Please I had a 50% off voucher as slightly disappointed with the food,had the sea bass with gnocchi which I found quite salty,my daughters carbonara was great though,same again with the puddings my daughters chocolate cake was great and again disappointed with my pudding as was vey small but tasted good,cocktails were vey good and so was the service

Came for dinner quiet early around 6 is. Ate hummus, carbonate and tiramisu. They where really really good. The restaurant was full, great service, got sang happy birthday. Really nothing to complain about. Will definetly come back.

The place was lovely and clean and the services was completely lovely but unfortunately the food was no way near to par, me and my partner went for dinner and the food was out nice and fast but my food was a mixture of hot and cold, probably microwave on the blink

The main thing was the food barely warm. Had to reheat, so made it dryer and not the best thing. Came out of the back of a motorcycle back box. Didn’t see any bag to keep the food warm.

Another early evening visit withVery good evening for our family celebration.. We arrived at 18.30 hours, very noisy and stayed like this until about 19.00 hours. When a number of younger people left. The rest of the evening the noise level was to an acceptable level as the restaurant filled with more customer. Service was very good, as we had experienced in the past. We all enjoyed our meals Earlier visit Food also very good, all members of our family enjoyed their meals. Service very good.

Great food and beverages. The staff worked extremely hard to keep the place running smoothly. A busy restaurant which is a great place for celebrations of birthdays etc

HUGE shout out to KRZYSTOF, he was amazing. 🎉 He was so lovely. Very welcoming. He works very hard and was running around getting everyone's orders and food, all with a smile on his face! This is exactly how service should be in the hospitality world. My only criticism, the dough twist/ knot starters. Had literally had no mozzarella or herbs in it. It was literally just bread and a spicy dip! This needs to improve... And for £8, you're taking the mick. also, the oven baked carbonara requires more sauce. Mine was very dry, might be where is dries out in the oven but it needs more sauce. But everything else was delicious!!!

Had an amazing experience and the lovely waiter alfi gave us an absolutely amazing service I would come back again

Had a lovely meal tonight. Always love Prezzos. But tonight it was Alfi at Eastleigh Prezzos who stood out for us. Attentive, polite and friendly. A wonderful asset to the restaurant. Thank you Alfi xx

A great venue to celebrate a 60th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were great with the grandchildren. Food was amazing and they catered fir Vegan too.

Our fourth time going here very disappointed after first class the previous visits . Bruchhetta on pizza dough nowhere near as good as toast half a chopped tomatoes instead of finely chopped. Very disappointed . Pasta Mains very dry. Service was rushed barely last forkful of food before plate being wisked away. Pudding's usual high standard.

Really poor food, we went there when it was busy, the staff were lovely. However, the carbonara (£16.00) which I had was dreadful. Small portion sizes for the price, the cream was cooked down so much the taste had gone, and the pasta was far from al dente. The extra bacon I had was precooked dried bits that they use for the salads. But it's a chain so the jokes on me I guess. I wouldn't come back here and am shocked how busy this place is all the time but coming from London I guess it's all there is....

It is expensive for poor quality food. Atmosphere was dead.

Dined out for dinner before cinema on Wednesday evening. Service was fairly quick to start off with however it slowly went down hill from there. Food arrived and two out of three of the mains were cold, sent back and came back out just the same but by this point we didn’t have time to wait for a new meal due to our cinema plans. Staff were friendly enough but clearly rushed off their feet, we were sat there waiting to pay the bill for some time before we had to attempt to get a staff members attention on more than one occasion. After spending £70 we left disappointed and Not sure if we will rush back as last time we visited we had the same experience.

The food is always good in here but for a table of 3 extremely poor service. At least around 15 other main meals came out before ours and I had to then complain before we had confirmation that our order was "in the oven". Ridiculous. Avoid unless you are a party of 5 or more because the servers and staff pay much more attention to you then.

Prezzo food used to be delicious but its so disappointing now. All of the things we ordered were not as good as we hoped, and even worse, I ordered a veggie burger (being fully vegetarian funnily enough) but was delivered a chicken burger. So all I ate that night were a small amount of soggy chips. Sadly we’ll never order from here again.

Pizza was thin and dry. Not worth the price.

Service was perfect, Alexis was an absolute delight and so very helpful. Definitely will be returning again. :)

Missing the kids fried crispy mozzarella which was disappointing

An item did not arrive with our delivery. The food that did arrive was okay. My concern (and your issue) is that we already pay massively hiked prices for food to be delivered, then there is a delivery charge (I mean, really?) then when an item does not arrive (in this case the meatball sauce arrived but not the meatballs) the family meal is tupped. Then my daughter tells me that it needs to be reported on the ordering app and will take a few days to be responded to. For goodness sake, just give us what we paid for at the time!

Had the belly pork was fantastic

Very disappointed with the whole experience, the waiting staff have no personality just keep pushing you to buy as many drinks as possible before you eat. As for the meal, well to say we were all disappointed is an understatement, and all 10 of us agreed, the portion size was only enough for a child and absolutely tasteless, I had spaghetti with crab, supposedly, small handful of spaghetti and the crab was non existent, just a few specks visible. Just a waste of money so had fish and chips from the chippy on the way home. Never again, a rip off 😪

Went there for a nice dinner and i wasn‘t disappointed! The Pinsa was really fluffy and i‘m still thinking about that delicious burrata a few days later! Will definitively come back to try some other things!

I visited on an early Friday evening. I know this is Italian food. However, I didn't fancy pasta or pizza, so I went for the seabass, which was lovely. The chocolate cake for dessert didn't match the mouthwatering description. It was really dull. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff are very attentive. It's quite pricey, so recommend looking out for 2 for 1 meal vouchers before you go

Menu offered a really inviting choice but food delivered was disappointing. Pizza toppings really mean and sparse.....a pity.

Never used a presso before and t be honest very disappointed. Service was pushed to limit very understaffed. Food for a chain that claims authentic Italian..... not even average. Had a crab and lobster ravioli in a basque. My understanding of a bisque is its a soup. This was not a bisque didn't even cover the ravioli. Garlic bread I'd have like to taste the garlic. Not even enough to scare a vampire. I didn't complain because the staff were under the cosh work wise not enough to cover

We went out after a long day at work to relax over a nice Italian meal. Wish we hadn't bothered. The garlic bread with cheese and balsamic vinegar was dry and had hardly any topping. We waited 90 minutes for our mains, and when they arrived was an absolute disgrace. £16.95 for 3 bits of cannelloni that were so over cooked they were stuck to the dish and tasted like cardboard, and that's once you'd scraped the burnt bits off. The spinach filling was overcooked and like chewing gum. The vegan bolognese was passable but overpriced for what it was, but we were so fed up and hungry we left and went and got a tesco ready meal which was far nicer. Epic fail Prezzo Eastleigh. Avoid.

Long wait at the door to be seated, long wait at the table to have order taken, followed by a long wait for my drink to arrive....the pizza arrived before my drink. Food and drink quality was reasonable.

Very Small portion of linguine pasta - disappointing

My daughter had an amazing 11th Bday party! I am very thankful for the professionalism , passion and care the staff has demonstrated throughout the event.

Unfortunately the service was slow considering it was a quiet afternoon. Staff cover was limited to two people waiting and then when the food did arrive it was cold.

We had our dinner here. Forgot to take photos😂, but it was an amazing dinner. As a lover of pasta😍.. I truly recommend it. The service was great, as well as the atmosphere. It's definitely worth visiting!!

The food was delicious, the staff very kind and attentive. It was a bit more busy and loud than we would've liked considering it was a date and I don't get to see my boyfriend very much. But being busy is a good thing for them. Nice decor, clean, would eat there again.

2nd January. Got a table. Was listed all the food they didn't have so ordered from what was left. Had our starter only to be told 3 of the mains we had ordered had now run out so could we pick something else from what little was left. We didn't want anything that they had do waitress allowed us to leave without paying for the starters so we could eat somewhere else.

Excellent Italian food. We were a big group with lots of children. The staff were really good and we all had a great time. Recommended.

Showing up late on a Saturday evening, the staff managed to find us a table. As a vegetarian, I had a lot of options to choose from. My food (pumpkin ravioli) was delicious, a generous dish full of contrasting flavors which I really enjoyed. Shout-out to our waitress Sofia who was truly adorable and has really bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable. Merci beaucoup !

Thought I was taking a risk based on previous reviews but order was correct and delivery was on time. Food was very tasty but the portions wouldn’t be worth full price. If Prezzo kept their 50% off deal I would definitely order again!

Every time is a fantastic experience. Great atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly staff.

I would like to state the delivery driver was quick delivering and friendly. The resturant took nearly 3 hours to make the order I presume. All I know is I ordered around 5pm and it was delivered at 8.20. The food was hot and nice so no complaints there.

Food was fine but service really poor no smile or engagement it felt that it was too much trouble to serve us waitress in the wrong job

Great food, came hot, but an hour late. Shouldn’t have to wait that long. Lunch rush or not, you need to anticipate and prioritise.

Always, great food with lovely staff. Sadly a few things were off the menu that Sunday but had a good choice for other meals. Card only payment which I totally disagree with.

Had to chase to place an order then chase our drinks order.told we have run out of milk for the cappuccino if I had known I would of had a black coffee but to just be ignored is ignorant. No idea what Prezzo are playing at but the service was terrible,toilets absolutely filthy and stank. I appreciate the servers were young but no checks by supervisors. Prezzo used to be great but not so now. Give it a miss

The pizza was really burnt all around the edges, both the garlic bread and pizza were stone cold, I expected some coldness. I regularly visit Prezzo but have never had a delivery before, I was expecting the same standards and I had, had in the restaurant but the food is cold and horrible. I paid nearly £33 to treat myself and the dips at £1.50 per pot are barely a quarter filled. I shall not be ordering again and I am unsure if I would visit a restaurant after the experience and taste with my pizza tonight. I expect a refund for this it is is not acceptable I have burnt pizza yet the middle of the pizza is soggy and not cooked properly.

Prezzo’s food is not what it used to be. The aspect and the taste of the food are not ok. The waitress who served didn’t know what is crab, because being vegetarian she doesn’t know the meats😀

Absolutely horrible food, all cold and missing item! Manager is so rude!!! She said she would not replace missing items and told me to complain to just eat. I would seriously avoid ever eating here!

Really poor customer service! The waiter serving me n my wife seems like she dint want to be at work! Will suggest that u train u staff to be friendly n approachable! Most definitely won't be going back there anytime soon

Highly unprofessional staff. Inconsiderate towards delivery couriers. They all totally ignored me standing by the door. Food should be ready at the collection time that Prezzo sets as couriers are not paid to wait, so staff should be kind and let couriers know if the wait time is longer than anticipated. I can understand this, but what I can’t understand is the fact that nobody even said hello or bothered to let me know. Staff made me feel like an inconvenience when I simply asked politely to find out an estimated wait time. Male waiter made snide comments that I shouldn’t have accepted an order if I didn’t want to wait as I was walking out. As I had stated, I am not paid to wait and I am more than happy to cancel the delivery. However they were never going to let me know & were happy to leave me waiting without acknowledging me! Made to feel quite bad and worthless to be honest!

Restaurant almost empty . Waited 35 mins for starters . Felt sorry for staff . Kitchen guys looked really disinterested.. very disappointed

Had a lovel family celebration meal here. The food was excellent and staff were brilliant. Will definitely revisit!

Wasn't worth the money, was quite bland

Food was lukewarm when it arrived and the chicken on the pizza was pretty unpleasant; several grisly lumps in amongst the decent meat. Base was good and the pizza was well-cooked though. Premium price for a sub-par pizza.

The food is extremely hit or miss. I’ve tried the risotto which was incredible but then the lobster/crab ravioli was shockingly bad (it was in a “lobster bisque” which was just cream. The prices are extortionate for the quality of the food. We paid £50 for two mains, a starter (fried mozz) and two extremely watered down soft drinks. Service is always a bit slow, but they are typically busy when I go so I’ll give them that. A woman was rolling a cigarette, and then proceeding to light it a couple times AT HER TABLE. The waiters failed to say anything to her despite how blatantly obvious it was. Would not recommend.

Visited twice so far. Quite happy with the food, which I was not expecting since it is a chain restaurant, but happy to be wrong! We tried the dolce e piccante and ham/mushroom/mascarpone pizzas, the marsala chicken with mushrooms and beef with porcini mash. It was all very good, and arrived quite quickly. The prices are fair and the portions appropriate. We also had iced vanilla and caramel lattes, that were also good.

Just walked into this restaurant with my wife & 3 children. The restaurant was almost empty and we were refused entry as aparently they was fully booked. Looked on their website and they had availability to book online for the next 2-3 hours. I walked back into to speak with them to get an explanation and they said sometimes their website will say this when it isn’t the case? Very confused, little while later was still in the area so walked past the shop window only to see a still almost empty restaurant. I feel like we were discriminated against as we’re went mabye your typical prezzo upmarket customer. Shocking the wife was completely shocked by this. Wouldn’t recommend to your average family, nor would I ever return. If you’re looking for a family friendly restaurant I would defintly avoid.

I ordered a no chicken Caesar salad and I received it with plant based chicken and real chicken! I asked for a refund from just eat and they said no Because it’s still consumable!!! Absolutely outrageous! I only gave one star cos I could t give none! I’m so cross.

Two starters, two drinks and a shared pizza- £68. Not cheap but very tasty. Great menu and lovely staff. Service was quick and efficient.

The driver delivered the wrong meal and didn't have time to deliver the right one. Special treat for kids turned in hungry kids.

Been several times, food is always great. Unfortunately let down by the beer last time. Ordered a Peroni and the pint was flat and not cold enough. Was offered a bottle as a replacement and wasn't cold enough either. Especially when the glasses that come to pour the beer in are warm.

A lovely experience! Seating was easily available, the staff were kind, and it was quite a relaxing atmosphere. The food was actually really nice, arrived very quickly, and had perfectly sized portions! I will certainly be returning back here!

I've no doubt this would have been top notch if it was hot but sadly the food was lukewarm at best. Seeing as I paid over £15 for 1 item then delivery, not a great service. A shame because it's a fave restaurant in person but I won't have deliveries from here again.

Please be vigilant when you receive your bill from this place, we have been charged for 6 pints of peroni when only having 2. Lesson learned on our part to check the bill throughly. Won’t be returning.
