Service was lengthy and lack. Food was probably the worst it’s been at the Eastleigh branch. Ceaser salad not worth the value. Garlic break burnt and very small.

Our waitress was Julia S. She did a fantastic job, she was very attentive without being intrusive, and she was very helpful when we wanted to use a special offer code. Service was absolutely spot-on, with food and drink delivered to our table exactly when we expected. Food was delicious too. Won’t hesitate to return. Thank you for a lovely meal and excellent service!

Arrived without part of the order. Missing kids pepperoni pizza

Prawns with the intestinal tract left in. This happened with 2 different dishes. I’m sorry but I do not want to eat that and it is pure laziness from the chefs to not remove it. Won’t be returning. Last time my daughter had raw chicken so we tried something different. Lesson learned.

Driver drove round and around and around he phoned me twice. I told him how to get to me and he still didn’t by the time he got to me the cheese with peeling off the pizza because it was so stone cold and the burger bun had gone all soggywould’ve wou

Pasta dishes were fine still hit and qere tasty, Pizza was cold, any time we have ordered pizzas, they have been cold, so not the first time.

Great service by roxy and a nice atmosphere

Aleksander was our waiter for the night and he did a great job with serving us. He was very polite and friendly. Lovely young man who did a fantastic job.

We visited here after the Stitch movie with some tired and cranky kids - Carly made us feel very welcome and fussed over the kids to cheer them up. Service was fab - nothing too much trouble and it's always a plus to be served with a smile and a personal touch. Thanks to Carly and her team for a lovely lunch x

Gracie was an amazing server and was really kind to me and my friends!

We came for a quick bite to eat before the cinema. We had a lovely table on the platform seating area which was perfect for the kids. Our food was nice and it was a nice quiet atmosphere. Service was good and the waitress was really nice (nicer if she let me win rock paper scissors!) was a little slow towards the end when we needed to pay but it had got a lot busier by that point.

Staff were absolutely lovely - waitress was Karolina who was super attentive and friendly! Food was lovely just found the place rather noisy

The food was delicious but what really made our visit special was our server, Carly. She was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. Carly really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Very happy with the overall experience!

Roxy was brilliant! Made the evening and her kindness really softened what had been a tough week. An asset to Prezzo, where the front of house welcome was lacking, she more than made up for it.

Ellie was really welcoming and attentive, always checking up on us and making sure everything was good.

the waitress we had was lovely (Ewa) which made it a great experience overall. The food came out really quickly and was very nice - we ordered a pepperoni pizza and spaghetti bolognaise. Overall we received amazing service and would definitely recommend. We had booked in advance but the wait for tables as a walk in customer didn’t seem long either. This was our third time coming to this prezzo and the best service we received of all the other times we have been.

Lovely food & service as usual. Only complaint is that is so very noisy, & difficult to hold a conversation. But I suppose that's because it's busy which is good.

An enjoyable meal, although the decor means that the noise bounces around inside a bit. We had a bit of a mix up with the ordering, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Great place, delicious food, phenomenal service. I remembered this place for its brilliant service and delicious food. After 3 years of being in the area, my fiancée and I wanted to come back. It was a great decision. I heartily and completely sincerely recommend this place.

This is one of a few local restaurants we generally always love it. I don’t know what’s happened this time, either got the wrong staff or they’d be bullied into working bank holidays. I’ve never experience a group of people so hostile towards their customers. The food was amazing but I was totally consumed by watching the three ‘ladies’ waiting on the tables. If they did bother to smile, it dropped within 1 second of turning away. I felt really uncomfortable throughout the whole experience, I will go there once more and if it happens again I’ll support other places where people genuinely want to work. I wound love to have taken some photos but I don’t think we need to sink to that level.

This was our first meal as a family since our mum passed away last month. Carly was very friendly she dealt with our changing menu requirements with little ones changing there minds. She was very friendly and quick service from the hole team.

The service at this place is phenomenal 👏🏾 Our server Aleksander paid attention to detail and was super kind and sweet. He ensured we were happy with our meals and ensured we remained satisfied throughout dinner. Lovely dinner experience for my partners birthday, had the choice of where we wanted to sit. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Went for the bottomless drinks and server was always keeping us topped up whenever we got low. Food was great came quickly and was very tasty. As it was my partners birthday he got a free pudding and staff came over with a candle in it and sang him happy birthday. Will definitely be back lovely evening had by all in our party.

Carly was our waitress and was great. It was very very busy and she was friendly ,efficient and very helpful. Credit to her on a very busy evening! Food was good & good value, we had a promotion. Gave lower score on atmosphere just because it was so busy. Didn't affect food or service which was good going! Would just go at a more normal quieter time!

We went on the 99p mains deal day. Honestly the staff and manager were amazing, they were still smiling and helpful on our sitting which was 9.30 pm, despite having an incredible busy day. The place was very clean and tidy. Well done to the manager who was leading by example and had the respect of her staff.

We eat regularly at this particular Prezzo. The service is always excellent and the food is very good. Tonight Maria & Grace looked after us superbly and served us with a smile, a chat and professionalism. It was a special ‘Mega Monday’ deal so it was extra busy, but there was little delay in receiving our order. We look forward to our next visit.

Busy restaurant in the Swan center, had lasagne which looked small but was actually quite filling and the goats cheese pizza. Attentive staff, offered the extra cheese with out asking for it. Our server Eiva was lovely and answered all our queries with vouchers etc. Really good experience

The service was good and the staff were friendly. However, the portion sizes were very small for the price. The main meal would have been much better if it came with a bit of garlic bread and some salad on the side. Overall, the experience was decent, but I felt it didn’t offer great value for money.

Delicious food, we like the new sharing platter presentation. Friendly Service at the Eastleigh branch … sadly they didn’t acknowledge my husband’s birthday even though there is an option to complete for the reason you are booking when you book the table. Would still recommend.

In for an 18th birthday. I've never eaten at a Prezzo before. The spinach and ricotta cannelloni was delicious, my hubby and son both loved their burgers. Staff were great and the restaurant itself was welcoming.

Myself and a few friends dined at Prezzo Eastleigh on Friday 21st March 2025. We was served by an incredible lady Maria. She made us feel really comfortable, helped with all questions and queries we had, let us know if promotions that became available at times while we dined. I would 100% recommended this restaurant and especially our hostess.

We had a great time, Hector our server was great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Ewa was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. We will returning again!
