Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

Nice Pret, food is fresh and coffee is good. Only gripe was that they had was insufficient seating for the quantity of tables there. Which meant I had to stand for a time. If I knew this when ordering I would go to another cafe. Other than that it's ok.

Great place but one of the ladies working there is very loud and noisy and i can see everyone looking around annoyed.

Must credit the service at this Pret branch. One of children hurt herself whilst we were there and one of the staff brought them both a chocolate pastry. Lovely thought!

I am cancelling my Pret subscription after my recent visit to this location. The staff exhibited very disrespectful behavior towards customers, laughing and talking among themselves without showing any interest customers . Additionally, the person who appeared to be in charge was patronising the team in front of customers.

A bit more chaotic than a normal PRET. The service didn't have its best day but all in all it was delicious here as always.

For the moment it's the best Ready to Eat I've been to. The waiters are nicer and above all we are on a very cute little flowered square (St Christopher's Place). I think it's the cheapest in this very rich neighborhood

I feel like the quality of Pret has really gone down since the pandemic..sandwiches were sadly unbearable to eat and lacking in flavorful. It used to be my go to everyday breakfast / coffee place before covid but now its on my “avoid” list. So disappointing

Friendly staff! Fine coffee and on a good location. Floor is a bit sticky and the allround cleanliness needs some work though.

I went to pret. I got a falafel halloumi hot wrap. I got an iced chai. And I got a dark chocolate almond butter cookie. And it made me feel happy

Staff need to listen. If I had an allergy, this could be more serious. He made the cappuccino again but had he listened in the first place, he wouldn't have wasted a drink and had to make it again. Staff were generally pleasant but appear to be on autopilot. Despite location, surprisingly quiet on a Saturday early afternoon which was nice to relax on a break whilst shopping. Small branch and quite tightly spaced with limited seating. More a place to have a quick coffee or a bite to eat. Reasonably clean.

Pret A Manger is Pret A Manger, not exciting but you know what you are getting. This was a really small place near Oxford Street, small selection and quite crowded. We got our sandwich and coffee, but no more than that. Strangely many different packaging around what we bought, and everything went in the same bin. Unusual not to have any waste sorting these days.

The customer service was very excellent. Peaceful place to drink a coffee on a Sunday.

As usual Pret is the best shop to rind a variety of sandwiches , soups,salads and drinks. Don’t miss the checkin avocado sandwich 👍🏻👍🏻

Poor Pret. Came in on a busy Sunday morning. Only one member of staff taking orders and another (who was very slow) making the drinks. Very long wait to be served and get drinks.

I normally get coffees iced in this store, particularly recently the pumpkin spiced latte. The person that just served me informed me they don't do that, when they clearly do. So he charged me extra for an iced chai latte and informed the person making the coffee that it was pumpkin spiced. Then after charging me, informed me we had no ice. Check first before charging people and charging people extra when that's never happened to me before. Ridiculous.

Was kicked out of the terasse half an hour before closing

I like pret but this is hardly a cafe, they shut most seating except stools And bathrooms around 4.30 so it's not comfortable or very customer friendly

9.5.22 store is supposed to be closing at 7pm. It’s 6:43pm when I entered the store and asked to leave because it’s closed. That’s pretty bad. I mean I wish I could leave my job freely, unfortunately I cannot. Don’t understand why employees doesn’t respect opening times. In the end of the day company is losing money. I wasn’t the only one trying to get food and coffee.

Toilet out of order!! Mediocre coffee and dirty tables.

I had brought a hot drink at around 5pm and 5 minutes after taking a seat in the comfortable seating area, we were all told that we had to get up now and sit on the stools at the front (if you were lucky enough to find space), as they were closing the area. 1 customer challenged the staff member as to why we had to move/leave if the store wasn't closing until 6 and he said it was because they had to Blean the area for the following day and that it would take 1-2 hours to clean. He then preceeded to clean it for 10-15mins and then thereafter sat empty with a barrier to prevent anyone from sitting down from 5:15 onwards. Now this wasn't the first time I've experienced this in this branch. It actually happened a few years ago where we had just bought hot drinks and snack and told that we had to get up 45 minutes before closing time that they could clean it now and get out as soon as they close. Maybe this is just the standard for this store if it has been going on for that long, but this doesn't happen in other places and is quite rude and unprofessional. It gives the impression that you are doing a huge favour for your customers, not that you are a business who is reliant on customers. Especially post lock-down, at a tome when you should be grateful that you have enough customers to stay open and give you jobs!

Worse service ever! Didn't open on time, guy with long hair kept touching food after playing with his hair!

I'm sorry, but there's no excuse. If you're opening time is 8 am it means you're open and ready to serve customers not still trying to get it together 10 minutes after. This isn't the first time it's happened either and it's dissapointing, because I myself need to get to work.

Well-located branch of Pret, with staff who seemed to serve on autopilot - no real sense of human contact. Usual range of offerings - sandwiches much depleted at 4pm but I guess that's reasonable. Lots of the street tables were in need of clearing.

Awful service...No Hi / Hello or thank you. They barely want to serve you when you want to take a coffee with the Pret subscription. Also one of the baristas does not wear a mask and seems not to care much about the pandemic anyway. Would not recommend!

Staff’re unserious and not professional. Sorry but they are like kid. While I wait at the till for payment, they spend time on the phone behind the till. It was really bad experiance.

Probablemente el peor servicio que he tenido en una cafetería. Le dije mi orden al tipo detrás del mostrador dos veces y le preguntó sobre la oferta y él solo nos miró como si fuéramos idiotas. Luego, el gerente se acercó y nos habló en el tono más condescendiente que jamás había escuchado. El café tampoco era bueno y me equivocaron en el pedido. Aprenda algo de servicio al cliente, no es difícil. Hay una plétora de Prets en esta ciudad, hazte un favor y ve a otro.

Decent Pret not a great fan of the coffee but a good place to sit and have a meeting and the staff are nice and do not hassle you There is a toilet here if you ask for the key and it is quite clean Comfortable and warm place

It's a very convenient place to take respite from town. I'm deducting a full star because it is too noisy. I don't understand the rationale of blasting muzak while one is trying to relax before going to the office. Whatever the reason I'm now deducting one star from noisy places, I suggest other people do the same so the place knows how many customers don't like the noise.

Esta es una rama bastante estándar de Pret. Existe la gama habitual de sándwiches, sopas, comidas calientes, cafés y otras bebidas. Es un poco más pequeño que la mayoría de los Prets, pero luego está en el centro de Londres, donde el espacio es escaso. Alto nivel habitual de amabilidad del personal Pret.

I am a coffee lover and I love Pret. We got 3 Flatwhite yesterday but they were extremely awful 😥. It seems they don't check and set their coffee machine.

I’m so disappointed I left a shopping bag hooked under the table I only realised after around 30/40 minutes I hadn’t stopped anywhere between going back. One of the men was so unhelpful sand just kept walking off when I was trying to explain and ask if they saw anything and could they check their cameras and he said only in emergencies. I found you so unhelpful and rude you just didn’t care and just kept walking away from me

Stopped for lunch on our shopping / sightseeing trip to London. This Pret is situated down a lane which had been decorated for Christmas. The usual range of good quality sandwiches, soup and some limited hot food options are offered with, of course, coffee and cake. There are several tables to eat at and there is an accessible toilet too.

Toilet is out of order and they are closing the inside area very earlier than closing the shop

Provide plastic straws. Absolutely ignorant, cheap and selfish ideology towards our planet that Pret are contributing to ruining.

My go-to food chain in London, New York, DC. If I were to have created a fast food place, this would be it. The tiny pots of boiled egg, avocado and edamame are protein snack heaven. Love the Peking duck wraps and the muesli.

Tucked away off Oxford street a busy snack venue. Seating very close, but can normally sit with a short wait. Food good - a al Pret standard.

When near a 'pret', go in and get a coffee .great customer service and tasty coffee. Consistent high quality wherever you are, really!!

Now this place is simply the best for a quick much.. I had crayfish sandwich which was fresh and full of crayfish, an americano and a 2 berry cupcake which makes me drool just thinking about it. They also have places to sit incase you are tired of shopping.

We ate at one of the Pret a Manger locations almost every day we were in London. The chain offers quick, relatively healthy options and everything we had was delicious. We particularly liked the vanilla, oat breakfast bars.

This chain is very good for the price and the fresh selection of sandwiches, gluten free and otherwise, salads, pastries and drinks. A lot of the outlet also have outdoor seating.

Pret is always a nice treat when visiting the UK. Love the BLT sandwhich. This location was very clean, well stocked and the staff was great

great for a quick bite but the almond croissant & coffee is just unbeatable - wish they would come to India
