Lovely service, speed of which was perfect for the table service all you can eat style. Food was good quality, even in a quiet midweek lunch period. Decor and music provided nice atmosphere again even in a quiet period

We visited Saturday 29th as a group from London to celebrate mother's day. From arrival, Arthur was excellent. He welcomed us, made us comfortable, answered our questions with no hesitation. Above all, he was courteous and waited patiently on us. I will definitely come again! Thanks to Arthur for making our visit a beautiful one. The grill was well made and tasty too.

First time here its a beautiful Brazilian grill, meat was 10/10 and they had a great selection of salads and fried extras. Service was very attentive and friendly one of our servers was Arthur who was lovely and had a great personality. Will be coming again!

I love this place! My Mrs and I love going here for our date days. The food is amazing and they just keep coming round to give you more. The salted steak to the pork is just divine. The staff are very attentive and were so friendly. I know that it’s not the cheapest with the evening being £28.99 plus drinks especially if you budget, but I think for less than £30 it’s a steal for the amount of food you can have. The sides are awesome with my favourites being the chicken coleslaw and fried polenta, but there are lots of salads and sauces to try.

Amazing food and service. On the menu it said 6 meats. However we received 7, sirloin, rump, topside steak, sausage, spicy chicken, lemon chicken and gammon. All of which was cooked beautifully. The Gammon was probably my favourite, closely followed by the sirloin. The sides were good and my partner said the chips were very good. The service from Dan was exceptional. Thank you for an amazing meal.

Provides a number of perfectly cooked meats as well as a buffet for variety.

Salad bar was empty and took at 15 minutes to replenish. Meat was slow in coming out and was repetitive. Very very noisy and tight for space. If you have wheelchair not ideal.

The food was Luke warm on arrival. The spicy chicken was dry and burnt and had no flavour. The lamb and beef was good. I would order from Preto again, only because I’ve ordered before and it’s been very good. Not there best effort tonight.

This is a go to treat for our family, we tend to visit around 3 times a year. We went yesterday and the service wasn't up to usual standards. We were sat to lunch fine, but had to ask for additional cutlery. Drinks arrived late, they bought over two drinks and two glasses and then two glasses. We had to wait for the other two drinks. The buffet bar wasn't well attended. Lots of food run out and wasn't restocked. Felt like staff were walking around and not doing a lot. But the meat server was very good and the quality of the food was very good. We will come back and hope that this is a blip.

Good service, amazing food and a comfortable atmosphere the amount of freshly smoked and bbq meats is unreal you can chose to flip your card and have a break whenever you want the staff are very polite and accommodating and the deserts are all beautiful and homemade I had the dulce de leche cheesecake and it was fantastic
