I went to pret a manger victoria station london this afternoon with my dad and my mum and sister mollie came too This is my first time checking this one out Because I haven't been to this one before I been to the one in sevenoaks But not the one in London I guess pret a manger is popular because seems to be more than one there's so many of them There today I had a cup of tea and I really enjoyed it It was one of the best cups of tea I have ever had My cup of tea was just the way I like to have them You do very lovely cups of tea there The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly polite I had a lovely first experience at pret a manger london today This pret a manger london gets it's first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your first google review by me I hope you like it I sure your staff would love to read it Maybe next time I tried this place again I give you a second review 5 stars all around Service there is very good and very amazing Have a lovely day

I should have definitely taken a picture, I was thinking of ordering the dessert . Literally saw bugs crawling over them . I informed the person behind the till. They were so non chalant about it telling me oh yeah we will throw those out, like whattttttt ???????????? How can you be so unhygienic ? They ended up staying there even after I left I ended up just getting water and cold drink.

Yet again the pret hot chocolate is basically hot milk and all the powder is just a solid mass in the bottom of the cup!! Would not recommend!

Has to be the worst Oat Latte I've ever had. Pret really cheaps out on their oat milk supplier. So bitter.

Decent juices to get while you wait for a train

I ordered an earl grey tea but I got English breakfast tea. When I mentioned to the barista that I wanted the earl grey, he said 'but you never said that', no offering the correct order or apologising, nothing. I never drink normal black tea (don't like the taste) so I definitely ordered Earl grey. After 24 hours travelling, it was a bit disappointing. I work in customer service and I also worked in cafes, being kind and compassionate doesn't cost anything and a small gesture goes a long way. Try it.

Lady behind the counter did the nicest thing for me tonight after the worse day i had , i come here allot always one my favourite prets. But today especially a service i really needed to turn my bad day around. That there are nice people after all Again thank you

0 star if i could. Very RUDE staff. Not good in speaking english. Coffee doesnt taste good. Just bad service overall. THEY NEED TO SPEAK BETTER ENGLISH. THEY DONT HAVE A GOOD SYSTEM INSIDE.

Food ready to eat at your seat or to take away

Extremely rude lady at the counter. No hello, no smile, and seemed inconvenience that I would come to the store to buy food and keep her employed. Walked away before the transaction was completed. Food quality didn't even make up for the poor service.

Service is appalling. Staff is not interested at all. I had my coffee in store, with 3 staff member working at a quiet time, the tables were still full of wrappers/rubbish after like 20 mins. Also their bottle refill was shut off. All other stores I’ve been around Victoria had their tap working.

It used to be the place for locals to grab a bite, and the baguettes are great, but for £6+ Pret is becoming a joke. There's plenty of cheaper options nearby (Sainsburys, etc). Not as good, but at least they're worth the money you pay. I've enjoyed my last Pret, that's for sure.

Had experience of a very poor service on 4th Dec 2023. The server picked an already lying coffee, added syrup on top, didn't stir and handed to me as Gingerbread Latte. I refused to take it.

The sandwiches were very good as well as the bag of popcorn. There is a choice for vegetarians. Very friendly staff

The no meat items seem to be super popular here! Couldn’t find the savoury croissant I wanted so a lady said she would check around at the back for me. When she hadn’t come out for a while someone else went to check and said sorry they were fresh out - but since I’d been waiting a while she offered me a croissant instead and didn’t charge me for it. Such lovely service in London and totally unexpected. Left with a smile on my face. Thank you!!!

I found this store on Google maps. This store is inside the victoria shopping centre. Staff customer service skills were fantastic

Most of times tables are dirty, they forget to clean them??? Poor attention. Low empathy . Poor communication levels.

why on earth does it close before 5pm? the hours are ridiculously limited

Kid made the drink horribly put no effort just saw him put powder milk and mix it up and mess around. I ordered a peach drink and it tasted like water there was no flavor and it was just orange it was like water with food coloring

Google says it is open and it’s closed. Bad choice coming here if you are about to depart or catch a bus.

I know I should not be looking for service at Pret, but the old woman in the middle of the cashier is just rude. She missed my order of coffee, and when I asked the barista about my coffee the old woman gave me a gesture to keep quiet. How rude. There are people queueing and the staff just chat behind the counter… Overall it left a nasty taste in my mouth.

This is such a bad Pret - they constantly get the drinks wrong. They just gave me an iced latte that had been sitting out for ages - it wasn’t strong as I’d ordered and all ice cubes had melted

Great coffees and great hospitality from the staff. Ordered 2 caramel lattes for me and a colleague on our lunch break, 10/10 coffees nothing wrong with them at all and the staff were so friendly. Service with a smile and barely any wait for the coffee, I got my coffees within 3 minutes of ordering! Definitely recommend this over the other coffee shops in the station and the shopping centre attached.

Worst cappuccino ever. Threw that in the bin. Bitter as chimney ash, from cheap coffee beans, burning hot water as hell. Ask someone to adjust your coffee machines or change baristas

My only complaint is that they were not open at 05:30am when they were supposed to be. Caused me to miss my bus.

Great little chain coffee shop; what makes it special is the awesome staff. Wonderful service, genuinely so kind - and willing to go above and beyond to make your day extra sweet.

Food was fine. Restaurant filthy,- tables,( don't look at the table legs!), floor, seats- yuk. Toilet out of order.

Coffee is good, service is much to be desired from certain team members could be better. Sometimes they can be rude. Tends to be the girls on the counter not the males. Especially the older barrista. The male members of the team deliver good service and good coffee.

Stopping by this pret a manger before going to Victoria Station and ordered amazing latte coffee s with my partner. The barista was so lovely and kind, asked about our day and trip, spoke a little while waiting and gave us 2 little milk chocolate as presents He was very sweet and nice We can not remember the name but he had a Spanish cadence. Thank youu!!!! 💚

The British make good sandwiches but have no idea of speedy service, if you want to catch ur train do not order a coffee, took them about 5 minutes! Bring in a New Yorker to manage the place, fastest coffee service in the world and friendly

I'm scoring this highly because it gives the coffee aficionado a unique and prophetic experience. In the future, when we are required to queue endlessly and hopelessly for coffee due to post-apocalyptic supply being outweighed by demand, we will acknowledge that the Waterloo concourse branch of Pret were the first to illustrate this scenario- many years before the apocalypse itself. I hadn't before realised the extent to which radiation sickness will rob baristas of their short-term memory in the future. This is accurately portrayed by the fact that having submitted your order for a cappuccino,  you will be shouted at seconds later to determine whether it was in fact a flat white. Having placed the order,  you will next be directed to one of two concentration areas where you will wait with other desperate caffeine-deprived survivors until your drink and theirs is screamed at you, sometimes in a barely-decipherable post-apocalyptic dialect. Those in the concentration area on the right enjoy a commanding view of Waterloo Concourse, packed with refugees scurrying to escape the epicentre of the apocalypse just across the river in Westminster. Those to the left will be instructed to queue in no particular order by the fridges, much to the indignation of other survivors frantically attempting to access their contents in preparation their own long march to safety along the freshly-irradiated South Western Rail network. When the coffee commandant finally shrieks your order, it will probably be wrong. This instilled in me a moment of melancholy acknowledgement to the scant availability of coffee crops in the future, their native environment ravaged by our super-heated CO2-saturated atmosphere for the rest of time. We will have to make do with what is available- even if it is oatmeal milk. Overall a 4/5 for me. If Mad Max had joined me in the queue it would have been a solid five.

Can somebody sacked everyone there, poor English can't understand them, and give wrong coffee... ridiculous, you are in the UK no English ridiculous...

I didn't have much time, so I was grateful that I received my latte within 2 minutes of ordering, but it was the first time in a while that the coffee wasn't that good. I'm not very picky about taste, but I couldn't finish it all. I bought it here for the first time, but I don't know if this flavor is standard.

Poor service this time round this place used to be good but I went in to order a oat vanilla latte and one brownie the lady took my order then was notified by a colleague that they have ran out of chocolate (hot) so she made a note of that and started writing other stuff down forgetting about me I was standing for 4 minutes nothing even when I went to walk of she didn’t even call me back . Shambles

Staff member, think she was a manager, really helped me out with a problem today, in the middle of the chaos of the morning rush too. Clearly some customers are determined to ruin the staff’s day, but they’ve made mine, always do, thank you

Dirtiest Pret I've ever seen. Disgusting.

Breakfast baps are not bad at all, just way too small for the price. Even the veggie one is nice, mushrooms work very well in it. However, I was not happy with poridge, totally tasteless.

Very dirty. We asked to the young lady, i supposed the manager, (Italian like me)to clean the only one table they have and she said that is coming a person that after 15 minutes cames with a piece of paper without antibacterial spray, and they where on 4 without customer. No words!!!

What a depressing experience this place is. Order an Americano. Asked drink in or takeaway? Drink in. £3 worse off. Paper cup - why? Insipid coffee and no crema. Dirty benches to sit at, crumbs and previous customers' mess. Clear my own space. Queues which are inherently unfair as move at different speeds and competing to see a server. Pret - uniqueues please! People standing around waiting for their coffees to be shouted out loud. No sign of anyone tidying up or cleaning. Ugh, just dire.

This is the best place to use as a reference point to meet people. Just next to the Big old Clock in the station and in front of the main trains arriving and departure trains billboards. It’s easy to find and easy to run to your train, and with your coffee for the journey

Surprisingly some staff in here don't understand the meaning of hot drinks as they literally served me almost cold chai latte....when I asked for a hot one she got back to me saying "it's extra hot now"....that was simply THE STUPIDEST thing in a very pathetic attitude. Please hire some educated and well mannered staff members.

I just wanted to say thank you for the most amazing service I receive every morning from your Waterloo branch, inside the station. The team is extremely hardworking and totally deserves the praise! My favourite lady is Mirabella. She is a true gem, I enjoy her kindness, professionalism and her smile.

Waited over 10 minutes for a tea. Drinks waiting and they didn't know who they were for. Had to leave to catch my train. Might be acceptable if there was a long queue but there was just 5 staff achieving nothing for the customers

I am traveling through Waterloo station every week and avoiding to buy any things from this shop! Coffees are always cold!!!!!!

Rudest staff going. Some clueless butch looking thing serving, well I say serving, mainly just standing there… no ‘next customer please’ or ‘hello who’s next’ - you had to guess and almost push in front of others. Customers didn’t know who was serving as everyone just standing behind the tills chatting. Most disorganised pret I’ve ever been too! Not only horrendous customer service but their so called ‘hot’ section wasn’t that. The meatball wrap was just about warm at best and looked as if it had been there from the day before. Won’t ever come back and would recommend others to go elsewhere.

I don’t know the reason why they can’t heat the bread like baguette in their store especially when its eat in.

Good place to get a quick coffee at Waterloo Station. Very busy but as expected. However, the young blonde lad taking orders has incredibly poor customer service skills. Didn’t look me in the eye once and when he forgot to charge me for the coffees I ordered with my food made me feel like the biggest burden in the world. Didn’t even utter a word to me. Credit to the people making the coffee though, they still do a great job considering how busy it was. Date visited: 02/10/22 Time: 12:00

Atrocious service, and not for the first time.

Appaling service! Website and the store’s own SIGN say they open at 7, at 7:30 a man comes out and says sorry, we MIGHT open at 8! As my colleagues are late! Although he was INSIDE and it was only MYSELF.. I’m pretty sure he could have opened the store and made me a cup of coffee!

Extremely poor service. Staff very slow and unmotivated. Every morning it takes from 10-16 minutes to have my coffee delivered from the moment it’s paid. This is a coffee shop in a massive train station where timekeeping is essential. The premise MUST have enough staff to deliver good service and most important FULLY TRAINED.

A usefully located Pret, that opens until 11:00 p.m. However, note that they don't have the full cold drink selection at this branch, in common with most station outlets.

Decent place but really needs a self service machine for people to order their drinks at.. the amount of time my order was misheard and not corrected doesn't make me want to come back here

You can get very tasty sandwiches here. When we came here it was very busy but we were still able to find a spot.

Their service is so slow, stuffs are not really friendly. They chat with each other a lot and even after finishing up my drink they just don't give it to me, I told them to give my drink which is sit in the table a few times on different days. Time is valuable, just give my drink after making!? Worst pret I've ever been to.

Usual good Pret good. Service is very nonchalant resulting in chaos. I was surprised to see such a disorganised Pret, usually they are well run.

I like their professional treatment today, Friday, the eighth of July, at eight thirty in the evening.. I had a subscription and it did not work, and they insisted that taking the coffee is free.. Thank you to this young man and his supervisor who owns the white T-shirt

10.30pm and not one single sandwich. Hot or cold. a dismal show of some fruit pots. Poor show Pret. Trains and customers for another 2 hours. How disappointing.

The coffee and the sweet were good, but I gave it 3 stars & NOT COMING BACK AGAIN because of the waitress :) They way she treated us was like we were asking HER for money. Not friendly. Not welcoming AND she forgot the order.

Usually the Pret is great but the service today was absolutely terrible. The hot drinks service was incredibly disorganised. It was very quiet when i arrived but the queue was slow. By the time i left after waiting 9 minutes (& missed 2 trains) it was absolutely rammed. When I politely asked where my drink was, instead of an apology I git attotude from the barista.

Extremely helpful and polite, the staff here were patient and calm with my asks and a situation they were dealing with at the same time; amazing.

Horrible experience and very rude staff

Worst Pret I’ve been to in terms of service. Joined a short queue that didn’t move for a while then remembered that last time I’d been here the service was bad. Bought a bottle of drink and two pastries. The drink and first pastry were put in a bag for us. My gf reminded her of the second pastry, “yeah I know … what was it?” and she then crushed the pastry with tongs, then went to hand us the pastry and bag separately (?!) and when my gf indicated it should go in the bag it was unceremoniously stuffed in. Overall it seems customers are an inconvenience to them. Food was nice though but in future we’ll go elsewhere.

Good location to drink coffee and people watching. Everyone's in the rush somewhere.....chill people and enjoy your lives.
