Pizzorna är riktigt goda.Tyvärr fanns det bara pizzor kvar när vi ville ha glutenfritt.Vi hade inte tänkt oss pizza.Trevlig hjälpsam personal.

Ate here with friends and everyone was happy with their meal, but nothing special. Great location, great service and atmosphere. If I was to recommend something I would suggest the pasta dishes.

We were pleased at how accommodating the staff were considering we booked at such short notice. Especially on a special occasion. Good atmosphere. Something for everyone of all ages on the menu. Very generous portions. This is our 7th visit and certainly won’t be the last. This place never disappoints!Would totally recommend the caramelised red onion and mozzarella garlic bread pizza starter.

Buscando un restaurante no muy lejos de nuestro hotel en Waterloo Place sugerí Prezzo. ¡Buena llamada! Fue agradable tener el mismo camarero toda la noche y él fue muy bueno; eficiente y atento. La comida era muy buena, muy sabrosa y bien presentada, los tres platos. Valor decente también. Mi amado (que tiene un toque de neofobia) es un converso instantáneo. Los baños estaban impecables. Muy positivo en todos los sentidos.

First visit here on recommendation from friends. Restaurant is modern and in a great location. Staff are attentive, friendly and accurate. Food was lush! I had meatballs starter with spicy calzone to follow. Absolutely beautiful but the calzone was too spicy for me!! Be warned it's very hot!

On what was clearly a busy night for the team, we waited around 20 minutes to be seated, but was well worth the wait. Gheorge and the team we’re pleasant, quick and collectively delivering what was a lovely experience. Thanks again.

Had a really lovely lunch with my partner. Photos don't do it justice. Simple and efficient service. Panna cotta was delicious! Giorgio our waiter was great.

We visited this place with a friend. We ordered pizza and a plate of pasta and ceasar salad. The food was excellent and even more excellent was the dessert. The service was fast and the staff very polite and with humor. A would strongly recommend it and definitely visit again.

Was stood at the door for a while before being seen to. Welcomed by a miserable man taking us to our table. Service was so slow we even thought about leaving. I asked for a gin with lemonade and the lemonade to be filled to the top of the glass. He clearly didn't listen and came put with the smallest bottle of lemonade I've ever seen. Hardly filled half a glass! Had to buy an extra 7up to fill the rest up. Food came and it was lovely. Took a while for server to bring the bill and then off we left. Won't return

Food range is good and tasty. Lots of drink options including Edinburgh gin (my fav was Rhubard and Ginger) with Prosecco, but topped up with a view of Princes Street fro the large windows provided food and entertainment.

Visited this venue, nice food on buy a gift plenty choice and wine was nice too service also good would return to this venue again.

Hadn’t booked and although a short wait as understaffed we were seated in a lovely window spot overlooking the bridge. Lovely bottle of prosseco and gorgeous pizzas. Excellent service.

3 of us ducked in here for a quick bite after Fringe & before the Tattoo. Had the spaghetti carbonara family style & enjoyed it immensely. We even had enough left over so the soon-to-be ravenous (again!) teenage boy with us to eat again before he went to bed! The honeycomb cheesecake was really good also. Fast, efficient service, decent prices.

Tenía que ser para el desatendido, olvidadizo, joven que esperaron (que supone la media global de clasificación). Mi asiento estaba en la ventana, así que disfrutamos de estar, bebiendo y viendo a la gente.

Disfrutamos de la comida aquí. Aunque la comida no tradicional escocés, el menú prezzo es siempre bueno. El personal era servicial y amable y el precio razonable.

During our visit in Edinburgh we had an amazing dinner experience in Prezzo with lovely environment and really nice food. Me and my husband are thankful to Dita for making our evening so great with her kindness and professionalism. Multumim Dita!!!

Visited twice whilst in Edinburgh. Once with a buy a gift voucher. Had 3 course meal and glass of wine. Food well presented and staff lovely. Resturaunt clean and atmosphere nice. 2nd visit had 40% off voucher again well looked after and food good.

The restaurant was toasty warm on a cold night and we were able to catch the sunset over the ocean which was amazing. The decor was modern and not overcrowded. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and I had the Sea Bass, prices were not to bad either. I would come back here again with my family who also thought their meal was great my teenage daughter said it was super sic.

Visited Edinburgh for first time with my friends. Went to prezzo. Staff were great. Was a bit cringe because my friend ordered the wrong meal and sent it back, but the waiter thankfully handled it really well ☺️

This branch is well hidden behind the Loch Fyne restaurant at Newhaven. Visited for lunch, was empty but they treated us like royalty! Very good service and an excellent meal, everything freshly cooked. Can't ask for more.

We visited Prezzo Edinburgh in late January 2018 prior to going to a musical. It was a cold miserable Tuesday evening, but the Restaurant was fairly busy. We were seated quickly on entering the Restaurant and the customer service was excellent from start to finish! We shared a platter to start, which contained flat bread, Mozarella, Olive Oil mixed with Balsamic Vinegar & assorted Italian Meats, Olives and Rocket! Main courses were a spicy Meat Calzone for me and the Prawn Pasta dishes for my Wife. We also enjoyed a bottle of sparkling water and Caraffe of Red Wine. The service, food and drinks were excellent from start to finish. I visit Edinburgh every January and will definitely return to Prezzo next year!

The waiter was rude about using a credit card, stating he preferred cash, messed up the system, and subsequently was charged twice. Food was fine.

Visited the Edinburgh Prezzo for the first time and as always with Prezzo the food was delicious! As a group we require one vegetarian meal, one gluten free meal and a normal meal for the muggle ha ha - always lots of options for everyone....

Traveling to Scotland with my two starving children, Prezzo was a welcome surprise for our first meal. We ordered the meal served family style which was salad, pasta and bread. Plentiful and delicious! Even my 15 year old son was full and that was after...

Family meal out, fantastic pizza, good service and nice restaurant. Not too busy on a Sunday night, quick service and reasonable value for money. Not the best Italian, but of a good standard generally.

Have been to a number of prezzo restaurants and they are consistently if a high standard...good delicious..staff friendly,polite and helpful and the cocktails hit the spot too!!

I had a pleasant dinner at this restaurant which is part of a chain. The food was ok and the service was good. You know what you are going to get.

Food was fantastic! The staff were just amazing. Lovely manager!! I saw him helping two blind ladies to the lavatory and he then helped them out of the restaurant. The rest of the staff were also lovely. When I come back to Edinburgh, will definitely be eating here again. Would recommend to everyone based on the attention of the staff alone!

I have to say it was one of the most disappointing customer service experience I've ever had.

We went here for dinner last night with our Tesco clubcard vouchers. It's the first time we've been to this location.We were seated and just left. I had to ask for menus after five minutes and the staff member seemed a little surprised we wanted them!After that everything was very good. Lovely atmosphere and nice windows to look out on the harbour. Delicious food. Free parking too.We'll definitely go back!

Food was fairly decent, the chocolate fudge cake was delicious but the main was a bit disappointing. Service was nice but slow and the atmosphere was very chill.

Such a shame about the food as the staff are lovely, however the food was so bad, it was mostly inedible. Don't go here if you enjoy quality food. The carbonara was vile and swimming in grease. My 5 year old son asked if it was soup - it was that greasy! The prawn pasta was far too spicy and also had to be left. Really don't understand how anyone enjoys the food here. I won't be back!

Restaurant was quite quiet- except for our Grandson Henry ! He calmed down nicely when his pasta & breads arrived quickly. Food came very quickly -Calamare starters were the best ! Seating are was big and spacious with harbour view -- sitting out would be great in summer !!All food was served quickly and a good standard Best picks were Burger and the Carbonarra. Good service

We had a great lunch at Prezzo North Bridge. I'd thoroughly recommend it. The staff really looked after us & the GF options were delicious!

Located on the North Bridge it's dead handy for the rail station so we popped in for dinner between trains. Great menu and a separate gluten free one too. An added treat was that by using the Vouchercloud app we got 40% off too!

After a wonderful meal here last Sunday my sister and I decided to return with our Mum to celebrate her 81st birthday. Thankfully the weather allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the wonderful view. Once again I can't fault anything. The service and the food were excellent, thanks to Roxanne, Gabi and Attila. Prezzo at Newhaven is fast becoming my favourite restaurant.

It was really busy as the festival was in town but service was excellent and the food is always good....especially the hummus starter and the sticky toffee pudding.

Working away so tried the Prezzo, service and food good value for money.Recommend of you fancy Italian and staying near by

Did not take away a very good impression of my first visit to this chain of restaurants. Myself and another of my travelling companions weren't happy with our food and staff weren't interested. Then we ordered desert and were left waiting for 15 minutes while staff ignored us. Pudding was nice though at least

Just dropped in here on the off chance for an evening meal with my wife and two grandchildren. First class service, food, attentiveness, courtesy in fact everything was superb. No negative comments whatsoever, would definitely call again.

My husband and I like the Prezzo chain of restaurants and always find it reasonably priced with tasty dishes. This Prezzo was in a great location on the pier overlooking Leith Harbour and had some outside tables too. Good service too.

I visited here with my parents and girlfriend when they were visiting Scotland. We were doing the tourist stuff on the Royal Mile and needed lunch. Other places were far too busy or noisy but when we walked into Prezzo it was a nice welcome and a lovely calm atmosphere. Drinks are well priced and they have both draught (Peroni) and bottled beer at what I feel is fair restaurant prices. After our big breakfast in the morning, we decided to have just the one course and it was well worth it. Generous portions and great tasting food. I have the Mushroom Risotto and it was lovely and creamy and great tasting with the truffle oil. The Margherita my girlfriend had looked also nice and the Calzone my Dad had was huge. My mum had a 'lighter pizza' and this looked superb.The service was good and we would definitely return in the future. Having not been to Prezzo for some time, it was great to return!

My kids love it here, although I've been let down by the quality of the food a few times, but stick to their pizza and you can't go wrong. No draught lager though and bottles are expensive.

We went to Prezzo for a later dinner. Edinburgh is fully booked for dinner during July/August, so we were happy to get a dead. The good was solid but nothing to remember, prices are fair and service fast.

Had my birthday dinner here on 20 June with my family. It was unusually busy for a Tuesday night due to good weather. The 3 staff serving were rushed off their feet, however we had great service and the food was really good too. Well done to all!

After a lovely afternoon in Leith we decided to pop along the waterfront to Prezzo for a late lunch. Parking available onsite. Lovely location on the Leith waterfront with outside decking and seating if the weathers good. Waterfront views.Ordered meatballs and spaghetti and penne ala rusticana, both lovely, except from the abundance of mushrooms in the meatballs.Soft drink and large beer and the bill was £30.10.One disappointment is there was no beer on draft, why not?Visited 24/06/17 YB Royal Yacht Brittiania Leith.

I dined here from the week it opened and visited on a regular basis ever since. It has gone downhill in view of food quality and the new menu is a poor substitution of what went before. Staff excellent and nothing too much trouble and manageress Pamela is a great asset dealing with guest with a smile and understanding. The dishes are standard in any italian but below the standard of local competition but service excellent so we will return and hope for improvement.

Prezzo provided a fine supper for four but not great. The service was a little cold and the food unexceptional. The decor is very good.

This was neat to where we were staying so decided to try. Happy that we did as we thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. Atmosphere good with friendly staff. Food wad great as well.

Lovely Birthday lunch for my daughter in this Italian Restaurant on the Pier. We had the choice of eating outside as the weather was great, however we stay inside and watched the chefs in action. terrific as it was glutton free for my daughter.

Our second visit to Prezzo. So impressed the first time so decided to have a meal here again on a shirt break in the city. Service warm and efficient. Our food arrived quickly and was as excellent as the first time. Staff attentive throughout the meal. Will certainly be returning when we are next in town.

I really enjoyed my visit on a quiet weekday evening.It was only myself and one family in the whole restaurant during my meal.I started with marinated Olives, then had a very tasty tropicana pizza, instead of desert I had a Hazelnut Nutella Hot Chocolate to warm up before heading back outside.Very very nice hot chocolate.Fast friendly service, fresh tasty food and nice surroundings with the large oven pizza on a cold evening.They had some great Gluten free options as well, nice location very close to the Premier Inn very convenient.

Handmade pizzas. Excellent choice of pizzas here in different sizes to suit all appetites. Excellent service. Good selection of wines.

First evening meal while staying in Leith. The meal was excellent and my wife's pasta with green beans and asparagus was unbelievable.The only shame was that the restaurant was pretty empty.

This would be a fairly average Prezzo restaurant were it not for its setting - right on the quay at Newhaven Harbour (Edinburgh). It's lovely to linger over your meal looking out at the lights reflecting on the water and seeing the illuminated lighthouse.We like the way that the tables are not too close giving a spacious impression.The wait staff are consistently pleasant and helpful.

Visited with my wife and two kids of a quiet midweek evening and was thorughouly impressed.Great pizzas for adults and kids both and good value.Seems surprising it was so quiet given the warm surroundings and good value.Recommend a wee visit if you're near.

This is right on the waterfront at Leigh, and with patio doors and a terrace this would be a really lovely place to eat in Summer with a view of the harbour. We visited in winter and really loved sitting near the roaring pizza oven which was a great way to defrost from the weather!! This is practically next door to the Premier Inn and is very convenient, which is why we ended up eating here for 5 nights as a family!! We were in town for business not pleasure and it was good to have somewhere serving tasty food close to our hotel at the end of some gruelling days. The staff were helpful - the restaurant was only busy at the weekend. It was great as someone who is gluten free to at last be able to have a pizza again - and the options are good for meat eater and vegetarian alike. Pasta is good - once again gluten free options are available ask for the special menu - portions are very generous and so is the mozzarella and parmesan which is a big plus. We had several good meals here and we weren't rushed. For a chain restaurant this was an pleasant experience and we ate well.

Had a voucher for 2 for 1 on main meals so decided to give it a go. Service shocking. Took over half an hour before order taken. Mould found on a mushroom starter - staff didn't seem to care just said they would take it off the bill. Then mistake with main meal - large instead of small portion. Carbonara pasta was over cooked and far too salty. When bill came our voucher had not been taken into account and they had the cheek to put on a £20 service charge. Will not be returning.

When staying at the nearby Premier Inn there are limited options, unless you go into town. We usually eat at Loch Fyne (see also Sasso) and the there's the Brewers Fayre (which we haven't tried).We decided to try Prezzo on Tesco Clubcard vouchers and because we've had a good experience at the Manchester Printworks site. It was fine. It has the great waterfront location (not a factor on a January evening!) in a characterful building.Service was fine, the usual constant enquiry 'how is your meal?' and staff wandering around. Food, too, was OK although my ravioli was rather wet and the mushrooms were more standard than 'wild'. Overall, we enjoyed our evening - it was enlivened by a small fire out back, which staff tried to tackle with an extinguisher before calling the fire brigade - we didn't see the fire but it was plain to understand what was going on - and entertaining!The problem that this Prezzo has is the competition from Loch Fyne next door and Sasso across the road. Both are much better, for not much more money.

Visited one evening, food was average as Prezzo's normally are. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time and I personally found the waiter a little invasive and creepy. He was constantly coming to our table and asking us questions about the food/generally lingering around and it was a bit off putting. Apart from that everything was generally alright.

Most emphatically for the food, definitely not for the service.Prezzo, it's up to you if you're brave enough to have the honestly produced review released this into the public domain, but my kids and their partners work very hard for their coin so their food experiences have to be perfect

Prezzo in Leith is on the Newhaven harbour jetty, and serves decent food. Nothing exceptional but good service and pleasant.

The venue was lovely, on the harbour and very spacious/clean. Service was fast. The meals were reasonably priced for how large they were. I would recommend a light serving (and i struggled to even finish that). Good for large groups. Not the best Italian I've ever had but still very enjoyable.

We booked this under recommendation from our eldest daughter and we weren't disappointed. Food was really nice, well cooked and flavoursome. Service was very good and there was a good atmosphere in the place.

I decided to give this place a second chance as I liked the position on the pier, the decor and the food held a glimmer of hope. As before I found the service cold and detached. When the food arrived i found a hair in it, I was horrified. The waitress apologised between her teeth but never offered any hope of redemption other than representing the plate a few minutes later. When my wife ordered a 'light' pulled pork pizza and pointed out that there were only 2 (two) small bits of pulled pork on it, she was told that the 'light' version was like that and that there were other types of pork meet in it. Why then call it a "pulled pork pizza"? Anyway, the food was a bit pricey for what we got but not too bad, whilst the service was very poor, so needless to say I never left a tip and sadly I will not be returning there. Moral: Great position, ok food, not so great service, mishap can happen, but appearances are definitely deceptive!

We were left waiting for 25 minutes before even being given menus, and ultimately had to ask for them. Over an hour wait overall for food, and when it came it was mediocre. Staff were inattentive and disinterested.

Table for two was a bit snug. Service was good and I would highly recommend the posh pepperoni pizza, best pizza I've ever had.

We dined at 14.30 so restaurant was extremely quiet so we got individual service from the very friendly staff. Venue is very open and airy and nicely decorated...very modern.We were on a buyagift voucher so menu was limited but we had no problem choosing our three courses, which were all served hot and presented well.We were offered water without having to request it. No complaints at all!!

Went here for dinner last night and wasn't impressed. Communication between the waiter very difficult. Adult meals came first then eventually when child's pizza arrived it had to be sent back due to the toppings not being added. As the kitchen is open you could see the chef was getting very irate. When it came back we complained that the adult meals were luke warm, they offered to heat them up but we declined as we were hungry. Although they knew we weren't happy when we asked for the bill they didn't even take anything off it as a gesture of good will, it was only after I went up to pay that I reiterated our frustrations that they took some money off. A beautiful restaurant but definitely were having an off day. Certainly won't be returning

Ok it was a lovely sunny evening but well forecast and don't think these guys got the staff right. Service was appalling, and food mediocre with missing ingredients. We were forgotten about a few times and when food arrived my pizza looked like it had barely seen the oven and salad of poor quality. Nice location but that's about it, sorry guys

Would not accept my voucher code for 25% off food because I had screen shot it 2 days ago incase there was no decent wifi in the restaurant which there wasn't! Voucher was within the dates specified. Manageress was indignant there was wifi and kept showing me her phone. Paid and left extremely dissatisfied. Noticed the items on the bill were for an odd amount once we left. Checked menu on website and found we had been over charged for our mains!! Couldn't find prices for drinks but they were odd amount too. Totally spoiled out night out

First visit to a Prezzo for a meal with family, food and service was OK but have had better. Not quite sure why the lighter versions of the dishes were more expensive than the regular.

Food standard, presentation,staff attention,all to a high standard in a great location watching the sun go down over the harbour A1, could not fault it.

We just finished a Viking Cruise excursion at 12:30 PM and had 45 minutes before our next excursion.We asked the hostess at Prezzo if that was enough time to get us in and out, and she said no problem.We ordered the wild mushroom pizza.It was delicious. The crust was perfect.We were out with 15 minutes to spare.Service was excellent.

I've been in this place a couple of times and I thought that I'd found a place where to go every week to enjoy the dinner and the views. Yesterday I got my tastecard (it's a card to get 2 for 1) and I was so happy knowing that I could use it there, so I went today again and I have to say that even the food is amazing, the service I had made me feel really bad and uncomfortable. I had a pizza (lovely as usual, is not about the food my complain) and first of all, at ANY time I've been asked if everything was ok, if I was enjoying my meal or if I needed anything else, second of all after I finished the pizza I had my dirty plate on the table for like an hour (with the waiter and waitress walking around me around 10 times) and when I went to pay my bill, because I felt embarassed to tell one of the guys: excuse me, could you clear my plate and bring me the dessert menu??? (do their job, basically), I explained my dissapointment to who I guess was the manager (because she wasn't wearing uniform), she answered laughing: really? I'm sorry about that and even when I told her that I was thinking to come every week and they'd lost a customer, she didn't try to make me change my mind and I only could remind her that please clear the plate at some point before another customer wanted to take a seat in that table!!! I work in a restaurant and these things make me feel sad, because I'm always nice with EVERYONE and I only want to be treated exactly the same. If you're not gonna give a nice customer service, work somewhere else PLEASE or should have I ignored to pay the bill like they ignored me??? Just because I'm having a discount I think I deserve to be treated the same way as who pay the full bill because they wanted to have this deal, it's their choice to have more people going to their place!!! Just because I love the food I'll try the one in North Bridge, I wish the service be as good as the food is!!! When I wanted to enjoy the sunshine in Newhaven I'll bring some food with me and I'll seat in a bank at the harbour...

The antipasto sharing board (starter) was far too small small pieces of bread, could of also been a wee bit more meat and the tiny balsamic vinegar and oil to go with the bread was gone in few dips.The burger main was good and decent size.And the pizza my partner ordered, I had a wee taste of was good.But unfortunately although Ariana could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable of all the items on the menu, very efficient and handling a busy night comfortably.No fault of Ariana but the place got very busy and service all round became slow as there is only so much even the best waiters in the world can cope with.I did want to mention it at the place given them the opportunity to rectify my disappointment, but my partner doesn't like confrontation I couldn't help over here some other customers complain about similar experiences.Thank you Ariana for looking after us so well, you're genuinely friendly pro active manner, the attentive service you gave us (well as anyone could manage when the place got so busy) and witty conversation saved a potentially worse review , not that I like being negative looking at my other reviews will confirm that.

Nice restaurant, a bit pricey for what you get, staff is good but distant, the food however makes up for it in quality.

The sun was shining (rare in Scotland), the air was conducive with great aromatic trails, the stomach rumbling...so we stopped here, and were not disappointed.

Nice pasta, good pizzas. Nutella calzones were actually loveky. Very keen service if a few language issues.Good value kids meals and they enjoyed it. Would use again

We ate here while staying at the Premier Inn a couple of minutes walk away. The food was to the usual good Prezzo standard. The restaurant is in a nice location with lovely harbour views, beautiful sunset.

Visited on a Saturday evening. We came here last year and it was very quiet. This time it was very noisy with lots of screaming children. The food and service was good but it was spoilt by the unruly children. On a quiet night it is lovely. The setting is very nice and it is easy to park.

Visited here with my husband and daughter. Had a lovely meal. The four bread to share starter was fab, highly recommended. Main courses were cooked to perfection. Fabulous restaurant, can't wait to return when we are back in Edinburgh.
