We came for a family birthday dinner. The food was amazing especially the starter platter. Kyle served us all evening, he was attentive, funny and efficient! He even called my 91 year old father a young man which made him happy to hear. My dad doesn’t like eating out much but he really enjoyed the ambience and the food Thanks for a lovely evening 😍

Had a lovely meal today! Callum was excellent- nothing too much trouble and as we met up for the first time in ages we were chatting away so hadn’t even looked at the menu and he was so patient with us. He was chatty and really pleasant, without being too much. Always a smile and super helpful! Thank you Callum for making our day even better !

We had an amazing experience! Lewys and Mati were exceptional. They really went above and beyond to take care of us. My partner can be a bit fussy, but Lewys' recommendations were spot on and really made the meal special. The food was fantastic, and the service was equally lovely. We’ll definitely be back. Had a lovely time. My meal came without cheese (I feel like no pasta dish should be served without the offer) our server Calum was really friendly and helpful, he took the meal and my drink off the bill and ieven got to take it home with me! The place was really busy at the time so could understand the mishap but Calum was so apologetic and went over and beyond (he wouldn't even accept a tip!) Thank you Calum for your immaculate 10/10 service, you're a credit to the business!

Food arrived warm not hot. Kids breadsticks were hard as a rock. The bread in the mushroom starter was glued to the pan. You can use a perk for a free drink and discount for food at the same time? Staff were nice. Some of the food was okay but some was not so good.

We visited this restaurant for a meal. We were shown to our table and the four seats were so dirty I had to ask the staff to wipe the seats which a staff member promptly did, leaving the seat too wet to sit in. On wiping the seat with my napkin you will see attached the dirt I lifted from the seat after it was wiped by the staff member. One of our party ordered a mixed green side salad and was given mixed green broccoli and peas !!!! Hardly a salad. When we highlighted this to the staff member we were given some attitude about how we had ordered this despite the menu saying side salad. Her sharpness was evident instead of suggesting changing the said side dish. To be fair the food was not a meal was ok but not brilliant and certainly would not expect such poor customer service attitude in any restaurant. The staff member had an opportunity to replace the greens with a salad but made such a big deal about ‘our mistake’ the situation became embarrassing and she left leaving the greens… poor show guys! Ps don’t wear your best white or cream suit as the dirt of the chairs will ruin this.

Nila was such a lovely waitress, so helpful and smiley and food was lovely!

We asked Jasmin what to order as we weren't sure. She picked 2 lovely meals for us. 0 complaints. Fairly priced, fast service, great food and great atmosphere, will be back.

Had food with friends today, really disappointed to have seen the staff running around really busy and a blond lady who looked like the manager simply on her phone practically the whole time and not helping at all. Not a good look for the company in my opinion. Definitely put me off attending again. Such a shame.

Blonde lady (looked like a manager ) did not get of her phone whilst I was there this was unprofessional

Great food and used a birthday voucher which provided £10 off the bill. Nika was lovely and very attentive throughout the visit.

Management need to arrange more staff, the poor waiting staff were so over worked and understaffed that food was sitting waiting for ages because they didn’t have enough waiting staff. Not their fault just poor management!

Had a great time last night. They found us a table even though we hadn't booked. Polla del casa was great as was the lasagne.

jasmine was really kind and the coffee was delicious everything was perfect when I finished eating the start after immediately came to bring me clean cutlery for the main course and then the dessert really kind thank you for everything but the most beautiful thing is to see the beauty of a beautiful woman walking in the room with blond hair an image from a painting
