Visited on a Sunday & had the unlimited tapas for £15 , wow amazing we arrived a little later than planned in the evening but manager said we could still do the tapas. As many dishes as you can eat well worth £15 , the chicken bbq wings were lovely & the jalapeño poppers with chilli jam were really tasty . All staff really friendly & polite & was checked on to make sure we were happy with everything. Fab staff & amazing deal fir unlimited tapas , I will definitely come again when future promotions are on. The food was that good I almost popped my belly I ate so much.

Amazing unlimited tapas experience from start to finish. A big shout out to Kam who took the booking and very accommodating. The Prosecco was amazing you recommended! We called to add to the party from 3 to 5 and spoke to Martin who was also the manager at the night who was amazing too. My son has nut allergies and he made ordering a piece of cake. You was wonderful and made the boring Monday evening extra special Helped us order the tapas. Visited here with my daughter as we both love Mexican /South American food. We were not disappointed. We were greeted on arrival by Cameron, who looked after us very well the whole time. Food was brought to our table without much of a wait. We ordered A Taste of Mexico meal and the beef Burrito. Both were really delicious, nice and fresh and decent sized portions. I also had a 2 for 1 voucher for mains, even better. We will be sure to visit again!

Gerald was a great server! Checked in on us plenty and was friendly. Food portions were fresh and perfect size! We went for the unlimited tapas and it was perfect!

We went for the bottomless tapas and it was delicious. Our waitress Nimisha was attentive and very friendly. The food was prompt and always came out of the kitchen fresh. If you can get a table for the bottomless tapas I suggest it!

As someone with allergies, I tend to struggle with restaurants being attentive. My whole experience was brilliant. Each dish I could consume, whether it was my order or not, had an allergen flag, so I could try it. It was an amazingly thoughtful gesture from a business to its customer.

I would tick all of the above if I was able to do this. Patty (forgive the misspelling- our waiter was a Polish lady) was an adorable, friendly, professional member of the team who could not have done more to help make our first experience of the restaurant more pleasant. We were there for a meeting and the team (bar attendant Gerald) and lovely manager who I didn’t get the name of were amazing. The food was delicious and the cocktails- top service, fantastic team and I shall be returning hopefully sometime next month for a second meeting. We travelled from the West Midlands which is a fair journey and we were certainly not disappointed. Thank you to a wonderful team!

We came for bottomless tapas and interacted with Patty G, Cam and Gerald who are the loveliest people ! We were looked after so well and they made our experience so much better ! So friendly and whenever i’ve come they are always up for a chat! Thank you again for a lovely afternoon !

Stop a member of staff on arrival and ask if they're doing "Walk Ins" if you haven't booked, otherwise they'll leave you standing there for 10mins only to eventually turn you away.

Customer service was top notch. Cameron in particular was phenomenal.

Food and drinks are great. Staff are super friendly and caring. They have noticed I am pregnant, and reminded me some drinks will contain caffeine. Even if there is 2 for 1 offer on the mocktails, the drinks are still very good. Happy dinning experience. A must to be visited again.

My partner and I both have ADHD so forgetting things and losing track of time/running late is pretty standard for us now. We're trying to prioritise date nights more at the moment and we were really excited about our meal last night. We used the deal Las Iguanas currently have on their app which gives you £10 off your meal. We were treated exceptionally well by Mark, our waiter for the evening. He made everything easy. He didn't rush us, he was understanding and polite about our lateness. He was friendly and accommodating and definitely deserved the tip we left. My Bahian Vegetable curry was gorgeous, flavoursome and filling. My Non-Star Martini was smooth and delicious and my partner loved his grilled mushroom wraps. We were so relieved by the amount of vegetarian options and the restaurant had a great atmosphere, very chill and welcoming. We'll definitely be returning there for future special occasions. Great service, the customer service was fantastic despite busy. The team seemed to get on really well so everything flowed very smoothly. They took allergies very seriously which was fantastic. The food was great for kids and kids eat free.

Applied a £20 birthday voucher to their Bottomless Brunch at the discretion of the manager. Our server extended the slot for our Bottomless Brunch due to a neighbouring table attempting to create drama. This resulted in them being asked politely to leave.

He provided excellent customer service during my recent visit and really went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. Cameron was professional, approachable, and made sure all guests, including myself, felt well looked after. It's clear that Cameron is a dedicated and skilled member of your team, and I believe his efforts deserve recognition. His customer service went above and beyond, and I would be happy to return to Las Iguanas.

If you like Mexican food, I guess this place is for you. Claim Halal certification by HFA, so use stunned chicken. Seafood Diabla was tasty but portion was on the small side. Desserts was nice.

6 of us had the festive bottomless brunch. Patty was our waitress, she was very attentive drinks flowed, I had the chilli bowl for food which was lovely, some of the girls had burgers which our only criticism was chips are separate, however overall it was fantastic. Cameron assisted while Patty took her well deserved break, he too was fantastic .

I'm gluten-free and the staff are super well informed..the website also has the menu with full allergen filter options. Our server Charlotte was lovely from the start, looked after us well throughout our meal, and grabbed the manager to take our order because of the gluten thing. My options were limited but the quality and taste more than made up for it - pulled pork burrito bowl 😚👌 They're also really accessibility friendly, and have their own accessible loo too! We don't visit the Trafford centre often, but when we do, this is where we'll be eating again. Thanks guys! X

We recently visited Las Iguanas and I had the best cocktail experience ever! I ordered a Pornstar Martini, and it was absolutely perfect – hands down the best I've ever had. The bartender, Cameron, truly knows his craft and made the experience memorable with his skill and attention to detail.Highly recommend visiting if you're looking for amazing drinks and exceptional service. I'll definitely be back!

The food is very good. Lots of variety. I've never had a bad meal or experienced poor service. Good value for money, especially the 2 for 1 cocktails. The staff are always polite and attentive.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received at Las Iguanas Trafford Centre today. I have often visited this particular branch, however it was my brothers first time trying Las Iguanas and he was looking forward to trying the food for the first time. I am appalled at the service we received. We waited a a full hour for the ‘food’, it got to 50 minutes and we asked a waitress how long it would take. She returned and questioned whether we had already eaten the food, she could clearly see we only had two drinks on the table. We confirmed we had not eaten anything and we have been waiting an hour. I also pointed out the waitress who took our order. She went on to state that she will get a manager. I overlooked past my table and could see two waitresses and a manager discussing the situation with such puzzled looks on their faces. The manager then came to our table and questioned whether we had already eaten our food. We were questioned multiple times and insisted we had not. Soon after the manager approached the table beside us and spoke to another couple. She then approached our table again and stated there had been a mistake and our order had gone to another table beside us. She briefly apologised about the situation and stated the chef could make something ‘quickly’ if we still wanted to order. I emphasised I had my work shift soon so was unable too and that we had already waited an hour for the food. I also emphasised that this has ruined my brothers first experience at Las Igaunas and we most likely would not be returning. There was no genuine apology or any action taken to rectify the situation and we simply left.

Never visited before, but it was way better than expected. I love Mexican food and didn’t even know a place existed where I could get tapas!! Being able to try so many dishes was amazing. Definitely will be back, couldn’t rate the food and staff enough - Summer was lovely and brought out some great recommendations for what to have on the bottomless tapas :)

Menu looked great but had to wait an hour for starters which were a bit disappointing when they came, as were the main courses. Waitresses were working extremely hard, but it looked like the kitchen could not keep up with demand, plus uber eats deliveries seemed to take priority over the restaurant meals. Staff were extremely apologetic and were very kind in knocking the cost of the starters off the bill without being asked. Not sure if I would go again.

My experience at las iguanas wasn’t fabulous. I’d like to start off with the wait time, from the moment your sat down they ask if you’d like water, we agree and sit down with our water. From that point onwards I think we waited around 40+ minutes for our starters which were large nachos and calamares. At this point the restaurant didn’t seem as busy and I personally think that’s a ridiculous time to wait for 2 starters. We ordered two mocktails the Nojitos which were absolutely amazing and I think made the meal more enjoyable. For our main we got a Mexican plate taste and acapulto burger ( don’t remember the spelling) and the chicken in the burger was way too overcooked the breading looked burnt and almost a charcoal colour. It was pretty tasteless and didn’t have any mouthwatering flavours in it. The Mexican platter was definitely disappointing, the enchilada is cut in half and served as two separate ones that barely have any filling and most of what you’re biting is tortilla, the chilli was the best thing about the platter as the “make your own fajitas were lacking flavour. The rice that came with it was definitely rice you can microwave for two minutes and didn’t taste authentic at all, for the price of £17 it was definitely disappointing. However I would like to say that the service from the young lady was phenomenal she was polite and consistent in checking up on us. I genuinely think it’s the food that dissatisfied us the most and is definitely not worth the pennies.

Brilliant staff and lovely food

I decided to give Las Ignuas a go. The menu is quite extensive. This chain has a nice little site in the Trafford Centre. Other reviews have mentioned good service but this was not my experience. I waited a very long time for my food. I suspect a couple on the next table were in the same position. In fairness the staff apologised and my bill was discounted. When the food arrived the chicken fajitas I ordered were nice but the portions of toppings such as sour cream which accompanied the meal could have been more generous. I would try this chain again.

Popped in to try new lunch menu and Patty G was absolutely amazing guiding me through dairy free meal options. She recommended vegan burrito which was incredible. Will be back for more!

I have been to Las Iguanas at the Trafford Centre for three consecutive weeks and each week the service from our server has been AMAZING and the managers who work there are phenomenal, an incredible team! The food is stunning, thank you to all the chefs! I have more than a few allergies, my daughter has coeliac and my mum too, she also has an intolerance to dairy, the team at las iguanas are incredible, nothing is too much trouble for them and the food every time delicious. Our server on Friday, Cameron is lovely, warm, friendly and polite, he gave us outstanding service, ensured all our allergies/intolerances were taken care of and Cameron was very busy. It was very comforting when the chef told Cameron they remembered me from the previous week. Also our previous server Patty she is incredible too and great with the kids. The time before we were served twice by another manager (sorry I cannot remember his name and I lost the card he gave me), he is phenomenal and really went out of his way, again very busy and again he ensured all our food allergies and intolerances were taken care of. Thank you, we will definitely be returning!

Food is decent, quite flavourful to be fair, but portions aren’t great. Burrito was a lot smaller than expected. Service is good. Really good 2 for 1 offer on cocktails and mocktails as well!

My friend and I dined here for lunch with her 1 year old baby. The service was exceptional, staff extremely friendly, they went out of their way for us. Food was delicious, we had the lunch deal which was amazing value; the veggie burrito was perfection.

Our family recently dined at Las Iguanas, and we were blown away by the exceptional service. Our waitress, Summer, was absolutely brilliant. Even though the restaurant was incredibly busy, she remained calm, patient, and polite, going above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. She really made our experience special. We also had a quick chat with Cam, and a longer conversation with Mark, the manager. Both were equally fantastic, making sure everything ran smoothly despite the chaos. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness really stood out. In a time when great customer service is becoming harder to find, this team is a true asset. People like Summer, Cam, and Mark are invaluable, and I hope head office recognises how much they contribute. We’ll definitely be back, and I can’t recommend this branch enough!

Drove all the way from London and decided to have a bottomless brunch at las iguanas in the Trafford centre. We had a slow start (but due to unforeseen circumstances), however without mentioning a word both waitresses (Magda,Patty) and the manager, Cameron, rectified this and made our experience incredible! I would definitely recommend here to anyone wanting a lovely brunch (with a lot of cocktails ;) ). The waitresses and manager deserved much more than 5*’s! Definitely can’t wait until we come back!

Went there with the Mrs and our 2 little kids. The food was amazing and as we went before 5pm we were able to get some good lunch deals too. Our server Magdalena was exceptional. Nothing was much of an ask and she explained the menu and deals in great detail. Brilliant service.
