Always have a really pleasant time in the British Airways (business class) lounge at Gatwick airport. Ample seating, very friendly and helpful staff and a pretty generous array of food (including healthy options, cakes and snacks) and drinks (including cocktails, soft drinks, hot drinks, fizz.) It’s calm and comfortable and a very good place to start a trip!

what is the point of putting order notes on when they are not actioned ????

Order couple of pizzas for work colleagues. Arrived very quickly and everyone absolutely loved it!

Alex the security guard is the best!! I've come to medusa so many times that he now remembers me, anytime i come here he always make sure that me and my friends have a good time and are safe too.

Was really impressed with our meal,staff are attentive and polite.Food was prompt and beautifully served
