Tasty food and very good service. All the girls have been lovely.

Really enjoyed our meal. I had pizza and my husband had pasta. Both very tasty. Service was excellent. I had an espresso coffee which was also very good.

Food was lovely but service was below standard. Waited over 30 minutes just to be able to pay and largely ignored during visit. Shame as took the edge off the meal

Me and my daughter came for lunch today. I had calamari which was lovely and she had mozzarella with a dip. Both starters were lovely For main I had calzone which was nice but so salty, it made my mouth very dry as they put a garlic salt on the top. Service was all good. Did ask to move from a cooler table as the air conditioner made it cold. £40 for a kids meal and 2 course for me with a cup of tea. Any improvement recommendations would be to get in decaf tea.

My pizza was really nice. Everyone was very lovely, but Grace stood up and was super charming .

Visited Prezzo Trowbridge tonight. One of us recently became gluten intolerant. Was pleased with gluten free menu which was quite extensive, and selected fusilli with king prawns. Unfortuneatly was ill within the hour.

It was my partners 50th birthday and we visited Prezzo because we had to cancel our restaurant booking in Bristol due to train cancellations. Upon entering the restaurant, it is striking how corporate looking this place is. It also looks very tired and in need of a revamp. The seats we sat on were both torn. The menu was dated and unexciting. I ordered a chicken truffle burger and my partner had pasta carbonara. The small slithers of chicken in my burger was overcooked and resembled a texture similar to the soul of my trainers. The bottom part of the bun was so soaked in grease it was unrecognisable as a burger bun. The fries had been caked in some sort of truffle salt - it looked as if a whole jars worth has been sprinkled on, making them very over flavoured and unpleasant to eat. My partner said his meal was fine, although I think he was just being polite, since I paid. I don’t think I’ll be returning, I think I’d be better off going to McDonald’s!

Myself and two friends went to bottomless brunch! The pizza was absolutely gorgeous!! The Prosecco was perfect! And the service was 10/10. Honestly couldn’t fault any of it!!

Fantastic. Arrived here last night after a disastrous experience at valeroso lounge. Food at Prezzo was superb. Amazing helpful waitress. Thankyou Prezzo for saving my birthday evening out at last minute and turning it into a lovely evening with excellent food.

We visited the restaurant, hoping to have a Sunday dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. We placed an order consisting of two main courses ( pizza and lasagne) plus drinks. About 35 minutes after ordering, when I was impatient waiting for the food, the waiter came up and announced that they didn't have lasagne because it was ...... frozen. I was honestly shocked with what I heard. I thanked the waiter, paid the drinks bill and left.

Nice spacious restaurant, so doesn’t feel you are surrounded by many people and hearing other conversations surrounding. Food was okay, and service was pretty good. Free parking for 3 hours was great to have.

The food wasn’t as good as normal. We felt very rushed. I was constantly aware of staff watching tables to pounce as soon as you put your cutlery down. Felt very rushed to order etc. My husband and I generally love Prezzo And visit regularly but tonight was definitely not the best experience.

We turned up at the restaurant on the off chance as we hadn't booked anything and it was a busy Saturday night! We were just after a quick dinner before we went off to an event nearby. The lady in the pink t-shirt (unfortunately I didn't get her name) found us a table and recommended that we just order mains if we were in a bit of a hurry. Even though the restaurant was busy and all staff were flat out, she kept calm and happy and made sure we were well looked after. The food was also absolutely delicious so compliments the the chefs too. We made it to our event on time too so thank you so much for helping make our evening a pleasant experience.

Visited 4 years ago and gave a 5 star review. I've visited two separate Prezzo restaurants since and both have been disappointing. Visited Oct 2023 so have changed my star review. Maybe I should have asked for pizza or a burger but my prawn pasta dish had ZERO flavour, side of fries had more flavour. Sons starter came out late and some food was over cooked. Staff were great and removed items from the bill, all really friendly and doing the best they can. We visit restaurants for food though, not just the people, so we won't be back.

I was told I could only order a main from the kids' menu (I wanted room for pud), but no side dish, however, they still charged the price for 3 courses. My half pizza - which was nice - came with just 4 slices of cucumber. The tiramisu was huge but flavourless, definitely not worth the price. A meal for 2, with no alcoholic drinks, and neither of us having had main meals, was nearly £50!

I has a fabulous experience at Prezzo. Diana my waitress, was excellent. She gave excellent customer service. She was kind and attentive. The atmosphere and food were great.

A lovely welcome by the lady in black maintained by the other excellent waitresses and complemented by really good food in pleasing surroundings

Thee food is always great and always hot. Service is usually good. The meu has so much to choose from and they are always accommodating with making changes to dishes if possible.

We arrived on Friday 5thMay 2023 at 1pm and the 4 of us were the only customers there. We received a nice welcome and were shown to our booth. The service was very good, and drinks first, then a few minutes after the drinks arrived our orders were taken. All nice and easy. Clearly staff who new what they were doing and did it well. The food for all 4 of us was very nice and hot, except the salad, obviously. We were offered more drinks and we were also asked how the food was. We had plenty of time to catch-up with one another, there was no rush to get rid of us so we continued to chat . I think this is a good restaurant. Definitely worth a try.

Rubbish pizza. Tasteless base. Tinned tuna on top with a couple of basil leaves. Disgusting lemon pesto drizzle. Delivered cold and hard. Don’t bother. £20 delivered and it went in the bin.

This Prezzo is really excellent. The restaurant is well designed and feels modern well lit and swish. The food is lovely and staff really helpful. Wish all the Prezzos were like this.

Can't comment on the atmosphere as ordered through deliveroo. The tomato pasta was ok, but the Bolognese tasted like soap. Either the meat was off or it was cooked in a pan with fairy liquid. Tried to call them 5 times and the phone just rang and rang, didn't manage to get through in the end but deliveroo gave me a refund for the Bolognese anyway. Would not order from here again, especially given the price. Really expected more. Wouldn't have given this poor review if they answered the phone so we could discuss it.

What a fabulous evening celebrating my sons birthday. Annabel was the perfect hostess and went out of her way to make us all feel special and presented us with a birthday yummy with candles 🕯 😋 delicious food top notch ratings to the chefs and to the manager Lauren for an excellent service. Great decor. Wonderfully attentive staff, kids are welcome and catered for however, the food and plating is sub-standard. Not worth the extra 20% they charge compared to the average eatery in the area. Service charge is not included on the bill and the only element I was happy to pay for.

We always come to Prezzo on an outing to the cinema or some leisurely shopping and the lunch is the most important bit. The staff are really delightful and there's such a good choice. This time we went for a lunch special (smaller portion plus salad) and it is just the perfect size. Mum tried the tiramisu and loved it.

Tereza welcomed us very warmly where she led us to the table Food was the best Italian we have had for a long long time I like new autumn menu I had pizza tuna with pesto my sister-in-law truffled macaroni cheese what we highly recommend Staff were friendly, attentive and smiling Diana was very helpful and very professional thanks you a lot, We were very satisfied with our visit for the birthday dinner, the food and drinks were great and delicious reasonably prices 😀 We definitely come back again and recommend to friends and colleagues ! Have to say just had a most delicious pizza! And one of the very few places that does Nduja sausage so you can taste the spice! Definitely buying from again!

The food was excellent. Our pizzas were very tasty and the service was excellent.

This used to be a very good place to eat. It has changed. Now prices have increased (a lot) and the menu reduced somewhat and "value engineered" giving less choice with many dishes using cheaper ingredients. Unfortunately it is now rather expensive and over priced for what is on offer. Service was good and staff polite and helpful. Booking a good idea as ( in the past) it can be busy though this may change in due course.

Service and food was lovely. Will be going back again soon.

Had a red letter day voucher to eat at Prezzo’s. Limited menu, lacks flavour. Buy a ready meal at Lidl, stay home and have a better meal.

Staff good. hot food on cold plates. defo a no no. Waiting staff handled hot plates for years with towels.. every other Prezzo has hot plates. Won't be back.

The food was good the company excellent, but easily the best bit was the way the staff looked after us. They were excellent.

I visited here for an early evening midweek meal with my two daughters. Elle was our server for the evening and she was fab! She took time to explain about the calzone which I originally was going to order until she explained the vegan option was filled with vegan chicken and pepperoni with vegan cheese. Please, I'm vegetarian and hate this whole vegan thing! Please cater for both vegetarians and vegans, I like proper cheese! In the end I ordered the crab and lobster pasta with a side of cheese garlic bread. My daughters had a pasta dish and a pizza which they both shared and then we all finished our meal with the chocolate tart on the caramel crush cheesecake.

Leisurely lunch once we had reached our first holiday destination. Excellent choice of food - I had a lovely salad and my friend had her favourite pasta arrabiata. Delicious. Haven't been here for a while - they have now down really clever things with the individual toilets - all self contained. Great experience

Pizza is very good, service is good. Burger:terrible (someone needs to tell the chef that, chargrilling and burning are not the same thing). I had calamari and it was chewy. The desserts: are poor, supermarket quality. Okay value if you're using a taste card for pizza only. Nothing like worth full price.

We've been few times and each time recieved good service and food is actually very nice, it's our favourite Italian food chain. Very good for what it markets itself as. Staff hard working managed by what seems a capable manager who is always hands on. Thank you

Good meals and service an enjoyable experience.

I could not believe it. We ordered 2 x Chicken Taglitelli Pasta Alfredo with parmesan cheese costing £15 each. I asked for extra parmesan. Mine came with just 2 pieces chicken, which was made of reconstituted chicken, the pasta sauce like dish water and you couldn't taste the parmesan. I called the waiter who appeared shocked, as if I had eaten more chicken but she did return it to the kitchen and I did get several more pieces but the taste was awful. On top of that I was charged £5.50 for a small glass oh house white wine. It will take an awful lot to get me back through their doors.

The service was amazing but I was left in awe from my food cooked by an 18 year old chef, who understood how to do gluten free pasta perfectly!

Excellent service, nice food Really tasty, and well priced. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Went with a group of friends and colleagues for Christmas dinner . And what can I say? It’s hard to put into words what a great place the Prezzo Trowbridge really is! As always Tereza , Raquel and all of the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They were all very attentive for us too, despite it being a busy Saturday night! The food was hot, tasty and plentiful and the drinks enjoyable I honestly wouldn’t have gone anywhere else! Quiet when we arrived but busy by the time we left. Relatively good choice of the usual Italian food, however if you have a good allergy be prepared to have a limited choice (the allergen guide at first seem clear but it can be confusing and there is no breakdown of individuals ingredients). Service was quick and the food was nice.

Tried to walk in after a long drive to this half empty restaurant and was told no tables you have to prebook. Wasn't given the option to book for later that evening so went and spent our money in another restaurant nearby that was busier than prezzo and I thought the hospitality sector was struggling Prezzo must be doing well to turn customers away.

Very good service but drinks are over priced.

Haven't yet eaten there but I had a voucher realising it only lasted 18 months which most of that time this restaurant hasn't been open by the way went over to use asked they said it was out of date fair enough then I say again most of this time it hasn't been open would you not think a little compromise would be in order a lot of other places nandos have pushed there's back to 2 years

Came here for my uncle's birthday with a couple family members. The meal itself was really nice, but the young lad serving us was constantly pestering us and it became irritating after a while. We politely asked him a couple of times to give us some time to decide and he kept coming back. At one point, he mocked my uncle's clothing, seemably as a joke, but a bit uncalled for and rude as a first impression. It won't put us off, as we have nice meals before there, but maybe the lad needs to tone it down a little. Our experience felt rushed.

Lovely staff, decent atmosphere but the food really let it down. As pasta goes it was far from special. I actually think the local Weatherspoons dose better pasta at half the price, which was a suprise to say the least! Previous visits, where we've had pizza, we were more impressed but still not 5 stars I'm afraid; they just haven't got that little extra special edge that makes the food/price/service special enough. It's a lovely venue with lovely staff, just need to up the quality of the food.

When to Prezzo Trowbridge tonight with 3 girlfriends who I haven't been able to go out to dinner with in sometime, obviously. Chelsey made the whole experience even better, laughing and joking with us, she got the cut of us straight away and reacted/responded brilliantly. The food was amazing as well. Thank you chelsey and Prezzo for making my first night out out, in a long time, a great one.

They were able to seat us right away and our server Annie was super nice and helpful! The food was fantastic and it was a really lovely dining experience after a long day!

Table booked for 6.15, finally got food at 8pm, 1 persons food arrived 15 minutes before the rest. Served the wrong pizza was offered a replacement but after waiting almost 2 hours didn't bother, pizza not eaten. Ordered a cocktail without the sugar and syrup in was served with sugar and syrup when asked for correct drink was told they are ready made!!! Hands down worst restaurant have ever eaten in never mind worst Prezzo. Too much preference was given to the takeaway service, customers eating in just left waiting.

Went for a takeout as we’re in lockdown, it was produced on time and was delicious- generous portions and well packaged.

Prompt and polite service today for our click and collect meal deal! Thanks for all your hard work to give us a nice meal in lockdown :-)
