We hadn't been in along time, but we arrived around 11:50 for lunch, the food was 12/10 the mocktails were 11/10 and staff were 10/10, I think the manager seated is who was great to deal with and then I think it was Gilbert took over who was also a great host honestly couldn't recommend more

Amazing unlimited tapas experience from start to finish. A big shout out to Kam who took the booking and very accommodating. The Prosecco was amazing you recommended! We called to add to the party from 3 to 5 and spoke to Mark who was also the manager at the night who was amazing too. My son has nut allergies and he made ordering a piece of cake. Thank you Also out waiter Magdalen’s who was always smiling and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask and came over several time to make sure we were ok. You was wonderful and made the boring Monday evening extra special Helped us order the tapas. Went here last night for a Mother's Day meal as I had received an email offering a free cocktail for all Mothers in the party. A lovely little gesture to celebrate. We ordered our food and the manager mentioned the free cocktail, so we ordered. When the bill came the cocktails hadn’t come off the receipt. I asked Jamila who served us why it hadn't come off and her explanation was that they were on the 2 for 1 off she couldn’t take them off. I said there was 2 mums so why couldn’t she just take the one offer off to which she replied we just can’t because it’s a different offer. I don’t really like confrontation so just left it at that but really I wish I had asked to speak to the manager about it. Felt it was abit of false advertisement to draw you in. Although our experience was dampened we couldn’t fault the food. It was so tasty and we really enjoyed it.Hats off to the chef. It was just a shame about the cocktails.

Don't normally write reviews but I think it only right to give praise when it is due. After eating and having an amazing dinner at Las Iguanas Centre Parcs last year, we decided to try Las Iguanas Trafford Centre. Hosted by Cameron and served by Maya, both who were extremely friendly and amenable, nothing was too much trouble. We asked to sit near the rear of the restaurant to be told by Cameron that it was full but if we were able to hang on a couple of mins, a table near the back to the side could be made up for us. Sure enough a couple of mins went and were were shown to our table. Maya then greeted us and took our order promptly and accurately. The only fly in the ointment was that my son ordered grilled chicken burger but they had ran out so he picked chicken bites instead. Wish I could of been told this at seating so could of prewarned my son but he pick his alternative without a fuss so I'm not going to give a bad mark. Drinks came out shortly followed by the food about 15-20mins later. 2 Burittos, a Gaucho burger and chicken bites. Everyone loved the food. It was hot, flavoursome and packed a bit of heat (spice) but wasn't overbearing. We were too full for pud. Oh forgot a nice touch was that my wife's drink was complimentary due to it being mother's day. Thank you Las Iguanas Trafford Centre. We will def eat here again.

Our waitress Alice was very helpful during the entire time we stayed in the restaurant. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we got to enjoy our meal. 10/10 service!

We received a great experience at the Trafford Centre Branch yesterday. We were greeted with great customer service from the second we showed up. There’s a great food and drink menu and when the food came out it was delicious. We were with someone who was gluten intolerant and throughout our visit we had 3 different waitresses and all 3 waitresses were made aware of the gluten intolerance and they really took care with what was being served. Our main waitress was Ula who took care of us from the second we stepped foot in there. Thank yo

The service at Las Iguanas in the Trafford Centre was excellent. We visited this afternoon as a party of 8. The manager set up a table to accommodate our group straight away and got us settled in. We were then looked after by Patty, who was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. She did a fantastic job of talking us through the menu and promotions (2-4-1 cocktails, kids eat free), making sure that we got the most out of our visit. The food and drinks were all great quality and served promptly. We all had a lovely meal and we'll definitely be back.

Food was high quality, portions well sized, slightly limited menu (bottomless tapas) but options per menu item helped. Speed of service and food was really good (though was quieter time as we arrived before it got busy). Unlimited Tapas idea is great, made it easy and to try different foods and not worry about the bill.

Such a great visit. Both the service and food were excellent! Kirsty was our server and super helpful 😊 we had some questions about dietary requirements that she was more than happy to answer.

As we walked in we got greeted by a lovely gentleman and offered to give us the sofa seats as it’s more comfortable. Our waitress was nimisha and made sure we had everything we asked for. She was lovely. Food was very nice.

Set inside the Trafford Centre downstairs in the Orient this resteraunt is a great place for Mexican food and to sit and people watch as they go about their business. I went with my daughter for a bottomless brunch so we had 2 hours to eat our way round Mexicos finest foods. The staff were great and advised us that if it gets too busy, the time would be extended, which was very nice of them. All the food was cooked to order and came out piping hot and tasted great.

All the staff but especially our sever Kirsty was absolutely wonderful and so friendly and knowledgable about the menu - we had the all you can eat Tapas menu and Kirsty and the Team judged our tastes perfectly couldn’t have ordered it better ourselves - thank you team we will be back

From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff were excellent and the food was great. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Visited on a Sunday & had the unlimited tapas for £15 , wow amazing we arrived a little later than planned in the evening but manager said we could still do the tapas. As many dishes as you can eat well worth £15 , the chicken bbq wings were lovely & the jalapeño poppers with chilli jam were really tasty . All staff really friendly & polite & was checked on to make sure we were happy with everything. Fab staff & amazing deal fir unlimited tapas , I will definitely come again when future promotions are on. The food was that good I almost popped my belly I ate so much.

We went to the unlimited tapas for £15. You can literally eat as much as you want it was fabulous & food really good especially the jalapeño poppers & bbq chicken wings. We arrived later in the evening than planned but manager said it was still fine to have the tapas. This deal is absolutely amazing value. All staff friendly & polite.

Visited here with my daughter as we both love Mexican /South American food. We were not disappointed. We were greeted on arrival by Cameron, who looked after us very well the whole time. Food was brought to our table without much of a wait. We ordered A Taste of Mexico meal and the beef Burrito. Both were really delicious, nice and fresh and decent sized portions. I also had a 2 for 1 voucher for mains, even better. We will be sure to visit again!

I would tick all of the above if I was able to do this. Patty (forgive the misspelling- our waiter was a Polish lady) was an adorable, friendly, professional member of the team who could not have done more to help make our first experience of the restaurant more pleasant. We were there for a meeting and the team (bar attendant Gerald) and lovely manager who I didn’t get the name of were amazing. The food was delicious and the cocktails- top service, fantastic team and I shall be returning hopefully sometime next month for a second meeting. We travelled from the West Midlands which is a fair journey and we were certainly not disappointed. Thank you to a wonderful team!

As someone with allergies, I tend to struggle with restaurants being attentive. My whole experience was brilliant. Each dish I could consume, whether it was my order or not, had an allergen flag, so I could try it. It was an amazingly thoughtful gesture from a business to its customer.

We came for bottomless tapas and interacted with Patty G, Cam and Gerald who are the loveliest people ! We were looked after so well and they made our experience so much better ! So friendly and whenever i’ve come they are always up for a chat! Thank you again for a lovely afternoon !

Stop a member of staff on arrival and ask if they're doing "Walk Ins" if you haven't booked, otherwise they'll leave you standing there for 10mins only to eventually turn you away.

Food and drinks are great. Staff are super friendly and caring. They have noticed I am pregnant, and reminded me some drinks will contain caffeine. Even if there is 2 for 1 offer on the mocktails, the drinks are still very good. Happy dinning experience. A must to be visited again.
