Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

I’m local customer in Pret in Strand.Today I was so happy to see back amazing lady -Vessna!I didn’t see her for long time ,and really miss her amazing customer service.Always grab you with smile and very warm welcome.So engage with the work and professional service.Thank you Vessna,now I will proper enjoy my drinks.You make my day!!!

I would like to report the extremely unsanitary and unhygienic toileting facilities at your restaurant. Being situated within a restaurant I am absolutely appalled at the condition of them. They are so disgusting I couldn’t even use them. There was no cleaner in sight within the building even cleaning the tables and there is no sign that the toilets have been cleaned in months! The only staff seen downstairs placed their hands in the bin to push the amount down and walked off without cleaning their hands! Given the recent covid pandemic I am in utter disbelief!!

Heaving with people because of the £20/month drinks deal, and not geared to handle it - a scrum to get served and long wait for drinks which arrive in a random order. The staff messed up two orders in the ten minutes I was queing/waiting. One table was broken but hadn't been removed. Customer toilet out of order. Not recommended at all.
