Truly shocking... don't go here

Order never arrived and when I contacted them the said they had been to my property and no body answered. I have CCTV and they definitely never did try to deliver my order and I have a large dog and there is no way I would miss the delivery

Ordered a meal late last night for myself, when it eventually arrived at 1:30am, it was cold, soggy and tasted disgusting. Chicken looks like it’s been in the microwave, dry and no taste. Chips were wet, not soggy, WET. Honestly worst kebab I’ve had in my life. 🤢🤮

Walked in, was met by a putrid stench, regular. the stench was so i nearly collapsed . The doner was soo rancid, it crippled my tastebuds and made my brother wheelchair bound , we are now claiming insurance , this the wheelchair btw

I ordered doner earlier and some homeless man appeared to deliver it. Said something about the green force and haydar, then gave me my food. I thought nothing of it. The food was so repulsive that I couldn't even finish it, I had to throw it away. Ruined my attempt at the Buried easter egg in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Zombies . The food was so bad I had to vomit it out later on, nearly killed my autistic younger brother with how bad it was. Do NOT recommend.

Food was RANCID! Atroucose ! Rancid!Vile!, ordered ealier doner kebab was delivered by the homeless man outside , think hes a regular. Doner kebab was musky and smelt like the green force , i was sick because of the 'food' and now my 'white' toilet is now blik yucky mucky

Nice guys, but total chaos. Also possibly the worst kebab I've ever eaten. Homeless guy sitting in the waiting area with his bags of plastic bottles wasn't great either. I think he's a regular. Opens late but probably better go to Mcdonald's if you need a late night snack.

You do not check the orders online , you do not answer the phones , what do you think you are ? A decent business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Absolutely atrocious service, rang multiple times to find out where my order was, only to not be able to get through, waiting well over 2 hours. Disgusting!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Do not order from here! My order was missing multiple items. When I was called staff said they had run out of the items I ordered and stated that i would not get a refund. Rude staff, unhelpful and do not fufill orders. No customer service just interested in taking your money.

AWFUL. If I could give 0 stars I would, food was an hour late, awful quality, no salad with donor kebab, no salad in burger, very very dry, tasteless, poor packaging. Worst take away ever ordered.

Very dissapointed with quality of food and missing items in order

Ordered chicken shish and was hot on outside cold in the middle. Did not eat it due to salmonella poisoning. I should of read the reviews before ordering. Will be going to Yummy's Kebab across the road from now on. Prices are extremely high also. English people like our kebabs its a shame that this kebab shop gives Turkish food a bad reputation. I could of taken this matter further but decided to go to another kebab shop as i dont like confrontation.

Awful food STAY AWAY!!!!! They can’t speak English very well and are very rude!!! Salad is old and manky and the rice is hard and undercooked. Prices are way to high for the low quality food they serve. Do your self a favour and go to another kebab shop. I had to write this review to save other poor customers from getting ripped off and eating disgusting food. All the good reviews are probably friends and family seeing as they conveniently have Turkish names. Scam artists aswell!!!

The food is very, very late and no one is answering the phone at the restaurant, which tells me that this happens often. It doesn’t matter how good or bad your food is , if you can’t get it to the paying customers, it’s all pointless. One star.

Over an hour for 20 wings and food hasn’t arrived. Nobody is answering the phone. Please don’t order from this restaurant.

Ordered food was told 45 minutes to delivery. Called after 50 mins 0f waiting, told it would take another 1 hour atleast. Joke of a takeaway. Please do not order from here. They are full of reviews were people have waited hours for their order to arrive.

Food is currently an hour and a half late, still not arrived. Phone line is busy so can't get through, terrible service. I want a refund.

Food took over 4 hours to arrive and when finally here they pressed the doorbell at 4am on a Monday morning, you couldn’t make it up Worse experience I’ve ever had trying to order food and no one bothered answering the phone I rang through about 40 times oh and both drinks didn’t even turn up

Over salty, burnt, tasteless food. Had to return. Never going to order.

I believe they have new owners, nothing like it used to be, the order was wrong which they did correct as we had to wait for another delivery, chips are awful, both the chicken and lamb donner meats were greasy and chewy, the salad wasn’t like it used to be, over priced for what it was trying to be, never again.

I enjoy the food and it's a great service.

Since original owners back food brilliant had lamb dish with rice carrots rasin in and Spinach absolutely stunning

Amazing amazing kebab shop! Best doner in North London, without a shadow of doubt!! Was a bit reluctant when I found out owners had changed, this usually means so does quality but not here!! Disgusting service I phoned my order through i needed to repeatedly check over my order and expressed I am paying by card ok I send machine with food I got told fast forward delivery and no card reader machine minus 2items missing.made phone call and told them what’s missing and could they send me missing items with machine. Yes he said man came with whole new kebab and rice and charged me an extra £10 I phoned up shop and was shouted at very rudely honestly never using this place again.food was cold and tasteless.poor customer service stay away from here.

Great value and delivery service, ordered 1 lrg chicken shish, 1 12" Margherita pizza, spicy chicken wings, breaded mozzarella & chips, chicken strippers with a separate barbecue sauce. Delicious, we will be ordering again!

Ordered 3 doners 1 chicken shish and a quarter pounder and chips. Excellent service from the staff, price is good and the food was lovely, will definitely be coming back here.

I thought I would try it out since living locally and I have to say the quarter pounder burgers are amazing :), I would recommend it!!!

Price gone up in this difficult times! And the food didn’t taste good I literally had to bin it. Waste of money and they should improve on their hygiene ! Using the same glove to do everything collecting money from customer as well as touching your food with it. Nothing more to say I’m shocked.

I always order through Just Eat ...their food is amazing..love the Charcoal Grill...fresh...tasty..I never order from anywhere else....long may they continue.

beautifull food up to perfection quality at its finest. new shop clean as anything. could not fault it one bit fresh everything meat salad sauces it was a delight and ive been coming nearly every other day since.

The kebab I had is the best I’ve tasted in north London, the food is fresh and well seasoned. I hope that one day they will get all the customers they deserve because I’ve tasted poor kebabs in the past and these shops still get to many customers. Lovely guys, I will see you tomorrow. From Jordon
