My all time favourite in London . Starting from their Berries , the Protein boxes , the chicken cream cheese arugula salad , to their croissants , toasties and soup ! So delectable

Just wanted something hot so popped in here on a dash to the train @ 8.30pm. Grabbed the prosciutto Mac and cheese. Customer service = very poor with attitude. Food = ok, lukewarm and salty. Compelled to complain to pret as used to love their stuff but now everything has gone south (based on other fairly recent visits as well) but can only contact them via Facebook messenger between 9-5 mon-fri so am guessing they are really not interested in what their customers think or how their staff treat their customers. So popped my views on here instead. Last ever visit to pret! Thanks

Exceptional customer service from everyone at Pret A Manger Waterloo station, all staff work exceptionally hard serving customers continuously. I go back regularly with my subscription and always greeted with a smile and first class service. I would recommend that all staff are considered for bonus. Today I was served by Gosia and exhibited exemplary customer service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Waterloo Station - Worst Service and Attitude of all Prets wpuld say. Mediocre coffee at best, minimal customer service, spend £10, they have run out of sleeves and wanted charge for an additional cup….Not ideal I know but the attitude about it. ..not even a sorry we can’t,…just awful since brought out. Will avoid all outlets in future and would urge others to visit far better outlets as FSB/Pure/Benugo or better still an Indeoendant who can make a proper decent coffee…

Bad coffee almost almost every visit. I ordered a very expensive flat white; the drink was way too hot, definitely burnt & the milk hadn’t been steamed properly so had no smoothness to it. I think the barista’s need proper training. Can’t charge that much for what you could get from a coffee machine. See you at Nero.

terrible, TERRIBLE service. the workers all have awful attitudes, there is non existant managment and the place is an absolute mess by the barrista machines as the workers run amock or disregard their responsibilities. This isnt just from one visit - i go past here regularly and its always the same, no other pret i have seen is this badly run. Avoid. They have messed up so many orders of mine and the people around me, i once seen them trying to write orders down on a wet tissue as they where so un organised. Would never recommend this particular pret

What used to be the only but unique choice of ham and sliced boiled egg muffin n had been joined today by egg omelette and bacon. Although only 8.30am I chose the last ham and boiled egg muffin available. The muffin itself was of a firmer sourdough variety and the piece of ham was rather de minimis, perhaps they had almost run out of ham before making this last muffin. An espresso was strong and frothy but hard to find a stick to stir in some sugar. Even with the removal of at least half the window stools there was no difficulty finding a seat. Still with less than half the usual number of customers. Oh and the prices have gone up.

One of the few things I’ve missed during lockdown is an opportunity to break a journey to court with a quick breakfast in the Pret A Manger on Waterloo station. Stools at window seats afford a great view over the station concourse and a hustle and bustle from which those inside this bubble are taking a temporary pause. London main line stations such as Waterloo and King’s Cross are the only places, so far as I am aware, which instead of the standard range of baps with bacon or sausage with omelette, substitute a version with sliced boiled egg and ham. Why Pret A Manger offer boiled eggs and ham only to commuters in select locations I’m not sure unless they have a shorter shelf life than the others and are perhaps confident they can be consumed more quickly I’m not sure. But I’m pleased to report this is still available here post lockdown despite much smaller numbers commuting. The only changes I’ve noticed here apart from screens at the counter and further queuing for coffees after paying for food are the thinning out of window seat stools in compliance with social distancing. Otherwise the bap itself is made of a sturdier bread than before. There is a little more packaging. And the price has marginally risen.

A massive fan of pret for all my team my family from Guildford, to cannon st to waterloo. Yet what is happening. Every coffee I seem to ask for in the past weeks is not at all with the same standard or service! In waterloo every evening there is a constant queue and all the service is so rushed! In all three prets I use Cannon street, Walbrook and waterloo my request for a frothy decaf soya falls on deaf ears every time! It is a real shame that this is happening, no coconut milk now appears to be a regular in Walbrook! A big office order yesterday in Cannon street left us with a few incorrect orders and single orders taking preference in our order! The Manager in Cannon st is amazing..... we love pret, my husband buys his breakfast and lunch there every day!!! My teams do too, not every day in Covid but we are massive fans! Please sort the queues in waterloo in the evening..... Great teams and great products. Its super hard for us all in service and Business we know. Hope this is seen as positive feedback too.

I do not often travel to London and being GF, there is 50% chance to find something at PAM, thank you that evening (26/08/2020) there was a lovely tartine. But as a no choice ,first time there, I was more than happy and surprised with the amazing , smiling, and happy staff. Thank you so much for making my day. ;)

Had a lovely staff experience this evening (18th Aug) - despite the pandemic and rushing to a train it was great!

Pret is convenient and a great place to grab something on the go. The sandwiches, wraps and pre made salads and snacks are delicious, full of flavour and fresh. The cafe is situated pretty central in London Waterloo station making it easily accessible from and to train platforms. The cafe has limited seating upstairs and the staff are friendly and helpful. There didn’t seem to be a bin which meant a lot of rubbish scattered around but perhaps this may have been a factor in they were almost closer. Nevertheless an enjoyable trip.

I went there with my husband and we had a good expresso and some delicious croissants during our vacation!!

We were at Waterloo Station in the morning to catch a South Western train to Hampton Court to visit Hampton Court Palace. Having previously visited the palace during another stay in London, we knew that food at the palace was quite expensive to purchase. Consequently, we decided to pop into the Pret A Manger store at the railway station to buy some sandwiches to take with us. Despite the fact that the morning rush hour was over, the store was quite busy with a number of customers queued at the counter to pay for their selected food and drinks. Because it was the morning, the refrigerated shelves were still very well stocked with sandwiches and wraps and so there were plenty of choices available. We made our selections and joined the queue at the counter. Fortunately the queue moved quickly because service at the counter was fast and efficient. It was also courteous and friendly. Had we wished to consume our food and drinks on the premises, there was plenty of room available in the spacious and well maintained dining area. However, we had a train to catch and so we headed off well-prepared ahead of time for our lunch break at the palace. When we later consumed our sandwiches at Hampton Court Palace, we found them to be tasty, filling and still fresh. Highly recommended as an ideal spot at Waterloo Station to purchase good sandwiches at a reasonable price for a day out!

I think this is the best chain for fast food. Great selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, fruit and desserts. All freshly made with labels stating their ingredients and calories. All delicious. Reasonable prices. Can’t be faulted. Would highly recommend.

Usual Pret quality food (compared to Costa, Nero et al...). Unfortunately this site is just a victim of its own success - too small & often nowhere to sit. Excellent staff do very well to turn over the queues as quickly as possible.

This Pret is above the platform, up a flight of stairs. This means that you do escape some of the hustle and bustle of the station concourse. Lots of staff serving so the queue moved quickly. Bought a salmon sandwich which was very good.

We visited the Pret Waterloo branch while waiting for a train. Its one of the busiest cafes I've ever experienced. Despite that the queue's move quickly and the coffee is consistent. I recommend a visit.
