From the moment we walked into Barburrito, the energy and warmth of the place set a fantastic tone for what turned out to be an exceptional dining experience. However, it was Bailey's exemplary service that elevated our visit from great to unforgettable.

Had a lovely time. Additionaly I would like to add that the person serving us was a bloody legend and was very friendly, and his name was Bailey.

Camren (Originally based at Manchester airport terminal 2) Was covering the Trafford branch this evening 23/03/24. He went above and beyond for my three your old little girl. Chris served me and my partner, I’m 22 & have been coming here since I was a child with my parents. So I do love the food! Chris was lovely and quick with making our order. Portion size was perfect, and he informed me of any recent changes to the menu when I asked, so very helpful. His presentation of my partners bowl we were very impressed with aswell. Usually things are just thrown in but Chris made it look like a piece of art, we were very assumed and impressed with the effort! Thank you!

I went to barburrito yesterday for the first time, I’ve never had Mexican before but the young lady behind the counter Olivia was extremely helpful. She made the best burrito. She told me what all the different ingredients were and made sure it wasn’t too spicy! The service put me in such a good mood, I even treated myself to churros! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you olivia 😀

Ordered a veg bowl. Did not a big clump of hair in meal. Spoke with Manager who gave refund and got rid ogf me quickly. Absolutely disgusting. Still feel sick thinking about it. How have they got 5 star food hygiene rating???

Food was nice but portion was shockingly small, I got a bowl to eat in but there was hardly anything in it, the bowls are tiny. For £12 I hardly ate, still hungry.

Flavour and filling of burrito spot on, guy on the till (glasses and hair in a bun) was great and really friendly. Other staff didn’t seem interested and could learn from him

I recently visited Barburrito Trafford centre and had a fantastic experience thanks to the server Chris. He was incredibly nice, professional, and even went the extra mile to warn me about a sauce that might not be halal, without me even having to ask. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness really made my visit special. I highly recommend Barburrito, not only for their delicious food but also for their excellent service.
