Great customer service and friendly staff

The staff here are absolutely outstanding. People can’t help and just put their rubbish in the bin. But they never complain..

Unhelpful staff - how long will a toastie be? Wouldnt give me an answer, my order was going on the grill. Tea with milk in, they dont have a clue how to make a cup of tea! Expensive insult

I really enjoy the sandwiches at Pret but what I don't enjoy is the way the staff treat me in the Trafford centre branch. I should clarify that it's one person in particular, a man who looks like he's the branch manager or assistant. On the two occasions I've bought sandwiches from the store he's been incredibly rude to me and been very keen for me to leave to store as soon as possible. I do wonder whether this is an issue if racism because I belong to an ethnic minority and he was much more pleasant to other people. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and went in again and he was awful to me for a second time while being great with other customers. Looking at other reviews there definitely seems to be a racism issue in this store. There are plenty of other choices in the Trafford Centre and I'll take my money elsewhere.

Omg. This is the most lazy drink I have ever had. Claimed to be a raspberry lemonade with an ombré look, freeze dried raspberrries and fresh cut lemons. I got a watered down blackcurrant squash. Worst £3.95 ever spent on a drink. Staff were rude and tired too?

I’ve always loved Pret but now after this experience I will probably think twice if I wanted to go, I always go to the one in town everyone is amazing there and the drinks are good. Today at the one in Selfridges I had the worst encounter with a staff member ’ever’ I think was her name she was extremely rude from the beginning it felt like she was forced to serve me, when I finished ordering I noticed she wasn’t rude at all to the person after me is it because I wear a headscarf? If it’s that which is pretty much racist! I cannot allow that to happen to me nor anyone else. I asked to speak with a manager unfortunately she was not in thats why I decided to write this review. Plus in summer I always order the same drink its delicious but when this branch made it I swear I was drinking water not a drink i paid for.

Awful experience today when being served by the lady with short grey hair, she scanned the items and literally threw them on the counter top, zero customer service, just a frown, clearly having a bad day, pret need to either train this individual in customer service skills or replace as she is clearly not an asset to this company…. Also after reading allot of the negative reviews I’m surprised the manager has not put things in place as it seems that this individual has been treating customer poorly on many occasions. I will personally have to take this up with head office….

Food good as always but customer service worst than ever. Somone didn’t come to work with right attitude.

A bright open space with good quality food

I picked up two posh cheddar baguettes. After few hours of eating them, both of us not feeling too well.

Asked for 1 filter coffee and 1 tea charged £7 filte coffee only £1:50 ,and around same for the tea

Coffee was good and bakery was fresh

We have had a subscription since December and have loved popping in at each location. I now drink more coffee. Loved that there was even a Pret on airside of Heathrow that we could use.

It was a great cafe in Selfridge when it was twice the size. Now crammed into a small area. If prams taken in no space to get by. People on lap tops use tables for a long time when customers have nowhere to sit after buying food and drink. Nit relaxing at all. Staff very good, but it's a shame about the rest.

I had a salted caramel latte, it was 2/3 coffee and 1/3 whipped cream, feels a bit weird how much less coffee was there, tasted good but would have preferred more coffee than whipped cream.

Always great to come here. They just need more staff to clean the tables.

Dirty and filthy place no cleaning in the seating area after customers. The staff are always eating at the back. You can't ring the store as they have no number due to so many complaints. It is ridiculous a store that has no contact number speaks volumes!

Yes I know...5 stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 But for me, I believe in what they do. Their subscription is so good, that you will be looking over your shoulder for the police. And don't forget to try the 'Too good to go' promotion. I really do feel like I robbed them.😍😍☕☕☕☕☕☕

Hanna ' s service always is 10_10 , she is so lovely girl , always listsen so good what do you want , and make your order so perfect . Pret is so lucky to have her .

I have a subscription service pay £25 a month for it, I was about ran out of my mobile data so I used a screen shot code I keep on my phone. I was using it yesterday and she told me I couldn't use a screen shot, she needed to see the app, or she couldn't serve me. Now I come to the trafford centre quite often, and always showen the app apart from a few occasions. Customer service at this Pret is shocking but I'm going to be canceling if I keep being looked at like im stealing

Personally I rate Pret, I did not rate this one. The barista left me waiting a long time to be served and then 3 baristas all stood around chatting for 5 minutes before looking over and realising I was waiting for a drink. Being busy is one thing, this was just a half baked job - I only wanted a quick espresso as well! Given to me in a flimsy cup and quite blunt service. Not the best.

Handy little cafe which is located by the entrance of Selfridge's Usually the place is packed for seating. Coffee is decent and good selection of food and pastries It's was quiet during my visit (7th January) in the morning but the seats hadn't been cleaned after previous customer use

The food is not good at all. Many time I buy and I regret to buy to spend time. I went to buy for lunch I threw everything in the bin. The drink had awful smell. I’m so disappointed

Good choice. Staff were great and it was a nice environment. Enjoyable.

I was very tired on a late shift so nipped in to get a hot chocolate. The lovely Ola suggested a shot of coffee to liven me up. Great idea! I thanked her for this and she offered my drink free of charge!! Thank you darling! Will be ordering this on a regular basis now ❤️❤️

Best Pret! This location is always busy, but the staff is so friendly and speedy making the coffees. They have a great food selection and coffee subscription that keeps me coming back. Would recommend when visiting the Trafford Centre.

Visited today with my wife excellent lunch as always. Great tasty food at reasonable prices. The staff here are Brilliant run of their feet but always deliver. Special mention to one of the staff Sagar really sorted our food out for us. Excellent service couldn't do enough to help. Our go to place when we are the Trafford Centre. Highly Recommended 👍

I have always loved Pret, but lately on my last visits everything was so disappointing. I usually don’t do complaints or even write a review but i was really disappointed that i don’t think i’ll go to Pret ever again. I was sitting and I have found a lady come to sit with me and I was like excuse me and she replied saying “ i see you don’t have any food from here so i have the privilege to sit here more than you” and we argued as she was super rude and didn’t even ask in a nice way to sit but whatever, we ended arguing and she called the staff in a loud way making everyone to look at us for no reason and I can’t even describe how rude she was. She went to talk with your staff and said that I don’t have purchased anything from you so that i have to go away! Your staff surprised me to be supporting her and come to talk with me to tell me that i have to go! I had your subscription and i always used to order from you. I was so surprised from the audacity they came to talk with. And how they could even treat a costumer in that way. They were seeing me for days coming to order from you and only for one day where i was sitting waiting for my family to come to order together as I didn’t want to eat before them i have found all of this happening. They literally ruined my day. I have never seen something that rude in my life and honestly you have to be ashamed to be not treating costumers equally. Then again i went to another store and i was eating a salmon salad and found big bones inside the salmon and i was literally going to throw up. Another day as well i have ordered an iced latte with coconut milk and after a bit i have found like white pieces of idk what it was inside my drink and then again like a tiny piece of meat I believe , it was food. So i thought to write a review as it is not the first time having a bad experience with you.And that was literally very disappointing.

Small compact store within Selfridges at the Trafford Centre. Quick and efficient service and good coffee. Not a great deal of seating so easier to take away.

Used to be quite good, still good sandwiches and coffee but CHECK your receipt if paying by card. We were over charged and money was supposed to be refunded back to card but hasn't. Sorry but you're not getting another chance as there are plenty of other places to eat at the Trafford Centre.

Nice coffee, reasonably priced. Sandwiches are a little over priced but your in the Trafford Centre so I suppose your paying for where it is. Friendly staff and very helpful.

It says here it's open 9am but every day it's not open until 10am except in the weekends.

Love this place just hope there's away of creating more seats soon due to covid only a few seats

Prêt consistently IS the best coffee shop. Although today the coffee was very poor ! Can't imagine how or why. But the lovely staff replaced it on request without any issue. Prêt us still our place of choice!

Not my first trip, but potentially my last. I've been here before, with my family, right before Christmas, and we were seated comfortably at a table. Today my elderly father and I could barely move between these tiny tables. We had to wriggle into the small spaces left for the chairs and sat sweltering in a ridiculously small area ( has the available space been reduced?) where too many tables, chairs and human beings were cramped together. Coffee lovely, obviously, but it's the first time I've ever felt disappointed by Prêt.

Lovely fresh food and fast service. High priced food to go but high quality, you get what you pay for.

10 mins before closing would not serve me for one piece of carrot cake for £2. Said till was closed ok only £2 but why couldn’t a note have been left from a member of staff that he had £2 for this transaction. Nobody bothered these days, used to go in regularly, but that £2 has cost a lot more. Pennies make pounds guys educate your staff, can tell they don’t own the business. Prob won’t dven get a reply to this review. Went to selfridges instead where I was happily served.

The staff members are decent but the line is quite long. It’s in a small area with no place to sit but the quality of food makes up for it.

Lovely staff, a good selection of nice sandwiches, favourite and cakes, nice tea and coffee too. Excellent.

I have been here loads of times And as usual the food is very good - friendly staff - loads of people so it's always making money. But my only massive concern is that it is so small and squashed in that as there are loads of people it is like squeezing onto a underground tube train in rush hour. Plus there are loads of tables which is good but makes the space to walk smaller. And every time I come I always have to wait for a seat and there is no Air conditioning, it is always very hot so I were a t-shirt every time I visit. But other than that a good place to visit.

Good food as alway, however felt a little victimised today when making purchase on 10th July the lady staff ignored me while I was on the queue and serve someone else instead.

After a recent renovation there is even less room than there was before. Good food, pathetic seating area.

I eat here all the time. You know what you are getting. Good coffee! Nice food
