Would be 0/5 if it was applicable. Delivery Driver did not confirm the recipient details or the code needed to verify an order. When questioned, they were again quite unprofessional and wouldn't replace the order, forcing us to dispute the order with support teams. Will not attempt to order from Roma Bella again.

I ordered online today. By mistake they sent me chips instead of curly fries. They ,were happy to rectify and send me curly fries as a stand-alone delivery . The owner was happy to throw in olives on my pizza. They never quibble unlike many other local businesses I have ordered ftom and their customers comes first. Lovely pizzas too. Thank you. You have my custom.

I ordered online and after an hour they are calling me to tell they can’t deliver the order. Nonsense.

Best stuffed crust pizza's we've had in a while, chips were great, lovely fresh salad, the mozzarella stick also great... All food delivered hot, would 100% recommend to friends and family. Look forward to ordering from here again. Thanks guy for the great food.

Have no idea why this place has negative reviews lately I’m northern contractor who eats pizza everywhere I go and I must say imo that this place is 1.)excellent value for money. 2.) very polite guys behind counter so great customer service 3.) most important very tasty pizza you southerners are such winge bags try tasting a pizza from the filth pit next door then you will have cause to whinge

Asked for a deep pan 18 inch pizza, the guy on the phone said its 70% deep pan. The order arrived and it was basically a 15inch pizza stretched out to fit an 18 inch base. The toppings were very little, won't be coming back as the person on the phone lied about it being deep pan. £34 for two thin 18 inch pizzas not worth the money

Service is bad, I ordered via Just eat a meal for myself and my daughter, Pizza was okay so little one had food, I however didn't get what I ordered, instead of a cheese burger I was sent a nasty looking cheese chicken burger, not fresh chicken some frozen flat thing that was made out of rubber, when I called them and explained what I had got the reply was it was a mistake, we have a new guy, do you want to wait for 40 mins for the cheese burger, I answered no I would like a refund, not once did I get a sorry for the hassle, nothing, when I go into the shop for the refund I get told to go back to just eat, I had arranged with the guy previously to come in and get a refund, so they don't even know what they are doing, the worst thing is I have given them many chances as I was a old customer, the two guys that have taken over seem to know nothing about customer service or cooking, nasty cheep products used, not worth the money, I will be uploading on google reviews the pictures of the chicken wings, you will be shocked lucky I didn't take a bit becasue they where black rotten inside, I have reported them.

not good service, no sorry just "it was a mistake" not the first time. what am I meant to do with that, should I wait another 40 mins to eat with half my meal here already. went into the shop today to get a refund, and I was told I had to go back to just eat, this was after the person told me to come in and get a refund, so wasted my time again, rude not helpful, I will be adding pictures and a link to the report from the food standards agent, wait till you see the hot wings they sent me, you will never eat from this place again trust me, black inside nasty cheap frozen chicken, lazy shop doesn't look like they make anything fresh, take away Nightmares, I don't think even Gordon Ramsey could help them.

WORST FOOD IN LONDON. Ordered a pizza and tasted absolutely disgusting. Pizza had tasted like expired cardboard and the drink had no flavour ( how does that happen ) if you are contemplating to order from here DONT. The reviews here are fraudulent. BE AWARE!

Ordered couples deal directly from Roma Bella website - two pizzas, three sides and two drinks. Delivered and told they had run out of one side (fair enough) but that their website had a mistake and should only have included two sides anyway. Wouldn’t accept argument that if that’s what you advertise, then that’s what you should honour. He offered to go back and get me another side but to be honest it was late and I had lost the will to live. Also didn’t apply the 15% discount for delivery orders which is also advertised on their website. Their pizza is ok but not so great to make up for rubbish customer service and overcharging. Will not be using again.

Not open until 3am on Friday evening/Saturday morning. Update your opening times!

Placed an order through their website, 15 minutes later I received a call from the manager saying I have to buy pizza in order to get a delivery. Despite spending over £25 on 2 lasagnes, garlic pizza bread and desserts. He said I'd have to add a medium pizza to the order. I explained it doesn't state that on their website, to which he rudely replied so what I'm telling you. He stated lasagne is a side, which is also not listed as a side on their website either. I called back asking to prepare my order so I can come and collect. I was then told it wasn't about delivery, its about the order. When I said I'd leave a bad review, he began to swear and accuse me of threatening him.

All of this for £20. Very delicious, big portions for good prices! Clean and open kitchen.

Whole family loved the pizza 🍕 very nice we had so far seafood and Mediterranean roast. Wasn't sure if was halal or not but delivery driver confirmed they are halal please do ask to be safe.

Very thin base, tasty pizza I would recommend the owner to use semolina on the base to give a better texture and enhance the taste of the pizza. Toppings were okay you could put 10 grams more it would enhance the overall taste considering the thin pan pizza base , the pizza cheese tasted more like a blend rather then 100% mozzarella. Potato skins with cheese was the generic type. I would give a solid 3.5 out if 5, the place has potential only if the owner does do some small changes then it would dominate the local area as the pizza place of choice.

The pizza tastes amazing!! The crust to toppings ratio is on point. Honestly, Roma Bella makes the best pizza, the chefs are really nice, delivery is fast, and I will forever order my pizza from them. You get the best quality, highly recommend !! Ignore all the hating comments, the pizza is fire

Worst pizza ever do not buy from them, rude owner and does not know how to make a pizza, on the left you can see their burnt/ overcooked and greasy pizza on the right from Ammas Kitchen, we had to buy another pizza since they refused to give us a refund or a new pizza, even after i drove down they said they would replace it, their excuse was because a few slices were missing, because some of the children took a bite then threw it in the bin as it tasted burnt, their answer was 'We dont care' Never again!!!

Not usually one to write a reviews and stuff but this place has the best tasting pizza. The new owners have really turned the place around, they make it fresh in front of you in their new pizza oven.The pizza sauce is unlike any other shop and with quality toppings, definitely the best pizza by far!!!

The takeaway has been done up nice and looks like a new oven has been added. Ordered 5 7" pizzas, made fresh in front of me and it took about 20mins.. Excellent flavour and the base was done to perfection, wasn't wet and soggy, lovely pizzas and will definitely be ordering from here again.. Nice friendly people as well. Lots of toppings and the price was cheap.

Looks really nice since refurbishing and the new owners are lovely people, the food I have got so far every time has been clean, nice, and for sure is tasty!! Just moved near them so they are defo my fave new pizza place to eat from now on!!

Hawaiian Pizza ordered 12th April Worst pizza I've ever had, really oily didn't taste very nice hardly any tomato sauce, cheap cheese an overall wasn't worth the price of £12.99 12" should of ordered from pizza line much better quality for £9.99 for a 12"

BEST. PIZZA. EVER. I rarely leave reviews on places i order from, but this place ticked all the boxes. The pizza was packed with flavour, perfect ratio of dough and toppings, the mild smokey taste you get from the caramelization on the topping made it rich and so so flavourful. Best of all i wasnt left hungry, it was plentiful! Thanks guys, you have a regular customer now.

Over an hour late. The chips were undercooked and soggy, the burger which was meant to be 'homemade' was actually just some processed flat mess. The chicken wings were cold. This is what nearly £17 gets you. This was the only place open and it was my first order on JustEat. I would rather go hungry than order from here again.

Awful food, pizza soggy and wet for some reason the dough is just disgusting. The wings are oily and the wedges are literally untouchable. Disappointing and a waste of money

I need a refund for this order as I have not received the items ordered and I spent £16 on a cab going to roma Bella to contest not receiving my order which was not resolved. I will not be using such a disgraceful service in the future.

The garlic bread tasted awful, same as last time. Last time we received 1 less slice as well . They should give a more accurate delivery time; 20 mins is a big difference, we may not have been in to receive order, because we were unaware they were going to come so early.

The Just Eat app allowed me to order despite the restaurant being closed which led to the food not arriving. When trying to resolve this, the restaurant partner lied and stated the food was delivered. This is impossible as the food cannot be made or delivered if the restaurant is closed. This customer service is absolutely awful and I would not recommend.

I’m really unhappy with the order I have made last night. The food was cold and soggy when it arrived, not including it came 30 min before it’s actually delivery time and was left on my door step by a driver without letting me know the food was there, not including it was missing an item out of the order. I’m really disappointed, and wouldn’t recommend it :(

Chips under cooked. Onion rings quite soggy. The thin base pizza was not very thin plus toppings didn't cover the base.

Chicken nuggets not properly done, pasta was half portion , and chips half portion.
