Pret A Manger in Lambeth

The Indian man was so rude I triedto order a coffee first and was totally ignored and couldn’t get served even though was top of the queue. So sat down and waited to some service resumed got drink whilst waiting for my friend. To come have our food, Five mins later shooed out the door with others he turned the light off. The website says 8 pm close. It was only 7pm! So rude!

I visited the Fulham Broadway brand. I bough one latte and one cappuccino, just they gave to me a cappuccino that was their long time before. The barista was so rude and tell me that that was my cappuccino. The customer service is really bad and the coffe its not even cheap. Not value for money at all

This Pret A Manger is situated in the entrance to Fulham Broadway tube station. It has the usual selection of snacks and fresh fruit, drinks hot and cold. Music plays in the background and seating is available inside. Helpful staff were there and the cafe was very clean.

Disgusting. If you order a specific coffee don’t expect to get what you want. They basically serve you whatever they want. In at least 4 occasions they gave me a caffeinated coffee rather than decaf. I have blood pressure issues and that is very bad. I completely lost my trust in the company generally. Furthermore, in few shops the toilets are always “out of order”, probably because the staff decided that they don’t want the public to use them. I suggest to the Pret A Manger HQ to train better their staff and maybe increase its salaries, because most of their staff across London looks tired, annoyed of working with the public, scruffy and not professional. My comments are based on many visits and I can say with certainty that I won’t step in one of their shops anymore. I only had bad experiences there. As well, I will make sure everybody will know how unsafe is to consume their products. Awful.

Had a good flat white at Starbucks next door last week and decided to compare with this Pret. The coffee beans tasted burnt and the quality of the coffee was terrible here. Will go to the Starbucks in future.

Very handy place to grab drinks and sandwiches when on the move, either before or after catching the tube or a bus (the bus stop is right outside the entrance to Fulham Broadway station. Every time I pop in here I am greeted warmly by the staff members and this time 'Juraj K' was no exception. Quick friendly service and tasty food. I'm sure i'll use this branch again in future.

Frendly staff. Nice and energetic coffee. And im lucky to charge my phone there.Nice place to take a food befor exhebitin in Olimpia exhibition centre.

Stopped here for breakfast. Always a good choice - my wife had the fruit salad and I had an almond croissant with extremely good value filter coffee (99p!). Food always fresh with good choice. Speedy service and usually able to find a seat. Perfect for a quick break on the go.

Following a meeting locally I chose to eat here based upon my previous experience. Chicken Club Sandwich, Sea Salt and Cider Vinegar crisps with natural orange juice. Again the place was very clean with great staff.

I visited this site on 1st March 2017 just after midday. The food was well stocked and the team were very enthusiastic and managed the amount of customers very professionally. Whilst all seats were occupied it was very reassuring to see how clean the entire area was with staff clearly working to maintain this.

It's expensive but you can rely on something hot or cold and healthy too when your on the go or in a rush. Not good to relax in a pret bars very noisy.

For those who have used a Pret before, you know exactly what you are going to get. Well-made fresh food, some of it really quite healthy. This particular Pret has two distinguishing features. 1) You can look at the spookhouse opposite, but more importantly 2) I don't know how they do it but at busy times they still manage to keep waiting times very, very short. (Please note Pret at Gatwick.)

What's not to like? Standard Pret, but with hidden area out the back which is much quieter. Am I the only who thinks the second door makes it a must for the local spies to get their lunch, and lose someone tailing them? Well, it amuses me to think so.

Bon concept ...vous en avez dans tout Londres ...rapide pratique ça change des fasts food ..il y en à un en face de Hyde park ...nickel pour aller pique niquer !! Bon rapport qualité prix !

Good, fresh food, good drinks, located next door to our hotel. Friendly staff. Diversity of food. Clean.

Used to Visit this place most mornings and lunch times. Great food but the hot drinks are not so good. I do think over all Pret is very over price but it is very clean and ran very well. The staff are trained well and good at dealing with busy peak times. Only reason why I don't go in here now is my New Years resolution to save more money.

It's open from very early which is a big plus and on weekdays, closes at 9pm, 8pm on weekends. In common with most branches, this Pret a Manger provides a healthy selection of baguettes sandwiches, salads and juices. They'll make you a smoothie to order too, or for me invariably, a flavoursome coffee, much as you might expect.

Although it is a chain offering healthy and tasty food, the terrace is nice and the staff is very friendly , prices in London are very economical

Everything here is fast and fresh. For breakfast the five bread porridge is absolutely to die for it is absolutely beautiful. Can't for the staff at all they are always friendly and the service with a smile is always on.
