Prezzo in Crawley

I wish I could give zero. As frequent customers via Deliveroo (mentioned on our receipt), tonight a whole main dish (of 2) was completely missing. We reported on Deliveroo but also rang the restaurant, who, after answering the phone and leaving me on hold for a long time, told me the food had been in the bag and to speak to the Deliveroo driver inferring that he had taken the food. As I explained, the bag was sealed and if/when it is opened, the bag tears so as it had not, they clearly had not included the dish. They offered a refund but I still needed dinner? They were not interested. We have now had to pay premium delivery, again, for the missing dish. To be clear, I do not believe this is a Deliveroo issue, the response received from Prezzo was disgusting, they simply did not care.

We loved out visit at this restaurant in 2022 so when naturally revisiting it now was a must for us........and we loved it again. We had pizza, chicken and Tuscan Sausages and those were out of this world dancing on the pallet of my mouth a perfect dance of texture and spices. As we plan another trip to Crawley later this is and Prezzo is a must one for us yet again Try it and you will love it

we had a fantastic meal last night (Saturday night). The staff were very helpful and put me at ease about being able to provide gluten-free food suitable for a Coeliac. It was reassuring to see the Coeliac UK mark on the menus. We weren't rushed to order even though the team seemed busy and were given the right amount of time between ordering and receiving drinks, starters and main. There was a slight error in the gluten-free pizza I ordered (wrong one toppings), but this was quickly sorted. The Chef wanted to remake the whole table's order so that we would eat together and also advised the GF pizza's take a little longer to make. But we declined this as it would have been extra wasted food. The Chef then brought the pizza to my table himself to ensure I got it as quickly as possible. In fact my wife was still enjoying her pasta when it arrived. I can not fault how well the staff sorted this and the level of service they provided in doing so. We had lovely evening and look forward to returning again soon.

Food and service awful. Toilets dirty. Won't go again and refuse to take cash. It's companies like this taking advantage of families looking to enjoy time together yet helping push our country further into control of the wef and a dystopia order.

Spaghetti Carbonara and pepperoni pizza were both yummy. The kids meal (£8) which included 3 courses was good value Service was friendly and fast.

I just wanted to say how lovely, polite and helpful our waitress, Veronika was when we visited this evening. It was so busy and she didn’t stop. She carried on being professional and helpful even after the duty manager (man in a red checkered shirt) spoke to her a number of times in the most appalling way in front of myself and my family and other customers. She must have felt so embarrassed. He made her cry but she just carried on. Thank you so much for being so lovely. Was just a shame that the duty master and another member of staff behind the bar made us feel so uncomfortable and that the poor girl serving was made to feel how what did.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the two waitresses that serve me today at Prezzo Crawley. Amazing service and amazing food. It was our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work

We were so hungry and got a bit lost, but found this gem of a place. Customers outside advised us that the pizza was really good and so we walked in. Pizza was great and a huge portion, the regular pizza was enough for me and my 2 young children good price as well. The lady who served us was lovely and very welcoming, children got colours and a kids menu. Definitely a positive 1st day in Crawley yesterday, so thank you to the lovely lady behind the bar who took our orders, great customer experience and made us feel welcome.

Staff were great and very attentive Pizza I had was overly cooked, very dry and crispy and tasteless. My wife had Carbonara Alforno which was also dry with basically no sauce. Go to Prezzo quite a lot but after this evening might think twice about going there again. With the prices they charge now, you would expect better.

Went for half term visit. Great customer service. Great food. Great price. We spent £30 for 2 people which included two mains, two starters and two soft drinks. The meerkat offer helped

Went as a group of 4 for an evening meal which ended up being 3 courses each. Wasn't too busy inside and we had reserved a table anyway although despite saying our name and that we were a 4 (2 yet to arrive), staff repeatedly mentioned someone else's name and that they were a 2??? Got it sorted eventually. Prezzo accepts the Taste card, if you have one, and there were no issues caused by us using this. No outside seating available - which was appropriate as it was freezing cold. Looks like they do have this option when the weather is better. Place looked quite clean and well maintained. Service was pretty good most of the time. We had a lot of attention at the beginning and then towards the end but it was in the middle when our food had arrived that glasses went empty and unnoticed. Prices are perfectly reasonable and the portion sizes were as expected. Food was tasty and hot. The vegetarian in our group was initially brought a meat pizza because of staff error and so had to wait for a fresh one to be cooked while everyone else ate. I ordered a Pepsi at one point and instead of getting that, another one of the group was brought a Pepsi Max which she didn't order. Not the end of the world as I just drank that instead, but could be a bigger issue for some. Also they had run out of some desserts that we wanted. So that was a shame. No parking available to due to location on the high street but plenty of paid and sometimes free parking around. Would go again without too much hesitation.

I visited with my frienda last week and Harrison was so professional behind the bar and greeted us with a warm smile.

Amazing evening dining at Prezzo and we even went there 2 nights in a row. Why? Well, amazing food, excellent service and great wine. We tried pizza, pasta and chicken dishes and there were many others of interest there. Try "Marsala Chicken with Mushrooms" which was totally out of this place. During the spring and summer one can sit outside on the balcony of the second floor to dine which must be amazing and a must one next time around for us. This place was packed both nights so order a table in advance just in case :)

Had a family day out on Sunday visiting the cinema, then we fancied Italian as a family! We entered prezzo and was greeted by the warmest smile. A smile we recognised! We were so pleased and shocked to see a familiar face from a restaurant we usually visit in the Sussex area and didn’t know she had changed company. Once again Siobhan gave the most friendly, attentive service caring about our every need. Asset to your company. The food was delicious also and the kids absolutely loved it. Thank you prezzo for your amazing hospitality.

Visited this restaurant many times over the years, today was the best by far👍👍 the new dish of Pork and Fennel ragu Al Forno was SUPERB!! Please keep this dish on the menu!!!!! My girlfriend's Spag Bol, small size with salad was also very good. The FOH team today is the best to have ever worked here!! Please don't encourage them to leave especially Bryam, a very well spoken young man. Great service today

Rude service, when we asking for a simple straw, and refused 2 times, saying that they don't have, but every other tables gets their drinks with the straw. And when tried the 3rd time, the guy just didn't wait to finish what I want to say, and jumped with a high voice to me, that if he said they don't have, they don't have... So... Use to come often to have dinner with my family, but never again...

Enjoyed a great family meal with two little ones, staff were really accommodating, and welcoming to everyone's needs. Food was nice and warm and at a steady rate between courses.

Had gluten free garlic bread- bit salty, didn’t actually taste of anything. Waitress was lovely just rubbish food. I had to send the margarita back as the level of salt would have made me feel sick. Coffee was great.

We've used voucher that we got as a present for our wedding anniversary. The food was good and service outstanding. Tables were thoroughly cleaned by lovely staff members who were around immediately if you needed something. We had an amazing evening. Highly recommended.

Me and a friend came in during half term, despite the business the service was great. Vanessa was very attentive, friendly and helpful, smiley throughout. We went as a group of 12, prebooked and pre ordered food, for our work Christmas do. The waiter was adamant that he did separate bills for drinks and food but we wanted one drink each on the bil (boss was paying) and we would pay upfront for anymore... this was a reoccurring confusion on his part throughout the evening. The service was good, but some of the meals arrived incorrect. The main issue was the pizzas, arrived with avocado, rocket and olives... not listed on the menu... a couple of our party asked these to be changed. The fudge cake dessert was amazing!!!The toilets were upstairs and gender neutral, there was a bit of a wait at times but the restaurant was at full capacity.There was smoke from the kitchen hanging around in the restaurant, a couple of the girls eyes were watery when we left. More ventilation required

I left here feeling underwhelmed and a bit disappointed.For the price I did not feel it was good value for money.There was nothing terrible - everything was just about OK.For starters my son had the Calamari and it was a pretty small portion for the price charged. It was disappointing. It tasted OK, but just OK - not great. I had the giant meat balls from the special Christmas menu. Just 2 medium sized meat balls - I think describing them as Giant is a bit fanciful. They were tepid at best and the sauce was also just tepid - almost cold but not quite. They tasted OK - but unremarkable and nothing to celebrate.We both felt that for the price paid and the average quality, it would not have hurt to be less stingy with the portion size.For mains my son had the spaghetti Bolognese. The portion was OK and it tasked fine - again nothing to celebrate but no complaints either.I had the spaghetti carbonara from the special Christmas menu. My portion looked getting on for half the size of my friend sat next to me who had ordered the chicken 'al forno' version of the spaghetti carbonara. This seemed odd.Mine was disappointing - for the price paid - there was the tiniest amount of pancetta and very little sauce at all - it was basically a medium sized portion of spaghetti with a few bits of pancetta - maybe 50p worth of unremarkable food, served just about warm, not hot.I love carbonara and this was unimpressive and disappointing.I felt that for the £16.50 paid for 2 courses I had received 2 barely warm meatballs and a bit of spaghetti, with very little else. It was poor value for money.My son ordered from the main menu and although his Bolognese was fine, the stingy unremarkable calamari and the cost of around £20 for the 2 dishes, left me feeling it was poor value for money.A couple of people had pizza and they did look pretty good although one of them was only just cooked and would have benefited from a couple more minutes in the oven to slightly brown the barely melted and anemic looking cheese.There was no toilet paper in the cubicle I went into and the dirt and grime ring around the base of the tap where it met the sink suggested a lack of diligence in cleaning.There was nothing about the experience that would encourage me to return or to recommend this place.

Vanessa our waitress was really welcoming and friendly, she gave good advice on the menu and was attentive throughout. Vanessa and all the staff we came into contact with were friendly and chatty.The food was quick, hot and very tasty. One of my favourite restaurants with good ambience.

My Husband & I were given a Buy a Gift voucher which we used in the Crawley branch on Saturday 23rd November. All the staff were very friendly and Vanessa who served our table was amazing, really friendly, attentive and was always smiling.

We went to this Prezzo (my first time in a number of years) and I was pleasantly surprised. We had booked last minute and the table was almost ready on time, the lady who took us to our seat was polite if a little distracted but the service was adequate and the food was good - the only gripe I would mention is that the dough on my pizza and bruschetta was a little under but not enough to send back

Visited last night for my girlfriends birthday, 4 of us in total and wanted somewhere easy going and with a good choice on the menu. Really impressed with everything, food was great, everyone was cheerful and the overall experience left us all wanting to return quite soon. Siamo un gruppo sportivo e dopo aver mangiato schifezze per diversi giorni finalmente siamo arrivati qui a Crawley alla Pizzeria ristorante PREZZO dove abbiamo trovato una ottima pizza... molto simile a quella italiana e anche la cucina devo dire che era molto curata negli ingrediente. Il pomodoro sembrava quello di casa nostra. Bravi

It is really a nice venue, very good staff, nice and well presented food. We plan to come back. Prices are rather acceptable.

Very attentive service from gentleman responsible for our table. (Asian gentleman). One of the children had a label in the starter by accident and he dealt with it quickly professionally and it didn’t bother us at all. Chicken and Marsala mushroom sauce was really nice.

Went with a group of 7 starters of large garlic bread pizza and breaded mozzarella were delicious and pizza and pasta mains were excellent

Prezzo is always a good go to for us, it caters for all and a reasonable price. Service was efficient and professional as always and great food as always, I do find the soft drinks a bit overpriced though - I asked for a Diet Coke which was given in a little glass bottle, I would usually expect a large glass for the same price.

Regały enjoyed a time on terrace. Lovely service ( polish waitress ) good selection of wine and beer. I wish pizza was a bit bigger however it was more then delicious. Good place to have dinner and drinks.

Food is amazing. Had stuffed mushrooms as started and Seafood risoto. Hoth were very tasty! Don't miss the cheesecake with berries. Just a must. Better than bthe food is the service. Super friendly staff. Definitely will do it again

Enjoyed a evening meal of pasta, good service nice ambience, apart for parents letting daughter (old enough to know better)climb all over seats. Why? Staff well trained and polite.

Visited few days ago with friends and cannot fault it. Servers were attentive and smiley, food arrived quick and looked tasty and presentable. I like the outside furniture, although the old banners let the overall look down.

Really enjoyed this visit. The Garlic Bread was light and not overpowering. The Spaghetti Carbonara was a revelation, tasted fresh with smoky notes from the panchetta and crunchy from the bacon. The sticky toffee pudding was a good wrap up to the meal. I had a white wine with the meal which was balanced and had a nice peach finish. Would happily visit again.

EXCELLANT food drinks and service. Every time we come to Prezzo Crawley the restaurant staff are so friendly and food always exceptional

Dinner here was delicious and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pizza and the gnocchi and a really good-value bottle of wine. Our server, Erika, could not have been more helpful, friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience.

Whenever I’m in the mood of quality Italian food there is no other place in Crawley to eat apart from here! The food is so tasty, fresh and well worth the money, the staff are always very friendly and hard working, nothing is too much effort. It’s not quite hot enough to sit in the upstairs beer garden area but I’ve been before mid summer, beer, pasta and sunshine! Just fantastic!

We came here early evening on Tuesday with 9 children. I kept apologising to the waitress (Maria I think), as I'm fully aware of the noise we can make. She accommodated us fully and really looked after us. We didn't have to wait for anything. The food was lovely to boot. All around a very nice family meal.

PREZZO’s lovely place to wine and dine. If it’s couples or family or solo- prefect place to eat. The service is great and if you go online there’s always vouchers to save money. The food tastes great lots to eat and drink. It’s right bang in the middle of town, so you can go to the pubs or night clubs straight after.

We visited with the family today, 24 of us in total. The food and service was excellent and we will definitely visit again. highly recommended Thank you

Fans of Prezzo but first time we had tried the fixed price menu. Fantastic value 3 courses for £13.75. Great food, generous portion size. Thoroughly recommended.

I requested a booking for originally 35, but it was reduced to 22 and then 16, however Erika took it in her stride, and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. She provided a private room where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and excellent service from her and the staff.

A big thank you to Szandi for very good service and food! This place is one of the best in Crawley and really worth a visit. We have been here several times.

Myself and my wife use Prezzo Crawley on a regular basis at least once or twice a week! we find the food very good and the staff profecianal and friendly .

A visit with my mother and 23 year old son, challenged his age, wouldn’t accept a photo of his passport, they also fail to understand the law as an adult can purchase drinks for a 16year old with a meal albeit he is 23. Dined in here on many occasions with my son, never again, you’ve lost the business. Walked out and dined in Restaurant opposite, served alcohol with no challenge and no problem.

Good pasta and salads. Wine reasonable price and good Bellini. Service was fast and efficient. Great for a mid week get together.

A large reservation was needed today for our large family function and despite being very minimal staff, there was no delays, the food was incredible ( be warned - a large menu awaits) and the staff still seemed to go out of their way to help with any queries and ensure that our visit was a pleasant one. Again, very highly recommend

Enjoyed a lovely meal at Prezzo Crawley last night. I chose the lasagne, which was cooked well. We visited early evening and the atmosphere was busy - but no need to book for us. Waiting staff were all smiling and worked well as a team.

Me and my other half decided to eat at prezzo last night as abit of a spontaneous trip, prezzo has always been one of my favourite places despite being slightly overpriced, we ordered a garlic pizza bread to share this was very nice! However came with caramelised onions which was pointless and ruined it abit if I’m honest! Staff are friendly, restaurant only servers Pepsi and there is a slope to get up to the eating area, 1 unisex disabled toilet on the lower level and the rest of the toilets are on the upper level (also unisex) the restaurant is quite loud and is young children friendly also restaurant offers delivery. I had the chicken spaghetti carbonara which was delicious, my partner had the lasagna which was amazing too! And the dessert were unreal!

Been visiting Prezzo in Crawley regularly for years. The last couple of years the food has not been as good and last night's visit was so awful we wont be returning again. Short and curly hair stuck to an olive, 'bruschetta' was burnt pitta bread and topping looked like it had been dropped and picked up and slopped back onto the plate, we both ordered king prawn spagetti - both had different sized portions - I had a small portion, loads of thick tomatoey sauce and 5 prawns, hubby had a larger portion and 2 prawns!!! I decided to pass on desert but hub chose Tirimasu which was an individually made, half frozen 'pebble' on a plate! Cutlery was dirty, plates were greasy, (mine had dried food on ut from another meal). It wasn't cheap either. Waiting staff were very nice and hard working but that cant make up for the awful food. Never again.

I have now visited this restaurant on two occasions and both times have been pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the great service. Prices are well affordable and servings are generous, food is delicious. Well done Prezzo I shall be back!

Very friendly and efficient service, food is also very good. I’ve met up with a business partner, we only had 45 minutes for lunch, food arrived swiftly, very pleased with the experience.

We booked prezzo for a Cath Kidston best performing store at peak celebration lunch. We were given the private dining room upstairs overlooking the historic high street and pre ordered our starters and main courses from the set menu. Good food, reasonably priced, and great service. We had missed off one of the team from the order (our fault) however the waitress dealt with the situation with minimum fuss and brought the missing starter. A good, inexpensive venue for any large group.

Invited to our best friends birthday, this visit was a lunch time visit.congratulations Prezzo for another excellent service and meal,on our 2nd visit to prezzo.Will definitely be back ourselves soon.

Popped into the Crawley Branch last night with a friend for some food and a catch up.

Tried the Christmas calzone and was very disappointed. Was mostly soggy dough with very little filling of non describable vegs and chicken, wish I had chosen something else.

I used to go in here quite often a few years ago purely to look at the waitresses. One or two of them had my eyes exploding out of my head cos they were just so fit. Havent been in for a while now though. I used to take dates in there actually as the food is pretty good, but now I've been with my bird for nearly 2 years so we don't go out or do anything.

I booked our company Christmas meal at Prezzo, the restaurant manager was v helpful with all my queries and very flexible to make amendments. Our table was agreed in advance and i was left with a lot of time in which to pay deposits - which is better than most competitors. We had 44 in total and everyone received the correct meal, drinks etc. and service was great. Would definitely recommend for ease and value for money. Christmas menu was yummy too.

The food was a variable quality. Most of the meals were fine but someone who ordered the sea bass ended up with a dry and overcooked sea bass. The person didn't want to complain as she didn't want to wait for a refire and be last to eat. They had even attempted to hide the fact it was overcooked by turning it over so it was not readily identifiable as overcooked. The service was poor as the waitresses were leaning over the table to serve food rather than coming around the table to serve each diner.

Booked our company Christmas dinner at Prezzo Crawley (15 of us) on a busy December Friday and I was really impressed with the communication in advance from the manager and on the night by the team.

Went with my partner in our way back home from airport. We were looking for some place where we could eat quickly before headed home. Couldn't choose better! Food was amazing, fresh, tasty and very fast to come. Service from beginning until the end exceptional. All in all 10/10

We visit Prezzo as our go to place. We use their vouchers as this makes a meal out good value.

Délicieux du début à la fin... Apéritif "Bellini" délicieux, pâtes carbonara au four succulentes et un café gourmand en dessert ! Un excellent souvenir !
