Very good food. We ate in. Lovely people. Great choice of food and good prices.

No exaggeration to say it was one of the best burgers of my life. Also great tunes and reasonable prices !

Best burger in Brighton & Hove.

The fries. My good the fries are good. Unlike EVERY other place you order from. The fries were NOT cold or soggy! Burger was pristinely built. Minimal excess oil. Juicy burger. Full of flavour. Only thing that let this place down were the halloumi fries. Though in fairness. The product deteriorates quickly once cooked. So likely just a bad choice from myself. I image the product to be beautiful if ordered at the establishment. All I. All a very good place to choose!!!

So I did a deliveroo , chicken burger was good until half way through , the chicken was fatty and chewy . They also forgot the sauce I paid for , the chips were plain but the onion wings were good, I ordered 30 mins before they closed so maybe it’s better during the day

I just had the buffalo wings and chips and they were outstanding. Always so tasty from this place and the guys serving are always so friendly. A great find on Portland Road!

Small burger takeaway joint. Has a few seats in the window if you want to eat in. The food was freshly made to order and really tasty. Ordered two burgers and dirty fries between two of us and were pretty full. The whole menu looked nice. Had the caveman bob burger. Lovely bun that didn't fall apart moist smashed burger with lovely toppings. Can't wait to try the chicken burgers. Really nice burgers would definitely recommend.

I visited here tonight for the first time as I was in Brighton for my birthday, I’m not based local so wasn’t sure what to expect but I had the best chicken burger I’ve ever tasted & the sweet potato fries were delicious! I honestly can not fault this place from the second I walked in staff were very welcoming & the food was absolutely amazing!! I live 2 hours away and would travel back just to eat here again!!

The food was leng getting a triple cheeseburger meal for like £15 and where the patties are phat and not tiny is a pretty rare experience for me a lot of places are charging upwards of £15 for a single small basic patty burger so this place will Definitely become a regular

Holy Cow!! (Pun absolutely intended!!) Just polished off my first burger from these guys and it was absolutely top drawer. For those who know their burgers, I’d say definitely better than Honest Burgers and on par with the chains 7bone and Black Bear. I’m sure the people at Primal won’t mind me name checking the guys above as the point I’m making is that Primal are really at the top of the game and definitely worth checking out. They’re no generic local fly by night chancers. These guys know the art and are here to stay. Give them a try. You’ll be glad you did. I certainly am!!

Absolutely amazing. Best burger I've had in some time.

First time using/eating primal burger-really happy with food. Slightly confusing shop website that said closed as did telephone to shop but was able to order through Just eat…I don’t know why I tried to order with Just eat but glad I persisted. Is it done on purpose at busy times maybe…saying restaurant shut/no collection available &landline confirming shop shut?? Got to be a better way surely? Regret not reading about meal deals-seems we ordered in the most expensive way but still worth it! Will definitely use again as so many nice things to try!

Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered via Uber eats and were told that estimated delivery would be around 40 mins. After around 35 mins our order gets cancelled with the only explanation being that our food could not be delivered. Fair enough if it’s cancelled straight after ordering but 5 mins before the estimated delivery time is not acceptable! Very disappointed and we will not be ordering again.

Where to start.. Bbq Buffalo wings, crispy skin, succulent mean and a well balanced and moorish sauce.. Then wow the main event.. Caveman BOB, beef aged like the name, packed with flavour perfectly seasoned, oozing with cheese, dill pickles,thier special sauce and a smoked Tomatoe, which sits perfectly, if it wasn't there you'd notice the difference and it just would not taste the same... Honetsly from a well travelled burger eating machine this is one of the best I've had in a lonnng time... Thanks Guys

Popped in with my son to check out this local Burger spot for a takeaway treat, didn’t disappoint. Burgers are very generous, great quality patties and loads of choice - it’s a tasty juicy burger! And really very good. Fries are top notch and Server was very friendly. I don’t need to eat for a week, but will be back!

Bacon was raw in my triple bacon cheese burger. When I told the. They just said "it doesn't normally happen". Pickles also cut too thick. Avoid this place your better off with the burger king a few doors down.

This meal was amazing. I ordered the bread and bird & srircha chicken fries, and was genuinely surprised at how good it looked when I received the food. The burger’s chicken was lightly breaded and tender. Fries were great, with an excellent ratio of cheese, chicken and sauce. If you’re looking for a high-quality burger joint, this is the place to visit.

Burgers are pretty decent but ordering is a pain. Tried to order 3 times using app each time took 20mins for them to randomly cancel the order without reason, I even used different cards incase it was that. Sort the app out or get on Deliveroo and then you could have a decent burger shop. if you don’t want to do delivery or take orders on your app then don’t offer it.

Waited 30 mins for a lukewarm soggy burger with plastic cheese in a disintegrating sugar loaded bun. Truly disgusting. A real disgrace on the neighbourhood that will surely be gone soon.
