Had a tuna sandwich served by Ahmed great sandwich would recommend staff are very friendly 😀

Was welcomed by a gentleman, Ahmed at the till. Decided to try a lemon cheesecake with my flat white. Definitely will be coming back regularly!

I don't care how the coffee was, the bathroom was absolutely gross. Worst bathroom I've been in for a long time. Grime everywhere you looked, bodily fluids all over the walls. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about a month... a serious health hazard.

Terrible food. No ice for iced coffee.

My latte was undrinkable. It was so incredibly burnt. I usually found pret to be reliable but this one was so horrible I will avoid them in the future

Rude barista and told off the customer during the store opening hours Basically if your store is open, you should serve your customers. I am not expecting to be told off by the barista that “you know we close in 20 mins?” So what? It is still opened! I paid the subscription so I am entitled to order if the store is opened ! This is the second time this barista is rude to me. First time she basically rolled the eyes to me when I walked in to the store 30 mins before the store close. Today not only gave me the poker face but also told me off. If you don’t want to serve the customers at that time then ask your head office to change your opening hours! The store was less than 5 customers and her attitude was unprofessional and unbelievable!

This is my usual coffee shop. Every morning, line moves fairly quickly. Well managed and kind staff Specially Amber - always smiling and friendly

Why show that your open on a Sunday when your closed!!! Just walked a mile to your store to find it shut.

On the 29th August 2023 between the times of 11:30 to 12:00. Police followed a male, who clearly wasn't well into the store to help him and of course, they had to use reasonable force to keep the man still. The male was wearing nothing but a night gown and was bleeding from his leg. He clearly was suffering from Mental health and the police were doing the best that they could. My complaint is that a pret worker, a bald African or Caribbean male, wearing a orange t-shirt, who had no knowledge of the situation confront the officers dealing with the mentally disabled male and accuse them of bullying and holding him against his will. This ofcourse turned to customers pulling out their phones ans recording, placing a vulnerable male in even more of an embarrassing situation. Once it was established the the male with mental health just wanted some coffee and food the officers, backed off and made enquiries outside. I spoken to one of the officers and it turns out that the male with mental health is known to the police and he has escaped from his care home in the past. The officers just wanted to make sure that wasn't the case. Also, the reason why they tried to restrain him, is because he crossed two busy road and nearly got hit by two cars. The police have a duty of care for life and property so if they see someone who is vulnerable they have to intervine. However that african or Caribbean pret staff, made them look as if they were causing trouble. I'm all for people standing up for people being wronged, but when people, such as officers are trying to do their jobs and people don't no the whole story, they really shouldn't get involved. Especially when it comes to dealing with those suffering from Mental health. I appreciate the staff member for giving the male with mental health some food which calmed him down, allowing the officers to make their enquiries but at the same time he should not have accused them of "holding him against his will", "not helping him" and to leave him alone. That's not his job as its the polices job to help those with mental health and if required, may have to sometimes restrain them for their own and the publics safety.

12.03 in the afternoon, no coffee, oh my God, no coffee, I thought it was the best, How can you run out of coffee?😁😁😏

Paid £5,25 for this sandwich, there was hardly any cheese, a piece of old lettuce, absolutely pathetic, this is what it looked like when I opened it … won’t be coming back.

James absolutely made our day, he was so kind and respectful to myself and my family. Really exceptional service in a lovely Pret. He went out of his way to help us when he was really busy, he's a credit to the company

I recently visited Pret, and I had the pleasure of being served by Eusobio. His politeness and warm smile made my experience at the new office location even more enjoyable. Eusobio's friendly demeanor towards every customer created a welcoming atmosphere. I highly appreciate his excellent customer service and recommend him to anyone visiting Pret.

Very good coffee ☕ and food just love it

Bad Customer Service today. Charged wrong amount & gave wrong coffee. Also, prices have been doubled up post pandemic. Pret used to beat prices of costa/starbucks but it is similar now.

Not enough seating and toilets out of service.

Great atmosphere and hot drinks are good. It is always busy because it is business area.

Just had the spicy chorizo and butter bean soup. Vague flavour of chorizo but no actual bits to be seen and 1 butter bean. Extremely poor soup.

Terrible service. the Staff member could not understand 2 flat whites … the tables felt dirty and sticky No sugar left Grumpy staff … and it wasnt that busy it was 9.30am.

Always the same story before they closing 55 min before they don’t let you use the toilet even when you are a costumer even tho they make you feel unwanted there coz they closing 😆 ..

busy Pret but didn't have to wait long, attentive and friendly staff

Mum bought a tuna sandwich and a filtered coffee. Sandwich had far too much mayo and not enough tuna. Filtered coffee was good. Did feedback online and didn't really look like they were to bothered in the response to my mother. Happened last week Tuesday. Late morning.

The classical Pret a Manger breakfast. Very tasty sandwiches, pastry and good coffee. Staff is friendly and kind.

Worst Pret. They have a broken coffee machine that still needs to be fixed for months now. Huge queues every morning

I had a great experience in this restaurant. It was well stocked up with all items necessary. The soup was hot and the snacks seemed fresh. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch. Also we were able to get a seat at peak lunch time!!

Coffee had bits in it And what a hike in price £1.40 for a filter coffee is a sting

Rude male worker. Rushes you but doesn’t know how to remember order.

Waiting 15 min.for my coffee and the staff told me that they don't have an order. Poor service!

It's got better but got plenty of time to improve

The service is altogether amiable, but certainly doesn't set the world alight. Coffee average, but leaves a lot to be desired. My particular grievance concerns the 'Christmas Turkery and Ham soup'. Bizarrely, it's painfully lacking in Turkey and/or Ham (plenty of carrots however). Would not recommend. I will stick to the Wiltshire cured ham and grieve baguette. The mustard mayo is top notch.

There is no toilet papers in there toilet plz make sure bring your own

On Sunday morning as usual I’d ordered a coffee over the counter and ask to have a little less water(white -American) The person by name AMBER’ a female barista made a wrong coffee and she got agitated and being very rude by accusing me getting upset which I wasn’t at all upset but on the contrary she was(Amber’). She started arguing with me in front of other customers queuing up.And I asked to speak to the manager(Sohill) but was not around. And this very rude staff(Amber) continued to argue with me relentlessly disregarding other customers watching listening as I had advised her not to argue with the her customer but she kept arguing and arguing. My concern is that this person’s by the name AMBER(female staff) is not fit to work in hospitality environment or anything to do with customers service as she’s rude and unapologetic! By the way that morning I left with the wrong coffee again!! Thank you......I remain!!!
