Let's say worse ever not because of the restaurant chain but the staff So I was in Cardiff for my birthday in Dec and booked dinner at prezzo with family .the location of the prezzi is on first floor inside the shopping mall ..well maps don't show that in detail so we spend good 15 mins looking for the place and got delayed for booking time..anyhow huffing puffing we reached and this indian/ Pakistani girl on duty said the booking is now cancelled coz we were late despite explaining the situation and requesting her all she had some audacity to tell me 'sorry sweety,' not only she ruined my day her approach wax v unprofessional and she did not care about thd restaurant of customer but was clearly eyeing a early close .I am v frequent to prezzo Leicester and luv the food and the team ..but this was v disappointing

Menu options should be more varied. Fish options. Strawberty sundae off the menu unfortunatly.

Although I feel the prices are around £3.00 too high for most if not all items on the menu and the drinks are also too expensive, overall the food is very good quality and tasty. The service was superb and prompt. I will eat at Prezzo again and recommend to friends and family. Reduce your prices and I will eat there more often and I believe others would too.

We love our visits to Prezzo. The food is always so delicious and fresh, and the staff are always so welcoming, especially Zaneta who we have come to know so well. Thank you always for your hospitality 😊

The staff and service were excellent. The food was tasty and hot. I was able to use my taste card which reduced the overall bill by £13, however I still think that £17.50 for a plate of pasta in tomato and is expensive. There was no service charge which is a plus. I always leave the equivalent of the service charge as a tip.

My family and I visited Cardiff Prezzo at the weekend. The food was very good apart from the gnocchi with sea bass - the sea bass was nice but the gnocchi not so. Our very attentive waitress had no hesitation in offering a replacement dish. The only shame is that Tesco Clubcard vouchers are not accepted in Cardiff Prezzo.

Good food and good service. Only slight gripe is lack of knowledge of promotional offers and the suggestion that the Easter menu did not entitle us to free kids meal, despite the email saying it does. Would recommend in any event as it all got sorted in the end!

Visited Cardiff Prezzo yesterday with my family. Had such a smooth experience. It was a Wednesday late afternoon. We’ve been served by a lovely girl Zane. She couldn’t do enough for us. Food was delicious and overall we’ve had a very good experience. Will definitely recommend everyone.

Great food and great service. Zaneta and the team were patient with the kids too who wanted to handle their own orders. We got here late but they made sure to not make us feel rushed.

We ate here last night an as the prezzo usual the food was 10/10!! First time in Cardiff. RADHIKA was amazing!! As a group of 9 including kids she dealt with us amazingly, she was polite, patient and got everything right. She is a credit to the restaurant.

Great Food & Friendly Service Had a lovely meal at Prezzo Cardiff. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. The food was great! Service was efficient, and even though the restaurant was quite busy, we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. The manager also checked in to make sure everything was okay, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great place for a casual meal with good Italian food and friendly service. Would definitely visit again!

Regularly visit Prezzo when we shop in town. Over the time tried lots of different meals and it never fails, food is always delicious. Always had a good experience visiting, staff is lovely and accommodating. Nice and cosy atmosphere.

Recientemente visitó Prezzo ( 1 / 03 / 25 ) la bienvenida de la señora en la recepción fue bastante grosero y stand offish que fue una pena porque dejó la primera experiencia y bienvenida abajo. Los servidores, sin embargo, eran muy buenos y acogedores y preguntamos si teníamos alergias que estoy libre de gluten, así que era muy bueno que esto se puede atender. La comida era deliciosa y porciones de buen tamaño. Hice una nota de que era mi cumpleaños al hacer la reserva en línea, habría sido una agradable sorpresa si alguien escribió feliz cumpleaños en nuestros budines, no veo el punto de Prezzo preguntando si es una ocasión especial durante el flujo de reserva si no van a hacer nada con la información.

Sin embargo, el precio es excesivo (más de 60 libras esterlinas para un almuerzo de un plato para tres personas) y, aunque lamentablemente la norma hoy en día es ir a un lugar convencional, habría sido bueno tener tiempo/inversión para hacer pesto casero a la altura de los precios.

Came here last Wednesday while shopping. Was a few people in here but not too busy. Decent menu. We both ended up having pasta dishes followed by desserts. Food was great and service was good. I wasn't fussed on the outside seating area on the terrace while others wee shopping. I'd sit inside next time. Overall was good. Also accept blue light card which is always great can't fault it.

Had a lovely lunch today served by Zaneta. Tasty food and great service. Will be back soon.

I had a lovely meal for one at prezzo yesterday. Couldn't have asked for better service from Zaneta, ever so attentive and happy to help whenever I needed. Thank you again! Enjoyed a very generously sized calzone, extra chilli of course so plenty of spice for me. Wouldn't usually go for an Italian sauvagnon but it really did surprise me there. Not bad at all. Thanks again for a lovely meal, will of course be returning soon.

Visited Prezzo Cardiff this evening with my partner for a meal. We haven’t visited prezzo for a while so we were anticipating good things. However when our mains arrived, we weren’t told that the dish the pasta al forno was in, was hot & straight out the oven. Thanks to this, my partner burnt his finger. To top it off, the food didnt meet out expectations especially for the price. It was tasteless & the al forno carbonara tasted of water… we weren’t offered extra cheese or anything on top. We were sat outside & it was quite noisy & cold… The portions too were Tiny!! we ordered mac anf cheese bites as a side & received 3 which was laughable. We weren’t offered a dessert menu either & getting the attention of any waiter/manager to get a bill was extremely difficult, which shouldn’t have been considering that i was able to notice 4 waiters standing around chatting. Very dissatisfied with this service & food. Super rude & ridiculous to LITERALLY be ignored when asking for the bill.

Italiano fue nuestra elección de comida para esta visita dominical a la capital galesa. Ninguno de los dos quería cocinar, así que pensamos en tomar el tren con nuestro pequeño que ama los trenes y pasar el día en Cardiff. Después de haber estado en muchos restaurantes italianos tuvimos una idea de lo que esperar. Así que el servicio sería lo que hace que un lugar como este destaque. Rodeado de muchos otros restaurantes en medio de un gran centro comercial - hay mucho para elegir - incluso hay un Pizza Express justo al lado. Sin embargo, nos quedamos satisfechos con nuestra experiencia. El servicio fue bueno a pesar de tener que esperar unos minutos para estar sentado. Pero esto no nos desanimó. Todos los miembros del personal eran muy amables y todo se nos trajo rápidamente. La comida era deliciosa y no puedo decir nada malo sobre nuestro tiempo allí. Una muy buena opción si estás en el centro comercial y necesitas comer algo.

Popped in for the Monday 20th January deal, and the place was packed. Nevertheless the service was astonishingly quick; our reservation was for 7pm, drinks took two minutes, and food no more than 15 to arrive. Extremely efficient and delicious. Congrats to the staff for being so on the ball with everything. Patrycja took care of us for the most part, she was swift and professional; and the fella who checked bookings in was lovely as well.

Table booked for 18.15 15/1. Sat down. Ignored. Couple came in next to me. Served immediately. Left.

The food was very nice, the staff were friendly and attentive and they kindly changed our booking early an hour when our plans changed. The only issue is that it's priced as an upmarket quality Italian restaurant but it's situated in a shopping arcade overrun with rowdy teenagers running amok inches from the front tables. You should eat here but make sure you eat inside the 'restaurant' part.

Hace poco vine a Prezzo antes de ir al cine. Decidí pedir la pizza que no tiene Mozzarella en ella. Sin embargo, pude agregar mis propias coberturas que eran Gorgonzola, Espinaca y Chile Rojo. El chile rojo era excelente, ya que era picante. El Gorgonzola también era sabroso, pero podría haberse fundido mejor en la pizza. Tomé una pinta de Poretti para lavar la pizza y eso también es recomendable. El miembro del personal que me cuidó hizo un gran trabajo. Ella era muy eficiente y fácil de hablar.

We were served by Lewis and Molly. They sat us down as a walk-in even while it was busy and still provided prompt and amazing service. The food was amazing. I have never encountered service as good as the service we received yesterday from both Lewis and Molly.

Ok, era una buena comida con una buena cantidad de comida en los platos, pero no era demasiado barato en £ 94 para 2 entrantes, 3 principales, pan de ajo, una copa de vino, un martini y 3 refrescos. Fue servido rápidamente y el personal era muy agradable. Se ve muy limpio allí. Claramente era un destino popular para almorzar el lunes, ya que se llenó rápidamente a la 1 pm.

Food was nice but portions are quite small and expensive for what they are, however the pizza was a good size , service was excellent.

The pizza arrived stone cold , cheese was like rubber , the chips were cold and hard What a waste of money

Very disappointing! Bruschetta was just a pizza.base with cold tomatoes and olive oil, Sea bass and Gnocci with peas a lobster bisque was equally as poor!! They might have waved a lobster over the saucepan but it sure as hell never went in!!

Visited here for dinner with friends and the food was lovely. Highly recommend the bruschetta starter and spaghetti bolognese! The waiter was great, attentive and able to provide recommendations on what to eat based on our preference.

Comí aquí con la familia y decidí ir por el Saltimbocca Chicken Sage, ya que sonaba tan sabroso ... ... nunca más. La descripción sonaba tan bien, pero esto es lo que era en realidad - una pequeña pechuga de pollo, un cuarto de pedazo de col, una pequeña patata seca al horno cortada como una patata de espaldas y un poco de caldo de pollo en el fondo del tazón. No hay sabor a salvia de hecho no hay mucho sabor en absoluto. Lo único que era agradable era el prosciutto crujiente - una pieza pequeña, pero estaba delicioso. Esto fue £ 19 ... ... precio ridículo para una comida realmente insípida

Booked a table on 9th August (Billy Joel gig). When we got there, there was a notice saying that due to an event at the Stadium they would not be accepting various discount cards including Blue Light. So this meant that all meals were to be paid in full. Any other time the card would have able to use. If this decision was made in house or at a more senior level it reaks of bad management and I for one will not be using them again.

Food was ok but felt slightly expensive. Generally ok but when paying the bill we were told it had to be paid by card as they are cashless. Then when paying by card there was no option for no tip it was set for a minimum of 10%. The service was ok but I feel tips should be optional and any employer should be paying a fair wage and not relying on tips.
