Great food but gets cold quickly if you get it delivered But it is very quite in there usually

best pizza shop in the area lovely staff and very friendly I love it especially when Harry do my order he’s a great and experienced guy highly recommended

Quite a little shop so when waiting for your food it can be a little cramped but food service is good, Good quick delivery. No complaints, happy with service and food.

I am currently sat waiting to collect my food and as I am looking through the window, a guy is standing there eating with one hand and prepping MY FOOD with the other, that is absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning extremely unhygienic.

Pizza dough came raw. They said someone will respond within 5 working days. It’s been 8 working days and still no contact. Shocking service.

Repeatedly they miss something in the order. Extra sauce, extra topping, etc.. when we receive the delivery, I had to call and say so and so missing. Rather me doing the quality check after receiving the pizza. Please remove the 'quality check' option in your app that was supposed to be happening at the store. Better get it right first time please.

Ordered from several Dominos over the years, but something about this branch is just plain better, hard to describe, but they are very much doing something right. They've never messed up an order for me, and always deliver in good time.

Burnt margarita pizza, missing side order so had to phone to get the missing side delivered. Not great.

Pizza great but not sure what the point in "delivery to you car" is when you still have to go in and collect. Very time wasting for the customer to go through the whole hassle of entering vehicle details etc... for nothing 🙄

We had pizza ordered via the App which we collected. It was good pizza and decent value with the offer that was on.

I always order in store at Chandler's Ford Dominoes because it is so easy to park outside for free and only 10 minutes from order to pizza in hand. Very friendly bunch of employees and I can wait just outside in the car for those 10 minutes. Pizza is the usual Dominoes that you know.

Ordered a few pizzas and sides for a business meeting lunch. Delivered very quickly, piping hot and super tasty! cannot fault. Had to call back for a VAT receipt as I forgot to ask for one at the time and it was sorted straight away!

Never fail to mess up your order. Plenty of other pizza places round here. Much better off going to one of them if you want to receive what you've asked for

Always helpful. Maybe not the healthy option but good eating none the less. Staff are pretty good too. Drinks are cheaper then Co op. !?

Way too much semolina flour (I assume that's what's they use) on the bottom of the base. Had to throw two large pizza's away, funny taste

Not the best Domino's around. I ordered from here last week and was shocked at how quickly the pizza arrived. When it did arrive, whilst it tasted OK, i noticed that the dough wasn't cooked near the crusts suggesting it hadn't been in the oven long enough. There is no point being 15 mins early if you've produced substandard food. I'd rather pizza be a couple of mins late if it meant I had something better tasting.

Lovely fresh pizza and surprisingly cheap.

Have made errors on the last two separate occasions. Called back as there were two missing toppings, they claimed I hadnt ordered it with those toppings. I checked my email which confirmed It was their error to which they advised they couldnt see it on their system. Food tastes good, just a faff to sort

Sadly, we have finally made the decision to go elsewhere in future! There is nothing wrong with the food, it is lovely, well cooked & arrives piping hot. The problem is with the staff, they seem incapable of taking an on- line order, processing & delivering it without making a mistake! Tonight is the 6th time in a row that our order has been wrong - this time we ordered ( amongst other things) 2 different flavour pizzas but 2 identical ones were delivered. I have learnt from past experiences not to bother phoning & telling them as the call is answered by a youth who tells you initially that you can either have the correct items delivered or a credit. If you choose the former, he then says he needs to check with his manager, then comes back & tells you delivery time will now be a min of 2 hours ( funny when your original order which arrived minutes previously was made & delivered in 25 mins) so your best option is to have the credit... .which he then tells you you can only use on phone in or collection orders....Nice one but I'm afraid you won't be getting our custom any more!

Delivery gentleman just walked across our front garden, is there a chance he can use a sidewalk in future?

Friendly staff who were able to give me information on offers. The pizzas took a little longer than the time quoted but as we weren't in a hurry we didn't mind.

Not a very busy take away on entry. Ordered a collection of 2 pizzas. When the monitor said it was ready it was still in the oven!! 1st collection from the branch. The staff managed to get the pizza made incorrectly twice. Although they sorted it straight away. Getting home to find the order wrong again was disappointing. Another trip back to resolve.

4.9 I've got no complaints. I ordered delivery online on a Saturday night & it was super fast delivery. Every thing I ordered was cooked perfectly & still hot when it arrived. Maybe I was lucky & ordered at the right time but I thought it was much better than the main Eastleigh branch who take an age to deliver, the pizzas are hit or miss between under cooked or over cooked & arrive with the correct things ordered. Dominos are the typical British pizza delivery. We put up with late deliveries, wrong food ordered, over or under cooked. The branch managers don't care if we complain. Dominos wouldn't stand a chance in any other country!

Foods OK, but completion time was 20 minutes late, as apparently they were busy. Don't plan your evening on their timings.

Just don't bother! We ordered a gluten free veggie pizza with no mozzarella, no onions and no mushrooms. Instead we asked for pineapple and goat's cheese. Oh and could we please have honey mustard dips too please? Pizza ordered along with a different pizza but we were told there would be a wait as they were so busy. I arrived 35 minutes later to collect. Lots of busy staff behind the counter appearing to be sinking under the pressure. Our pizzas were still being cooked so I was happy to wait. A man came in from outside holding his pizza and told them he was given the wrong pizza. It was checked and it was wrong. The replacement was also wrong so he had to wait for a 'remake'. Meanwhile my order was ready... With regular dips. I asked for the honey mustard dips, as ordered as I checked the pizza. Guess what - no extra goat's cheese, it had red onions and mushrooms in it! Go Dominoes! Hang in there, the best is yet to come. I told them it was not acceptable and the person serving asked if I wanted it made again. I said it would have to be. The other pizza was going to be left on the side apparently keeping warm - the same place where another staff member took four pizzas off to be remade because they were cold. SERIOUSLY?! Then came the news they had run out of goat's cheese and could not remake it. I did not have my life line, I mean mobile, phone with me so I asked if I could use a phone to call my wife to see what she wanted to do. It's not as simple as picking ingredients off as she has allergies to the things she asked not to go on the pizza. Sorry we don't have a working phone. Then what the hell was the thing you used to take it order almost an hour ago? The only phones we have are or the back. I asked if when I got home we reordered, could it be delivered following the inconvenience (and sheer incompetence). She told me it'd be another hour wait, as she had told my wife on the magical phone. So they could whip through a remake of my pizza there and then but if I called them back in 5 minutes to confirm what we wanted to replace their mistake I'd have to wait another hour. What am I missing here? I left with no pizza, other local shops were now closed, two disappointed children and nothing for us. We should've learnt from the last time we used them. Utter shambles!! I appreciate this may be a one of as they were struggling to cope with demand but something as simple as Dominoes Pizza making a pizza with all the wrong toppings then not being able to rectify their mess. I think the manager needs to take charge and 'manage'.

Mostly good, very fast turnaround, a Domino type Pizza. Definitely have Ben & Gerry's peanut cupcake ice-cream for pud

Pizzas are really tasty here and the staff are very polite especially when they deliver your order. I gave 4 stars because sometimes the pizzas look a little over cooked.

First order and the Chicken Kickers arrived with only 5 pieces rather than the advertised 7. Not off to a great start for a newly opened outlet!
