Firstly, the staff were so rude, we were waiting for ages for someone to notice us. Then they forgot to put our order through which I understand but after it finally came out it was left on the side for 10 minutes to go cold. It was then brought over to us and the food was not nice at all. It wasn’t even busy but the service was terrible and the 2 members of staff just looked so unhappy.

We had a wonderful lunch experience at Prezzo. Staff welcoming and friendly and food genuinely delicious . We would like to give a special recognition for amazing service to Angela who was our waitress. Well done Prezzo team. Keep up the good work!!

My family and I ate here at the beginning of December. The food was good, plenty of choices on the menu and not too pricey for London. It was however, the excellent manager that really made the experience for us and she should be commended on her friendliness and professionalism. Due to Brexit and the pandemic staffing was an issue; but the lovely manager battled through. She took the time to welcome us and even took a few family photos for us despite her hectic evening. Many thanks for a wonderful evening.

Very nice restaurant with a warm design, lovely staff and delicious food. It is a pleasure to visit in there by any time. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly! The prices also meet the quality of the food and the waiting time is not to much. The toilets are clean and inside is warm temperature. Also the waitresses make sure you have a lovely place to sit and enjoy the visit. Definetely gonna visit again because is worth the time!

Lovely meal here - staff friendly, welcoming and going the extra mile. When I asked if the cider they served was a ‘dry’ one they brought me a small glass to try. Food was tasty and well cooked. Would definitely visit again.

Pizza chain restaurants are always hit and miss. My first time to this branch. I had a good experience. Nice branch. Indoor and outdoor seating. Social distancing well managed with the pandemic. Very clean. Super friendly and nice staff. Nice menu from pizza and pasta to salads and desserts! I had the mushroom, spinach and olives pizza which was lovely.

I have written a few good reviews on this restaurant as it never disappoints. What added to the experience today is the excellent Christmas menu with fabulous at exceptionally good prices. As always the atmosphere and service great with lovely staff.It is easily the best restaurant that we have been in with regards to Covid precautions ingrained rather than for show as we have found elsewhere making it the safest from our point of view of them all a credit to the Company and Manager

This prezzo is one of the best they have, their deco is excellent, nice atmosphere, great and excellent, polite staff with great knowledge, and most importantly amazing food! We order margarita pizza and it was great watching the chef preparare it from us as the kitchen is visible from the seating area!

Visité a un miembro de la familia para almorzar como parte del programa "Comer fuera para ayudar". Francamente, me quedé impresionado por la experiencia. Cuando ingresamos a los protocolos de salud de seguimiento y localización, la desinfección y el uso de mascarillas se comunicaron y cumplieron. Estábamos sentados en una cabina que cumplía con el distanciamiento social requerido para estar cómodos y le brindaba tranquilidad a mi tía.Tuvimos el placer de ser atendidos por la gerente de la sucursal, Reiga y tuve que felicitarla por la excelencia del equipo que lidera. Antes de hacer el pedido, nos preguntaron si teníamos alguna alergia alimentaria y nos indicaron que se adaptara. Comenzamos con cócteles y mi tía se enamoró de los martinis de estrella porno y estuvo a favor del hecho de que la toma adicional de Prosecco venía junto. Pedimos entrantes y el hummous italiano era divino, donde Reiga compartió que en realidad estaba hecho con frijoles cannellini, lo que lo hacía realmente suave para el inquisitivo deleite culinario de mi tía. La comida estaba muy bien preparada, ya que tenía el penne de salmón ahumado que disfruté muchísimo. Realmente encantado de volver hoy a este restaurante. Tiene un ambiente cálido y acogedor que refleja una buena gestión. Tuvimos una gran bienvenida por parte de Regysta y el personal de la cocina hizo un gran trabajo con platos encantadores bien presentados y agradables. El personal practicó un buen distanciamiento social entre los huéspedes y entre ellos mientras era amable y atento. También tuvimos un gran servicio de Hailey.

Hoy almorcé en el prezzo alrededor de las 3:00 p. M. Comí una pizza margarita que estaba buena y el servicio fue agradable hasta que mi mirada captó al gerente, una mujer morena baja con una camisa gris y cabello lacio desatado (a pesar de servir comida) estaba hablando con ella personal de una manera muy pasivo-agresiva y cuando levanté la mano para pedir sal, ella me miró muy simple y negativa y envió groseramente a una mesera, pero lo que realmente me hizo no disfrutar de mi comida fue cuando fui al baño y La escuché hablar en albanés y dije: "Lo odio, pero él y este lugar ya no son mi problema porque de todas formas me voy de esta mierda".Cuando me fui, ella estaba en la puerta sin hacer nada y me miró distraída y ni siquiera me saludó.Realmente no creo que sea una persona digna para representar a su empresa en ese nivel, así que no volveré a esta sucursal para llenarme de negatividad.

Just in City Center, close to Oxford Street. Place was full so I expected tasty food. It was like this. Great waitress who were very helpful and in my opinion do their bests. Very friendly and talkative. Good choice for lunch.

Super la pizza et le pain à l’ail! Mais je mets 2/5 pour:1. On voulait prendre un petit pain à l’ail mais le serveur nous a suggéré la grosse portion pour 4 personne. Au vue de la commande, il aurait pu nous prévenir de la taille pour éviter que l’on ne gaspille. Il veut juste faire du chiffre? C’était le responsable.2. Encore une fois le responsable.. le sourire c’est un mystère pour lui je pense. Il a même engueulé un serveur qui parlait trop à des clients d’une autre table. Bref..3. Il me ramène le dessert et on a même pas le temps de faire une vidéo ou photo/story quand il verse le chocolat blanc sur la dome! Il prévient pas, il verse, il part, il s’en fou quoi. Et le dessert trop sucré pour moi.

We went here on Sunday, I used my 2 for 1 meerkat meal code. We both had the baked chicken carbonara. Service was good, atmosphere nice and staff helpful. A lovely lunch.

We had a poor experience here as we ordered the same meal twice, and still couldn't get chips cooked correctly which I said it was very poor and unenjoyable for us as customers.

Restaurant clean and food tasty. Staff were miserable and couldn’t even manage a smile. Female male toilets were disgusting. The stench hit us first. The sanitary bins were overflowing, toilet paper all over the floor. One toilet was blocked and about to overflow it was also covered in sick. Would not visit again much nicer places to go!

Här har vi ätit flera gånger när vi har varit i London. Underbar mat och mysig restaurang, lever alltid upp till våra förväntningar. Ätit både lunch och middag här, alltid bra mat.

My friend and I came here as we were in the area and wanted a quick lunch (with tastecard!)She got the Pizza Bites to start with: though they did exactly what it said on the tin, these were nice. On the other hand, my Breaded Mozzarella was very plain. My friend likened them to those frozen ‘Crispy Pancakes’ which was disappointingly accurate. The pomodoro sauce they came with was basically tinned chopped tomatoes in a ramekin.My friend’s Penne Gorgonzola lacked enough cheese, and the Grilled Chicken Breast with Mushrooms I ordered was another let-down. The chargrilled bits on the meat just tasted burnt, and there wasn’t a lot of sauce. I ordered truffle oil infused fries which were probably the best part of my meal…I can’t fault the service, but the food itself was about as exciting as a Bounty in an advent calendar.

This is a really impressive and lively restaurant. Busy with a great atmosphere and as with our first visit despite few staff dealing with a crowded restaurant there were no delays getting to a good table, friendly and confident serving without a hint of prssure considering the numbers. It was noted that as new customers enetered they were served in a similar manner.The kitchen reflects this great service as the food was excellent and there were no delays. We were served by Karolina and her colleague. Highly recommend. It has a lot of Buzz. The house white of Sicilian origin reallt tasty with the flavour hitting the back of the mouth.

Nos detuvimos para comer algo, no de prisa, pero obtuve la comida tan rápido, pero luego nos llevó una eternidad para que nos dieran la factura. Incluso cuando pedí la factura, continuaron limpiando otras mesas y sirviendo a otros en lugar de simplemente abrirme la factura.

Food was just average The staff was rude, she was upset just because we asked them to remove the lemon from the cup ! Bathroom was poorly maintained with no soap nor tissues available !

Lovely stop for lunch with flagging kids much better food than any of the usual fast food joints good choice and all freshly made. Cleared all our plates and were ready to set off on our tour again.

Skulle få i oss lite mat innan hemresa. Vi fick vänta länge på att få hjälp, när maten til slut kom så låg där hårstrå på tallriken, skickad tillbaka den, och fick vänta länge igen. När vi till slut fått förrätterna började nästa väntan på huvudrätten. När pizzan kom så var den ljummen. För säkerhets skull beställde vi notan direkt när maten kom... fick dock ändå vänta även på den. Det var inte fullt i restaurangen. Det fanns minst 4 personal i lokalen, en yngre tjej som hade förkläde, hon var toppen! Bra bemötande och den enda som ”såg” oss. 2 av dom var privatklädd såg oss knappt alls, dottern bad om en sked och mannen tittade inte ens på henne när han la fram den.

Five of us met here for an evening meal and had the most amazing food and service. There was nothing that Karolina could not do for us. Thank you and we shall certainly be back in the future

We had a bad experience at a restaurant before here nd once we arrived at prezzo we were greeted and welcomed in to our idea of a perfect lunch. Delicious food, bright and busy, space for our baby’s pram and prompt service. Changing facilities and smiling faces made it stress free with a baby in tow.

Después de la comida, una noche después de un espectáculo, encontré Prezzos, literalmente a un par de minutos por North Audley Street justo al lado de Oxford Street. Entraron, estaban ocupados y tuvieron que esperar 2 minutos por una mesa. El servicio era excelente, aunque había algunos problemas menores con la comida. Los calamares eran un lugar seco, no tan bueno. También mi plato de pasta tenía demasiado tomate para mi gusto (personal), así que no pude terminarlo. Sin embargo, el personal era bueno y se podía ver que estaba bien gestionado. Vale la pena ir, te aleja de la locura por un tiempo!

Se encontró con un amigo en el extremo oeste y solo necesitaba un lugar para sentarse y charlar fuera del frío.

This location provided an excellent Lunch with good service. We had the two course lunch. They made an error on the starter which was quickly rectified. I will certainly come back!

Visited for dinner with friends on Tuesday - after doing some Xmas shopping. It was very busy, but the food and service were great, the lady managing seemed to have everything under control even though it was so busy. Would definitely recommend!

Visited Prezzo North Audley Street on Saturday evening at very busy period and we thought that it can’t be very pleasant dinner, but lakily male Manger in his middle edge took care that we had one of our unforgettable experience, from beginning to the end. Ambient was cosy, with dimmed lights and Christmas decorations all around the Restaurant what all together with good food and even better service made us to enjoy in every single minute during the visit.

We had a lovely Christmas dinner for 13 people in Prezzo on Wednesday night. I usually come in this Prezzo with family, but never been with a bigger group. I was a bit worried will it be fine, but everything was beyond our expectations. The location is very convenient , the atmosphere was nice. We had Christmas menu which offers good variety of food at very reasonable price. The wine was reasonable priced. The table was prepared and the manager tried his best to fulfill all our diffident requests.

We've been strolling around Oxf Circus, and we got hungry after shopping all afternoon, popped in to Prezzo on North Audley street. Staff was too nice, haven't been in a franchise restaurant where the sevice was this spot on for a while now! The drinks and food arrived fast, had a few glasses of vino, some calzone and dessert to share, payed reasonable prize at the end. The blonde manager was the funniest, we'll definitelly come back for more pizza and jokes :)

I went there for a dinner earlier this evening. It was a really good choise, because of good food and staff. Everythink was amazing. Especially the manager Anita is really nice. She recommented me some pasta, helped me a lot with my order and than she choose for me the dessert. It was a great experience and i will definitely return. I definitely recommend this restaurant. A bunch of us from America were on vacation in London and a friend in UK recommended this restaurant for a good Italian dinner reasonably priced. We were happy we went. The food and price was great. Our waitress or she could have been manager, Anita, helped to make our dinner special. I don't write a lot of reviews, but Anita deserves to be acknowledged.

Visited for dinner with friends on Thursday while walking around looking for somewhere to eat. It was very busy, but the food and service were great, the lady managing seemed to have everything under control even though it was so busy. Would definitely recommend!

I went for dinner to prezzo for first time, and really surprised me. My spaghetti king prawns was amazing!!! I love so much. My waitress Dominica was attentive and so friendly. Never expected that I ll go to restaurant and I ll have nice chart with staff.

Eigentlich war das Restaurant ausgebucht, doch der Manager hat sich bemüht 2 Tische für uns zusammenzustellen. Er hat darauf hingewiesen, dass die Wartezeit auf das Essen etwas länger dauern könnte, doch kam es in der erwarteten Zeit. Für Kinder gab es eine großzügige Kinderkarte, 2 von 3 Gängen für ca. 6,90 Pfund, für London SEHR GÜNSTIG. Das Essen war gute italienische Qualität mit einem freundlichen Service.

We had a buy a gift voucher to use which entitled us to 3 courses and a bottle of wine. We were given set menus which had a nice variety of dishes on there.

Pizza was good. GF version was ok but not amazing. But the real downside was waiting an hour for our food. 5 pizzas and a kids meal was not a huge order and the restaurant was virtually empty when we arrived. Took forever for our order to be taken and then even longer for our food to come.

We had the tasting menu here. While dishes were delicious, the one that stands out was the salmon fillet. The service and settings makes this restaurant what it is today. Our server Rasa absolutely made it even more perfect. See yah definitely again.

Shoutout to Diellza and Rasa, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Food was amazing, Diellza’s customer service was 11/10. Rasa managed the shopflopr outstandingly. Extra points for showing personality and positive energy. Would definitely recommend, I will be coming back very soon! -Linda.

I was in a party of 15 which was let down by another restaurant and this restaurant found us a table (at NO notice!) and saved the evening. The staff could not have been more helpful and cheerful to our party (which was a bit stressed!). They made sure we were all happy, looked after us excellently and we had a great time. we were famished on the way back to the hotel and the bus dropped us on Oxford Street.. The odd thing, even with all that shopping was that there weren't any restaurants.. but we found a nice gem of a place off the main track... Garlic Bread and Pizza were both very good.. service was quick and attentive.. Ordered the Garlic Bread and giant meatball appetizers.. The meatballs were a bit dry but the Gralic bread was great.. fresh, hot and great balance of garlic.. We also had a pizza which only took about 15 minutes and was quite tasty.. Would recommend this place if you are in the area..

We've been here for group dining for 17 people. It wasn't easy to find a place in London with a separate room/area within a budget of up to £25 and at a short notice. This restaraunt has kindly allocated their downstairs area exclusively for us which was amazing. The service was really fast and the food delicious, not to mention generous portions. Amazing value from the set menu - £16 pounds for three courses! We had a great time and will definitely be back :)

I was with my Friend we have experienced and amazing time and the best service provided, the food in general was delicious but also the waiter (Gionit) which i asked for his name was very polite and friendly asking us questions on how the meal was and the greetings at the door was amazing. The Manager (Rasa) was very nice and welcoming to the restaurant and was happy to do her job with a smile on her face.

We heard good things of this place so we've decided to try it. From the very first moment we've walked it, we were treated as good old friends. Waiters were always smiling, we could feel that this is a happy place. We were lucky to be served by very lovely waitress Rasa, who made sure that every second we are very well cared for. I had the Margharita Royal pizza, which was the best pizza I've had so far - with sun-blushes tomatoes, pesto green, basil, mozzarella cheese - the flavour was so amazing, though it was not hot (if that's something you would like). My friend had Posh Pepperoni pizza, which also came in large size, a more spicy but not less delicious pizza. And my another friend had Black (!) pizza Etna, because we couldn't waste a chance to try black base pizza (that is exclusive to Prezzo), we've enjoyed it as well.

I had a dinner at prezzo restaurant near bond street. I really reccommend trying their salmon fillet! Also, i have to mention the manager- i believe her name was Rasa ( lady with black hair). She was amazing, and met all our needs. Will definitely come back soon.

Once again we enjoyed a very nice meal. Tre Gusti Pizza for me and the best ice vanilla and strawberry ice cream anywhere, My husband had. Calzone and Sticky Toffee Pudding which he always has as it’s so good. Staff are so nice. We love it there.

Prezzo on North Audley Street on a beautiful street just back from Oxford Street, in the heart of Mayfair. The food was good, especially the pizzas from the grand pizza oven in the restaurant; the food was also very reasonably priced (considering the wealth surrounding it) and we were able to take advantage of one free drink for every member, as offered online. Unfortunately our experience was let down by the service, the waitress never cracked a smile at us and looked very grumpy. Noticeably, the manager and majority of the other staff were not much better... shame that this is to let the restaurant down...

We have probably visited this Restaurant 50 times. The food is beautiful and the staff Amazing. We live 70 miles from London but still manage a visit a couple of times a month sometimes more.

Después de caminar fuera de la puerta siguiente Mayfair debido a su servicio de "fish and chips" extremadamente grosero, nos encontramos aquí. Fue maravilloso, el personal era excelente y muy amable, fue con aire acondicionado (que ayudó mucho durante una ola de calor), y la comida era deliciosa y rápida. Buenas pizzas, y no demasiado pesado, muy al estilo de Nápoles.

Service was amazingly fast which I think is always something to be wary about. I had the chicken rigatoni pasta which was horrible. The chicken was tough and chewy with a reheated taste. Definitely not cooked from fresh!
