Every time I visit Pret, I’m impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. The sandwiches are always made with fresh ingredients, the soups are flavorful, and there’s a great variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The coffee is fantastic, especially the oat milk flat white! It’s great to have a place where you can count on healthy and delicious options every time.

Started of well this week the manager can make coffee then the other tall one yesterday got 2 attempt’s tasted crap half a cup so unless you want a warm sandwich 🥪 don’t bother

We stopped here by chance, to rest and eat something. I wouldn't call the place a restaurant. I ate a sandwich, I drink a coffee. It is clean and quiet.

I don’t understand why customers are expected to pay full price for half the size. Tho bc an are expensive already. Do we need to buy two to fill us up? This is daylight robbery. Staff are nice and so is the location but value for money is very poor.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager at Pret A Manger. The manager displayed an unprofessional attitude and was dismissive when I raised concerns about my order. Their behavior was rude, and they seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience that reflects poorly on the customer service standards of the establishment.

Good food and standard service at this location. One thing I liked about it is the large amount of seating available.

I ordered a white filter, and it was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While they started cleaning with a mop an hour before closing, it showed their commitment to maintaining a clean environment. Overall, a great experience with just a minor timing issue.

Very friendly staff and the best part of this Pret, toilet room is a disaster it's mixed with just two toilets for a very big place and they allow use to non-costumers so you have every builder in the area leaving it like a war zone. Music is SO LOUD sometimes it's stressful and you can't have a nice relaxing conversation, "PARDON?, SORRY?, WHAT'S THAT??" again and again it's not a dance club, you're there to have a cup of tea.

By far the best Pret that I have been too. My baguette was just perfect as was my coffee and cookie. Shelves were well stocked with lots of choice to choose from. Building is great too.

I was visiting London to see some friends and they suggested I try Pret a Manger! I came across this location and figured I’d might as well try, and I absolutely loved it! I got a ham and cheese sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were super friendly and provided top-tier service. I’ll for sure come back whenever I visit London! If you ever are looking for a place to grab a quick bite, go to this Pret a Manger for sure!

Scammers. They charged me more than usual more than once. Additional £1.50 for a take-away sandwich, unbelievable. When challenged, the guys just stuttered something. What a disgrace, won’t be coming here again. Be careful, always check what they’re charging you, people.

Nice fancy Pret here, staff are friendly. Food variety needs improvement needs some chicken baguettes and it’s the same old each day. Please update the store food.

Lots of seating. Staff very efficient. Although it gets busy it is a lot less busy than most Prets.

Australian review. Remember we know how to do coffee. Great stop for lunch if you are a tourist. Great sandwiches which are fresh. Fresh fruit available. Interesting coffee.

the food was so fresh and good, the workers were really sweet and because i ended up coming 10 mins before closure they gave us some free pastries to stop them from going to waste :) plus the workers were super nice and one worker complemented my hair and was very enthusiastic despite closing in 10 mins (most would be very tired) , overall one of the best pret a manger’s in central london that i’ve visited and i’ll definitely come back

After 9 months of going there every day, they still cannot get a black tea. It always comes with milk. Whats that about? A black tea please, no milk, that is my order.

great place for family vacation

Great spot for tourists roamong the place; sandwiched between the buckingham palace, Bulgravia and Hyde park. Spacious place with welcoming baristas. Offers a wider selection of foods than other branches, I think because the space allows it. My daughter said the coffee is too mild! I agree. But this may be a single incident.

I love Pret, but specifically HATE this one. They NEVER have ice, although they have iced beverages announced everywhere. Service is ATROCIOUS.

Average coffee which isn't bad, just average coffee. Service was quick enough and I managed to find a seat at lunch time after a long walk. Friendly service during a busy lunch hour, clean cafe although finding the toilet was a bit of a chore.

I have never had such bad service in all my life! Young girl making drinks wrong then being so rude to customers. One guy had his drink made 4 times and walked out in the end as he had enough. This girl was rude to all the customers who had been waiting 10 minutes + for their drinks. Unbelievable! New staff needed in this shop!!

Worst Pret know. the que of people waiting is out the door. only one barista preparing drinks. This branch is under staffed and very poorly managed. My normal experience of Pret is fast service with a smile. This branch is depressing and slow service.

Disabled toilet out of service for over 4 weeks now, 1 of only 2 regular toilets out of service for similar amount of time. Link licensing to bathroom availability, then they might actually bother to get them fixed!

Nice coffee, friendly staff but never open the shop in time.

Fake subscription, scanned my barcode and they saying discount doesn’t apply went to next one and they saying it’s been used in last 30 minutes. If the discount don’t apply how come next pret says it’s been used. Have seen same issues on several visits with other customers

Cleaned tidy and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Super quick response. They have always everything drinks, food, shakes, smoothies...best Pret a Manger in the area and I would say in London.

Nice bright clean Pret. The staff are very friendly - special mention to Victor and Jamie who opened up a special area for my crew - even though they had just cleaned it ready to close. Unusual to find such conscientious staff. Very Happy.

Spacious Pret with plenty of seating, seemed pretty quiet on a Friday. Enjoyed my toastie and coconut latte, staff was polite. It’s a very new Pret, and some of the staff seemed to be still in training and were confused or unsure at times.
