Not a bad meal. My daughter loved her lasagne but my pizza (requested without cheese) was very light on toppings and not worth the money being charged (see photo).

friendly staff, we were accommodated outside the restaurant as the music was so loud. Ordered from the kids menu very small portions. 4pieces of warm cucumber and 4 small slices of pepper pudding was equally a poor excuse. raised this and was told this is the portion size. food ok but not worth the price tag.

Went here for a family dinner out and had a good time. The food was really nice and our server was really nice and very helpful. As the restaurant became busier, service did become much slower and it was hard to get any of the servers attention, but other than that, we had a good time and would go back again

Picked Prezzo @ BH2 due to its proximity to The BIC & also as we had some Tesco vouchers to use. We were there early”ish” for pre-show dinner. Quite quiet when we arrived, but soon quickly filled. A large airy restaurant styled in a typical Prezzo chain style. Staff throughout dinner were polite & helpful. Clearly though hard working as could have done with a couple of extra staff members. As this is a chain restaurant, much of their food obviously comes pre-prepared,100%definitely the case with starters, they were ok though. Our main courses were a tortellini,caesar salad,calzone pizza & one of their “huge” pizzas. All were well cooked & presented by the kitchen team. 4* are based on this restaurant being predominantly serving prepared food & a chain restaurant.

Looked nice as we entered and quickly shown to our table. Food was some time arriving - Sea Bass for us both. Not presented very well and not much of it - about half of what we have had from other restaurants in the past! Had to almost shout for staff to get Dessert Menu. My wife's dessert and our coffees took forever to reach us and simply were not worth the wait!

Great space, good food and good service from Mirka .. the restaurant was very busy compared to those around it so that must say something I guess!

Haven't been to a Prezzo for a long time and we were very impressed by this restaurant. Excellent layout with good space between the tables and booths, the food was equally excellent and the staff, particularly our waitress (didn't get her name) were friendly, efficient and helped to make a very good evening. Wide menu with good choice of food and drinks. Good service level. Pleasant, clean venue in central location. We chose the pumpkin ravioli and grilled chicken burger. Both tasted good and were nicely presented.

Manager was so rude ! Was not in there for more than 5 minutes didn’t even looking through the menu as settling my 9 month old baby as just had a long drive before being told by the manager to keep my baby quiet as I was disturbing other customers. We hadn’t even managed to order a drink and I was just about to give her some food as she was hungry. He was so rude that the whole restaurant looked round when he said this. I sent a complaint to head office and the reply was basic and a standard complaint reply ! Very poor service !

Made to feel unwelcome from the minute we arrived. We had a booking but they apparently had no record of it. My husband (who had made the booking) was parking the car and had the booking reference. We were told we could sit and wait until he arrived but would need to show the reference number before we could he served. When my husband arrived we felt so unwelcome, an absolute inconvenience that we left. Very rude, unhelpful and intimidating staff. We had a lovely lunch in Franco Manca a few doors away where the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is the first time I have ever eaten at a Prezzo restaurant but was impressed. I chose it partly because of its location and partly because I like chicken saltimbocca which was excellent although I do like the ham wrapped round the chicken rather than just placed on top. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was the late afternoon so was not busy so don’t know what it would be like when the restaurant is full. Will certainly go again when visiting the town

After working 2 X 14 hour days I took my son and partner out to celebrate his recent success at school. I finished work late and booked a 9.30pm table. I know it's late but we had an hour to eat. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like a hindrance to all the staff, including the manager. They spent the entire time cleaning up around us and ushering the last customers to leave by 9.50pm. We were offered coffee before even eating our pizza. Our food was left on the counter to go cold whilst staff prepared to leave as early as possible. I had to ask the chef if it was self service and please can I have my £20 pizzas. He then called a jacketed waitress over. A terrible experience, never again. Shame about the service, the pizza was quite nice but small. We left with indigestion and not even an offer of dessert, after dinner coffee, etc. Never again eat with binbags of rubbish piled up in front of our table. I get people want to go home, so do I, but to keep my customers happy I often do 12Hour + days...

This place will leave you feeling sad inside. You would have a better evening if you put a pizza in the oven and ate it at home. This is my first and last trip to prezzo. The man in charge rammed my family group of six onto a small table telling them they had only booked a table for 4 when they arrived before me and refused to move them(empty restaurant). This wasn’t true. When I arrived I queried this as I had a copy of my reservation for six and was informed it was easier for him if we all squeezed on there as he was working “alone”. I pointed to a couple of tables designed for six people but he didn’t want to use those as they were inconvenient for service. We were then placed at a booth with a table added to the end. The serving staff had to pass food behind us and along the table as they couldn’t reach us with the table extension but I guess this is their version of easier. May I suggest that if you only want to use one section of a restaurant, you open the section with suitable seating for your pre booked reservations. Also, it’s not a massive restaurant and I’m sure it would be easy to walk the 5 steps into the other section to serve customers. Whilst I understand it is stressful working “alone” there were in fact two other servers working and doing most of the work so that wasn’t an entirely true explanation for our discomfort. Perhaps this gentleman needs more training. But either way. I won’t be back as the food is also just ok….

Staff very friendly manager professional and Deolinda the chef did amazing job tonight the food came out in good time and was very taste and hot. It’s great when you can go some and get fantastic service, it’s very difficult to find these days. BIG thank to the all team at Prezzo Bournemouth you’s are a credit to the company name. We visit this branch quite regularly and this time it was a bit poor. Admittedly our visit was during the air festival so a busy few days, but we had reserved. Our table was really wobbly which is annoying when trying to eat. My salad came with grilled chicken but it was far more burnt and dry than char grilled. The waitress kept forgetting us and needed prompting several times. However, by far the worst thing was the state of the toilets. Absolutely revolting. One poor man was trying to help his disabled son and the facilities were disgusting. The toilets had not been cleaned for some time. Not impressed this time.

We had a really mixed experience on our visit which was a shame.Friendly greeting on arrival but it quickly became obvious that the place was seriously understaffed. The person who grreted us and showed us to our table couldn't properly deal with everything facing her in terms of presumably processing ongoing orders, greeting new diners and clearing tables. El entrante fue increíble. Luego, el plato principal fue servido por otra camarera, uno de los peores servicios que he tenido. Ella sostuvo los platos que casi inclinan nuestra comida. Fuimos a Prezzo en el centro de BH 2 y en la puerta estaba una chica encantadora llamada Maya, quien amablemente preguntó si podíamos regresar en 10 minutos para poder darnos una mesa. Tenemos que decir que el personal está haciendo un excelente trabajo, seguro, limpio y organizado. La comida estuvo estupenda.Maya es la mejor, es tan profesional y dulce, sonriendo todo el tiempo, un mérito para la empresa. Gracias. Vamos a volver de nuevo.

Un amigo y yo visitamos sin reserva. Estaban muy ocupados, pero la camarera nos apretó y nos hizo saber cuándo necesitaba la mesa, comprobando que era un buen momento para nosotros. Pedimos del menú fijo de lunes a miércoles 10. La comida era muy buena y salió rápidamente. Como plato principal, tuve la ensalada de pollo y aguacate, que estaba muy rica y fresca; No suelo comprar ensaladas en los restaurantes porque a veces no valen la pena, ¡pero esta definitivamente sí!Las mesas estaban extendidas y me sentí totalmente seguro todo el tiempo. ¡Había mucho espacio y ahora también puede ordenar y pagar en su teléfono!

Mezclar con nuestra reserva entre los dos prezzos en Bournemouth nos dijeron que era el sitio web y no culpa nuestra. Queríamos el menú de almuerzo de dos por 10, pero luego no lo ofrecieron. Decidimos quedarnos porque teníamos hambre para entonces. Ambos tenían langostinos en salsa de tomate para comenzar, que estaba delicioso como siempre y pizzas para nuestro plato principal. Ambos, que estaban en el menú de dos por 10, así que pagamos el doble, lo cual fue muy frustrante y arruinó la comida para nosotros. Las medidas de COVID eran bastante buenas, unidireccionales y desinfectante de manos disponible. Complacido a mi esposo que es el servicio de ambulancia aunque hubiéramos preferido tener un servidor con máscara.

Nos encanta Prezzo mucho, pero este restaurante fue definitivamente una decepción. La pizza (pollo y pimientos asados) era tan insípida que ni siquiera puedo explicar. La masa estaba sin sal y algunos trozos grandes de pollo (hervidos en lugar de asados) en la pizza. A decir verdad, la comida llegó muy pronto. Pero, ¿de qué sirve si no es sabroso? Los pimientos asados estaban medio asados y nada frescos. Pedimos unos espaguetis de gambas y este plato estaba bien, nada de que quejarse. Me lo pensaría dos veces si quiero cenar aquí. El personal es agradable, pero el ambiente puede ser un poco curioso. En general, muy normalito.

Regresé durante una visita de fin de semana reciente (solía vivir aquí). El personal fue amable y acogedor, a pesar de que no había hecho una reserva. Nos dieron una mesa agradable, un gran servicio y una comida deliciosa que disfrutó toda la familia. Siempre nos ha gustado el hecho de que Prezzo's es ideal para niños y adultos.

Muy buena experiencia. Como familia numerosa, tuvimos que reservar 2 mesas separadas debido a las nuevas pautas de COVID-19. Si bien esto pudo haber sido difícil, el equipo fue muy complaciente. Lavante fue nuestro servidor y fue excepcionalmente servicial e hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera muy acogedora.

We wanted a quick meal, and this was just perfect at £13 for the two of us. We had a goats cheese and red pepper pizza - not the normal round shape, but an oval shape. A simple but tasty meal.

Think this my first ever poor rating. Firstly the service. For some reason 2 meals arrived then we waited for a few minutes before a 3rd meal arrived. The 4th meal took a further 5 minutes and the the side order a few minutes after. Throughout our meal we were never offered additional drinks even though my son had finished his drink. Then the food. The 2 meals that were delayed were chicken burgers. 1 of the rolls was burnt, 1 portion of the chips was undercooked and in both cases the burgers were not hot. I have not given a terrible rating as the 2 pasta dishes were really nice and at least they did not charge us for the burgers. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean.Rather spoilt my daughter’s birthday celebration. There is a lot of great italian restaurants in Bournemouth so don’t choose this one.

Prezzo in BH2 is a great spot for a romantic dinner. With a wide range of choices from pasta to burgers there is something for everyone. I really liked the addition of the “smaller and lighter” section of the menu, which features smaller portions with a side salad, for those like myself who don’t have a large appetite. The decor of the restaurant is very pretty and up to date and gives the feel of an upmarket restaurant.

Teníamos el menú de 3 platos. El personal era amable y atento, la comida fue servida rápidamente y acertada. La sopa estaba deliciosa, la bruschetta estaba muy sabrosa, el segundo plato se sirvió rápidamente después, los espaguetis de Bolonia y la pizza del Vesubio, ambos bien cocinados y también deliciosos. El postre era panda cotta, 3 pequeños servidos con coulis, ligeros y dulces. El restaurante estaba limpio, bien iluminado y bien distribuido. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Excellent meal with my best friend and very friendly service; starter of king prawns with tomato, chillies and spinach for my friend, I had crispy calimari,and we both had delicious freshly baked garlic bread. Main meal for my friend was spaghetti and meatballs, I had sea bass with rocket salad and some more yummy garlic bread. All accompanied by a bottle of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc). Bill came to £65 very good value.

So pleased I visited here, to get the one negative out the way the gents toilet is in need of good clean on the back wall housing of the cistern.

My daughter treated us to a meal with the grandkids after visting the Garden lights, and the staff looked after us very well! They did forget my daughters meal but rectified this very quickly. The staff were great with my three grandkids the eldest being 6 and ensured they enjoyed the meal as much as we did.

Lunch between shopping and a film, so Prezzo was a good choice. Two of us, so no need to book , lunch at 12.30. Chose ginger and cranberry festive mocktail, which was delicious. Both the chicken, bacon and avocado salad and the traditional lasagne were excellent. Followed by cannoli and cappucino.

Not the first time we've been here and it won't be the last. Pre theatre dinner with our family, children and adults all looked after well. My pizza was the size of a small table! but it went the same way as all the other delicious meals. Look forward to our return visit.

Visited Sunday lunchtime the service was good the food perfectly cooked, and seemed to be a more generous amount compared to other Prezzo restaurants. Our first time to the Prezzo in the fairly new BH5 cinema & restaurant complex, we were pleasantly surprised. I had the salmon fillet salad my wife had the chicken and bacon salad both were cooked perfectly. We were given plenty of attention even though they were fairly full, although they might have been a bit busier if the cinema complex was not closed because of an electrical fault. Noted they have a wood oven for pizzas, The underground car park cost £4 for two hours. Covers a big area so tables nicely spaced out with divisions, but could do with more wooden divides and curtains to absorb some of the noise.

Enjoyed a lovely chicken in Marsala sauce with spinach & mushrooms. Our waitress Mirka was very attentive. Great night!

This was our 3rd visit to Prezzo at the O2. Once again the service was excellent, the place was clean and the food was well cooked and tasty.

We arrived at midday for lunch before a film at the Odeon in the same building. We were taking advantage of the 2 for 1 Meerkat Meals app. There was only one other couple in there so sevice was quite quick. Our pizzas arrived in about 20 minutes and were hot and tasty.

Meal today was Risotto with Chicken and Seabass with Salad, The Seabass was cooked to perfection and served in an elegant way with the Salad, The Risotto and Chicken was again excellent and washed down with a Bottle of house wine between us.The server was NISA who was attentive and caring and a credit to PREZZO. We will be back again soon.

We visited for an early dinner on a Saturday with our granddaughter and grandson both lactose intolerant.

Always enjoy a Prezzos so thought why not try out the one in BH2 centre.

I went with my husband on a Friday night after the cinema. It was busy and very noisy but service was good. We were seated quickly but were not asked if we preferred where we wanted to sit. We received our drinks quickly and they took our order promptly. The food was tasty and well presented and we were continually checked on. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise levels we couldn’t hear ourselves due to the background music and the noise of the other diners. Therefore we didn’t relax we ate and left.
