Great food and great service with friendly staff

We did not quite enjoy our dinner today. Unfortunately, we felt the quality from Preto had gone down hill. The meat were bland and the salad were dished without any effort plus the feijado was the least tasty that we had. A family of 4 cost us almost £100 with only 2 coke and tap water. Sadly, we will not be returning soon. The service charge of 12.5% isn’t good too with NO ketchup and Bottled water in the whole restaurant.

Just had lunch here and could not fault it. The team were efficient and friendly and the food was delicious. Even bought some of the cheese bread to bring home! Great experience will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely experience at Preto Churrascaria! The meat was so tasty — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right. You can really tell they care about quality. The service was also spot-on; everything was smooth and well-organized, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. It made the whole experience feel warm and relaxed. Definitely a spot we’d come back to — highly recommend if you’re craving a great Brazilian BBQ vibe!

Had the lunch time buffet cannot fault it in any way the meat of all different types kept coming all piping hot and delicious the staff very friendly and welcoming well worth the money

We've just left and had a great time! The service was fab our waiter was happy and friendly and explained how the restaurant worked, making us feel welcome and comfortable. He made us some great cocktails- my strawberry daiquiri was the best one iv ever had. The meat was cooked perfectly and came round quickly and frequently. The flavours were lovely and a good selection from the salady section- we will definitely come back again! Thankyou

Fantastic experience. Incredibly accommodating with us where we had a member of our party in a wheelchair. Service was fantastic. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Staff let us know when they had food at the buffet redone. Rui and William were wonderful, Rui brought our meat around and helped one of our party with getting the meat cooked at the right level for them. The food was brilliantly cooked and so tasteful and a lot of variety for our gluten free child. William made sure that we were well attended and that everything was OK for us and made sure that we had enough drinks. We've been before and will definitely come back again. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

I just had an amazing meal at Preto! The rodizio was incredible—so many delicious cuts of meat, all perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The highlight was the juicy picanha , but honestly, everything was top-notch. The salad bar was fresh and offered a great variety of sides. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was lively but relaxed. Definitely left satisfied and will be back for sure!

Arthur is kind and reliable and checked in on us throughout the meal to ensure the experience was enjoyable.

Buffet style restaurant in Colchester, My friends and I went on a Wednesday (they have a 2 for 1 deal) the Protein options were extensive. The Brazilian beef, spicy chicken and Garlic bread(we couldn’t stop having them, they were freshly made and hot). Definitely going back.

Lovely service, speed of which was perfect for the table service all you can eat style. Food was good quality, even in a quiet midweek lunch period. Decor and music provided nice atmosphere again even in a quiet period

We visited Saturday 29th as a group from London to celebrate mother's day. From arrival, Arthur was excellent. He welcomed us, made us comfortable, answered our questions with no hesitation. Above all, he was courteous and waited patiently on us. I will definitely come again! Thanks to Arthur for making our visit a beautiful one. The grill was well made and tasty too.

First time here its a beautiful Brazilian grill, meat was 10/10 and they had a great selection of salads and fried extras. Service was very attentive and friendly one of our servers was Arthur who was lovely and had a great personality. Will be coming again!
