Found the guy very rude when I questioned the piece I paid online to store price as there was a £10 cheaper

Please keep away from this place. First of all the entire team very rude. They need to be trained and standardised in communication according to this country.

This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had

Asked for nachos without jalapeños but alas, was given them. Good pizza though

I ordered a large tandoori hot pizza with extra cheese and extra chicken topping's. I received the food with no extra toppings. Coz I ordered from them before with no extra toppings and I received the same pizza like before even after I ordered with extra toppings now. I was very disappointed. And when I called the store, a guy picked the call and I explained about what I received, then he handed over the call to the manager, then I explained everything all over again. The manager was very rude to me and was arguing with me that he put extra, In the end both the employees have no courtesy to apologise, as the customer was calling and complaining about the quality. Finally, he offered me to send a new one. He also asked me not to eat the pizza delivered before and to return it to the driver. At last, I received the pizza. But Very poor customer service. 50% offer on pizza is a complete SCAM from Dominos ag London Enfield store. You never get the food worth the money. Never pay extra toppings, you will still end up getting the same. Not recommended.

Im upset to say the least I will NEVER order from here again it’s the first time iv left my home in 5 days because my son has been unwell and to be spoken to the way I did by the manager was a disgrace. I asked what would be the best deal to get with 2 pizzas and he told me not to talk to his staff because they are very busy. I asked could I have a pen because I needed to order online and give my bank details as I didn’t have my card with me and he said no we don’t have pens here when there was one tucked in his Domino’s pizza hat. I asked if I could use it he said NO. They have 4 mopeds outside with the drivers chatting and smoking cigs so they can’t be that busy. I will eat from Pizza Hut from now on. And the pizza was filth £30 wasted! I feel sorry for his colleges who wants to go to work with unkind people it’s stressful enough as it is !

Don't usually use take-away pizza delivery but decided to try one. Downloaded the app and ordered online. The app has a tracker on it so you know when to expect your order. Arrived on time and was hot. Expensive but OK for the occasional treat.

Got a delivery and driver told me to come outside to collect my delivery as his not coming up the stairs. If I wanted to leave my house I would’ve got a collection. Driver said a new rule but nothing online states drivers do not come upstairs

This the worse dominos I ever tried to order from. Tried to place an order over the phone, the first person I spoke with said they don't accept orders over the phone, after insisting to make the order a 2nd person took my call but refused to apply any collection discounts. Basically both workers didn't want to take the order always saying if I want to make an order to do it online. Very very rude.

The food was delivered within 20 minutes, still boiling hot and fresh :)

DO NOT ENTER. Worse pizza shop in the country. Staff are rude and food is awful. Ordered for collection but guy failed to mention offer was for any two pizzas for £22. We ordered 1L and 1M only to be told at shop both could have been L. Having asked why wasn’t this mentioned, he said you didn’t ask. Then he proceeded to be rude and say it’s not his job to tell customers the offer. Also wouldn’t disclose his name. To add insult to injury the pizza was cold and burnt. Proof attached. DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA SHOP EVER.

I don’t know if they are under staffed but pizza is arriving late and cold, quality is not as in other dominoes and when you call to complain staff doesn’t care much, they just say “well that’s what’s happening”. If you are in the area, don’t waste your money and time, better pizza place just up the road.

Worst Dominos I’ve ordered from in my whole Life. OVERCOOKED MY PIZZA. Dry as anything. Tasted like something that’s been left and re heated 24 hours Later. Overcooked cooked and Didn’t taste fresh at all. I don’t recommend this dominos pizza to anyone.

Awful experience, ordered 50% off when you collect anything deal for sides and pizza, I rang up as I was paying by cash and was overcharged by £10, they only gave me 50% off the pizza not the sides, even though it says off sides on the website. When I asked the manager why, he ignored me. On top of that my food was delayed by 15 minutes! I was told I was given a free dip as an apology which wasn't even in the bag! Overall awful experience. I know they're on £7 an hour, but they could at least pretend to care.

Pizza was okay, but genuinely no better than that. Annoying that the delivery service is not actually a delivery service. We had to go and meet the driver to collect our pizza. Not at all impressed, two stars may be a bit generous. We won't be ordering from Domino's again.

We used Domino’s on Lancaster Road to provide the evening food for my daughter’s wedding at Forty Hall last Saturday. The manager Ramesh was very helpful from my first call a few weeks before and even called half an hour before the pre-booked delivery time to confirm they would be on time. 15 large pizzas, 16 boxes of wings and 20 garlic breads were delivered bang on time and everything was piping hot!

My son has domino's every sat it's always nice and hot and on time only down side wont come up to flat so u have to go down and get it

Saw a manager grope an employee in the store. Boycott this place and report.

I’m giving it 1 star because they actually got the order right this time and delivered what I asked for. Normally (last 2 times I’ve ordered) they’ve completely balls’d it up and given me more than what I paid for!

Too many wrongs here: Filthy and not sanitary No masks nor other covid-19 following guidance extremely poor customer service , more than that the guy who took my order seemed annoyed as I interrupted from his phone call the delivery driver litterally hit and stopped the scooter 1 inch from the door expensive uncooked potato wedges I must say there was a single positve to add and that was they offer me to exchange 1 sauce. Overall experience would definetly wont be going back there, better off with a sandwich from the petrol station

Awful delivery ethic, do not order from here if you are disabled and live in a flat because they WILL NOT bring it to your door. I will NEVER order from this dive again, how can you get a margarita pizza wrong?!

I have always been 100% satisfied with the service and food from Lancaster Road dominos Until today It had clearly been dropped and was completely Broken and the sauce pot was missing there was no label on the box with my address on I found that screwed up on the first floor of the building where I live the driver did not Deliver the pizza from the bag that keeps it hot When I phoned the very rude manager Sent the driver back to collect it he then phoned me and accuse me of dropping it I will not be using dominos pizzas again A refund was issued The manager needs Staff training in Customer Service And the Driver needs staff training in how to deliver A pizza in one piece

Got a delivery, and both pizzas are wrong. Then when we called to say so they said we was wrong even though we had the pizzas infront of us. They was going to send new correct orders after shouting at us down the phone but canceled after we requested the managers name then blacklisted my address. Do not order from these people. I will be calling head office tomorrow suresh. Look forward to them seeing how you speak to your customers.

Ordered a half & half pizza and it was not half and half at all. One side had about 3 slices and the other was 6 or 7. When I rang to speak to them, the staff were so so rude & unhelpful. Never ordering from you again & will definitely be taking it further. Waste of money. Pizza Gogo 10 times better

The pizza's always arrive looking like they've been thrown against the wall before being placed into the box. Still tastes like pizza, but looks like it's been to war.

Feel free to order a pizza from here if you like the taste of CARDBOARD with a CHARCOAL GLAZE - My pizza was BURNT!!! The manager refused to offer a new one or a refund. Disgusting customer service - BEWARE!!!
