Clean, good food and service. Great gluten free menu.

I was visiting Romsey enjoying my holiday. It was a sunny day and I saw a completely empty terrace. I went inside to order a refreshing drink and go out to the terrace to enjoy the sun and the drink. But the person who helped me when I entered told me that I couldn't have anything that I needed to eat as well. Shameful

£10 Random act of kindness voucher spoilt by stubborn streak of meanness. Terms of voucher clearly stated that it could be used against Anything including set menus. When we attempted to apply voucher against bill it only showed as £4 value. There was NOTHING in T&C to indicate that value was limited against Lunch time set menu. This spoilt an otherwise enjoyable lunch time experience. Staff member did apply an addition £6 discount but it is unfair on staff that they should be required to resolve issues that are due to the companies inability to write clear T&Cs. We were also dissapointed that prices for Lunch time menus were higher than those advertised in the email announcing them only a few days before. £8.99 for panini/soup and £13.50 for 2-course comapared to advertised £7.99/£12.50

For me, quite a neutral review. Manager is really friendly. Generally, most staff are actually friendly. Speed for food tends to be pretty good. Also the view out of the semi panoramic window is quite unique. However, I do have some negative feedback unfortunately as well. We come occasionally but do have a shock at the bill. Prices have increased globally but Prezzo is expensive. Also, anything bit Pizzas, Starters or Dessert tends to be bland. Any rices, pastas, carne or Verde other dishes are not that flavorsome in my opinion. My personal, family and friend favorites are... Calamari, Cheese and Balsamic Onion Garlic Bread. For Pizzas, Chicken & Peppers, Simple Pepperoni, The Spicy One and Ham, Mushroom & Mascarpone are also all rounders. To finish, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Warm Chocolate Brownie is good. I would recommend visiting but just consider what I said if you like quite flavorsome food. I have come for Lunch and Dinner.

Came in for dinner, I had a pepperoni pizza and mango gelato. I was served by Aleksander, he was very friendly and helped me decide on my order.

Booked on-line, arrived at the restaurant and was greeted with a polite and pleasant reception. We were ask where we would like to sit and from there it was a great experience with drink request moments after siiting and food order taken a short time after that, food arrived promptly and was of a high standard. Just one minor slight disappointment with one of the drinks that is purchased whenever we dine at Prezzo, was below par but over all the dining experience was very good.

We visited Prezzo on a busy weekend evening and we were delighted with our experience from the start to the finish. We’ve particularly enjoyed the pizzas and cocktails and the service was impeccable! Highly recommended

Our server, Maria, was lovely. We couldn't fault the service at all. It was a busy Friday evening but the staff were all very friendly. We both had a calzone as I'd had one on a previous visit which I loved. Unfortunately the dough was very chewy on this occasion and it took some time to get to the filling! Hence only giving the food 4 stars. We'll visit again but on a quieter midweek evening.

Was greeted with a very abrupt rude young lady behind the desk this evening. Wanted to change to a more suitable table, as we had two very young children and was rudely told that we could only have that one as it's a table for 4, loads of room everywhere and requested a booth online. No accomodation met to suit our situation. Left very distasteful so upped and left without ordering. Bewildered as to why you would have someone like that on the front desk or even serving for that matter? If you don't want to work in hospitality, surely it's time for a new career path, she clearly didn't want to be there that evening. Not what you need as a paying customer.

Was great! We have a child with server autisum and we where made to feel welcomed and he was given sensory toys while we waited for our food!

We are regular diners at Prezzo Eastleigh. Have to say we experienced yet another excellent visit to the restaurant on Blue Monday taking advantage of the Blue Monday 99p mains offer. The place was humming with diners and the staff were brilliant, with service being attentive, friendly and efficient. The menu on the offer was understandably limited to certain pastas and pizzas but the food was, as usual, excellent, well presented and thoroughly enjoyable ( we went for garlic bread, rigatoni arrabiata with added chicken and burrata). Well done to all the team, both kitchen and servers, particularly Victoria who was really kind in sorting out a booking error that I had inadvertently made for that day. Well done Prezzo and look forward to returning again very soon

We recently went for dinner at Prezzo Eastleigh. We had a voucher for blue Monday 99p selected pizza and pasta. We shared some breaded mozzarella to start which, as always was delicious! We opted for pepperoni pizza and spaghetti carbonara for our mains with added chicken in the carbonara. It was my first time having the carbonara at Prezzo and it didn’t disappoint! For desert we shared a few scoops of mango sorbet- something sweet but not heavy! Our server Frankie was very friendly and attentive. Overall we had great food and great service, so we will definitely return again.

It's always good at Eastleigh Prezzo. The food was good, but it's the staff that always make it enjoyable. Always hardworking and attention.

Went in for an 11:30 cover on Blue Monday. We saw you had about 5-10 servers on, 3ish in the kitchen working. We were the second table to be sat. To start off I was pretty disappointed at how long we sat there ready to order - staff were on phones texting, speakerphones going loud whilst they were standing at the POS and bar area. It wasn't even just the two, it was multiple servers at once. Why this is even allowed on the floor is beyond me as it lends to looking unprofessional and served as catalysts for neglect to the customer.

Portion size was awful. £4.25 for fries and was half a portion. Calamari was soggy as the lemon wasn’t packaged separately. It was horrible.

Turned up at 18:⁰⁰ and was told that a table would be available at 20:⁰⁰ which meant a two hour wait. Was not given an explanation or an apology. Very upfront and rude way to talk to a potential diner.

The driver went a longer route through my village than necessary and the pizza was tepid. Also, extra toppings not generous. We had to add extras ourselves. Pizza was nice though and the cheesecake.

It took 30 minutes to deliver my food when the restaurant is 5 minutes drive away. My food arrived cold and had to be reheated

Went today as we had a 50% off voucher given to us from prezzo. The food was nice but on trying to use the voucher, staff made us aware they were not accepting any vouchers over the Christmas period. The voucher had been issued to us with a 60 day expiry, expiring today. Why are prezzo issuing vouchers when they plan on not honouring the date? We'd received an email previously saying to use 2 for 1 reward vouchers before the 5th, but ours was a 50% one so how could we know the email was relevant to us? The only reason we went was because we had the voucher and it cost us twice as much as we expected! The staff were so apologetic but it wasn't their fault. I wouldn't bother hoping your vouchers work over the Christmas period, as prezzo have probably cancelled them!

Expensive, slow service (food arrived before drinks).

Me and my family were looking forward to this evening meal yet we were left fuming and disappointed. We only ordered mains and tap water yet this took ages for it to arrive. When our mains eventually arrived, we weren’t asked if we wanted any cheese on our pasta dish or any sauces with the burger. The sea bass was awful. We had an allergy at the table so the manager had to take our order yet even the manager got the order wrong. We asked to swap the gnocchi to fries but when this came out the peas were missing, the fries were cold and the sea bass was tiny and looked like something from Asda. When we asked to get this redone we all felt uncomfortable as the chefs and staff kept looking at us in a mocking manner. After waiting ages again for the food to be corrected, the fries with the sea bass were still undercooked. Whenever we were discussing anything with the waitress (young lady with the glasses) she was so insincere I felt like I wasn’t being talked seriously. We asked for the sea bass (which is £19.50) to be taken off and we were only given £13.25 off. We questioned this with our waitress who kept stating how they had taken the £13.25 off but eventually screwed up the receipt as she walked off. She eventually gave us the receipt with the correct amount. Don’t think I will ever be going to a Prezzo a gain and makes me wonder how people actually get a job here.

We love to place this restaurant together with our daughter. The food is delicious and our favorite, European. Delicious coffee and friendly and quality service.

Love this restaurant. Staff are always pleasant and professional. Food is always good. The only disappointing factors is people not controlling their ill behaved children, I am amazed an accident didn't happen whilst waiting staff were trying to negotiate small children running around.

Please I had a 50% off voucher as slightly disappointed with the food,had the sea bass with gnocchi which I found quite salty,my daughters carbonara was great though,same again with the puddings my daughters chocolate cake was great and again disappointed with my pudding as was vey small but tasted good,cocktails were vey good and so was the service

Came for dinner quiet early around 6 is. Ate hummus, carbonate and tiramisu. They where really really good. The restaurant was full, great service, got sang happy birthday. Really nothing to complain about. Will definetly come back.

Another early evening visit withVery good evening for our family celebration.. We arrived at 18.30 hours, very noisy and stayed like this until about 19.00 hours. When a number of younger people left. The rest of the evening the noise level was to an acceptable level as the restaurant filled with more customer. Service was very good, as we had experienced in the past. We all enjoyed our meals Earlier visit Food also very good, all members of our family enjoyed their meals. Service very good.

The main thing was the food barely warm. Had to reheat, so made it dryer and not the best thing. Came out of the back of a motorcycle back box. Didn’t see any bag to keep the food warm.

Great food and beverages. The staff worked extremely hard to keep the place running smoothly. A busy restaurant which is a great place for celebrations of birthdays etc

HUGE shout out to KRZYSTOF, he was amazing. 🎉 He was so lovely. Very welcoming. He works very hard and was running around getting everyone's orders and food, all with a smile on his face! This is exactly how service should be in the hospitality world. My only criticism, the dough twist/ knot starters. Had literally had no mozzarella or herbs in it. It was literally just bread and a spicy dip! This needs to improve... And for £8, you're taking the mick. also, the oven baked carbonara requires more sauce. Mine was very dry, might be where is dries out in the oven but it needs more sauce. But everything else was delicious!!!

A great venue to celebrate a 60th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were great with the grandchildren. Food was amazing and they catered fir Vegan too.

Our fourth time going here very disappointed after first class the previous visits . Bruchhetta on pizza dough nowhere near as good as toast half a chopped tomatoes instead of finely chopped. Very disappointed . Pasta Mains very dry. Service was rushed barely last forkful of food before plate being wisked away. Pudding's usual high standard.

Really poor food, we went there when it was busy, the staff were lovely. However, the carbonara (£16.00) which I had was dreadful. Small portion sizes for the price, the cream was cooked down so much the taste had gone, and the pasta was far from al dente. The extra bacon I had was precooked dried bits that they use for the salads. But it's a chain so the jokes on me I guess. I wouldn't come back here and am shocked how busy this place is all the time but coming from London I guess it's all there is....

Dined out for dinner before cinema on Wednesday evening. Service was fairly quick to start off with however it slowly went down hill from there. Food arrived and two out of three of the mains were cold, sent back and came back out just the same but by this point we didn’t have time to wait for a new meal due to our cinema plans. Staff were friendly enough but clearly rushed off their feet, we were sat there waiting to pay the bill for some time before we had to attempt to get a staff members attention on more than one occasion. After spending £70 we left disappointed and Not sure if we will rush back as last time we visited we had the same experience.

The food is always good in here but for a table of 3 extremely poor service. At least around 15 other main meals came out before ours and I had to then complain before we had confirmation that our order was "in the oven". Ridiculous. Avoid unless you are a party of 5 or more because the servers and staff pay much more attention to you then.

Prezzo food used to be delicious but its so disappointing now. All of the things we ordered were not as good as we hoped, and even worse, I ordered a veggie burger (being fully vegetarian funnily enough) but was delivered a chicken burger. So all I ate that night were a small amount of soggy chips. Sadly we’ll never order from here again.

Pizza was thin and dry. Not worth the price.

Missing the kids fried crispy mozzarella which was disappointing

An item did not arrive with our delivery. The food that did arrive was okay. My concern (and your issue) is that we already pay massively hiked prices for food to be delivered, then there is a delivery charge (I mean, really?) then when an item does not arrive (in this case the meatball sauce arrived but not the meatballs) the family meal is tupped. Then my daughter tells me that it needs to be reported on the ordering app and will take a few days to be responded to. For goodness sake, just give us what we paid for at the time!

Very disappointed with the whole experience, the waiting staff have no personality just keep pushing you to buy as many drinks as possible before you eat. As for the meal, well to say we were all disappointed is an understatement, and all 10 of us agreed, the portion size was only enough for a child and absolutely tasteless, I had spaghetti with crab, supposedly, small handful of spaghetti and the crab was non existent, just a few specks visible. Just a waste of money so had fish and chips from the chippy on the way home. Never again, a rip off 😪

I visited on an early Friday evening. I know this is Italian food. However, I didn't fancy pasta or pizza, so I went for the seabass, which was lovely. The chocolate cake for dessert didn't match the mouthwatering description. It was really dull. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff are very attentive. It's quite pricey, so recommend looking out for 2 for 1 meal vouchers before you go

Never used a presso before and t be honest very disappointed. Service was pushed to limit very understaffed. Food for a chain that claims authentic Italian..... not even average. Had a crab and lobster ravioli in a basque. My understanding of a bisque is its a soup. This was not a bisque didn't even cover the ravioli. Garlic bread I'd have like to taste the garlic. Not even enough to scare a vampire. I didn't complain because the staff were under the cosh work wise not enough to cover

We went out after a long day at work to relax over a nice Italian meal. Wish we hadn't bothered. The garlic bread with cheese and balsamic vinegar was dry and had hardly any topping. We waited 90 minutes for our mains, and when they arrived was an absolute disgrace. £16.95 for 3 bits of cannelloni that were so over cooked they were stuck to the dish and tasted like cardboard, and that's once you'd scraped the burnt bits off. The spinach filling was overcooked and like chewing gum. The vegan bolognese was passable but overpriced for what it was, but we were so fed up and hungry we left and went and got a tesco ready meal which was far nicer. Epic fail Prezzo Eastleigh. Avoid.

Long wait at the door to be seated, long wait at the table to have order taken, followed by a long wait for my drink to arrive....the pizza arrived before my drink. Food and drink quality was reasonable.

My daughter had an amazing 11th Bday party! I am very thankful for the professionalism , passion and care the staff has demonstrated throughout the event.

Very Small portion of linguine pasta - disappointing

Unfortunately the service was slow considering it was a quiet afternoon. Staff cover was limited to two people waiting and then when the food did arrive it was cold.

We had our dinner here. Forgot to take photos😂, but it was an amazing dinner. As a lover of pasta😍.. I truly recommend it. The service was great, as well as the atmosphere. It's definitely worth visiting!!

The food was delicious, the staff very kind and attentive. It was a bit more busy and loud than we would've liked considering it was a date and I don't get to see my boyfriend very much. But being busy is a good thing for them. Nice decor, clean, would eat there again.

2nd January. Got a table. Was listed all the food they didn't have so ordered from what was left. Had our starter only to be told 3 of the mains we had ordered had now run out so could we pick something else from what little was left. We didn't want anything that they had do waitress allowed us to leave without paying for the starters so we could eat somewhere else.

Excellent Italian food. We were a big group with lots of children. The staff were really good and we all had a great time. Recommended.

Showing up late on a Saturday evening, the staff managed to find us a table. As a vegetarian, I had a lot of options to choose from. My food (pumpkin ravioli) was delicious, a generous dish full of contrasting flavors which I really enjoyed. Shout-out to our waitress Sofia who was truly adorable and has really bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable. Merci beaucoup !

Thought I was taking a risk based on previous reviews but order was correct and delivery was on time. Food was very tasty but the portions wouldn’t be worth full price. If Prezzo kept their 50% off deal I would definitely order again!

Every time is a fantastic experience. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly staff.

I would like to state the delivery driver was quick delivering and friendly. The resturant took nearly 3 hours to make the order I presume. All I know is I ordered around 5pm and it was delivered at 8.20. The food was hot and nice so no complaints there.

Great food, came hot, but an hour late. Shouldn’t have to wait that long. Lunch rush or not, you need to anticipate and prioritise.

Had to chase to place an order then chase our drinks order.told we have run out of milk for the cappuccino if I had known I would of had a black coffee but to just be ignored is ignorant. No idea what Prezzo are playing at but the service was terrible,toilets absolutely filthy and stank. I appreciate the servers were young but no checks by supervisors. Prezzo used to be great but not so now. Give it a miss
