Food and service were excellent as usual. The manager at the Enfield restaurant is so helpful and always welcomes us warmly and recognises us as we visit the restaurant regularly.

Dire experience. Food was cold, warm food on a cold plate. When we sent it back we were told that because of health & safety server’s cannot carry hot plates??? Food took 15 minutes to be reheated….we would have eaten separately so chose to leave. Can servers not be issued heat resistant gloves?? It is as dangerous to serve lukewarm food

A pleasant location tucked right in the heart of Enfield town. Good choice of meals as with all Prezzos. The restaurant I think is going for a quiet feel but it comes across as rather dark and out of date. Could really do with more lighting and brightening up.

I've been here twice, and both times, the service from staff was rubbish. They have no manners, and their customer service skills are so poor that they're non-existent. Food is alright, nothing special. I'probably rate it a 2/5 .

Xmas catch-up with former work colleague. Not the first time here to do it. Tried a different starter for a change, Crispy Fried Mozzarella., and regretted it immediately. Really inauthentic, has a straight from the freezer quality about it, cardboard taste generally, and the accompanying sauce is frankly really poor. Pizza was Dolce e Piccante. which was pleasant enough, nothing jumped out about it flavour wise. Wine wasn’t cheap. Service was average (but friendly), we waited for a decent amount of time to get served initially, even though the place was virtually empty when we arrived (6.30pm) Bill for 2 for 2 starters, 2 mains, no desserts/coffees, and a bottle of wine plus an extra 2 glasses, came to about £105 which included a 10% tip. Honestly, Prezzo is pretty average, I need to find an alternative Italian, nothing really stands out.

The staff are great and can't knock the service... but the food is distinctly average. Nothing is freshly made, the pasta is often overcooked and several meals have gone back because they were cold in the middle . It should be so much better .

We had an absolutely delightful experience at Prezzo Enfield, thanks to the outstanding service from Tuya, our waitress. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our meal. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Tuya’s warm demeanor and attention to detail stood out – she checked on us regularly without being intrusive and had great menu recommendations. Her cheerful attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and Tuya made our visit memorable. We’ll definitely return and hope to be served by her again. Highly recommend Prezzo Enfield – and ask for Tuya if you can!

So bad, I realise new people have to train, her understanding of English was dreadful, one main was delivered… checked twice on other main dish… so we could eat together. She bought Parmesan and didn’t have meal…not impressed as no one intervened… apparently a discount was placed for inconvenience!!!!!

Ordered from here the food was absolute garbage! The gluten free is just horrific and honestly doesn’t deserve to be called pizza… it’s more like GF pita bread with a tiny bit of sauce and cheese on it. The regular pizza was just about passable as pizza, but not great and the kids one was a jumbled mush of dough and cheese thrown into a box.

I have been to this branch of Prezzo many times and my experience has always been fantastic, the food is always warm, fresh and the service excellent. I would very much recommend a visit, its my go to Prezzo if I want good food and great service.

Came here for my birthday lunch. Took 20 kins for waitress to come and get our order. Ordered 2 starters and a pizza to share for our mains. Whilst we were still eating the starters and were only half way through the pizza arrived and waitress just put it on the table and left! Why????? Each time I tried to call her she looked away and carried on walking away!! No smile or anything absolutely miserable. Service was awful. Ruined my birthday lunch with my daughter!!

Family meal for my dad's birthday. Food was good. Service was excellent. We had Prezzo's own 50% off food deal,which made it very good value for a three course meal each with tea/coffee. One of the group was gluten free, good range of GF pizzas and pastas.

My Pizza was really dry and lacked topping, I really didn't enjoy it. The pasta we ordered was ok. Not bad not great. And the truffle fires were a really tiny portion for almost £6! The service was really good though, the staff were really polite and smiley. This will be the last time I come to a Prezzo. The food really lacks effort.

Service was terrible, 3 women on shift and simply chatting amongst themselves rather than looking out for customers that needed help with their orders. It was my husband's birthday and the food was late, bland tasting and cold! I would not recommend at all!

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. I ordered the spicy Nduja gnocchi which was lovely I think it could be elevated if there was a layer of passat or some kind of a tomato sauce on the bottom. I'll be back soon to try more new things on the menu

The establishment was appalling, a lick of paint would go along way! Very run down. Understaffed staffed, 5 of us sat down tucked in a corner, no one came over for 20 minutes. Walked out! Never again.

Food is consistently good. However, there always seems to be a shortage of staff. Whilst staff are friendly, they seem to be stretched as soon as it's a little busy. If you sign up for marketing, a 3 course kids meal is free with an adult purchase during school holidays.

Waited an hour for our main meal, there was barely any people there. The chicken we had was burnt. It wasn’t the best. my stomach hurts after that meal. my mother also didn’t enjoy the meal. Wouldn’t come again.

Welcoming staff, really nice people. But food is lame. £20 for cold burnt bitter chicken burger.

I love this large restaurant that still retains a cosy atmosphere. Great manu and choices. The food was slightly less than as described on the menu but very good quality. Service is helpful and professional without overkill. They let you enjoy your meal without bothering you. It's located in lovely old building in the High Street. An Oasis from the bustle of the busy shops there. Highly recommended by me!

Terrible!!! Chicken ceasar salad with NO lettuce.... this was after being brought the wrong drink, an hour of waiting... for a salad and a rude, lazy manager!!! w When I went in to ask where my food was, the manager told me there had been a 'kitchen emergency'.... I explained that someone should have come to commumicate that and I asked for the food to takeaway. She kindly said she would take the salad off the bill but then it took another 15 minutes so I went back to the manager only to see her scrolling on her phone while my food was sitting on the side waiting to be collected! I tried to speak to her and she interrupted and cut me off! Then I get home to a salad with no lettuce!!! I used to work in restaurants for years. This is just pure laziness.

Really Good To Eat And is hygienic is a Nice Building And When I was there 5 Years it Was Tidy And Good Service.

Great venue for a restaurant with outside seating, tables need a little attention as never nice to cut food on wobbly tables. Some food items are great with regards to the pasta. The starters are a little boring.. good pizza but not the best in Enfield. I would go again maybe once every 3 months.

Disappointed, smaller portions, slower service, menu doesn't seem the same. Are they cost cutting? Go back to the pre pandemic menu and Prezzo will be full again

Prezzo staff were excellent and very helpful. Having dietary/allergy restrictions, they were extremely accommodating and recommended dishes, checking first with the kitchen that I wasn't compromised.

Went as a family of 6 on the 10th mother's day , staff were friendly & polite but was disappointed in the food , pizza was plan & basic , spagetti with Devon crab & chilli was just spagetti couldn't found the crab , spagetti carbonara with chicken once again looking for the meat and hardly any sauce , spinach risotto cannelloni was just 4 tubes nothing else wasn't filling at all , the only food that was ok was the beef burger because you had chips with it & the kids meal .. I didn't want to say anything bad but was very disappointed on the day & won't be going there again . Should of gone to nandos over the road.

TERRIBLE!! Worst so called “Italian” I’ve ever had. I came here with my mother on Mother’s Day, I thought I picked a lovely place. I contacted the restaurant for a reservation and the lady said we’re fully booked but that was a LIE. I was able to make a reservation online and I wish I never! My pasta was bland, there was no crab, it was as if they boiled the pasta and slapped it on my plate. My mother’s chicken was hard and had a funny smell to it. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! service was rude and said we can’t do nothing.

This restaurant I visit frequently. For the 1st time, I'm absolutely disappointed. Customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was ok, I took 5 other people to enjoy the upcoming festivities, and 2 of my friends enjoyed their meals. The other 4, including me, ordered the same dish, and we were so disappointed it didn't taste anything like what it should, no flavour, the ingredients were substituted, all we could taste was chilli, the portions given were like we were at a portion control event. Don't waste your time or money. The manager on duty said they changed the chef, that's why. I would recommend they go back for the previous chef or get someone else with experience to work with the current chef. It's really sad as I do love supporting my locals.

I just left the Prezzo restaurant now and I have never ever been so disappointed . My girlfriend ordered the focaccia which arrived compleatly cold with a very cold cheese. I ordered the Calzonereferred The calzone arrived with ketchup on the side, the dough was awful . . I now have stomach ache.

The service was excellent and friendly. Our large party was looked after very well!

Have been going to this branch for a very long time with my friend. Very disappointed tonight. As soon as I got there the waitress said we have none of the chicken options on the grill section as we have run out! I opted for sea bass with vegetables and the fish was tiny and dry, the vegetables were covered in oil. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant but despite this the waitress rushed us all the time because she quite obviously wanted to go home (we left at 9.15 pm, so it wasn’t late). Awful experience, will not be returning again.

This was a regular place to meet for lunch but the food has been poor the last 3 visits and todays was just the worst, We tried the new chicken saltimbocca which should have had sage but didn't, small roast potatoes also substituted and was served with some soggy cabbage which you would never get in Italy. Sadly we will after many years I will not be returning. It was Halloween and not a decoration in sight. The place was nearly empty when it was always busy so they should be asking why. On the plus side our waitress was lovely and not her fault Happy to give more detailed feed back to Prezzo if they was it

The staff was friendly. But urgently you need to change the Chef. The food was too bad. Now, I understand why the restaurant is always empty.

This place has gone down hill over the years, I have had better frozen pizza from Iceland One waitress was literally doing everything, she could only do so much and rushed off her feet, although some of our order was wrong I will never come back to this restaurant

There are not many Prezzo restaurants left now This one was good value. The food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and as the weather was good we sat in the garden. Definitely worth a visit.

Came here to eat on Sunday! Slow service tables outside was dirty with left over food and plates. I had to ask for my drinks and cutlery after I had to leave table and ask again. Food was over cooked tastless. Card payment only how ridiculous 🙄 toilet was very dirty and water on floor was really off putting. Not coming back here

Patient and accommodating staff. But, stingy portions/toppings. My son had the burger with pretty much everything taken off but the meat, cheese and bun and they got it right, but forgot the ketchup, which he asked for twice before it came. They didn't have Tabasco, though this is often served with tomato juice. Hmm. Calamari was delicious but you don't get a lot for your money. Pizza was a good size but stingy on toppings. However, service was very good, with the new young waiter being patient and noting all, not forgetting. We did see several people asking for parts of their meal, so this place seems not to do so well when it's busy, but overall, it's good. Sadly, prices are so high that I wouldn't eat there without a Tastecard or other offer. Updated 1Sep23 : starters are now around £8.95 for tiny portions, and mains on average £18.50. Ate here on a Tastecard 2-for-1, but can't afford this without some kind of offer.

The newer pizzas are delicious and I'm glad Prezzo have kept some in their regular menu. Their pizza dough is tasty, moreso with the slightly charred edges and delicious toppings. The strawberry and blood orange lemonades are so good too! Tip: Tastecard if you're a regular

I went to Prezzo with a group of friends, whom I hadn't seen in years. Although we initially ordered food, we felt that we're being harassed to purchase more food etc. However, other customers weren't being dealt with in this manner. This made us feel quite uncomfortable. I will not be going back again.

Prezzo is in a very good location. Staff is always attentive and polite. :) Portions are sufficient. Their food is delicious. The ambiance is nice and comfortable. Worth to try! :)

we always ate in prezzo Cockfosters until it was closed recently and thoroughly enjoyed the food service and surroundings . decided to try the Enfield branch and we were totally underwhelmed with service , food and value for money. tried the king prawn with gnocchi which was bland just like it had a carton of cream poured over 4 prawns and a few gnocchi .Previous king prawns in tomato chilli sauce starter had 7 king prawns and was extremely tasty. Although we have a discount card it was still not value for money. Also do not sit near the bar as sounds like staff just throw empty bottles into a bin not conducive to a relaxing meal

Lovely food and very relaxed atmosphere

The food was cold. Ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and got salad and no chicken. The order took over an hour due to prezzo. I call the restaurant had to redial 6 times before someone answered and the girl answered, her reply was are you bored, I was not impress. I complained she said that she had packed the box and chicken was there. Not the case no chicken lots of salad. Very poor not using them again.

They are difficult with clubcard vouchers and meerkat meals used together.

Service is excellent, but the food is OK as other non chained Italian restaurants seem to put more effort into the end product. The restaurant itself has no personality in the decor and feels cold which does not create a great atmosphere. No parking avaliable which means to park close on the street needs to currently be after 6.30pm.

No chicken or burgers due to late delivery. Coffee machine had been broken for 2 weeks. Food ww ordered was restricted but good. Waitress gave great service!

I have always wanted to try this Italian restaurant and I finally got the opportunity recently. It was a nice experience. My friend and I were served by two waitresses and they were nice. The food was nice. I ordered the oak smoked salmon penne pasta (£16.50) and later for dessert I had the Tiramisu (£6.95) which I thought was a bit bland. I kept trying to steal off my friend’s plate of sticky toffee pudding (£7.50) with a scope of ice cream. Now that was delicious! The best part of the evening was the red wine, it was so very good. I ordered the Sangiovese red wine and had about three glasses (£7.75). It’s a pretty restaurant with a nice, welcoming vibe!
