿Dónde está la magia de Disney, ya que este lugar es Disney trágico.

La comida era estupenda, y Mualla, que me sirvió era educado y amable. Recomendaría Primark a amigos y familiares. Gracias.

The Dessert was lovely. Hot and tasted great . The food burger was tasteless and the chips kids fish meal was horrible. The overall foot quality is really poor and for the price , we should have just gone elsewhere. The drinks are reasonable I would not recommend eating from here.

Having been to Disney, Florida and Disney, Paris I can promise you that (based on my experience yesterday) this would not live up to their high standards. 1 coffee and 1 hot chocolate... took forever ( 20m plus) to come and was revolting when it did. Yes, they were clearly short-staffed but that is no excuse to observe an assistant using their hands to scoop marshmallows... no spoon or gloves ! I'm really pleased I hadn't chosen food. The "Friends" cafe in Primark, Manchester is amazing and very clean. I expected the same if not more from this one. I was disappointed and I know Disney would be.

If I could it would be zero stars! If I knew the food was that bad I would have not bothered and sat outside with the tramps eating ciggy butts and toe nails……the only goofy in that cafe is clearly the bloody chef They really must be taking the F*cking Mickey

The potato skins were truly AWFUL. Avoid like the plague. My daughter has the pasta with tomato and cheese which was actually not bad. Thankfully she wasn’t overly hungry so shared it with me after I’d discarded the potato skins! Their fridge was broken so the cans of drink were actually warm! Such a shame as it’s so easy to get it right - and this place doesn’t. So disappointing

Discovered this cafe on the upper floor - there’s a Stitch one on the floor below which I’ll review separately. When we arrived there was no queue, the server saw us straight to a table. We were given a table without the built in electronic game (probably because we are both adults but still!) The table was clean and set with wooden cutlery, napkins and condiments sachets. We were told our table number and to go to the till to order our food. Got to the till, the member of staff was friendly. Took our order. Was surprised that you don’t get a Disney cup, I was told to help myself to a can from the fridge. Waiting time reasonable for our food. Looked delicious, tasted delicious. No themed food boxes though. Usb port at the table which was handy for charging my phone. There was the odd Disney song that came on but mostly just pop music. Staff were wearing plain clothing (as opposed to Disney themed t shirts like the Stitch cafe).

We stopped off at the Disney cafe during a long drive from Kent to Chester. The cafe is adorable, decorated all over with Mickey Mouse, it felt like you were in Disney land! Some of the menu was unavailable during our visit, so we opted for the sweet waffles. A staff member came over to confirm some choices with us; vegan or regular ice cream, chocolate sauce or Nutella. This was much appreciated as they could have slapped anything on if they wanted. The waffles were tasty & presented well. The coffee was good too. A very affordable place to grab a quick bite.

2 family's ordered at same time, there's came ours didn't we waited they finished ask about ours it was coming 45 minutes later and 5 more different excuses told that chef had given ours to another table eventually got it it was wrong more complaints got a full refund and free cake and drinks at cafe on next floor Won't be going back in a hurry

Very excited to come here but was slightly disappointed, for how big it is I wouldn't say there was alot more variety then our local store. Obviously the Grinch cafe was great but the Disney cafe wasn't anything special tbh. Cans of drink were warm so didn't even purchase in the end. Toilets were clean and staff were friendly but not the experience I was hoping for.

Worste place we have ever been. Customer service is shocking, asked for 4 people table and got sat at a table for 2 even though there was a table available. Still put only 2 people at the 4 seater table. Food was cold and disgusting. My kids eat a lot of things and for them turn and leave there food and say its trash, that is saying something. There was a couple of other choice words for the food and none of them was good

Absolutely awful, ordered food, waffle with 2 toppings, slice of red velvet cake, 2 adult strawberry milkshakes, 1 kids strawberry milkshake and a berry smoothie, waited and waited for order to arrive, the waffle arrived was told drinks would follow, well waited over an hour, asked on several occasions to be told short staffed and they won’t be long, other customers came in and orders they received there food and drinks and left before us, we are still waiting, eventually the slice of cage came then the drinks, well the milkshakes were awful not taste at all to them, spoke to lady who worked their for her to tell me they make milkshakes with ice, explained that we were really disappointed with how long we had to wait, and the milkshakes for her to reply they are short staffed and trying to train two new members of staff, I work in hospitality myself, and customers are our priority we definitely don’t serve and deliver food/drinks out of order, the staff that were working had no customer service skills, no please or thank you or is everything ok, have you got everything you need they all need retraining we certainly won’t be returning, nothing Disney or special about this cafe

Never felt as uncomfortable in my life ! Whilst being served by one member of staff another member came over to have a chat with her and looked us up and down and made us feel very uncomfortable. She then did the exact same to the next people in the queue. Not only this my fries were stone cold and the nachos was stale! This is a novelty place for kids and should be a nice experience for the kids, drove all the way from Wigan and will be telling everyone to never come here. Horrible place if you can’t crack a smile don’t work in the industry

It really is Primarks version of Disney. I wouldn’t bother. No fruit. Only Mickey. Miserable service. No Disney music. Certainly not magic. Save the money -Disney would close it down if they saw it

Really want the waffle, they were amazing got to pick to toppings. Amazing staff and were so kind and helpful. Wish there was more Disney inspired food, but over all an awesome place to get some food after some shopping. And there was a screen were you can play games on it so fun!

Went to visit this store with my son after visiting Disneyland in the US he was very excited to try the Mickey waffles. We ordered the waffles sat down and his little face was so excited, after one bite he looked at me and said Mummy they dont taste the same?? Due to this I went to the counter informing that the waffles are not the same standard as the US waffles only to get a reply I dont think we are using the same company as Disney. So in a nutshell it sounds like FAKE Mickey waffles so Avoid at all costs.

I brought my nephew here after a theatre trip, we had a great time. Had a mickey waffle & some mickey fruit. The place was quiet, staff that were on shift were friendly and chatty. The place was clean and tidy. Our waffle came out quick, was yummy and hot. We had great fun playing on the interactive table 😀 this is my 2nd time visiting and enjoyed it both times, we can't wait to come back
