I’ve been going to this Pret regularly for some time now and I can say honestly that the staff make every effort to be friendly and get to know the customers. I’m always greeted with a smile and appreciate the friendly service that goes above and beyond what you’d expect in London!

I absolutely love pret and used to go there often to study but I can't anymore because the music is way too repetitive and annoying. Please do something about this, team, because I love the shop but just can't stand hearing the same songs every single day

Extremely rude barista, his answer when I asked where my coffee was: "I know what you ordered, just wait". I don't think one can be more rude, even if one tries... it's kind of hard. Very very poor customer service qualities this guy has and it is very obvious he does not manage pressure well...

It's extremely rude to stare at a customer while they are trying to make a decision—fixing your gaze on them furtively, through the corner of your eyes, as if you're worried they're about to steal something. You do this while pretending to count the till at closing, not even attempting to multitask. I even made the purchase simply to use your toilet. Unbelievable! No, it's Pret, after all—totally believable, right? :) So normally rude. It's Pret rude—meaning that particular standard of rudeness set by Pret, which one is by now all too familiar with.

Pret A Manger in Stockwell is my local go to for my daily caffeine fix. And I have to say, I have chosen to keep my subscription, despite the hefty price increase because of how lovely and friendly the staff are. No matter how miserable the London weather is, no matter how stressful my work day is, when I walk into Pret, and I see the lovely smiling faces of Raquel, Caroline and Eric, the sun ☀️ is out in my eyes. Their contagious laughter keeps me coming back for more, if only just to see them for a moment of blissful joy. They are some of the most amazing baristas I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. They are Extremely courteous and very efficient, and Definitely…. Definitely, a credit to the Pret brand. So if you are ever in Stockwell, and need a shot of Caffeine, take a trip into Pret… mark my words, you will not be disappointed…. I’ll take this moment to say Thank you so much to ALL the lovely staff for making my every trip to Pret such a wonderful experience…. You’re all the best… with Love from Ryan ( Oat or Ice Chai) 🫡 ☺️

Went there for a sandwich and was served by Kevin the barista he was very helpful and friendly...the shop is rather busy at times but staff handling the place well.

Really standoffish staff, not friendly at all, do not expect to even get a ‘Hi’ back when you greet them. Worst Iced Matcha Latte I’ve ever had, it was swamp green and had chunks in the bottom, not surprised seeing as though I saw the staff member pouring the patching powder from ominous little sachets, gave one quick stir and poured over the ice. Sandwiches are fine.

Filter coffee was tasteless and avocado in sandwich definitely saw better days

Amazing place. From the inside it looks great. Beautiful views of the Stockwell square. Also the staff is friendly and the coffee of quality. Little queues. The worst would be the closing times as 16 o clock is way too early

All the staff here are extremely friendly and great food. However I pay £30 a month subscription and 5 times out of 10 the coffee has no taste or aroma. I will be cancelling my subscription because the 5 bad coffee go in the bin

The food is good quality but the staff are rude and don’t care about the service. Really below par for a Pret and you always have to wait ages to get serviced/for your coffee!

The staff couldn't really be bored and unfriendly if they tried here. It was a real disappointment as the staff were more interested in talking to each other than actually making my drink. This resulted in me getting a drink I specifically didn't ask for and no time for them to correct it as I was heading to work. The location is amazing and it is so nice to see this old bank re-purposed after so long being empty. It's a nice building and the typical Pret style food and quality of food exists.

They always run out of everything, don't care about customers need. Being went regularly gets bad quality drinks . This was the drink bought today hot chocolate seems more quantity of water. This branch surely make totally dissatisfied.

Enjoyed cappuccino and almond baguette. Opposite large Clock and Memorial Stockwell.

Bad rate for them!went 3 times price average sandwich 4,5!I ask 4 different times to pay cash and I wasn’t allowed!! The girl was also rude!and they couldn’t explain what the reason to not accept cash!!!!!!!!!waited and queued 10 minutes for a coffe!!!!! Not receipts being given too!!!! Never again to a prey a manger!!! For them cash is nothing 🤮

Ordered online. Waited almost 2 hours, when it arrived 1 item was missing and every other item bar 2 was wrong, disastrous. Awaiting a refund from Ubereats and won't buy from this Stockwell outlet again.

This Pret on 356-358 S Lambeth Rd, London SW8 1UG discriminates against cash paying customers, and excepts card only. It believes that having a sign on the wall stating card only, it has a right to discriminate at will. Cash is legal tender.

First week and you already starting with your Pret tricks. Went 3 times and you never had frappes available.

Finally a pret in Stockwell. This location is quite small but it is conveniently located right opposite the station. There is both indoor and outdoor seating.

Great to have a pret nearby, friendly staff too
