Pret A Manger in Enfield

I visited today there. I loved this place, I can recommend to everyone. Cleanliness is very important 🥰and there is a place to sit outside.

The team at this branch were incredible when I had to order 50 pastries at 7am for a last-minute work function. The team at this store were not only receptive, but thoroughly welcoming, efficient and positive. They extended lots of warmth and generosity even while under stress in the early morning. I couldn't recommend this branch enough.

Within the shopping area. Plenty of seating and outdoor seating too.

I've been a regular customer at this branch, but today I had a disappointing experience. I forgot to mention that I wanted my Americano made with hot milk, and when I politely asked if it could be remade, the lady serving me was quite rude.

My wife left a review but I just wanted to mention all of the brilliant staff at the Enfield store including Sara, Dovila, Monika, Giugano, Chloe & Maryana. They all work so hard. PRET is lucky to have them.

Always good service and coffee here. Food is good and staff always pleasant.

On my last visit I got served by Sara ,my coffee was made as requested , perfect ! she is always patient and friendly with kids, a genuine person and she indeed goes the extra mile to make sure we always come back . Thank you Sara for making my day , is always nice to be served by you ! You indeed deserve the credit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently moved in the area , first times was okay but today the staff were rude to us , very unwelcoming and unprofessional, won’t come again after today experience.

Just got a too good to go from here it should be too bad to take. I was given a tuna baguette and olive and tomato baguette both of which I cannot eat due to allergies. I advised the member of staff who, previously advised of my allergies changed the sandwich but today she point blank refused. I explained I would get seriously ill if I was to eat them, so I would have to throw them away. She did not care. I called customer service whilst in the shop who advised me it was at the shops DISCRETION to swap the sandwich, so a choice, which the staff member refused to do. I lost my shit which I regret now but the service in here is terrible and strangely personal. Every time I go there I get attitude and this results in an awful experience. Clearly I will never step foot in this Prets or any other. Rude staff, uncaring staff and totally wreackless in their approach to people with allergies. Don't bother to reply because you are in the wrong you don't give a person food they are allergic to because you can. Irresponsible! You would think their approach would be different considering the two deaths to allergic reaction at Prets in the past. Very bad!

I have just been to Prets in Palace Exchange Enfield and I have never seen anything like it in my life. I saw a woman being screamed and shouted at by a member of staff in the store. No one came to her defence via a manager or other staff member. All of this over a sandwich! I have to say from my own experience the staff are extremely rude, very slow and very unhelpful. I shall never shop in this store again. Outrageous behaviour!

Fantastic service and fantastic teamwork..Sara is a genius at making my coffe..Together with Anna they are making the coffe environment very demanding..!They are polite girls with a beautiful working spirit..I have been going to Costa coffe for years,but once I drank my coffe from Sara’s hand at Prett,I never changed it and is my 3-rd year now that I’m having my coffe everyday at Prett in Enfield..!Good job girls and congratulations on your beautiful work 👏👏I highly recommend this place for everyone..🙏🏼🙏🏼🥰🥰

This is a very interesting coffee shop which has a variety of drinks and savoury food and salty. I love the sandwiches here, but most of all I like the kind and friendly staff. I had a great experience with Sara, a lovely young girl who was very kind and made my day by preparing and bringing me the caffee at my table since I was stressed and busy with my child. She kindly asked me if I was ok and if I needed any help. Since this day, I have been a regular customer to this shop. This is what the community is about. Well done, Sara 👏

Selection of Cookies are such a Delight!, reasonably Priced

I’ve always had a very pleasant experience at Pret Enfield town, and I’m consistently impressed with how hard-working and professional the staff are, especially Armela, who always provides excellent service. However, I’m disappointed with some recent changes. The new opening time of 7:30 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m. is quite inconvenient for me, and the removal of salads with salmon from the menu was equally disappointing, as it was one of my favorites. These critiques are in no way a reflection on the staff, who continue to be exceptional. I understand these decisions come from management, and I hope they will reconsider both the menu and the operating hours to better serve loyal customers.

Seriously shocking service - decided I wanted pret to order to home - AN HOUR ! If I could have gone to the store I would’ve. How does it take an hour to prepare 1 coffee , 1 cookie , 1 sandwich ??! 2/3 of the items are already pre made. Unfortunately having dealt with the staff in the pret I knew which server was serving him today and he reiterated I was right on my assumption. I don’t understand how you have still kept her as a store manager when I’ve seen her been rude to people in store and Delivery drivers and also has bad customer service. Won’t be coming here again.

Polite and Professional Service..

Very rude employees, it seems like they don't have a leader to guide the group, I tried to order delivery, but it takes more than 1 hour to be ready, I called the driver and he had been there for more than 20 minutes waiting for my food to be ready, are the customers who are at home customers too, or are the people who are in the restaurant the priority?? Worst pret I've ever eaten in my life

Great coffee shop to chill at and their drinks and food choice are excellent (my go to is the iced or hot matcha latte)

The women who work at the cashier serving customers are very rude, it seems like they are bringing problems from home to work, this is unacceptable. I went to eat there early today, the woman yelled at a driver because she didn't want to make the order because it was full, aren't the customers who are at home customers too? The worst pret a manger I've ever been to in my life, the manager and the people who work here are very rude.

Having worked in customer service for over 20 years, the service I received this afternoon in Pret was absolutely shocking. I ordered a Iced Vanilla Oat Latte and just to confirm I wanted to ask the Barista making the drink if it was oat milk. She ignored my attempts to catch her attention by saying excuse me several times. When she did acknowledge me, she just gave me the finger as if I were a child being made to wait. No eye contact but a disrespectful finger. She didn't allow me to ask my question. By the time I got to ask she had already placed my drink (which was not oat but normal milk) on the counter and replied with a straight "NO" and that my order was already made and she couldn't do it again. More like she didn't want to do it. The store wasn't even busy. Her colleague ended up making me a new drink because she had already threw her tantrum and didn't want to serve me. I was unable to take her name down but I know it starts with an 'A' and she was the only one there with the heavy makeup. You Miss need to take an intensive course on how to deal with customers properly. You've got an appalling attitude and are a discredit to Pret A Manger Enfield Town.

Nice place, good service, somewhat expensive prices in my opinion.

Excellent customer service from Sara. She is always very welcoming with a great 😁. She is also very knowledgeable about the various coffees and foods they sale. Store is clean even in busy times. Coffee was really good. I love the test. And plenty of seating inside and outside Well done Sara and keep up the excellent work.

I’ve noticed that the waitress with ribbons in her hair consistently exhibits a rude and uninterested attitude, which detracts from the otherwise pleasant experience. Simple requests or questions are met with annoyance. I hope management can address this to improve the overall service.

They make really nice coffee, everything I come here I really enjoy my time with my kids, always space to seat, the cafe nice and clean, the staff Sara also nice and helpful. She is hardworking, every time i order my drink she even remembers. Thank you 😊

Absolutely adore Pret. Sadly, last time we visited the Stratford Westfield branch, had 2 chicken, avocado and basil sandwiches with my husband, but for the first time ever, there was no basil in them. We were disappointed as it was our favourite touch to that sandwich.

I was waiting for 20 minutes for my Hot Chocolate. They refused to give me the money back by saying to me that I have to wait until my turn comes again. They add a cream on top witch I older it without by saying to me to take it out with the spoon. That’s a very horrible and rude costumer service from people that they don’t know how to apologise by putting their blame to costumers.

£1.65 for a bag of crisps? nah, that's just a rip off.

This is my favorite Pret A Manger. Very good location and Ilove Staff. Always engaging and smiling. If you're a regular customer, they know about your order and that's gratifying. :) I can always find delicious and fresh pastries. Foods and drinks are good. . My only advice is I think they should keep the breakfast sandwiches in the cupboard not outside because unfortunately I got one of them and the sandwich was rotten due to the heat. I was not well for about a week. Other than that, I love it here. always enough for me! :)

Short lady serving got the order wrong twice. I never at any point asked for caramel coffee. I ordered two oat milk lattes, then the order came as caramel oat milk. I wondered why so sweet. Then the lady serving became very rude and said I asked for caramel. The guy serving was just making 4 caramel coffees that went to waste. On the third attempt I got my oatmilk latte but was hard work and had to really speak up to try get the information across.

Rude rude staff, I've been to over 15 preta locations but never seen a grime place like the one in Enfield, specifically the manager, lazy as anything couldn't make extra strong coffee because the machine had broken down??? 😴

I always get the best service. All the staff, but especially Carolina, is always smiley and always willing to help with anything I need. I usually visit pret with my little daughter, 5 years old, really special-difficult customer 🤣. In the mornings, Carolina knows how I have my coffee. And she has it ready by the time I arrive in front of the til. Thank you Carolina.

I visit today and a short and a bit chubby lady who makes the coffee made two flat white with oat milk. Me and one of the customer was waiting for flat white with normal milk not oat go milk. When I said I didn't asked for oat milk, the person who was making the coffee was rude and said May be it’s not your madam and it’s some one else and I have other order maybe that’s yours. No one pick those to oat milk flat white, she then pass mine coffee saying this is your with an aggressive voice and the way she talks is very rude. If you don’t like being there don’t work and don’t be rude. We are not there to get this kind of service. Any staff treated the customers in a rude way needs to be warn for there behaviour.

I been there yesterday with my family When I placed the order the lady she asked me eat in or out ? Then she gave my food and drinks without a tray then what’s the point of asking in or out Secondly I asked for tissue she gave me only two pieces of tissue for 3 of us Then I go again for tissue she was offering me blue tissue roll which one they use for table cleaning My point is if you can’t effort some tissues then what’s the point of running a restaurant or coffee shop

I was happy when it opened at this area because I always liked Pret. But it became recently poorer and poorer. Sandwiches and wraps are ok, but the coffee is a huge disappointment. There is no difference between a cappuccino/latte and flat white/white americano... Baristas need proper training and coffee machines need to be better maintained, because the result is not even similar to a coffee. Some members of the crew could be nicer and politer. In general Pret got very expensive, especially if you order something to eat in. Paying more than £1 extra just to put a sandwich on a tray instead of a paper bag without any extra service is too much. I just stopped going there...

This is a nice location for Pret A Manger! It’s large and there are always seats available if you wanted to sit in. I ordered a latte while my sister went for a cheese panini and a cranberry, raspberry and pomegranate juice. I enjoyed the coffee and she enjoyed her panini.

Staff here are lazy don't wanna sell cream on coffees because its extra work for them for 1 coffee

This Pret can get very busy but I think the staff do a good job. They’re friendly and try to make sure items are always available. Reading some of the other reviews I think people often forget that it’s people serving them and not robots. I think the shop is cool 👍

While we were ordering the staff acted like as if they’ve heard these drinks for the first time. And gave our orders in take away cups even though we mentioned we’re dining in. And the chairs are so crowded everyone just bumps into eachother when moving around the coffee shop.

My favorite part is that it has a spacious seat.🤗

Very Poor Service from the manager. She don’t know haw to speak to the customer. She don’t care about customer. She is shouting like crazy in the shop. And she don’t know haw to apologise and speak nice to customer. She don’t know. She is in Uk not in her route country. And she have to be more nice with customer. (I understand Pret A Manger not having staff but you can’t not have a manager like that women in the shop. ) Very route staff. We have the 5 coffee a day. And we pay end off the month for that. But staff is not happy when you going to get your coffee. Staff don’t understand the Company give us that offers 5 coffee a day. And we can have every 30 min coffee. And you get pay for all coffee you make in. So be more happy and live at home your personal problems. Very very poor service. Never back in that shop.

I like Pret. Me and my daughter visit it sometimes for a little, quick breakfast. Food is nice, coffe is great and we are happy. Quick and easy plus staff polite and helpful 👌

Not a great experience. Coffee was poor. Maybe I am getting old but music way too loud! As a result people shouting to get heard. They seem quite keen to get people in and out as quick as possible.

An awesome Pret but such a pity about today’s very rude cashier/manager. I go there regularly but decided I’d like something different so I asked for a chocolate shake to which he mumbled “We don’t make them”. I said it’s on your menu. His answer, raising his voice “We don’t make them here!!!” No explanation, nothing! So I ordered a latte which was cold!!! Awful.

Really great to finally have a Pret in Enfield. I’m a big fan of their baguettes, but I can’t resist the cookies! On last visit they gave the kids free hot chocolate, classy!

After visiting another cafe on this street and being served the most stale croissant in existence I was pleasantly surprised at the freshness of Pret’s croissant. Bravo sir.

Poor customer service. Ordered 7 items today from Uber eats, only received two of them. Called Pret A Manger in Enfield to send the other missing items. They said I was lying. I have proof of the item that was sent to me. How can 7 items be in this tiny bag? I have ordered from other places such as Nando’s where they have messed up orders from Uber eats they’ll apologise and send me what I ordered. I won’t order from you guys again. The cinnamon roll was even burnt.

A bustling busy Pret in a convenient location. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. A welcome addition to Enfield Town's hospitality venues.

Can't go wrong with the subscription, let's be honest.
