Correct without more, impossible to pay in cash: too bad

I love that this place is tucked away in a quieter corner of St Pancras (1st floor). It’s smaller and has lovely old-school ambiance. St Pancras has free Wi-Fi, so it’s not a bad spot to do some work. Coffee is great (didn’t try any food). Most importantly, though, the staff are incredibly helpful and honest. I left a pretty expensive pair of headphones in the store, which was discovered by Farinaz. I was in contact with store manager Rumyana for several days as I was unable to collect them straight away. They even arranged to move the headphones to the Benugo store downstairs which has longer opening hours, to make it easier to collect them. Simply fantastic and I am so grateful to the team.

It is still the best value cafe in StPancras. Offering both a mix of stylishness and good food options for central London. It is also a lot calmer than any of the places on the ground floor. The only downside is that the fridge for the water doesn’t work and it hasn’t done so for at least the last 6 months if not longer. If it were finally fixed I would give the place 5 stars.

The matcha latte was very very VERY watered down. Could not imagine the new promoted matcha drinks. Not great for the price.

Bar had no other customers and I went up to get a coffee. Staff saw me but ignored me and kept taking to each other. In the end I just walked away.

Nice place to have something to eat upon arrival or departure with the Eurostar. I ordered a New York one and it was really tasty. I would like to come back.

I am always struggling to find anything in Benugo as they have almost no gluten-free options. The service was not great and they got my tea order wrong.

Food looks lovely but haven't actually eaten here. Might want to check the security cameras for late night/early morning, as a family of mice scurry around the floor.

Not to get confused there are two benugo’s at kings x, I use the one on the exit from st pancras.great coffee reasonable price for the area and great staff! In particular the Portuguese lady called Monica. She’s an absolute credit to this company girl needs a pay rise!!

What a great discovery! Me and my husband were having a horrible time after missing our train and the lovely lady at the till (sorry, did not ask her name unfortunately but must have been a manager giving her outfit different from the rests of the staff) made us laugh and flipped over the day! Great recommendation from her too! Banana loaf was delicious and the flat focaccia with pesto simply magnificent! Coffee perfectly made as well. Probably the best coffee shop and customer service in the station! If you travel through St Pancras International you better stop in this gem. It’s right in front of starbucks downstairs. Quick service and yet quality in place! Impressed

Quite gem at London Saint Pancras.

I absolutely love the Flat Whites at Benugo and forgot they had a branch in St Pancras International. The lady that served me was swift and had great customer service. I enjoyed the cosy atmosphere coupled with the good old Christmas classics playing in the background.

Nice chai latte! Unfortunately I faced my first micro aggression by the cashier lady at the store yesterday. Staff was hostile towards me maybe because I requested for a fork, to eat my dinner with on my way to work. I’ll still visit the shop again since I enjoyed my order. As for the service. Terrible!!!

I gave it 3 stars because the carot cake was good, but frankly the sandwiches weren't great, dry bread and few fillings. When it comes to service, we always feel like we’re disturbing 🙄

Although I work locally I hadn't been to Benugo in St Pancras before, but I thought I'd try their toasted flatbreads for lunch, one for me and one for a colleague. It took some time for the staff to acknowledge me at the counter - it wasn't busy. The two staff at the deli were talking about Justin Bieber, and I felt as if I was disturbing their conversation, which paused only briefly while I placed my order, before it continued. I waited and then asked if I could have the two breads in separate bags. No response, so I asked again and another member of staff said, "she heard ya!". I then asked for some napkins which were slapped on the counter without comment or eye contact. Wow. I walked away feeling astonished. The flatbreads were really delicious, tasty and full of flavour, but I won't be going there again. Such a shame for a good product to be let down by such poor service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an incredible experience at this cafe, all thanks to the amazing service provided by Nayana Parvin. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my visit truly enjoyable. I want to express my gratitude to Nayana for going above and beyond to make my time at the cafe special. Highly recommended!

It’s at a busy train station, so it’s busy… no surprise there. The pizza is lack luster and not better than you standard middle school cafeteria pizza. I’d prefer that over this any day. My husband had the salami version and I decided on cheese only and a sausage roll. He got the pint and a slice for $10. It was worth it. Cheep and below par. Sad we didn’t see the reviews first.

Rude staff, she acted like it was an effort to take the order and we were an inconvenience being there. Food was just OK, other choices nearby and I'd definitely go elsewhere.

Has gone cashless so I will not be using it again. Great shame.

This was the first time I found someone very rude serving me. A benugno’s employee wearing completely black trousers and shirt, came from the outside with a tray full of dirty cups. Just after without washing his hands, he started helping out his colleagues who were making and serving the coffees. First red flag. When asked him about my coffee I felt he was going to hit me, he was so rude without manners. Such a unpleasant place to get your very hot coffee, delivered to you burning your hands!

Donuts are good but cinnamon buns charged at £4 each is worse. Like half cooked dough-ey. Night and day difference to what you'd get for £3.50 at Buns from home. Staff are usually clueless and not very welcoming.

Best coffee in St Pancras station! And honestly, excellent coffee for anywhere. Much better than the coffee I had in the Eurostar waiting room on my previous trip (which was hot but otherwise almost undrinkable). On a Sunday morning, we were the only customers - probably because it’s tucked away on the ‘grand terrace’ level. It has a bit of its own atmosphere, being done out like an old fashioned station waiting room. Will be visiting again!

Staff were so lovely and catered to my special requests. Perfect place for waiting for your train as they've got multiple power sockets and is within range of the free St Pancras wi-fi

Great tea/coffee and lovely spot inside Kings Cross Pancreas. When my Canadian card wouldn't accept the lovely server still gave me my tea for free which was super kind and will be remembered.

Vegan options in the bakery and cold items. I had the salad with hummus and falafels. It was good. There were vegan wraps as well. Dairy alternatives for the coffee.

I have to say that their ploughmans baguette heated up and the millionaire shortbread was literally amazing earlier. Starbucks was packed and this had no queue. God knows why !!! Service good, really enjoyed it

Asked for capuchino decaf was given instant with hot water and milk from a bottle.. never again

Stupid system to sell coffee and tea. Actually no system. The coffee might be good but if one is not pushy one will not receive its order.

Very limited range early evening. Unfriendly staff and a rotten banana! Located in the station, quite open and freezing if you sit in. They have charging sockets which are handy.

Drink and staff were fine but why plastic lids on non-re-usable cups? Your website talks of being carbon-neutral but then these single use cups. Very poor and we won’t be back.

Hinayah (hope I spelt it right!) was a gem - she served me super quickly so that I could get my train. However I was sad to see several veggie options but no vegan sandwiches. Ciabatta bread was very nice but quite overpriced. Next time I'll go elsewhere!

What a wonderful and quiet place. Also offers high quality coffee ever. My day was made by a lovely young lady named Basma who provided me with excellent service. Definitely coming back, and I absolutely recommend it.

A wonderful espresso bar harking back to golden age of rail travel but let down by casual staff (no uniform, on cell phone) and terrible espresso: no crema, tepid, acidic. Please recognise the gem you have here and up your coffee game!

Awful - it took over 10 mins (they forgot it) to make an oat milk hot chocolate and they eventually made it with dairy milk. I’m severely lactose intolerant so it made me very unwell on my train journey and I’ll never forget it. Stick to Starbucks or costa for safety if you have allergies.

The barista made my coffee with cow milk instead of oat and I'm a vegan. When I told him, instead of pouring a new shot of coffee, he just used the old one, just pushing th button of the machine (I own coffee shops) then boiled the milk, no foam, just extra boiling milk. When I brought the coffee back, they didnt even offer a refund. Horrible experience, terrible customer service

The coffee here tastes terrible. Had to bin the whole drink after a sip or two. LIVID.

Don’t waste your time going here. Rude barista who blamed us because he lost the order. Missed our train due to his error and then was verbally rude towards my wife as he lied and said it wasn’t possible even though 3 others behind her got their drinks. Luckily the cashier was a kind girl who confirmed our order.

Pas mal d’attente, prix un peu élevé mais le wrap poulet / cesar était bon ainsi que la boisson, un martini aux fruits de la passion.

Awful coffee and lousy service.

The sandwiches are 90% bread and a slice of cheese or ham inside, everything is overpriced and underwhelming, flies all over the stale cakes which im sure are expired. Not a fan or air conditioning in sight during the heatwaves which is insane, not surprised the staff look miserable and stressed.

Cafe serving drinks with arrogant, rude and incompetent staff. a zero star review isn't an option.

Mckenzie was the staff member, he was so lovely, friendly and kind, I was having a bad day and he made me smile. His service is amazing. You are very lucky to have an employee like himself. I will be back again! Thank you for the lovely experience Mckenzie! God bless you!

This site for years was Sourced, who had great proper specialty coffee. I didn't realise it had change to Benugo until I took the first sip of my coffee. Dark roast, low quality beans.....so taste is bad and the drinks are overpriced consequently.......for a good coffee at St Pancras try Hermanos across the road, if you have time there is Notes and Kiss The Hippo close by......or EL&N if you have to buy inside the station......Benugos staff were great and its still a nice store- but make no mistake the coffee beans that they use are poor

Good staff and fast service although use the service with very few people in the station. A bit more expensive for a sandwich.

Only went in for a croissant, dry as a bone and burned. Certainly not fresh. Very disappointing first thing in the morning.

Got the salmon and cream cheese bagel, it was over rock hard bread with a tiny bit of salmon that was soggy from the awful cream cheese. Genuinely only ate half and because i needed to eat something. It was over priced too. My tea came with the bag still in it and no bin to put the tea bag... Staff were rushing and seemed like they were under staffed. Pic shows my bagel... So poor!

Friendly staff and best tasting coffee in St Pancras station. It's a tasty chocolatey kinda coffee, not an intense/bitter one.

Avoid if you're in a hurry as service can be slow and stressful with long queues. Got charged extra for something I didn't ask for so had it corrected and wait for the correct order. Coffee tasted burnt too!

Flat white was so weak. Returned it for a proper one and barista argued it was ok. So weak. She finally added an extra shot. Pastries shrivelled up and sad. Last time I use this coffee chain.

Staff seemed abraisive and full of themselves, and they didn't even remember to put my food in. Actual prices and products are good though.

Went to the upstairs Benugo, Altina served me and she was so so helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this cafe.

Woeful and rather stressful service. Part of our breakfast order, comprising a breakfast roll, a muffin and a coffee, was missing when the rest was served. Despite flagging the missing roll early on it wasn't prepared and provided until 20 minutes after we had placed the order, and about 15 minutes after the first part of the order was provided. This had a knock-on consequence to our making our early morning eurostar connection in good time. The operation felt haphazard and there was a lack of visible management, early queries about where the missing roll was were brushed off, and although occasionally busy during the 20 minute wait, certainly not so busy that the issue couldn't have been rectified when first identified.

Not particularly busy Saturday before lunchtime rush (11.30). No-one interested in taking an order despite there being no queue. Guy took my order (toasted Reuben) didn't give me a number of a receipt and told me to wait at the end of the counter. 4 or 5 people got their toasted sandwhiches ahead of me, despite ordering after me. After 10 mins I asked about my sandwich and they'd just left it next to the toaster. It was barely even warm still, but was quite tasty. Expensive. This (small) sandwich and a bag of crisps was nearly 7 quid. Staff get 0 stars, 2 stars for taste of sandwhich.

Went for a coffee and pastry this morning. It was very busy during morning rush hour. Coffee was ok, pastry was average. And the staff serving coffee at the counter was not particularly enthusiastic..

Deal of the day, £4 Muffin & Tea. Great value, 3 cups in the pot, & muffin fresh.

Ordered a hot sandwich and a coffee. The sandwich was ready very prompt, however we had to wait between 5-10mins for our coffee (when it was not very busy). The system for waiting at the end of the counter for your drink is very strange! And I imagine it gets very crowded at peak times.

Really rather lacklustre coffee with service to match. The venue is quite cold and drafty, and exceptionally loud - I know we're in a train station, but I'm sure they had their own music on trying to compete with the hoards passing through. Chairs were all metal as far as I could see, which is very uncomfortable on the bum - especially when cold! Really very unimpressed, particularly when one compares this Benugo with other venues under the same franchise.

Waited for ages, was given the wrong sandwich without an apology. The sandwiches are about 80% bread, 20% filling. They use a ridiculous paper ordering system that slows everything down when almost everyone is rushing for a train.

One of my favorite places to stop for a sandwich when using the eurostar, a cozy spot. Often only a few seats are free. The sandwiches havent disappointed me yet and I've been going to this particular benugo everytime I travel through St Pancras for the last 5 years. My personal favorite sandwich would be the New Yorker. All in all great little spot to grab a snack.

Never given such a low score. So so coffee and the most disgusting cake I have ever tasted Avoid.
