We recently visited Las Iguanas and I had the best cocktail experience ever! I ordered a Pornstar Martini, and it was absolutely perfect – hands down the best I've ever had. The bartender, Cameron, truly knows his craft and made the experience memorable with his skill and attention to detail.Highly recommend visiting if you're looking for amazing drinks and exceptional service. I'll definitely be back!

The food is very good. Lots of variety. I've never had a bad meal or experienced poor service. Good value for money, especially the 2 for 1 cocktails. The staff are always polite and attentive.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received at Las Iguanas Trafford Centre today. I have often visited this particular branch, however it was my brothers first time trying Las Iguanas and he was looking forward to trying the food for the first time. I am appalled at the service we received. We waited a a full hour for the ‘food’, it got to 50 minutes and we asked a waitress how long it would take. She returned and questioned whether we had already eaten the food, she could clearly see we only had two drinks on the table. We confirmed we had not eaten anything and we have been waiting an hour. I also pointed out the waitress who took our order. She went on to state that she will get a manager. I overlooked past my table and could see two waitresses and a manager discussing the situation with such puzzled looks on their faces. The manager then came to our table and questioned whether we had already eaten our food. We were questioned multiple times and insisted we had not. Soon after the manager approached the table beside us and spoke to another couple. She then approached our table again and stated there had been a mistake and our order had gone to another table beside us. She briefly apologised about the situation and stated the chef could make something ‘quickly’ if we still wanted to order. I emphasised I had my work shift soon so was unable too and that we had already waited an hour for the food. I also emphasised that this has ruined my brothers first experience at Las Igaunas and we most likely would not be returning. There was no genuine apology or any action taken to rectify the situation and we simply left.

Never visited before, but it was way better than expected. I love Mexican food and didn’t even know a place existed where I could get tapas!! Being able to try so many dishes was amazing. Definitely will be back, couldn’t rate the food and staff enough - Summer was lovely and brought out some great recommendations for what to have on the bottomless tapas :)

Menu looked great but had to wait an hour for starters which were a bit disappointing when they came, as were the main courses. Waitresses were working extremely hard, but it looked like the kitchen could not keep up with demand, plus uber eats deliveries seemed to take priority over the restaurant meals. Staff were extremely apologetic and were very kind in knocking the cost of the starters off the bill without being asked. Not sure if I would go again.

My experience at las iguanas wasn’t fabulous. I’d like to start off with the wait time, from the moment your sat down they ask if you’d like water, we agree and sit down with our water. From that point onwards I think we waited around 40+ minutes for our starters which were large nachos and calamares. At this point the restaurant didn’t seem as busy and I personally think that’s a ridiculous time to wait for 2 starters. We ordered two mocktails the Nojitos which were absolutely amazing and I think made the meal more enjoyable. For our main we got a Mexican plate taste and acapulto burger ( don’t remember the spelling) and the chicken in the burger was way too overcooked the breading looked burnt and almost a charcoal colour. It was pretty tasteless and didn’t have any mouthwatering flavours in it. The Mexican platter was definitely disappointing, the enchilada is cut in half and served as two separate ones that barely have any filling and most of what you’re biting is tortilla, the chilli was the best thing about the platter as the “make your own fajitas were lacking flavour. The rice that came with it was definitely rice you can microwave for two minutes and didn’t taste authentic at all, for the price of £17 it was definitely disappointing. However I would like to say that the service from the young lady was phenomenal she was polite and consistent in checking up on us. I genuinely think it’s the food that dissatisfied us the most and is definitely not worth the pennies.

Brilliant staff and lovely food

I decided to give Las Ignuas a go. The menu is quite extensive. This chain has a nice little site in the Trafford Centre. Other reviews have mentioned good service but this was not my experience. I waited a very long time for my food. I suspect a couple on the next table were in the same position. In fairness the staff apologised and my bill was discounted. When the food arrived the chicken fajitas I ordered were nice but the portions of toppings such as sour cream which accompanied the meal could have been more generous. I would try this chain again.

Popped in to try new lunch menu and Patty G was absolutely amazing guiding me through dairy free meal options. She recommended vegan burrito which was incredible. Will be back for more!

Food is decent, quite flavourful to be fair, but portions aren’t great. Burrito was a lot smaller than expected. Service is good. Really good 2 for 1 offer on cocktails and mocktails as well!

I have been to Las Iguanas at the Trafford Centre for three consecutive weeks and each week the service from our server has been AMAZING and the managers who work there are phenomenal, an incredible team! The food is stunning, thank you to all the chefs! I have more than a few allergies, my daughter has coeliac and my mum too, she also has an intolerance to dairy, the team at las iguanas are incredible, nothing is too much trouble for them and the food every time delicious. Our server on Friday, Cameron is lovely, warm, friendly and polite, he gave us outstanding service, ensured all our allergies/intolerances were taken care of and Cameron was very busy. It was very comforting when the chef told Cameron they remembered me from the previous week. Also our previous server Patty she is incredible too and great with the kids. The time before we were served twice by another manager (sorry I cannot remember his name and I lost the card he gave me), he is phenomenal and really went out of his way, again very busy and again he ensured all our food allergies and intolerances were taken care of. Thank you, we will definitely be returning!

Had lunch with work colleagues Thursday 17th, good food and excellent service.

My friend and I dined here for lunch with her 1 year old baby. The service was exceptional, staff extremely friendly, they went out of their way for us. Food was delicious, we had the lunch deal which was amazing value; the veggie burrito was perfection.

Our family recently dined at Las Iguanas, and we were blown away by the exceptional service. Our waitress, Summer, was absolutely brilliant. Even though the restaurant was incredibly busy, she remained calm, patient, and polite, going above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. She really made our experience special. We also had a quick chat with Cam, and a longer conversation with Mark, the manager. Both were equally fantastic, making sure everything ran smoothly despite the chaos. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness really stood out. In a time when great customer service is becoming harder to find, this team is a true asset. People like Summer, Cam, and Mark are invaluable, and I hope head office recognises how much they contribute. We’ll definitely be back, and I can’t recommend this branch enough!

Drove all the way from London and decided to have a bottomless brunch at las iguanas in the Trafford centre. We had a slow start (but due to unforeseen circumstances), however without mentioning a word both waitresses (Magda,Patty) and the manager, Cameron, rectified this and made our experience incredible! I would definitely recommend here to anyone wanting a lovely brunch (with a lot of cocktails ;) ). The waitresses and manager deserved much more than 5*’s! Definitely can’t wait until we come back!

Went there with the Mrs and our 2 little kids. The food was amazing and as we went before 5pm we were able to get some good lunch deals too. Our server Magdalena was exceptional. Nothing was much of an ask and she explained the menu and deals in great detail. Brilliant service.

I didn't visit this particular place but the Trafford Centre is always a good place to go, particularly good in Winter because it is much war mer then when the weather is often bad outside

Lovely friendly staff and great food

After doing some shopping we decided to go eat without having high expectations but it turns out to become our new favourite spot in Trafford center. The food was delicious with a large selections of dishes. The chicken is halal which is a plus. We were lucky enough to be taking care of by Cameron. He was very helpful, joyful and professional which made our dinner even better and special, what a gem of a lad! The chicken tacos selection was our favourite, very flavourful. The mocktail were great too. New favourite spot in Trafford Center. There is also a ramp at the entrance making it accessible for baby stroller or wheelchair. The ambiance and decor are great, you almost forget you are in a mall. Thank you again Cameron, wish you the best ❤️

Trafford centre was busy and initially we were told a 25 min wait just for a table but in the end the service and food arriving was ok. Mark did a great job of looking after us. Food was hot and tasty and we had the main and drink £9.95 lunch deal

Coctail glasses are filled with ice not much to drink. I was shocked how with just a sip all was finished. Very disappointed

The serving team are an asset, they were friendly, helpful and so welcoming. We went with our tiny son and we felt so well catered for and welcome, the food had excellent flavour and the portions were decent.

always one of my favourite food places in trafford centre. great options, 2 for 1 cocktails/mocktails all day every day, the lunch menu is such a bargain also. chicken is halal as far as i’m aware which is a great addition. my go to is the enchiladas and the nachos. We were served by Magdalena who was lovely and very kind!

We booked the trafford centre restaurant for last Saturday for 12 of us to celebrate an anniversary of a couple who are so precious to us . On the day we were 30 Mins late for our booking since we had never being to the Trafford centre before didn’t realise how massive the centre was.finally when we were arrived at the restaurant we were greeted by Cameron , this amazing human being who made us feel at ease as we were panicking for being late and he told us there’s no rush and not to apologise for being late. From that point the service provided to us was out of this world . Felt like we are dining at our own private 5* restaurant and the service provided was impeccable. We had few children and obviously they had few drink spillages and not even once I heard the staff was complaining and they attended to it straight away. Cameron the assistant manager of the restaurant was absolutely brilliant and all our servers were absolutely brilliant. I wish I got everyones name so I could mention here as they all deserve an individual praise and I only remember one name which is Ula . The whole team and the assistant manager does such a fantastic job and definitely the other restaurants can learn about exceptional customer services from them . We had a special guest with us and this meal was so important to me and my husband and we made the bestest choice by going to las iguanas . The food was top notch and so much to choose from . Have never seeing our children finishing all the food on the plate and they were asking for more. We absolutely enjoyed our experience and whenever we are in Manchester we will definitely visit them . We absolutely loved every aspect and absolutely loved the staff and cannot praise them enough .

The service was really nice but the food was disappointing. I ordered fillet steak churrasco, the meat was too chewy. Really difficult to swallow and my jaw was hurt. I do not recommend fillet steak churraso here

Night before our trip away we called in to Las Iguanas (trafford centre) the service from Georgia was brilliant, very attentive and polite. The food was served hot, fresh and tasted amazing. Will definitely return.

Usually end a Trafford Centre visit here because staff are friendly and the restaurant is away from the main noise and screaming kids. Good tapas and a great pint of IPA.

Not a great fan of eating out at the Trafford Centre, having had some not so good experiences. Las iguanas was the exception, the food was great, good value for money. The place itself was spotless. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Aga who served us, literally looked after us. It’s rare to receive such brilliant service! Thank you Aga. Definitely recommend eating there!

Visited on 15th July, was served by Magdalena. She was fabulous & great at her job. Please keep her! As ever, the food was beautiful. We had things off the lunch menu & the portions were great. Over all great value for money. The seating doesn't make you feel over crowded, like I've felt in other places. It has a very chilled vibe.

Frequent Las Iguanas regularly after work for their amazing 2 for 1 cocktails! Enjoyed pina coladas, watermelon margaritas and a cheeky birthday caipirinha made by the wonderful and handsome Gerald! Always welcomed by the managers Borjas and Brad! A super happy and warm environment very chilled and perfect to wind down after a stressful shift! Highly recommended!!

Visited today with my daughter and 1 year old grandson. Received a warm welcome from Brad, and his excellent service and friendly nature continued to impress throughout our visit. He was especially attentive of Logan, chatting to him each time he came to our table. The lunch menu was was excellent value & the food arrived promptly, was hot and very tasty. The children's meal was also good value and tasty. Logan did make a bit of a mess with spilled food under his high chair, again Brad was not phased and assured us it wasn't a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, our only regret was not being able to sample the 2for1 cocktails. We'd sat watching the, again very friendly, barman mixing and serving them throughout our stay. The only reason for the 4 stars for atmosphere was that it was Tuesday lunchtime, not overly busy, and the restaurant is in a large open space within a food court. Not the most atmospheric setting, but don't let this put you off visiting!!
