Pret A Manger in City of London, Westminster

Comemos salada de atum e salmão e estavam excelentes. Mais um cookie e cheesecake de limão tb muito gostosos. Ambiente limpo, atendentes gentis. Super aprovado

Popped in for a quick drink while shopping, staff were not welcoming. Picked up a pre cooked hot panini which was “ok” although a little dry. Drinks average. Toilets 😳 don’t even bother! Worryingly they are located downstairs next to the kitchen!!! Dirty, smelly and in need of a refurb - neither cubicle was in a fit state to use both disgusting.

I went in to buy a bottle of water on yesterday ( 27th August to be exact) before I met up with an old friend. As soon as I grabbed a bottle of water and went to the counter to pay, I noticed there were three staff in black shirt sitting at the side of the counter simply staring at me in an idle manner. I stared back at them and they resumed some conversation afterwards, but I felt really uncomfortable standing there near them. Having paid for the bottle of water, I quickly walked out and I could suddenly hear a roar of laughter coming from their direction as soon as I left the store. Did they think it was fun simply watching customers and picking on some 'foreign looking' customers just because they don't look like them ?! Their behaviour was totally unacceptable. Why were they sitting there doing nothing ? Were they having a break or what ? I will never ever go into this store again. Simply these staff convey sheer rudeness and no customer service skills whatsoever. Avoid this store.

Scant and very poor selection of food. The toilets were absolutely disgusting and the staff very unhelpful. We often visit branches of Pret when we are out and about but this one is best avoided.

Popped in by chance and met Sujad filling the hot foods and he recommended one of the Asian soups, which we took and are still talking about it plus his wonderful kindness and professionalism. Great selection of foods and very comfortable areas for sitting. Happy, smiling staff was noticed. Been back again and everything just as good. Will definitely return here on next visit to London. Well done Sujad and your colleagues!

I come here quite often , and its so annoying this pret in st james has still not fixed the toilets after at least 18 months !!! Covid is no excuse !! A massive company like pret should sort out this toilet issue !! Please spend a little money, we your loyal customers Will much appreciate this !!!
