Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

I had a fantastic experience at Pret, thanks to Ahmed’s excellent service! He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was great. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by Pret around 10 a.m., and although there was a bit of a long queue, the experience was overall very positive. The three staff members were working hard and efficiently, ensuring that the line moved quickly. The place was clean, with plenty of seating available, and the temperature inside was just right—comfortable and inviting. All in all, a great spot for a quick and pleasant morning stop.

Internet connection was so weak that it was impossible to do basic work on a computer

Woman New manager is too rude. I bought salad at morning for every morning, but suddenly I couldn’t buy the salad because of her. She reject me to buy salad at morning. She is not kind at all to the customer. I think the store need to change the manager of the shop keepers. She is too rude.

Inconsistent drinks - too hot, too cold, ask for weak they give you strong etc etc

Service isn't as friendly as it used to be and they never make coffees in the right order, so lots of people get their drink before you having ordered after

Taste of the coffee is very inconsistent. This is the least they should be able to provide in a overpriced coffee.

Brilliant and friendly service. Consistently good oat chai lattes. Thickness of milk is perfect - best I’ve had from any Pret.

Very rude manager. I have been unnecessarily shouted at because the manager who took my order thought I didn’t say “decaf” … this lady is grumpy all the time and shouldn’t be client-facing It’s unfortunate that this behaviour is leading me to stop going to this pret which in a very convenient location, and also to cancel my subscription

Got a tuna baguette and a matcha latte. I didn't eat the sandwich for an hour or so. The room was proper hot so it melted a little and a bit messy. Still nailed it though. I drank the matcha while hot. I like these. Didn't have to wait too long either. Would pret here again.

Prices are a joke. I’ve stopped coming here.

Usually pop in there for lunch. The food is lovely and top standard. The coffee is OK. Customer service is OK too but can be improved. It does get busy at times. Plenty of tables and chairs to dine in. Shop is nice and clean.

Many thanks to the whole Pret A Manger team today, for their welcoming and kind energy. Being served by Anna I can only express my gratitude and appreciation for her beautiful smile and care.

Very bad customer service. Yesterday my friend asked to reserve a chocolate croissant for her in the next day. Few minutes ago we came there for it, the woman with a curly hair wearing eyeglasses was rude the way she answered us. At least she should say politely or in proper way if there's a problem in the fridge or whatever and we can understand. We left disappointed thinking that lady has a bad manner.
