Staf is not polite enough and rude

Yoghurt tasted like puke - immediately spit it out. Very concerning.

I would like to praise the staff today who dealt very eloquently with a very rude man who had asked for extra chocolate sprinkles twice, then very rudely swore at the barista for having too much chocolate. I hope that customers like him are not regular occurrences.

After travelling many miles to the location, it’s definitely not open 24 hours as stated on google. Please update the store opening hours!

Speedy service and conviennent location to grab a drink on your way to and from work. Using the monthly pass is such a good deal.

Very slow service, problems with a card machines and pret subscription. If you want to grab a quick coffe that’s not a place for you average waiting time about 10 minutes

No large drinks, everything one size. I understand why there was no queue at Pret and a million people are Costa and Greg's... staff were great and very friendly!

I just ordered a regular latte, but got it after a lot of people were behind me in line. It's pretty incredible.

Really enjoyed my quick breakfast at Pret a Manger near St Pancras. The parfait with granola tasted great and coffee was also very good. The only thing I didnt enjoy was how they first take your coffee order and bring out the coffee at a different part of the counter, that’s a bit of a hassle.

My girlfriend tried to buy a chai latte. She paid for the drink but never received it in spite of having paid. She asked for the chai latte and was refused both the drink and the refund by the manageress. Her behaviour was appalling!!! She deserves to be fired

Bought 2 sandwiches for a lot of money. These were not fresh. Jaws bitten to bits.

Not open at the time (5am) listed here or Pret’s website. Not to be relied on for early morning travellers. McDonald’s or the 24h Starbucks in St Pancras your best bet.

Be warned - no longer doing smoothies/frappes or the new iced drink replacements! Pretty poor at this time of year when it’s hot, and explains why they seem quieter than last year when you could get the smoothies and frappes!

I have found this branch closed earlier than stated online, several times.

This is my "local" Pret, and I love it! They kind of know me already, which is great too! Always important to be a regular in your coffee shop just in case!! The guys working here are always proffesional, helpful, and nice.

The crew is so sweet and dynamic. I love ordering there, it’s quick to take and then walk away. The drinks are also well made !

Women at the front was very rude

Me and my friend got two lattes the employees didn’t give good customer service, the lattes tasted burnet and it didn’t even taste like latte. If you want coffee you can find a better place and save your money.<3

Pretty disappointed in their ham, cheese and mustard “toastie”

- very slow service despite me asking to be fast so I could catch my train - manager to busy being on the phone while coffees get cold seating there - had to ask 3 times for my coffees before anyone reacted and brought them - slowly- to us

Like to pick up a flat white and sometimes food before heading home on the train! The lovely man who makes the coffee is always in a wonderful mood! Funny and a pleasure to encounter! Thank you Sir! Great flat white too!

Coffee subscription recommended, otherwise overpriced.

found hair on my salad and the staff refused to give me a refund because i didn’t have the receipt. They were very rude and didn’t even apologise. Worse pret experience

I’m not a fan of Pret A Manger coffee but I must say that I like this branch coz of its location. Even its not much busy as busy other just few metres away so inside station. Anyhow quick service n good staff.

Odd little Pret with the usual good sandwiches. Less busy than the branch 20 meters away in the terminal.

Ordered a small black Americano. 5 later customers got their more complex coffees before me. Had to be asked again what I had ordered. Walked away late for my train with a lid not secured properly, and a *white* Americano.

Forgot my drink order, had to remind them after 10 mins of no order. Staff weren't polite, never said thankyou. At least 6 other customers got their Infront of me.

Dear Sir/Madam, I pray this finds you well. I just wanted thank you for making Liliana and Marta a part of your community. They are outstanding employees with a smile that makes a sunny day worth a thousand days. My wife and I were at the petite king’s cross pret a manger just outside the station on the 13th of June 2021. I accidentally ordered a caffeinated late and I wanted a decaf. Marta made me one without any trouble despite having already prepared the caffeinated late. She also took the time to explain the difference between a few drinks to my wife Engy. Liliana took the time to bring out the drinks portfolios and read the nutrition info to my wife as she wasn’t too sure wether the hot chocolate or chocolate frappe was too heavy for her or not. They charged us for only one drink and they encouraged us to subscribe to your drinks program. They are assets to the company. You should see how they greet and treat everyone! They know everyone’s favourite drinks, those who are regulars there. They smile to everyone, they start conversations with all those who wish to, honestly they aren’t employees…they are friends. The rest of the team is also extremely efficient, quick and always have a smile a smile on their faces. I’m looking forward to visiting that branch again so we can see them and enjoy a coffee with them once more. I hope they can be compensated for their wonderful work, attitude and service. Customer service is really good but the quality of hot food was really bad. I visit pret regularly in london and have tried almost all their food. The tomato and mozzarella pastry seemed stale or say half-baked! It wasn’t crispy and was burnt. I bought 2 and both were the same so I think it was not a one-off! The manager/owner has to take care of the quality of the food served. Cleanliness and COVID regulations have been maintained quite well. Thank you

Never fails and the staff are out of this world

Had a disappointing visit, with staff being rude and insensitive. firstly charged for wrong coffee when i asked i am charged for wrong coffee and make me wait for minutes to give back extra charged as they couldn't open till. After asking if they can process things quickly as i am in rush manager replied me with very rude attitude that i have to have patience. After waiting for long she gave me all money back and WITH ATTITUDE AND RUDELY said take coffee for free. which i didn't take and asked to be charged for coffee and again she said take it for free rudely. i left the coffee and left from the shop every morning i like my coffee from there but today staff was completely different and rude worse experience . will definitely not going any more

Compared to all the Pret A Manger that is surrounded in this area, this one is a top class in service. “I say this because of experience as I’m one of the staff that works here and I can guarantee that every time you walk in, you will be treat it great and if your lucky you might just get something on the house” 😉👍🏽

Small one outside the station. Very quick to be served and very obvious to find when you step outside kings cross station

Pit stop for a sandwich and hot chocolate. Both were nice. Friendly service. Located near to platforms 11-13. Seating available, restroom facilities close by. Friendly, efficient service. I like that Pret a Manger prices are consistent whether at the airport, train station or on the high street.

Good sized Pret with full selection and lots of seating inside St. Pancras station.
