I have a very bad complaint about a member of staff that verbally abused me in your stretford mall store today The description of the lady in question was an old lady with grey hair I entered your store to collect my too good to go at 5.00pm on 20th November I entered and was on my phone which was an important call due to some family issues I was having I had my phone to my ear and was walking into pound bakery whilst I’m on the phone all I can hear is this lady screaming at me about the wet floor she half mopped She was shouting at me saying look you just walked on the wet floor and then said well if you fall it’s not my fault I didn’t respond to anything she said because I was in shock by a member of staff speaking to me like that and also can I say the wet floor I walked on had NO wet floor sign out you can check the cameras they will proof it so I could of slipped and would of been her fault I believe she doesn’t like her job because she was so miserable and I don’t think it’s right to treat us like that because we picked up a too good too go and I want something done about her attitude

No issues with the taste of the food, but i always order 2 packs of 2 sausage rolls. They only ever send one pack, even after I’ve written in the comments

You can’t beat their bacon and egg on toast! Every bite was amazing! Decent thick bloomer toast with quality bacon and perfect fried egg! Not greasy. Just perfect and amazing value! Couldn’t have made it better myself! Thank you!

My daughter wanted to order from here I wasn’t so keen! But by far the BEST bacon and sausage on toast ever and I am really fussy! The food was piping hot, cooked perfectly! And toasted on a beautiful bloomer! Honestly it was that nice I had to call the shop to thank them! Well enjoyed and fully recommend!!!!! X

Delayed 4 times before assigning a driver and then got the order wrong

Awful!!! I ordered bacon sausage and egg on a roll got no egg but a weird hash brown thing all freezing and burnt beyond recognition of what animal my meat came from the delivery driver was sat outside 10 mins on his phone whilst my food was sat there

The chocolate doughnut was scrummy.

1 item missing from the order- carrot cake.

baguette was rock solid, barely any filling pasties & sausage roll were cold actually there was one sausage roll instead of 2 they sent steak bake instead of cheese and onion absolutely fuming

Put in quite a big order for me and my 2 boys. They was missing one item but more than made up for it with a sufficient replacement and some free cakes. Great customer service, Will definitely order again. Thank you.

The driver was very rude and hung up the phone me as he couldn’t find the stress even though I was trying to explain where he needed to go.

Food didn’t arrive after having to order for a second time as there was items missing from our First order. Definitely won’t order again. Food arrived cold.

I usually order in store but decided on a delivery this time. Not many options for breakfast and it wasnt the same without more options. Food arrived warm not hot I would say average.

Does what it says on the tin. Cheap savory pastry products and some cakes. Two for a pound for many items. Veggie sausage rolls are very nice.
