Best mocha I have ever had in UK. 🫡

Salted caramel with mocha and whip cream was just too thick couldn’t taste the salted caramel and defo wasn’t any whip visible COMPARED TO OTHER STORES. Services was genuinely good besides that, the was also flies in the bakery display which I didn’t mention cause it was VISISBLE.

I ordered on purpose via their app so that I don't have to wait. The staff obviously not taking this seriously, they heated my toast after I got there while they were taking someone else's orders. I missed two trains and had to wait another 4 minutes for the next. I was late for work thanks to this. Couldn't be more annoyed

Store doesn’t offer NHS discount like the rest of the Costa chain (they were quite rude about it) and they didn’t process my reusable cup so I didn’t get the extra star on my loyalty app. The coffee was stone cold when I got it but just could not be bothered with the fight of replacing it. No surprise this store has a low rating. Go to pret instead

Just bought a White americano and honestly it tastes like dirty washing up water. The cup smells as if it's been left in a smelly storage cupboard, too!

Small seating area inside and out, right next to embankment station. No toilets. Staff are friendly

I just left a shop with FOUR servers. Handed them a CHEESE & TOMATO toastie and they gave this VEGETARIAN back a ham and cheese toastie. Had to throw away the lunch I couldn't eat and DIDNT PAY FOR as I had gotten on my train! Ridiculous

Staff are clueless, served two people who were behind me frist. Steve I think he is called is very rude. Filter coffee is always cold.

A good place to buy delicious coffee and go for a walk!

Possibly the worst coffee I've ever got had from a Costa. Trumped only by the pain au raisin, which was so stale I may as well have whipped off one of my leather shoes and had a chew on that. Luckily, I didn't choke on the dry pastry, as I was able to gulp my coffee down straight away as it was given to me luke warm at best. Tepid is a more accurate description, I can only imagine they ran out of boiling water, so just used the hot tap instead! I was in a hurry to get to a meeting, so unfortunately didn't have the time to complain, but I've never been more disappointed. It may be busy, but I'll be using the Cafe Nero on Bridge street in future.

I went there on Saturday, being the 14 of April. I had experienced terrible customer service. Bad communication & extremely rude.
