Great Italian food . Nice restaurant with delicious pizza and pasta . Amazing service .

Pizza aubergine and chili is not bad but tomatoes a fishy smell !

Prezzo staff were excellent and very helpful. Having dietary/allergy restrictions, they were extremely accommodating and recommended dishes, checking first with the kitchen that I wasn't compromised.

Food was good the place itself is very romantic and well maintained. Some staff was rude and certain attitude I didn’t like, some was friendly with easy approach

Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Me and my wife had a glass of wine each and a chicken bacon avocado sandwich which was terrific.

Went as a family of 6 on the 10th mother's day , staff were friendly & polite but was disappointed in the food , pizza was plan & basic , spagetti with Devon crab & chilli was just spagetti couldn't found the crab , spagetti carbonara with chicken once again looking for the meat and hardly any sauce , spinach risotto cannelloni was just 4 tubes nothing else wasn't filling at all , the only food that was ok was the beef burger because you had chips with it & the kids meal .. I didn't want to say anything bad but was very disappointed on the day & won't be going there again . Should of gone to nandos over the road.

TERRIBLE!! Worst so called “Italian” I’ve ever had. I came here with my mother on Mother’s Day, I thought I picked a lovely place. I contacted the restaurant for a reservation and the lady said we’re fully booked but that was a LIE. I was able to make a reservation online and I wish I never! My pasta was bland, there was no crab, it was as if they boiled the pasta and slapped it on my plate. My mother’s chicken was hard and had a funny smell to it. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! service was rude and said we can’t do nothing.

Really busy half-term lunch session and service was excellent. Ambiance nice as lots of chatter and kids today.

We were here in October and had a good meal unfortunately the food quality seems to have slipped.The service was very good We will give it one more chance

Not a bad meal, however service was on the slow side despite it being very quiet. Most of the food was good, and the one meal that wasn’t to our taste was refunded without fuss. Blue light discount made good value

This restaurant I visit frequently. For the 1st time, I'm absolutely disappointed. Customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was ok, I took 5 other people to enjoy the upcoming festivities, and 2 of my friends enjoyed their meals. The other 4, including me, ordered the same dish, and we were so disappointed it didn't taste anything like what it should, no flavour, the ingredients were substituted, all we could taste was chilli, the portions given were like we were at a portion control event. Don't waste your time or money. The manager on duty said they changed the chef, that's why. I would recommend they go back for the previous chef or get someone else with experience to work with the current chef. It's really sad as I do love supporting my locals.

I just left the Prezzo restaurant now and I have never ever been so disappointed . My girlfriend ordered the focaccia which arrived compleatly cold with a very cold cheese. I ordered the Calzonereferred The calzone arrived with ketchup on the side, the dough was awful . . I now have stomach ache.

The service was excellent and friendly. Our large party was looked after very well!

Have been going to this branch for a very long time with my friend. Very disappointed tonight. As soon as I got there the waitress said we have none of the chicken options on the grill section as we have run out! I opted for sea bass with vegetables and the fish was tiny and dry, the vegetables were covered in oil. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant but despite this the waitress rushed us all the time because she quite obviously wanted to go home (we left at 9.15 pm, so it wasn’t late). Awful experience, will not be returning again.

This was a regular place to meet for lunch but the food has been poor the last 3 visits and todays was just the worst, We tried the new chicken saltimbocca which should have had sage but didn't, small roast potatoes also substituted and was served with some soggy cabbage which you would never get in Italy. Sadly we will after many years I will not be returning. It was Halloween and not a decoration in sight. The place was nearly empty when it was always busy so they should be asking why. On the plus side our waitress was lovely and not her fault Happy to give more detailed feed back to Prezzo if they was it

The staff was friendly. But urgently you need to change the Chef. The food was too bad. Now, I understand why the restaurant is always empty.

Food decent but service horrendous. Very slow. Had to get up twice to get the waitress. Also not the cleanest place, needs some updating and a good clean.

This place has gone down hill over the years, I have had better frozen pizza from Iceland One waitress was literally doing everything, she could only do so much and rushed off her feet, although some of our order was wrong I will never come back to this restaurant

There are not many Prezzo restaurants left now This one was good value. The food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and as the weather was good we sat in the garden. Definitely worth a visit.

Came here to eat on Sunday! Slow service tables outside was dirty with left over food and plates. I had to ask for my drinks and cutlery after I had to leave table and ask again. Food was over cooked tastless. Card payment only how ridiculous 🙄 toilet was very dirty and water on floor was really off putting. Not coming back here

Patient and accommodating staff. But, stingy portions/toppings. My son had the burger with pretty much everything taken off but the meat, cheese and bun and they got it right, but forgot the ketchup, which he asked for twice before it came. They didn't have Tabasco, though this is often served with tomato juice. Hmm. Calamari was delicious but you don't get a lot for your money. Pizza was a good size but stingy on toppings. However, service was very good, with the new young waiter being patient and noting all, not forgetting. We did see several people asking for parts of their meal, so this place seems not to do so well when it's busy, but overall, it's good. Sadly, prices are so high that I wouldn't eat there without a Tastecard or other offer. Updated 1Sep23 : starters are now around £8.95 for tiny portions, and mains on average £18.50. Ate here on a Tastecard 2-for-1, but can't afford this without some kind of offer.

The newer pizzas are delicious and I'm glad Prezzo have kept some in their regular menu. Their pizza dough is tasty, moreso with the slightly charred edges and delicious toppings. The strawberry and blood orange lemonades are so good too! Tip: Tastecard if you're a regular

I went to Prezzo with a group of friends, whom I hadn't seen in years. Although we initially ordered food, we felt that we're being harassed to purchase more food etc. However, other customers weren't being dealt with in this manner. This made us feel quite uncomfortable. I will not be going back again.

Prezzo is in a very good location. Staff is always attentive and polite. :) Portions are sufficient. Their food is delicious. The ambiance is nice and comfortable. Worth to try! :)

we always ate in prezzo Cockfosters until it was closed recently and thoroughly enjoyed the food service and surroundings . decided to try the Enfield branch and we were totally underwhelmed with service , food and value for money. tried the king prawn with gnocchi which was bland just like it had a carton of cream poured over 4 prawns and a few gnocchi .Previous king prawns in tomato chilli sauce starter had 7 king prawns and was extremely tasty. Although we have a discount card it was still not value for money. Also do not sit near the bar as sounds like staff just throw empty bottles into a bin not conducive to a relaxing meal

Lovely food and very relaxed atmosphere

The food was cold. Ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and got salad and no chicken. The order took over an hour due to prezzo. I call the restaurant had to redial 6 times before someone answered and the girl answered, her reply was are you bored, I was not impress. I complained she said that she had packed the box and chicken was there. Not the case no chicken lots of salad. Very poor not using them again.

They are difficult with clubcard vouchers and meerkat meals used together.

Service is excellent, but the food is OK as other non chained Italian restaurants seem to put more effort into the end product. The restaurant itself has no personality in the decor and feels cold which does not create a great atmosphere. No parking avaliable which means to park close on the street needs to currently be after 6.30pm.

No chicken or burgers due to late delivery. Coffee machine had been broken for 2 weeks. Food ww ordered was restricted but good. Waitress gave great service!

Disappointed, smaller portions, slower service, menu doesn't seem the same. Are they cost cutting? Go back to the pre pandemic menu and Prezzo will be full again

I have always wanted to try this Italian restaurant and I finally got the opportunity recently. It was a nice experience. My friend and I were served by two waitresses and they were nice. The food was nice. I ordered the oak smoked salmon penne pasta (£16.50) and later for dessert I had the Tiramisu (£6.95) which I thought was a bit bland. I kept trying to steal off my friend’s plate of sticky toffee pudding (£7.50) with a scope of ice cream. Now that was delicious! The best part of the evening was the red wine, it was so very good. I ordered the Sangiovese red wine and had about three glasses (£7.75). It’s a pretty restaurant with a nice, welcoming vibe!

I'd be happy to pay £ 11.50 for a proper margherita. I did receive a pizza with a ridiculous amount of mozzarella, I'd say it was hard to see mozzarella on my pizza. I ordered from this pizzeria many times but the quality is getting worst and worst. Very disappointed. This time I gave up.

We were seated beside a Birthday party even though there were lots of other tables. Moved twice because 2nd table was near stairs and till?? No check back nor asking if we wanted anything and food was overpriced as were cocktails.

It is a lovely place with nice and professional waiting staff and i belive they have the best pizza in the area,however the pasta is nowhere near to what you expect in an italian restaurant

Around 3pm was our visit time, it was about 20% occupancy. I asked for a table for 2 and was brought all the way to the back to sit near a lively Birthday Celeb8table of about 10 people. It was loud and noisy so I asked to move, waitress moved me to a table at the bottom of the stairs, near the till, why?? I couldn't sit so when my friend arrived, she disliked it too and asked why weren't we sitting at one of the nice tables? There were a dozen! She chose a nice seat and informed the waitress. Garlic bread starter for 2 was tiny but nice. Gluten free goats cheese and peppers pizza was good and I folded it into a calzone whivh is what I wanted. Service was patchy and there was no checking back if our food was ok. Something was amiss, as there were so many staff on but not a lot of customers in. The service industry can be a tough place to work I'm told and our waitress warmed to us eventually I think. I just don't understand the seating errors at the beginning.

Portion are small for the price tag. I ordered a prawn something for starters and it was awful, there was 3 small prawns, with tomatoes etc in a hot milk like sauce with no taste. Better description is needed on the menu. I ordered pasta which had very little to none cheese. I asked for cheese and the lady said you have cheese on the pasta. Seems strategic to maximise profit. She said she would bring some over but didn’t bother and started serving other people. After 10mins I asked again and a lady brought it straight away (by this time my food is cold). I ordered a glass of wine and waited 15mins for it. The lady who took my order started serving others and brought the wine when I finished my food and had to go. I cancelled the wine. It seems their priority is to take orders of as much people as they can but not actually focus on completing the order in a timely fashion. Wouldn’t recommend and overprice for what you get

My £15 burger came with what was very obviously oven chips out of a packet, they weren't even well cooked.

Great Customer Service. Finally an amazing, attentive waitress who made the time to listen, took into account allergies, spoke with the chef in the kitchen & modified food accordingly. Food was lovely. Would appreciate more variety of pizza toppings such as sweetcorn, spinach, roasted veggies, pineapple, fresh basil & coriander…🥕🥦

Had a great vegan meal with my partner. The restaurant have many options for plant-based diets, even the wines stated if they are vegan which is great. We were served by the lovely Tuya, who was wonderful to us.

Lunch with friends. Food exceptional as usual. Service fast and friendly. Really enjoyed our lunch. Not too busy. Recommended.

Delivery of pasta and pizza on time and tasty

Definitely will not recommend, taste like microwave food for extortionate prices, would rather cook my own pasta. Save ya self the money!

Service was brilliant as always but my meal was very disappointing. The chicken cacciatore was overpriced, tiny and definitely didn’t come with the sauce described on the menu. Stick to what you know and you should be fine but don’t risk ordering from the new winter menu!

Went in today for lunch, after we got our starters there was a power cut. They couldn’t have been more apologetic or understanding. The lady that served us, I don’t know her name, but she was outstanding. Came over to the table several times to let us know what was happening. I work in IT in support and this was straight out of the manual of how to handle an issue like this. The starters we had were excellent. We have always been well looked after when we have eaten here and will continue to do so. The staff are great. I believe today was their 15th anniversary as well.

Gabriella gave us absolutely excellent service. She was friendly and patient with us through our allergy issues. The cocktails and desserts were the highlight of our day.

Been to Prezzo's in Enfield, countless times. The food and service is always good. Visited last night and they have a new autumn menu, I always have the same, crab and lobster ravioli, unfortunately, when I had it yesterday, it was completely tasteless, no chilli, no taste what so ever, I complained about it saying it was tasteless and not how it usually is. The waitress offered to change my meal, I ordered the king prawn spaghetti, which again was pretty tasteless, but I ate it as my friend had almost finished her meal by this point. I was not very impressed and will now think twice about going back . !!

You expect Prezzo to be good, but must say the current staff have made it exceptionally good. If you go try the crab and lobster ravioli. Absolutly delicious.

Booked online, easy process and got reminders before going with the menu which was helpful. Food and service on the day was great. The restaurant's tables were well spaced out and clean. Friendly staff. Got to use Tesco clubcard vouchers which also helped. Be warned non-cash payment only.

The pizza was ok. The service was okay but it was a bit slow hopefully that means all the food was cooked freshly. The cheesecake was lovely.

Some of the most friendly staff I’ve experienced, the duty manager was so kind and helpful and very attentive. We went in on a day where they were short on staff but still delivered friendly, quality service. The place is huge, with an outdoors seating area even bigger than the indoors. The vibe is simple dinning, not too fancy not too playful. Spacing between tables are very good. Music doesn’t overpower your conversations. Food was good, I dug in as soon as it arrived so didn’t take any pics 😅 but I ordered a vegan chicken pizza which was not bad. My friend ordered a beef burger which she loved! And my other friend ordered the pepperoni pizza which he also loved. I’m a bit spoilt as I’ve eaten at some very fancy vegan places and had better vegan pizza, but the one here was still quite good. For drinks I got their espresso martini, I actually really liked it. It’s my first espresso martini so don’t take my word for it, but it was nice. Prices are good, we got a starter, 3 meals and 3 drinks and the total was about £60. I should mention they didn’t charge us for the starter because it arrived quite late. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely staff food a bit mundane but well cooked.

Chose to have a weekday lunch here as Prezzo have a gluten free menu. Sadly, they were waiting for delivery of their gf pasta but there were other options. I chose a gf pizza - something I have never eaten out - and thoroughly enjoyed it, followed by cheesecake, which is made naturally gluten free. A very successful lunch.

Called in on the chance of a table and had a lovely meal. Everything was piping hot and very tasty. Staff were very nice and attentive. Would recommend.
