We really liked it, the soups are very tasty.

The best coffee ever, love it that u do organic milk n coffee and delicious cinnamon bun. Thank you to guy who served me last week Mon, when I popped in after my cycle, sorry forgot his name. Lovely to have a chat, even though it was a busy store.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Pret a Manger. The coffee and sandwiches were very good and the seating was comfortable with a nice view of Brindley Place. We will be back for more.

My food was substituted without me knowing. Not pleased. Order was late by 25 mins

Poor service. Didn't even get a hello , i almost walked out. Expensive coffee . Rave reviews didn't live up to the hype. I think i will stick with costa . £3.40 . Won't be doing that again .

A great Pret in a nice part of Birmingham, sadly like most of the chain there seems to be an inability to maintain consistent opening times often rendering attempted visits useless.

Beautiful Pret, clean and quick service. Many empty seats inside and out. We got iced coconute lates, my favorite Pret drink ☺️

Lovely Pret. Only 3 stars not 4/5 as you close far too early and not at all weekends? So many people around on a Saturday/Sunday,sightseeing and walking around, be great spot for a coffee/bite to eat break… Can you consider opening later 5/6pm at least and definitely weekends please? ( more outdoor seating in summer/weekends? )

Usual pret fare. Generally good and fresh. Coffee acceptable. Seating was available. Loo available. Clean.

Only open Monday to Friday each week. Pret is never open at weekends. Cheaper and quieter than other chains. Pret WiFi in here.

Quick bite for lunch. Standard sandwiches and snacks you would aspects.

Good experience. The delivery boy was also very understanding

The food was delivered cold, the estimated delivery versus what time it was delivered was around 1.10 mins later. All together taking almost 2 hours, not great considering it was supposed to be lunch and arrived at 3pm.

I will confess I have never been inside a Pret A Manger shop before. Not just because there aren't many shops around but I actively used to avoid their food when I was younger even when the food was purchased by someone else in my household and offered. I thought it was too 'posh'. Now as I'm older and living a more or less much healthier lifestyle, my perspective have changed. And my diet preferences too. Yes they are expensive I guess thats the only con but now I absolutely love their food! Their range is incredible. Breakfast and lunch especially the bakery treats and baguettes. Everytime I look at the menu I'm salivating. Today for the first time I had their lunch menu. Best lunch I've eaten that I didn't cook (in a very long time.) Omg the mac and cheese tapenade 🧀, the Christmas tiffin🍫 🤶 , and even the chocolate shake! Yum 😋

I haven’t received the food and it is showing as delivered. Contacted the restaurant who were no help

One of my Fav Prets in the whole country ( I live in London at the moment but in Birmingham often ) Always great service, food,coffee and a lovely looking café… Just one let down, why does it close so early with large footfall around the area I don’t know why it isn’t open till 9pm personally? Can this be fixed, as I’ve found many people looking for a nice coffee, quick healthy bite to eat around here in the evenings…

Well, delivery didn't really happen sadly because the coffee leaked out of the cup into the bag, causing the bottom of the bag to disintegrate and the contents in it to fall out of it and spill on the ground before the courier could get it to me. Again this is down to the issue of Pret not padding the bag out properly to avoid spills, which I've raised before - guys, you really do need to pad out the bag around any coffee cups to avoid spillage. The 'spill free cup' stuff really isn't true, as today's non-delivery proved. It wasn't the courier's fault, it was yours. Please sort this out for the future. Thanks

Consistently lovely food and delivery was great. One point of feedback for Pret about the packaging - for any bags with drinks in them, you need to pad out the inside of the bags with spare smaller bags etc much more and give the cups less space to spill in transit. A couple of times now drinks have reached me with some spills to the bottom of the bag (I think the ‘spill proof cup’ stuff from Pret is honestly just meaningless marketing, it’s not true). I really think just padding around the cups in the bag much better before you send it with the courier would really help. Otherwise great food and drink, thanks!

Lovely delivery driver, food arrived quickly. Only issue was an item was replaced with something I don't like and cannot eat, and I wasn't called beforehand to advise of this change as I would rather have had something else or had a refund. Usually I get a call to advise if there is an issue.

Absolutely brilliant service and lovely people. I came to this shop in the morning to pick up 17 lunches for a client workshop we wanted to cater for and I was personally assisted and got a coffee on the house! Lovely set of people and really happy to help I would fully recommend. Thank you guys :)

Lattes we ordered were half empty only worth a £1 at best and then there wasn’t any sugars with the coffees after requesting them on the information what’s the point of the extra information box if no ones going to read it?

Everything. Was so good till the driver told me my drink went all over the place :( but not prets fault customer service was super good something wasn’t in stock and they actually called me to tell me unlike Starbucks who put in something cheaper then what I order

Unfortunately I received the bag with about 1/5 of the coffee spilled out of the cup, this made the cup soggy and difficult to hold and it soaked the bottom of the paper carrier bag. I don’t think it’s the driver’s fault, it appeared that it was inadequately packed (not enough padding in the bag to prevent the drink from falling over and the drink lid wasn’t secure). Disappointed with Pret as they’re normally very good. No problems though with delivery driver, he was very apologetic and professional. Thanks

There was no falafel in my falafel wrap…

Just went to pret for a mid morning coffee and was disappointed in the experience. It was hard to order in the already noisy atmosphere which resulted in a wrong order. When I told one of the staff this they gave no response and seemed irritated. I waited patiently for my re made drink which ended up being not to my liking at all. I got the matcha iced latte and it was not fully blended resulting in powder being most of the taste: bland and dry. Wasn’t impressed with it at all and binned it after only three sips. I hope this was only a blip because it would be a-shame to see others have a negative experience.

The time was pushed back multiple times.

We like Pret food and will continue ordering from them. As regards delivery, the drivers aren't always on time because they get lost when coming here. However, we are not pressed for time, so it is fine for us. They are helping us and we have to be thankful for that.

We like Pret food because it's fresh and it tastes delicious. We would like to have chocolate muffins if possible.

The expected delivery time kept getting later and later and my toastie is neither hot not cooked through properly.

Standard Pret, clean, good staff, good location and good selection of food and drinks. Found the staff at this branch extra helpful, when they over heard me not finding my choice of sandwich staff went to the kitchen to get ETA of the next batch without having to ask.
