Amazing and relaxed environment, friendly staff and fresh food. I love it. I’ve been there 2 days in a row as I like the place . A lot of seating space with comfortable seats and free car park. Suits families and friends. I liked their french vanilla latte.

The visit and food was lovely right up until a member of staff came to us and asked us to do a Google review. She said we would get a free donut. That part would have been fine but she hovered around and until we had done it. I think that’s a terrible thing to do. It’s almost forcing you to put your breakfast down and let it go cold whilst you honour the request. Really poor and not necessary. I would have given top reviews for everything had this not happened. This would not happen in Canada and I’ve know that because I’ve been there many times.

Great relaxed chilled environment. Lots of seating space with comfy chairs. Lovely hot drinks and £1 breakfast when you purchase a hot drink. Free parking is always a bonus! 😊

Lovely chain with great opening times (drive thru open 24/7 and restaurant itself open to sit in until 12am). Clean and modern, plenty of seating with access to plugs for charging devices if required. Polite staff members. Good selection of food and drink available. Restaurant family-friendly and suitable to bring children as well!

Drinks are ok, but the food is abysmal. Barely warm, cheapest of the cheap frozen burger patties and soggy bland waffle fries. The timbits were horrid too. This is to be avoided at all costs.

Ordered a double double and it was terrible. Having worked in Canada for years, it was really disappointing. Was basically a tepid bitter coffee with no cream or sweetness. The timbits were good but drink was really bad
